Not sure; but I would be more than willing to have to suffer a capital gains tax on profits of over $50,000.

On a personal note, I would prefer the update coming after the first of the year as the tax liability would then go to 2010 instead of 2009.

If we get a strong financial statement coupled with a great partnership and bringing something to market, this stock will soar to places we haven't seen in the last year.

I do not think the financials will get this stock moving.
It will take a report concerning a partnership or bringing something to market to really get this thing moving.

It wasn't just before years end but WAY before years end.

Sorry, my misinterpretation on the following and you previously mentioning that you were getting out shortly if something did not happen.

I still have 2 days for it to happen this week. I am going to hold on to this week, until this week is gone. If it doesn't happen this week, then I will say I was wrong to the board about my prediction.

No headlines?????? There were headlines yesterday.

It wasn't your prediction according to your post. You said that Davenport told you some things that were very encouraging. My only problem with everything that was said thus far is the comment:

An announcement will be made long before the end of the year.
Time has basically run out for Davenport on that one.

Unless everything we are hearing was just pure fabrication.

I certainly hope not and am basing my decision on Keeping Sympowerco (SYMW) stock based on what you said and what Mickey Mouse said (about statements made by Davenport that are soon to be revealed).

Hope all of this IS ON THE UP AND UP.

I don't know how many shares you have; but personally I think you should wait it out. There is not much below .0005 but alot above .0005.

I appreciate the work you have done for this board. I am a little taken back by the comment hopefully before Christmas. I was under the assumption from the other posts that it would be well before the end of the year. Per one of my previous posts, it does sound like SYMW is stalling for time.

Just out of curiosity. Whey did you wait two weeks after you got the information from Davenport to post on this site about what was said?

Look at it this way. SYMW + government grant. + SYMW broke it up with Hoss Motor Sports (losing cause). Now they SYMW have something going for them. It is up to SYMW to choose between more than one opportunity. No reverse stock split. (this alone takes the fear out of things). .0005 or whatever is about as low as you can go. There is nothing but up if you take into account all of the above.

I wish this was all happening at a different time. I would definitely buy more SYMW.

80 percent of trades are fear related. The best time to buy is when the fear traders start selling. The best time to sell is when a lot of greedy buyers are fighting over the stock bringing the price way up. I am going to take the middle of the road approach. I believe this will hit at least 1 or 2 cents per share with a possibility of 15 to 20 cents per share. I will sell somewhere in the 2 cent range.

I find it impossible to be reluctant based on what you passed on to us. If I find a way to get my hands on $10,000 to buy this stock I may just do that.

Speculative, but IF JOHN DAVENPORT is on the level with what he told me, SYMW will soar. IF not on the level, it will not soar. I choose what John Davenport said. I will stick with the ship.

It all depends on what you consider meat. The previous update they gave us back in September had a lot of meat, but since the announcement was to general (vague) the stock price has done nothing but gone down since. Read the last email they gave us.

You are right, in that if they give meat with specific information about who they have joined forces with and or with whom they have made an agreement etc. then YES, that would be enough to send this stock flying.

Interesting. Not quite sure what you are saying other than to hold as we are holding gold? and if we want to sell, sell and close the door behind us. Is that the jest?

Personally, I still think the stock will go up quite a bit and that this company has a lot of potential. I will not sell my shares where the price is now. This doesn't mean that I do not have any reservatations because our confidence in the CEO I don't believed has yet been earned. We will see hopefully something positive in 3 weeks.

Or some kind of deal for their technology etc.

I am not saying anyone is doing anything crooked; yet it can be done and CEO's know how to appear confident, even if they are not.
This keeps new shareholders coming in. Trading on the collar is highly illegal and the sec would be all over someone who did that. It would also be incredibly stupid for a ceo to do that.
With that said, I doubt that is being done, yet still possible.

I have traded with these penny stocks for years now and so far I have no reason to trust or not trust the CEO. This is a very speculative and risky stock. Most stocks I traded in the past had a little more backbone to go on. WNYN is one such company with a lot of backbone.

Time will only tell what will go on with SYMW, but it is frustrating to see what has happned thus far with SYMW. With Hoss Motor, almost all the way up to the fall through where SSEV got the deal instead of SYMW all I heard about was how confident John Davenport was about SYMW's future yet then that. Instead of saying how confident he was maybe it would have been better to say no comment at this time; because certainly someone knew before the SYMW future comment that the deal with Hoss was not going to happen.

I have to ask; what is up now. Are they (SYMW) just stalling, hoping that something major is still going to happen (acquisition wise or co-partership wise).

All I have to say if it(update) isn't here within the next 3 weeks and as someone earlier reported, Davenport said it would be; than I have completely lost confidence in the man and will be convinced he doesn't care on iota about the share holders.

Look at all the shareholders that are in a way getting screwed (from earlier in the year. They paid a lot more for their shares than we have paid.

CEO's are paid to come across as confident, even if they really are not. They can even be selling their shares on the collar while smiling the whole time and saying everything is fine. We wouldn't even see it happening as selling on the collar would be transparent and look like the ceo is holding all of his shares.

I think anyone of us could retire if the price hits .25 and we wait until .25 until we sell; however which one of us is going to wait until .25 before we sell.

Besides I think .25 is out of range for the amount of shares out there. BUT you never know.

I should have been more quiet about posting what I thought was going to happen today. Davenport reads our comments and he might refrain from posting any news after reading about my hunch. At least he will not be able to do that indefinitely.

Come on Davenport, we need SYMW news.

I really think this is a hoax. Look at the bottom of the chair and tell me that there is enough clearance.
The way the chair looks any kind of a dip etc. would send the guy flying.
