Held on strong during end of day sell off. Pretty sure news coming very soon
In sticking with the current plan based on what they have said, probably won't be more South Korea deals until after the current one is Commissioned which should be by the end of summer. That is also when the Long Island Power purchase agreements should be signed by. That's why my minimum Target price for September is $5. For July 1st is $3 the maximum of 5 depending upon what they get in Connecticut.
Over 100mw. Said it before. Beacon Falls is a done deal!!
RFP selections due out in June. That doesn't mean June 30th. Could be anytime in June, which is 10 business days away.
Read entire article but FCEL is 3rd paragraph past 3 key proposals! Big time.

The dip is anything under $1.90. why miss a 50% gain to hope for 2%? $2.75 by July 1, up to $5

I have been involved with clean alternative energy for 10 years, started a solar company. The macro picture need/accept is well beyond the tipping point. Fuel cells have a lot of applications solar and wind can not handle. Fcel is in the catbird seat to capitalize on this if they can accomplish the game plan. We are in the infancy stage for multiple fuel cell applications.

Bill would authorize DOE fossil office

House lawmakers introduced legislation yesterday to boost carbon capture technologies and reauthorize the Department of Energy's fossil office for the first time in more than a decade.
The "Fossil Energy Research and Development Act," H.R. 5745, from Reps. Marc Veasey (D-Texas) and David McKinley (R-W.Va.) and House Science, Space and Technology ranking member Eddie Bernice Johnson (D-Texas), would focus the office's work on utilizing, sequestering and capturing carbon dioxide from emitters and the air.
DOE's fossil office oversees research on oil, gas and coal initiatives, but current authorizing text doesn't fully reflect new carbon-reduction technologies that have been developed in the past 10 years, according to bill supporters.
The legislation would also authorize higher funding for the office, call for new programs on methane leak detection and establish an interagency task force assessing carbon dioxide pipelines. It would encourage DOE to back large-scale pilot projects.
"With research into these technologies, we will reduce uncertainty so business can continue to invest and create jobs in the energy industry," Veasey said in a statement.
The bill would repeal the Clean Coal Power Initiative, a DOE program that expired four years ago after supporting several big carbon capture projects, including NRG Energy Inc.'s Petra Nova venture in Texas. It is the world's largest retrofit of a coal plant with carbon capture.
"While the original CPPI would be repealed, there are numerous provisions in the bill that would cover and might be beneficial to coal, effectively meeting the same policy goals as the CPPI," said Jeff Bobeck, co-director of the Carbon Capture Coalition, which is supporting the measure.
Other supporters include the American Council for Capital Formation, the American Federation of Government Employees, AFL-CIO, the Bipartisan Policy Center Action and Third Way.

Not considered any other news I'm: Toyota, S. Korea, ExxonMobil, CCS, etc. I will gladly say, told ya so at $3.
Over $148mw pending in CT announced by end of June at latest. Pressure on DEEP to give FCEL selections. I'm guessing at least 100mw. That's over $300 million.
$2.10 minimum hi by 5/14 upside to $3. $3 minimum by July 1 upside to $5 pending news.
$2 hop, $2.10 skip, $2.25 jump, $3 1 good news report! June is 11 trading days away, 14th 20, July 31!
We just got 15,400 more shares??
Best short term opportunity I've ever seen. Minimum 50% up from here in less than 45 days.
If this goes back below a dollar 90 I think I'm going to borrow a few thousand dollars to buy stock. This is insane with Ernie's coming out in 4 weeks and a billion dollars and Deals pending. Obviously not many people are aware of it or they don't believe it's going to happen. I'm licking my chops and accumulating everything I possibly can. FYI 60 Mega watts is 60 megawatts whether it's from Beacon Falls or not. If we get 60 plus Beacon Falls nobody has a clue how high this thing's going to go. Because once all the investors hear about it if they're smart enough to take a look at it and see everything they have going on to the Moon.

I don't know how where everyone is but Connecticut needs jobs and money from taxes. This will put Beacon Falls in a very good financial situation very quickly. And will help Connecticut substantially as will the other projects. They want these as bad as fuel cell energy does. Did you read about Chris Beilik yet. Take a day to do as much research about him and what he said and done in the past year. He will make this happen.
Cool news must read. Max posted on stock twits!

Now hiring for 24 positions. I'm guessing by the end of June they will be hiring for at least 44 positions. And I believe the institutional investors that have invested Millions recently would agree.
I have a couple in New York also I believe. I'm not certain of where all of their plants are it would be interesting to take a look at every installation of had and see where they are.
I'm not positive about Beacon Falls but I think the potential is definitely very good. I think there are too many people including people that are politically-connected that want Beacon Falls to get done including the person that controls the budget and Beacon Falls. And he has an extremely impressive resume of getting things accomplished as a Navy Admiral. But not banking on that we still have plenty of stuff lined up I end up in the positive in 2019. Just a matter of getting a couple decent size beds and ramping up activity
I'm sorry but chip better get a whole hell of a lot more than 2 billion if they sign a billion dollar deal first. Company should have the potential to get bought out for more than a billion dollars right now. They already have over 1 billion dollars in backlog.
Maybe a $1 billion deal will make the stock go up?
Plug power is probably going to close up 6 or 7% today. Their earnings beat and revenue beat was almost parallel to R and we only went up 5% then went back down almost immediately.
I wonder if a $100 million deal would make the stock move 10%?
Likely hiring more and more over the next couple months. CT DEEP has to at least throw us a bone and we are getting another S. Korea deal by end of summer. As stated previously, likely after current deal is commissioned. Should be commissioned by end of summer. We had the ceremony at Amity school too. Think that's how it's spelled. So much going on going to be like the perfect storm but then we lose all our good friends that like to bash the company!! That will be a happy and sad day.
They have also said in the commercials our patented technology when doing the fuel-cell commercials. Exxon Mobil has said that. I don't see either way as a loss for us. Here's where we find out whether or not chip has earned his wings. If we get bought out for anything less then 10 times the current value of the stock then he has failed. I will take a 10 x profit in one day any time. However I don't think that's the route we are going to take. Does Chip play a big multiple of the current valuation or a typical multiple of future valuation. I'm pretty confident we do not need the money right now so there is no need to settle for less. We are about 1 year from profitability. And some massive contracts are going to be rolling in in the next 12 months. We don't need a large portion of the rfps from Connecticut but we do need something. Anything less then 60 megawatts total would be looked at as a let down by uninformed investors. Those of us following the stock for any length of time should know 20 or 30 megawatts is a big win for us. We will be getting more from South Korea in the very near future. We will also be getting more from California in the very near future. I'm sure we will gain something else related to the infrastructure for fuel cell cars 2. The government is going to ensure fuel cell cars are part of our future within the next couple of years and obviously infrastructure is vital to do that. We need hydrogen stations. Don't know if anyone recalls the project we did in California with Air Products. That was a long time ago. 2018 is going to be transformational as chip already mentioned. 2019 will be the financial turn around. Anything beyond 19 is going to be huge. Wait till the momentum regarding fuel cells peaks. The momentum is just now starting to build. IPO from bloom will probably kick start it. It's all coming very quickly right now. Hang on and enjoy the ride. I bought 200 more shares today at $1.94. I figured within a few months I'll get some decent spending money out of it and still be able to keep all of my previous shares.
That's some kind of solution anybody not aware that fuel-cell is hiring 22 positions. This post and my previous one combined.

Yes, I've been saying the same thing since after the Q1 call. Upward revisions will be coming. High end may be $5-$6. Average should go over $4. I know Cowen is maintaining right now but they specifically "those numbers could be low given current backlog and contracts pending. Company won't see financial benefit in less than 12 months from pending contracts but should at least push the stock up to 3-4x value which is 2-3x where it is now between June and September!!
