Good Morning all. Been reading your posts this morning and would like to say thank you for all the DD and dedication to this stock. With this information comming out by the NTSB, the concert and the kid or maybe I should say kids:) Ross and Bieber, the potential sources of promotion are incredible. This will be a marketing grand slam for OPMG at very minamal additional cost to the company. Besides the potential of Bieber which we're all aware of we've got this kid Ross going to bat for the cause which should significantly effect our company. The fact that he went to the NTSB meeting tells me he's going to be pro active in getting the word out. Wether or not Bieber ever actually talks about the cause on some of these national talk shows, I'm willing to bet that as the momentum builds this kid and his peers will be out there promoting the cause including the talk shows. I've never been more excited about a company and its potential. Next 30 days will be so crazy and so cool. Anyone think it's possible that St.Clair might get nominated as business man of the year? AGAIN

Is it possible that the people that have left the company left for reasons other than having a bad quarter or a bad year? There's something going on with Phoneguard and I havn't a clue what it is but it feels radical. The timing of all the recent anoucements, the concert, the Bieber contract, the Illume deal? Some guy posted earlier about them being taken over or bought out. I think he said we will know about it soon or he will substantiate it. Is it possible that the people left without animosity because there positions will be taken by others? This thing is going to break big and I know I'm not the only one feeling it. Hope everyone of us longs has a very happy and prosperous distracted driving month:}

Thanks jt6455 excellent post. Things with this company have not been done in a predictable way at all. With all the expectations we investors have layed out there along with predictions, theres been a lot of disapointment on the part of investors, including me.On the surface it sometimes appears the company is falling apart with key people leaving, deals failing and always a deadly silence from the board. Nothing has materialized the way I would have thought it would. Yet the company appears to be on the verge national promanence. Nothing is as it appears. Got to love it.

IMO If Chris Brown is the main act and if he's dedicating his talent and time to the cause, this becomes an incredible coup. It would be an honorable, admireable jesture that would help to clean up his reputation and would be considered a living ammends[/b. I do believe whoever made the choice is a marketing genius.

Thanks guys for the clarification on any announcements. This is all so very exciting. What I don't get is what happened to all the arguments and controversy hitting the fan over the week end. Nothings really changed other than being one day closer to an announcement and the concert. It's truely amazing how both sides can make a case that is so convincing. I actually thought seriously about selling my position first thing this morning because of all that was said over the weekend. LOL NOT

So I'm confused. Can someone please tell me when the expected announcement is supposed to be made?

I may be putting a little to much stock "no pun intended" into next week. It sure seems to have a lot pointing toward it being a defining week for the future of OPMG and my investment in them.

Everything I stated in my post was gleamed from posts substantiated and unsubstantiated here on this board. All of my comments are my own opinion based on what I think I know and what I don't know, which is a lot. Unfortunately for you and me and everyone else on this board, I can't and would'nt even try to answer your questions because no one knows the answers to your questions and I think you already knew that did'nt you? Forgive me for my optimisim because I do believe that we have a chance at making some serious returns in the near future. I'm very much aware of all the negatives associated with OPMG, acutely aware of it because I'm reminded of what I already knew day after day. I do need to tell you that we're on the same page with something regarding the outcome.

Wow.. woke up, got out of bed started speculating in my own head. hint hint.. anyway was thinking Bieber or no Bieber this thing is going to be promoted like crazy. I thought Entertainment tonight and the rest of these entertainment shows pander to kids, teens and causes. I can't tell fact from fiction when I read some of these postings but common sence tells me that once they start with the official anouncements "MONDAY?" the cats going to be out of the bag and OPMG will be getting all the exposure a company neeeds and more to get a product out there. This company good or bad, planned or not, posts fact or fiction, beiber believers or beiber non believers won't mean a thing. This product will be in every ones face and nothing else will matter because my little piece of the action will be going ballistic

Entertainment Tonight is an example and not a fact. I'm not trying to start rumors. I'm trying to pry sleepy eyes open to see the possibilitys of what I think will be happening in the very near future. Oh yea I'm for saving lives but I'm moree greedy than altruistic, However in this case I get the best of both worlds

Thanks for the clarification Easyme. I agree with you 100%, the promoters get the money. I really don't have a clue as to how those things actually work. In my own sleepless way, I was trying to point out the benefits to OPMG both short and long term due to the promotion of the event.
Also thank you GCRC for the explanation. I can appreciate the reason and will be careful of that in the future.

This stock has me losing sleep. In a discussion yesterday about the proceeds from the concert questions were raised as to weather or not OPMG would get any money from the proceeds of the concert or the pay per view broadcast. OPMG might not get the cash up front but they certainly should be the main benaficiarys. The money is being raised to help promote awareness as to the dangers of distracted driving. It seems to me that they won't use the money to put out the message for the prevention of distracted driving without putting out the a solution as well. So that money... directly or indirectly should be used to promote PhoneGuard. That is of course as long as OPMG remains the sponcer for the event. If they do this again in October and possibly yearly, it's going to be phoneguard, phoneguard, phoneguard...

On another note regarding OPMG. Where would we be now if it wasn't for the kids putting this deal together. I'm totally disappointed with the management of OPMG. As low as the price is now I can't imagine what OPMG would be selling for if it were not for the anticipation of the concert. There lack of communication with us share holders has been more than frustrating it's been costly as well.
These so called captains of industry running OPMG dropped the ball and have been fumbling with it at least since the last conference call. Personally I would have sold my position if it was not for the great DD from the dedicated longs on this board.
I sure hope the board of OPMG knows how lucky they are having the kids do there work for them. The promotion of there product will be epic because of the events about to unfold.
The only thing I can see stopping this now is the product itself. Will there servers be able to handle the potential of hundreds of thousands of down loads in a short amount of time? Will there customer service be able to handle the demands of tens of thousands of new subscribers? Is the battery drain really fixed? Lots more questions will have to be answered shortly. Lets hope that the company has been using all this quiet time to make sure things run smooth and making sure the technology has been perfected. If not, what have they been doing all this time, waiting like we have for the Illume deal to close?:)

Can't imagine there was a lot of first time buyers today "hope I'm wrong of course". I jumped back in and picked up another 200k.There was at least one other person who claimed to loaded up again. Just thinking out loud and hoping this rally is for real and has legs.

As an avid follower, observer and a disapointed but still hopeful investor of OPMG I would like to add an opinion

If in fact that the April 28th date is for real and OPMG is involved along with Bieber, I would like to think that OPMG will make some sort of announcement about the concert and SOON. I can think of no logical reason why they wouldn't. The announcement should at least help to stabilize the stock price and maybe start the run up most of us have been waiting for.

Can anyone here think of a good reason why they would'nt release a PR if in fact the conceret is a done deal?

Is your product good for commercial use and family use? Another words if I purchase the software for my business will I be able to use it for my family as well. I must say it's about time something practical is being done to prevent people from texting while driving.
