Good call Mike, definitely not an official report and it's irrelevant to Bourque Industries today.
I agree, they constantly bring up the same issue that has been addressed so many times before. If anything, they are bashing to entice a sell-off then capitalize on the lower pps.
It is easy for me to say because I'm what you call an "Educated Investor/Trader."
Due Diligence goes a long ways when playing in the stock market.
Read through some of the previous posts and also call the OTC and they'll explain specifically why it's in place. Remember, if it was that serious (Caveat Emptor), then this stock would have been frozen long ago. It's only there because of the merger that took place and they want to be paid to have it removed.
Hope this helps buddy.
Absolutely, every bit helps John11!
Thanks for the info, I'll pass this along to others here in FL.
Ty
I agree 100%.
That's why its so important for them to remain focused on the tasks at hand. I could care less about the Caveat Emptor, because I understand it's not necessary for Kryron to be successful.
It's in America's best interest to see this all the way to the very top. We need to push this at the grassroots level just as much as they are pushing it to the DOD and other Gov entities.
We can't let bureaucracy get in the way.
Wrong again.
Webster Dictionary
Caveat Emptor:
a principle in commerce: without a warranty the buyer takes the risk
Buyers take a risk investing in ALL OTC Pinks/BB's. This is the only ammo you guys have left to scare people into selling.
It's sad what people will do to tear a stock down, especially a company like Bourque Industries, that can change so many things and bring stability back to America.
No, I said credibility, not creditability like you state, insinuating a misspelling. Credibility is what you lack, without credibility or source for said comments, your opinions are and will be disregarded as board trash.
As for the Caveat Emptor, call the OTC and ask them for yourself instead of making false assumptions and posting them to this board.
BTW your first post under this account name was today, the same day you opened the account.
Credible? You tell me.
I disagree completely, you have absolutely no credibility. Take your garbage elsewhere, this board is filled with intelligent investors, not your typical kool-aid drinking board. You guys are all the same, thinking that this is BS when in fact, a lot of the smaller investors here have seen these demos or know people who have witness what Kryron can do. One of those people is my uncle, Vietnam Army Ranger Special Ops, awarded purple heart, who also retired from the Collier County Sheriffs Dept. SWAT/K-9 Division.
He's seen this tested many times and my father has as well.
Don't bash a good American product, this is a game changer for America as a whole. We all need to stand together and make sure this is fast tracked to the top immediately.
Nice confirmation Jon! This should put this to rest!
I wonder why buddy, research before posting and you'll be surprised what information is readily available on this board.
Up and up is right!
I hope A1! I'm praying everything plays out the way we all want and see it playing out. Its just my enthusiasm is running low.
Go TiVUs! I'm still here :)
This is pathetic...I'm long and am starting to ask myself why. TiVus has a great product that could benefit various markets, but this constant toxic dilution is pummeling the pps and more longs are starting to question their own judgement about investing in this stock.
Please TIVUS! Announce Something this week or I'm scaling out. I really hate to be like this, but WTF!? Just communicate with us, PLEASE!
My Best Regards,
Ty

Bourque Industries Acquires Manufacturing Facility
Bourque Industries (OTC:BORK) today announced that the Company has signed a lease on an approximately 20,000 square foot industrial property in Tucson. The new location will serve as a manufacturing plant for Kryron and Kryron alloys, as well as a pilot production facility for potential future Kryron applications. The facility will create new jobs for the Tucson area by year's end.
“The acquisition of this new manufacturing plant is a clear sign that the Company is ready to start accepting and filling large purchase orders,” said John M. Bourque, Founder and CEO of Bourque Industries. “Bourque Industries is open for business and ready to create jobs in the Tucson area.”
Bourque will be able to manufacture industrial quantities of Kryron alloy at the new facility as well as produce Kryron ballistic plating for various armor applications. Partnering with large manufacturers where necessary, this new facility will allow Bourque to fill very large orders in a short time frame.
About Bourque and Kryron
Bourque Industries is a publicly-traded company (OTC: BORK) based in Tucson, Ariz. Bourque is the exclusive distributor of all Kryron-based technologies.
Kryron is a proprietary metal alloying process that creates materials that have superior conductivity, heat dissipation, and ballistic protection over common base metals like aluminum, copper, and steel.
Bourque Industries and Kryron are trademarks of Bourque Industries.

Good post, I agree with you.
I could care less if you "jump back in" I really doubt anyone on this board cares. Don't invest in a pinksheet if you consider yourself a "Conservative investor"
I believe in Kryron and Bourque Industries because I personally know people that have been fortunate enough to attend demos in AZ and FL. I understand some skepticism, but you are all over the place. All I know is this, someone WAY up in the military is very interested in Kryron. That's just the beginning!
Thanks for pointing that out Bobw02053, it's nice to know that they can't make the same claims that Kryron can.
Of course there's no mention of .50 caliber armor piercing rounds, they can't make a false claim.
So it's safe to say, the ability to stop these AP rounds separates Kryron from LOF and others, as being the superior product. Go Kryron!
Multiple .50 caliber AP rounds shot front and back is not enough? How about dropping it from higher than 5 feet and it's still safe to wear.
Not sure what people want to hear, but the first fact alone seals the deal for this long. I'm trying real hard to understand how the competition can even begin to compete with Kryron.
Let me add one thing, my father saw this first hand in Collier County and he couldn't believe his eyes. They microwaved a piece of Kryron for a couple minutes and then demonstrated how it dissipated heat, he said it was completely cool to touch immediately after.
I think the armor side of this company is just scratching the surface of Kryron's true potential. There's a much broader market for this than meets the eye. Be open-minded to the possibilities of what this stuff can/will do!
You know it!
The "and keep protecting part" is key! Most people don't even understand how big a .50 Caliber Armor Piercing Round is, especially multiple rounds on the same plate, front and back. Not to mention, this will protect against knifes!
Excellent! Just more Brass drooling over Kryron!
Right on, Irish62! I completely agree.
Nice DD Mike! Like you, this just reinforces my beliefs of where this product will go.
Thanks for this info, it's much appreciated.
Ty
Yes, you're right, my apologies. I will say these questions are very amateurish and should be addressed elsewhere IMHO.
Vegas was rough on me last night :)
Just woke up and starting reading these posts and was just annoyed.
I agree!
This guy is obviously a total newbie to stocks. Where does the money go? What kind of question is that? Like someone said earlier, this isn't investing 101, go buy a book and read. He's making claims and he doesn't even understand how the stocks are exchanged.
BORK pumpers and promoters? You are silly to think something so irrational. Please, your comments are consistently negative.
I understand you have your own doubts about Bourque Industries and that's fine, invest elsewhere. This is NOT a pump and dump and JOHN11 is not a promoter. Get your facts straight before stating so many outlandish comments. Most here are long because we all know how big Kryron can be and that's why we invest.
Good luck to everyone today!
Will do! Thanks for everything you've already done for all of us!
Happy 4th of July!
Ty
Nice find! I did read a while back that the method for creating Kryron Alloy is very adaptable to pre-existing metal plants and could be easily scaled up with a strategic partnership with a company like Alcoa/Alcoa Defense. You never know, how many new super aluminum alloys can they come out with? Just saying, Bourque Industries could be that company and Kryron could be that new super alloy, seems plausible to me.

TiVUS is a LodgeNet Competitor… according to LodgeNet
June 29, 2011
Here’s something everyone might find interesting. Buried inside of LodgeNet’s 2010 annual filing (click to download) is a listing of all of their competitors in the hospitality industry. Guess who’s on there: TiVUS.
Here’s the fun part: all of the other competitors listed have thousands of hotel rooms already installed. TiVUS began operations last year, and is currently only doing installs in two hotels. So why would LodgeNet be worrying about a start-up like TiVUS? LodgeNet in-room revenues are generated almost entirely from content-on-demand sales (which have been dropping steadily for years), and they have no plan for how to overcome this problem. The TiVUS Solution on the other hand, is capable of doing ad-insertion on the free-to-guest channels, allowing for revenue generation in an entirely new fashion. It’s a game changer if you ask me.

Blog update from Michael Blunk @ tivusconnect.com
News Round-Up
June 29, 2011
Was searching around hotel technology blogs today and came across a few things y’all might be interested in reading about (along with some commentary).
More hotels distribute iPads to guests for ordering room service, amenities – The expense of buying iPads for guests to use seems ridiculous, when all the functionality it’s adding can be done on the TV for less money… that is, if the hotel is running the TiVUS Solution.
Radisson Opening First Blu in the US – This is simply a gorgeous hotel, and one that I think the TiVUS Solution would be a good fit. A luxurious hotel should have a luxurious system running on their TV.
[Hotel] Industry Recovery Ahead of Pace – It’s good to see Stephen saying hotels are making up lost ground faster than he expected. It means hotels will be able to more quickly upgrade their offerings to guests.
I’ll keep posting more industry news that I think TiVUS followers will be interested in. And feel free to comment on here.

Agreed. Pure spin.
Exactly, unwarranted claims made against Kryron, while glamorizing this 3 year old video of a product that can't compare to Kryron. It's quite obvious to everyone here that the military is in need of a technology that surpasses currently used technologies. It only makes sense that Kryron can and will expand into many different industries, not just military armor.
Logical answer Sircooper. That's how I feel as well.
I disagree 100%. If this technology existed, why is it not being used and why does the military not know about this? Also, where have you heard of other ballistic helmets that can do what Kryron can? That's right, only Kryron Ballistic helmets can withstand rifle rounds practically at point blank. Sorry, but it looks to me that you are all about false accusations.
Yes I agree, donate to charities like the Kryron Foundation instead of paying it to the greedy IRS. It sounds like a no brainer to me!
Not sure it's an EGO issue as you say, I would consider this a little insight into our CEO's life and his level of character. I do agree, it's not exactly the PR I was anticipating like most, but I do feel he's a true patriot who's committed to his goals. This is just the beginning of how Bourque Industries will affect the lives around us, not just on the battlefield.
Sounds like it to me too! Lack of capital can really hurt a start-up like Bourque. Things seem to be rolling now!
Awesome Jon! This is excellent confirmation! I haven't checked the FB page, just the twitter. It doesn't surprise me though, this stuff is absolutely mind-boggling!
I hope no one thinks I'm being negative by saying this, I just don't believe in hyping something that doesn't need to be hyped. This is a very speculative stock, like all OTC bb and pinksheets. I personally believe this will all be confirmed and that Kryron will become a household name like Kevlar, but even on a much larger scale. Let's keep our fingers crossed! :)
Have a great weekend everyone!
Ty
