IMO I've gotta tell ya that any kind of device that restricts freedom is a hard sell. Something like phonegaurd even harder if you can't turn it on and off yourself. Just like seat belts was a hard sell. It took time and laws to get exceptance. I know people today that still refuse to wear them unless they see the police. But just like seat belts, its going to get done because there's a need to prevent all the chaos caused by cell phones on the road.
I think that once the parents see the control they have over there kids using phoneguard that it will become more of a fixture and parents will demand the use of it. The potential saving grace here is the on line ppv. It's genius to give it away with the cost of a ticket. Parents will get to see how good it works and it will put us on the road to financial heaven. That is of course if OPMG decides to let us know what kind of deal they've made. If they don't get a percentage I'll be speechless to say the least I need to stress that all of this is IMO
OPMG ..
37 visits in all of April.. and 3 of them were me
OPMG Come out come out where ever your
Excellent point. I never considered they would back out because of the concert. If your right and I hope you are, BOOM they know there going to clean up. I went with the obvious thing which was the money. Would be nice to know what kind of deal they made to sell there software.Man this thing is getting more and more exciting. Lots happening and a lot of potential
OPMG
I got there without any problems
IMO If it was all about money and they could'nt come up with it. The parting was amicable and OPMG is licensed to sell the enterprize version. Just a guess but maybe things might change if the concert goes well and they get a revenue stream and a piece of the action like we're all thinking will happen.
AGREED
OPMG
That's a beautiful thing and it speaks volumns
OPMG.... Bring It
Talk about Buzz. If Bieber lives up to the terms of his contract, I believe he's obligated to do a number of texts about phoneguard We should be hearing from him soon. I think the info. on that is in one of the recent disclosures by OPMG. That alone should bring in a lot more buzz and potential buyers IMO
OPMG.. and so it begins ..... bring it
Nice going jt
The question of questions. Does OPMG get part of the ticket price or are they altruistic to the point of going out of business?
My money is on them getting something from the ticket sales.
OPMG ... and so it begins... bring it on
HMB my son texts at least 5000 times a month. And he's not alone. kids are hooked big time. If not now it will be soon enough where the solution will be mandatory.. problem is getting worse not better
Yea buddy
OPMG Bring it
Just scored another 120k at the high of the day LOL
OPMG and so it begins
CJ I like it.. Scoring more crack before the bell :)
Looks like we're going to tread until someone says something. Gonna be lots of fun to watch when they do... Been waiting quite some time now and I LOVE THE SMELL OF GREEN.. How's that for DD.
OPMG....... and so it begins
Does anyone know when they changed the picture on the Rock2Live site... I think I've lost it from lack of sleep.. has it been like this or is this resent?
http://rock2livefest.com/RockToLiveMusic.aspx
I think everyone should go back to sleep.. you guys woke me up with your argueing
geeeze give it a rest.. Its only money
Just joking you know... Still a lot of unresolved stuff which will work itself out soon with a little help from a company promotion
Not fast enough for my acount either. I got so rapped up in OPMG that I sold 2 postions that were winners to get more money into this for the next leg. Can only hope it's not a broken leg LOL
Halleluiah to that.
OPMG and so it begins
Sounds like you really like your corvettes. Reds my color to, When you get that one I want to see that sucker shine .
Retire? are kidding me LOL.. Me to I could never retire no matter how much money I had. As you said a good challenge! and yes it's a good comparison.. Need that fix of getting something accomplished. Can't and will never rest on my laurels.
I think and hope that Bieber will play a big part in the next few weeks. If he ends up on stage, I can't even imagine what would happen to the price of OPMG..
HMB I want them to be right about SUPERSTARS because I really want this to work. Don't you think it's possible that there may still be a surprise annoucement made of a additional headliner? and it could work just as it is. Promotion is the name of the game now. So OPMG promote already will ya
Well when all this is over maybe you can change your name to retired for good finish off the corvette and buy back your old one as well.
I'm really pulling for Bieber but I think it's pushing it. I do think they can get someone else with a big name-draw that could pull it off if there's major promotional stuff going down. Talk shows, news and entertainment shows. It's possible to get a lot of interest going for this but ther really going to push it hard.
At least I hope they can do it without Bieber. Tell you what, as intense as this has been for me lately, the next few weeks are going to have me on the edge of my seat, computer in my face and very little to NO sleep.
yea I love it
OPMG all bets are off
but wait a minute.. do I have to have a heart attack for the slogan to be good?
Honest mistake but you know how people are. Your now a pumper LOL NO no heart attack any time soon. However if I make the kind of money Im shooting for, well than all bets are off.
CJ I almost had a heart attack. Your post about Justin sounded to me like he was in the picture with the kids and the band, I had to go back and take a second look LOL. Would'nt that have been a coup
wow that engine sounds mean. By the look of those pictures you must have a sh## load of money in that car. Interior the only thing left? I'll know we've arrived when you post a picture with the finished stingray, interior and all.
Been thinking about the pay per view a lot. After you posted those recent pictures of the bands with the boys I thought about the talent for the show. I'm really hoping they pull a rabit out of there hat and get someone with real name recognition. If they really want this to be big with PPV there going to have to step it up. IMO
427? Green is the only way it should be going now.
Strange because It was a reply to almost retired.. sorry
Looks like you might be right. Can't imagine why they would have a limit on the # of licenses they can sell. I hope We get answers to some of these questions SOON like TOMORROW.
Items 1.02 and 5.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement and Departure of Director.
On January 25, 2012 Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreement”) with Illume Software, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Illume”) and I Acq. Corp., a recently formed Delaware corporation which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, for the acquisition of Illume by the Company. As of March 16, 2012, the Company and Illume decided to terminate the Merger Agreement and instead proceeded with a licensing arrangement for Illume’s iZup enterprise software pursuant to which the Company has received licenses for six enterprise customers.
This what happens when you do math before taking your a.d.d. meds. $2000000 approx. gross from concert. not a bad pay day
Now I'm questioning myself. Will have to read it over
around $20,000,000? or $2,000,000?
All kinds of possibilitys going on here once things are thought through. To think that OPMG does'nt get anything but recognition seems to be less likely than ever.
It would be nice to know how much they are giving up for the use of Illume and who those 6 new clients are.
LOL at least we do know one thing for sure
"NO BODY KNOWS BUT MANAGEMENT!"

In theory they should get revenue from the pay per view because getting the OPMG software for free would be an incentive for people to purchase the event IMO
quid pro quo
How did you come up with this?
"JB's royalties alone on 30k ticket sales would be over $100K"
Mognc.. good point. Value is the key word. There would be nothing under handed here by them if they were getting part of the money because it's implied free. People are purchasing the event and not the software so it is free to them WOW
O
Once again we all get to speculate and I agree. I've got to say that it's starting to make a lot more sence to me and I feel a lot better about the bet that I've placed on them. Now we need some sort of confirmation
Totally Agree
Guys I don't think the name on the ticket means they get part of the action. They are sponcering the event and it i mplys but dosn't guarantee revenue. Some big sponcers do it to keep there name out there. However in this case I think it should mean income and name recognition
Makes you wonder doesn't:)Ideally they should be getting part of that and if they don't, I would really have to question there ability to make money with there technology. My guess is that they are getting something and if my guess is right than they would most definitly be going in the right direction.. how cool would that be. Immediate revenues and long term revenues locked up. Brililant
