Thank you too! I just emailed the company asking for any update on anything. it's ridiculous that this stock is as low as it is and if I had any more money I would be buying right now but I'm tapped. So although it is a ridiculous price for the stock to be at it is a great very limited opportunity for people to get in on the bottom
Thank you I know you are genuine as am I. I have one purpose and being on here to try to share whatever information that I have along with my opinion with other investors interested in fuel cell energy. I am certain the 15% is going to show up in the third quarter. Nobody pays for a job in full until the job is completed anybody who knows business knows that.
Well I believe that information is inaccurate. But maybe 1. 4 million left of the actual product itself put in previous statements it said the final 15%will be paid upon commissioning. Thank you for the Post.
I posted update from Exxon CEO earlier
Evidence, It was suggested to me many moons ago to provide a link or some evidence to support what I'm saying, and I think that's a great idea. Otherwise it's jibberish and usually not true. Especially negativity to try to lower a buy in price.
Let's help each other understand everything since we are all obviously watching this stock to make $ on it.
Could you please help me find where it states the final 15% was paid from S. Korea and the $9 million from DOE for advanced technology revenue? I can't find it.
Product sales totaled $12.2 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2018, compared to $0.7 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2017. The increase is primarily a result of the sale of the 2.8 megawatt (“MW”) fuel cell plant project located in Tulare, California to NRG Yield, Inc. (“NRG Yield”).
Service and license revenue totaled $3.2 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2018, compared to $12.6 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2017. The difference between the periods is primarily due to the lower number of scheduled module replacements in the second quarter of fiscal 2018 as compared to the second quarter of fiscal 2017.
Generation revenue totaled $1.7 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2018, compared to $1.6 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2017.
Advanced Technologies contract revenue totaled $3.7 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2018, compared to $5.5 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2017. Revenue was lower for the second quarter of fiscal 2018 primarily due to the timing of project activity under existing contracts.
And still to date I have not seen the distribution we were supposed to get in the spring or early summer from the federal government of I believe 9 million dollars towards the project in Alabama
And according to the time schedule for projects in line with what you did say for sure during the second quarter conference call was a couple of projects should be completed and put into distribution Revenue by the end of the third quarter. so they should be completed no later than the end of July if not already completed. Since we have been completing projects ahead of schedule. Our Generation portfolio should be more than 2 million dollars per quarter effective by the end of July since it was already estimated x 7-8 million dollars a year before adding the new projects being completed
Which by the way is a million dollars more than what they earned in revenue for the third quarter of 2017.
I didn't say 20 million from the South Korea project please don't misconstrue or change my words. It should be 15% of the total cost of the project which was over 60 million. I was never fully aware of what the total cost was but they said right from the get-go it was more than 60 million. So calculating based on 65 million 15% of that gives you about the total revenue that some ignorant analyst is projecting for the entire third quarter.
6th paragraph after hinging on technology.
Must read this article from ExxonMobil and tell me what you see.

I agree. I don't know what the difference comparison is how many shares they will have and how many we were are. Double digit share price should definitely help a little. And once fuel cells on the spotlight everyone is going to realize fuel cell energy has the most potential and is not limited to one or two products. We also have a lot of support and involvement with the government.
There are bids currently in in California and South Korea. And there are more bids going in in Connecticut. The new rfps will be submitted sometime this year I forget the deadline. The current RFP bids are supposed to be kept open until October or November of this year when the current RFP selections are supposed to have final contracts in place. That is one of the reasons fuel cell did not pop at all on the news besides the fact there was questionable news released around the same time. People are not going to believe Awards until there are actually contracts in place or we prove we are going to get the jobs done. The revenue from the completed South Korea project, which was completed two months ahead of schedule, helps show $20 plus million for the third quarter, and we have contracts in place for LIPA people will finally start to believe in the company. That's less than a couple of months away. Sooner or later the longs are going to be rewarded. The shooter is any day the later is within the next few months. People can't beat this stock down forever. not with all the positive things going on over the past year. Going to be a trend towards fuel cells with the federal and a local incentives for fuel cells making it much more economical for businesses. Those incentives were reinstated less than nine months ago.
Not so with fuel cells
The intermittency of renewable generators are causing ever larger power swings on the grid, leading to blackouts and forced curtailments.
Sep 7, 2017 · Fuelcell Energy reported total revenues for the third quarter of 2017 of $10.4 million, compared to $21.7 million for the prior year period. As we transition to selectively retaining projects, our revenue is shifting to continuous monthly electricity sales through power contracts of up to 20 years.
That was earnings Q3 2017. Endless just pulled numbers out of the sky 4 projections for Q3 2018 and suggested about 1 million dollars more. Which is good because they're suggesting our revenues will increase year-over-year. And it's even better because they are wrong again it will be much higher. Q3 will include payment for the last 15% of the South Korea project we already completed. That project alone covers the entire Revenue they're projecting for the quarter. Oh September here we come
Bloom disclosed an accumulated deficit of $2.3 billion as of March 31, 2018, and shrinking cash reserves of $88 million at the end of March, with a burn rate of $37 million over the first quarter of 2018. FCEL had well over a hundred thousand in cash and cash equivalents at the end of the second quarter and only has about $12 million cash burn per quarter. And they are trying to get 13 to $15 a share. Hm!!
So do read it, don't thumbs up or down and don't reply. Mute/ignore/silence. They will go away
It's thier business they are conducting trying to play people on the boards. More reply they get the better off they are
Asked the same question on 3 sites, why? So everyone knows each person there has motives. If you claim the company or stock is no good you should move on correct?
We'll look at that stocktwits picked up another Watcher on the weekend. 11,116
I noticed some of my best friends it didn't post why they're on this board. Oh that's right I muted them.
11,115 watchers on stocktwits and rising!
Yes that's awesome! Any good news for fuel cells is good for fuel cells
11,107 watchers
I loaded up with more at $1.42 on the way down and just loaded more at $1.44 on the way up!
11,104 watchers on stocktwits at 7 am. Up from 11,096 at 9pm last night
I don't think they were watching for that I think they were watching because the chairman of the board just dumped a lot of his own money in there
Right on the money. Just keep bringing news about fuel cells. The more attention the better
Watchers on stocktwits increasing rapidly. At 11,096 right now, was below 11,060 last week.
Just relaying the post that was on stocktwits look at it yourself. Possibility they are not paying cash right now possibility they are getting warrants or options to buy at that price when the stock goes up. we don't need cash right now but if we want to build a big project that we are going to own like LIPA or Beacon Falls then we will need it. The refinance with Hercules Capital requires that we maintain a significant percentage of the remaining loan value in cash. I don't remember the percentage off the top of my head but I'm certain it's at least 50% at all times. So we have the largest amount of cash or cash equivalents we have ever had at the end of a quarter. We also had the largest backlog we have ever had by far. So why would an individual or company with a billion dollars that knew everything there was to know about fuel cell not be interested in making that future investment. I know I would. Not saying it's real I tried researching to find it but that was the post it was on stocktwits.
ST watchers up by 12, stock up $.02 and up $.05 Ah. Wonder who the big $10 million purchase was on that crazy day
