Great point!
Well said!
Interestingly enough, on July 2nd, I had a limit order in for 500k shares at .006. I was filled that day for 485k, all but 15k shares, which just wouldn't fill for the remainder of the day. The next morning I put in an order for 115k shares at limit .006 and it filled immediately.
Nice! Shares are really tight at these low levels.
.04's lining up!
Why don't you call? Make sure you talk to the Secretary and not the answering service.
BHIC is trading at .036 right now. Why don't you put a limit order in using your decimal system. Try and lowball it, the bid is .033, so put it in at the bid and place - a Limit order for 100,000 shares at limit 33 dollars. Let us know if it fills. Lolol..
So... 19 dollars and .19 cents would be 19.19 -- Nineteen cents would be .19 cents. that is it. Decimal lesson over for today. Please come back after refresher course.
NO.... 19 dollars would be 19.00 dollars. You need to take a refresher course in decimal systems 101.
Apparently you missed quite a bit. There is no "mistake", there is no "typo", and there is no need for a "correction". The press release said exactly what it was intended to say. 19 cents written as a decimal is .19 cents. There are 100 pennies in a dollar if you want to show 19 pennies written as a decimal it = .19 pennies.
Nite needs to get blown out of there. Its been hard to push Nite from .03's since last Thursday.
Who's got the buy order in at .0055? Is that you tothe?
Geez .. YES we all know this.
Thanks for the old news.
It's these posters who start screaming NEWS!!!!!! when there really isn't any. They are not being cute or helpful.
The buyers who are sitting on the sidelines, watching and waiting for the closing of the deal confirmation news before buying in have a problem. If the news comes after the closing bell or right before the opening bell, the price here should gap up as much as .03 cents or even more before the opening bell following the news.
250,000,000,000,000,000
It's not "interuptions" it's "disruptions".
One problem is that because the company is doing the right thing and not releasing any more news until the closing is completed, bashers on all the BIHC message boards have plenty of time to continue their relentless pounding of the stock with their false allegations and doomsday rumors. Their goal is to scare weak hands into selling . The "nervous nellies" start to get stomach cramps, can't take the pressure of waiting for the closing to finish, and sell.
Maybe this will be helpful to those who stop reading after the first sentence:
"Terms and acquirer will be released at the completion of the closing as both parties have mutually agreed on this action as not to cause any outside disruptions."
Once again - "Upon the completed due diligence, the parties will move to a closing as fast as possible.Terms and acquirer will be released at the completion of the closing as both parties have mutually agreed on this action as not to cause any outside disruptions."
After this seller finishes their dumping, price should spike up again quickly.
MM's are getting a healthy breakfast this morning.
.025 x .03 - must be someone dumping who was hoping for news this morning before the bell and didn't get it.
Try closing your browser once, or ever restarting your computer. That works for me sometimes with my alpha trade. Make sure your pop-up blockers are disabled as well.
bid .03 ask .038 - I would like to finally burn through all this .04 resistance. Despite predictions every day for a week that we would close at .06 or higher, we still haven't been able to knock down the .04's and get through to .05. Once we do that, should be clear sailing ahead.
"Upon the completed due diligence, the parties will move to a closing as fast as possible.Terms and acquirer will be released at the completion of the closing as both parties have mutually agreed on this action as not to cause any outside disruptions."
Good night everyone! See you at the BIHC trading post in the morning.
I certainly hope so. I have been accumulating at these low levels as well!
True!!
Glad you are sorry. Have a good nights rest and call the BIH Corporation secretary again in the morning. Maybe she will have another conversation about the company with you. Then you can post what she says here so we can all benefit from your good fortune.
tradernation: Do you have any thought about what is in store for ASFX in the coming weeks. Did you glean any information in your talks with The Kauderer Group and with American Scientific Resources?
Oh.. geez.. right - Galo not Gato! Sorry about that Mrs Galo, but I was still hung over from our big fourth of July weekend Barbecue and house party!
No problem, I understand. It was my error and I stand corrected. Ron Garner at audiostocks.com had mentioned them to me as being involved with ASFX so I checked out their website. When I posted that they were involved with ASFX I incorrectly used the term PR firm.
Hey, wonderful for you! To further your education, there is only one employee of the Company. That employee is CEO Chris Gato. Chris Gato has an answering service. I called three times. Once at 1:30 pm on a Tuesday, once at 3:00 on a Wednesday, and once at 9:30 am on a Monday. All three times the Answering Service answered the phone. They were also kind enough to tell me that there was only 1 employee at the "office" and that was Chris Gato and he has an Answering Service to forward the phones whenever he can not answer the phone himself, not a Secretary. Hope I was able to graciously educate you in this matter. Live long and prosper.
Oh for crying out loud, take a deep breath and stop the tirade! I wasn't "launching any titles" for heavens sake. So they are not a PR firm, they assist clients with their capital needs etc etc etc. What in blazes difference does it make if they were mistakenly referred to as a PR firm in one post out of hundreds on a dopey pink sheet stock board, and why are you getting so hysterical over it? Do you really think their reputation is going to be tarnished because of something as silly as that? Good Grief!
Since both parties have agreed that they will not put out any news until the closing is final, I would think that the earliest we will hear anything will be Thursday or Friday of next week or sometime the following week. I hope I am wrong though, and we hear BIG NEWS Monday after the bell or Tuesday before the bell!
The confirmation will probably not be announced because closing must be completed first before announcement is made as agreed to by both parties -
"Upon the completed due diligence, the parties will move to a closing as fast as possible.Terms and acquirer will be released at the completion of the closing as both parties have mutually agreed on this action as not to cause any outside disruptions."
You are Correct - Read this -

BIHC -SEC Rules re: Announcement of Material Events:
Once deal is either closed or rejected, we get the News:
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC's) Regulation Fair Disclosure, also commonly referred to as Regulation FD or Reg FD was an SEC ruling implemented in October 2000 ([1]). It mandated that all publicly traded companies must disclose material information to all investors at the same time.
The regulation sought to stamp out selective disclosure, in which some investors (often large institutional investors) received market moving information before others (often smaller, individual investors).
Regulation FD changed fundamentally how companies communicate with investors, by bringing better transparency and more frequent and timely communications, perhaps more than any other regulation in the history of the SEC.
That is where the terms "short sales", "naked short sales", and "short squeezes" come in. You will have to do your own DD on what those terms mean, and come to your own conclusions.
