... and the lug nuts have very definitely been loosened.
An achievement!
From world dominance to a local firm trying to help them out.
How the mighty have fallen.
(guess that's what Robert's "tag" was all about ... ?)
oh knock it off, capnwow.
you're the worst of the bunch.
and it's your own fault if you have so much at risk. you know that, we know that, and all your personal heroes and fawning worshippers know that.
well, maybe except paige.
"Turn on the lights, and roaches scurry."
Indeed.
How friendly and cordial he and clozer are -- clozer merely disagrees with him about the old bunch but not about the Too-sahn bunch. (Interesting distinction he draws.) One would almost think those two pumperdumpers were in cahoots, right? Working towards the same end? Good, honest, pure, good hearted clozer who already made his bundle by working with the old bunch and now has how many new players on his conscience (did I say conscience? He of the pointy head has one of those?) to help however he can, which boils down to words words words and more words. He who had "a" contact (gosh ... only one?) who knew "two" insiders AND had those many multi-talented forensic teams that were always GOING TO MAKE SOMETHING HAPPEN!*&%#&$@*!!!!!!!
Wonder what "tag" means. Tag, you're it? Or an ancronym for something else?
I doubt scared "and others" are feeling terribly philosophical about this. Who can blame them?
Is there a translator in the house? This sounds a little (a lot?) like the last words of someone about to be shot at dawn. In a manner of speaking.

I hate it when words and sound alikes make their presence known. It is also a very hard act to keep going.
The time that is put in makes it a bit burdensome as well. Shared fingers are the best.
The heartbeat needs to beat as one and all is always well. Easy for some of us to say.
I think you can appreciate the effort that we all go to.
This one too is now done.
Tag.
oops ... somehow cancelled this! so to repeat ...
xeno, do you remember dsp machine? I've been reminded that he covered some of the stuff that's been bandied about tonight. Pity RB never could get its act together enough to restore all those pre-2003 posts or whatever the date they cut them out of their visible archives.
My understanding is anything ever written on a computer or "accepted" on a site (like RB) is forever there, though.
well, inet ... is it so? Is (or was) malcbaby's father a friend of yours?
The reason I ask ...
I remember finding some possible connections to autos and maybe racing a long time ago when I looked the name up. Probably just a cowinkydink though.
Is Malcolm Sr still living?
[b["She has served as
in-house counsel and as a member of the board of directors for Avid Sportswear &
Golf, Inc., a public company without current operations."
What's THAT mean, "wannabe"? That was your alias (you think)?
[edit below] And did you post on RB back then?
If so, what was your alias?
[edit] That's not meant to be a loaded question.
... methinks you're not as ignorant of "background" as you make yourself out to be.
"lately" ?
What were you doing/following back in 2000-2001? Or did you buy the stock well after that?
Hope you catch up sometime in your lifetime, puff.
That would be Ron Klink (D-PA).
Try googling for yourveryownself loch + jakovac + klink
puff ...
capndawow furnishes information (or at least links) that support his agenda. Nothing more, nothing less.
And he intentionally misrepresents things. To wit: I'm quite sure scared was referring to mari and dawn in his link.
So why does capnmikedabigwow do these things?
That's the question you should be asking him. Amongst others.
Not that he'd reply, but oh well.
oh dear ... what have you been hiding, arloco ???

Scarednomore, Thank you! Appreciate your sharing. Lori's always been one heck of a researcher...(Has she been in on it too?)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And all this time I've thought you were one of the good guyz!
oh diddy ... for a minute I thought you'd heard from the "real" beans! Drat. I was just asking about him the other day. He was a breath of fresh air! Remember when he outsmarted tommy on his game?
I'd never dream of insulting your intelligence, inet.
No need to.
It speaks for itself.
But back on topic: what do you make of the "interesting" facts (yes, facts) posted here by peeps with FAR more intelligence than either you or I?
viking ...
will you please zap this post of inet? It isn't acceptable, is it?
You "have absolutely no idea..."
But you do, inet.
On the other hand, maybe you don't. You don't absorb things quickly, if at all.
'Splain it to me, paige ... there's just too much to try to keep up with and it's clear you try to stay on top of it all.
So 'splain it to me.
No idea what mikel thinks, puff ...
he flips around too much. And of course he answers NO direct and relevant questions put to him.
Maybe you can ask him what he's up to.
Doesn't your motor EVER run down, mikel?
Who, just WHO do you think you're "persuading" to think whatever it is you want them to think?
Or are you simply recording (archiving, documenting) your "research" for posterity?
Now what does THAT mean, paige?
Why would he want to cut the cords that bind?
Makes no sense to me.
Here's a true story (at least so I'm led to believe):
A French university conducted an experiment: they invented a company with no products, just a name. They advertised the name on TV and in the papers. After a few days customers were asking at various shops for innumerable products that they assumed were linked to this company. People were trying to buy stock in the company. Things got out of hand and the university had to announce that in a way it was a hoax.
The university that had registered the name was offered a considerable sum for it, which they declined.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I think loch/cdex missed a HUGE opportunity here. They could have linked up with that university and made a killing. Clearly the university people weren't bidnessmen or they'd have sold the name, taken the money and run. Malcbaby wouldn't have made that mistake, no way.
It's still not too late ... maybe a US university will conduct a similar experiment. Or a Brazilian one.
Have you looked into possible competition from Colgate?
They have a toothpaste with little chips in it. As I understand it, they're designed to react to flora and fauna growing on teeth or tongue. They floresce when water is added so you can brush your teeth in the dark and know just where to brush and floss -- nip problems like gingevitis in the bud. No need for a hairdryer to read the signatures at all. The chips just glow in the dark.
I'm sure cdex wishes they'd thought of this innovative breakthrough in dental hygiene!
"He is eerily quiet for a long time, but then it's always eerie when Guy Hansen is not talking."
Hahahahahahahahahahaha!
You are too funny!
That's where blkhoc's mother lived til the hurricanes hit and he died.
gosh! that was a mouthful!
there's your answer, puff ... or at least I think it was ... was it, xeno?
Sounds to me that if enough wronged (violated) shareholders got together then and only then would a suit against principals, inonits and other parties to the fraud perpetrated on good faith investors have a snowman's chance in hell of "standing" up in court and being resolved in the investors' favor?
Sometimes I wish I had a law degree. Then I'd be able to follow along.
Have you lost the plot, Dave?
No, Paige ... I don't know about those things at all.
Just find it predictable that you will always ask questions of the very people who do know physics and the law, and whom you seem to want to catch in a lie or soemthing. It seems to me you're ALWAYS trying to find some way to "prove" that this company, in whatever incarnation, is on the up and up, that all the "new" products and hype, years and years of both, are based on anything resembling reality. When one tack doesn't work, you try another.
You're gullible and you've been had, Paige, as much as anything by your own inability to keep up with the sharks you're swimming with. Or at least know when to swim in the other direction.
And then you add into the mix people like the noble Robert and diamonte and Mari and jammonjeff and standaman and their kind and there you are ... up the creek.
You're not alone. Sadly, there are many others just like you.
I'm wondering if there will be a REAL class action suit one of these days. Not a rigged one put together by inonits, but one that gets the inonits and all their friends to pay and pay dearly. And not just in ill gotten gains.
That would be nice.
Thus endeth today's lesson?
I'm honored, diamonte.
To think, of all the choices you had, you responded to MINE.
Tell us about your bar, Dave. Tell us about Mari's. Tell us about all your friends. Don;t just leave us poor amateur slooths hanging and wondering and dealing in rumors and innuendo. Maybe you should have your attorney bring suit against us "and others" for libel? Or will he be otherwise occupied on your behalf? Has mari offered you the services of HER lawyer? That's what a real friend and colleague would do, isn't it?
"Maybe CDEx will follow the LOCH (and LOCHE) model and just cease filing financials with the SEC altogether."
Wouldn't surprise me at all.
OT, but I don't think viking will pull it:
PLEASE INFORM EVERYONE
Emails with pictures of Osama Bin-Laden hanged are being sent and the moment that you open these emails your computer will crash and you will not be able to fix it!
If you get an email along the lines of "Osama Bin Laden Captured"
or "Osama Hanged" don't open the attachment.
This e-mail is being distributed through countries around the globe, but mainly in the US and Israel .
Be considerate & send this warning to whomever you know.
PLEASE FORWARD THIS WARNING AMONG FRIENDS, FAMILY AND CONTACTS:
You should be alert during the next days:
Do not open any message with an attached filed called
"Invitation" regardless of who sent it.
It is a virus that opens an Olympic Torch which "burns" the whole hard disc C of your computer.
This virus will be received from someone who has your e-mail address in his/her contact list, that is why you should send this e-mail to all your contacts.
It is better to receive this message 25 times than to receive the virus and open it.
If you receive a mail called "invitation", though sent by a friend, do not open it and shut down your computer immediately.
This is the worst virus announced by CNN, it has been classified by Microsoft as the most destructive virus ever.
This virus was discovered by McAfee yesterday, and there is no repair yet for this kind of virus.
This virus simply destroys the Zero Sector of the Hard Disc, where the vital information is kept
Big Bertha yet!
Paige, are you now going to google all the weaponry in recorded history to try to find something that fits the loch/cdex development and marketing "model"?
Can't wait!
Maybe you could look into the Gatling gun. I think it was supposed to end the Civil War but then got diverted to the Mexican wars or something and 100-some years later found its niche.
And I'm still waiting for Yale/New Haven to buy one or three.
Puff ... burning question of the day:
Are you a magic dragon?
