i didn't see any gap down according to AA...there was a dip and i'm glad there was no gap up...but i'm still widit...and ARII and DEIX

it's not an overlay, it's a lower study...look at DMI (within ADX) and see if that's what you are looking for...there is also the A/D line which can be poltted over moving averages

and yes i do use ChiOsc, typically for entries set at 2,5...but never by itself.

you're going to love it and it's a plus that you got the study book...just remember, when you do the quizes, answer honestly; answer as you would do, not what you think you should do, you'll get the best bang from it that way...

i had previously reviewed all the SD capability and it appears it could be better than what stockcharts has to offer for a fee (in terms of screening formula selection)...since having the AA for free, it made no sense to pay SC, though it was more robust than AA...i'm looking forward to the SD and even more forward to the pattern thingy that's coming...i'm big on patterns...

also looking forward to back-testing...that's always a kick in the pants!

if you can chunk-off a portion of your capital into Izone, you can save on commissions there and they are TDA as well..so you can use the cool freebies on the apex account AND trade with a deep discount...

and you must be using gainskeeper, right??...knowing your background and not liking to be extended overnite, don't tell me you don't use gainskeeper...or at least the equivalent!

I frequently use OCA, OTA and trailing stops, depending, but i don't stray too far from the box with program trading...

well actually, i've been trying to run it (strategydesk)...perhaps you can help me understand why it doesn't load for me...each time i down load it and go to run it, i get a 16bit nt error message...i've been using the AA for years and have been waiting for sumpin better...
