Thanks...couldn't resist! GLTU!! Go SVFC$$$$
You'll be glad you did down the road! I added another 2.3 mil myself @ .0035 SVFC$$$$
Hey, I don't blame you one bit for feeling the way you do! I am, however, focusing on what you wrote, "good things on the horizon." Too many of them! I just don't see how the PPS can be kept in the doldrums forever. SVFC$$$$
Good points click5. I can't disagree with you, especially the last sentence. SVFC$$$$
chris67, my apologies. I meant to hit the "post new message" option instead of "public reply." The post WAS NOT directed towards you. My bad!! SVFC$$$$
roller150, I know. It would probably be best to not even look at the PPS for the next year! LOL, that would be impossible to do. GLTU SVFC$$$$
Here's the way I see it. Nothing has changed. If you're not happy, instead of constantly complaining, why not do yourself a favor and sell? Sounds logical. Those invested and believe in the future of the company should hold, or perhaps add additional shares, and wait for the inevitable ride up! Again, nothing has changed. If you don't have the patience to wait then sell and quit complaining. This is a penny stock. This is what happens with penny stocks. The risk/reward is always there but if you don't have patience you'll never be rewarded. SVFC$$$$
Parker told me the same thing. After leaving a message I was pleasantly surprised to receive a return call by Clay. He was traveling and responded to an email he received regarding my message. He seems very genuine and concerned about shareholders. That tells me a lot. He didn't have to return my call. SVFC$$$$
Welcome aboard and GLTU! SVFC$$$$
The written word can always be misinterpreted by the reader. Everybody needs to be VERY careful when reading quotes. They can be easily misconstrued. SVFC$$$$
Thank you shivas38. Good to get confirmation from multiple sources. Good luck my friend! SVFC$$$$
Good luck to you as well! I have a good feeling about the PPS turning around. Too many positive reasons not to. Long and strong!! SVFC$$$$
shish, I can confirm your information about Parker regarding the 10K and CC is correct. He told me during a phone conversation last week. SVFC$$$$
BBW...I have to disagree with your statement:
pre-mkt T's always a nice way to increase that pps to sell into or any other possibilities
Pre-market activity can mean just about anything. "Always" is a pretty strong word and can never be used as a blanket to cover investment strategies such as "to sell into." As always an individual should do there own DD and NOT rely on the advice of others on a message board. SVFC$$$$
Strange opening, even for a penny stock. IMO early activity is just backing and filling. We'll finish the day green for the second straight day. SVFC$$$$
15% SVFC$$$$
Today was a nice kick-start. I would like to hear from the company soon; Parker did mention to me via a phone call last week that a conference call was something they were considering to update shareholders, and potential investors, on IR, YA, and other matters. Just a gut feeling here but I would expect more positive PR's prior to a CC. SVFC$$$$
That is the trend with the majority of penny stocks, not just this one. Once things start to happen that trend will cease and the PPS will pop. When will that be? Could be anytime. I wouldn't, however, want to be caught on the sidelines when things do happen! SVFC$$$$
BULLDOZER, you're right. The first part of your post would classify as an oxymoron, lol. Yep, partnerships, patents, etc., with quality individuals such as Dr. Andrews. Scam? I think not!! SVFC$$$$
shivas, I'm with you all the way buddy. A buyout? If that were to happen I'd rather see that later after the PPS climbs to a value significantly higher than where it now sits...at least .10. I don't want to see a buyout, or particularly a RS happen NOW because I don't see those things as being advantageous to shareholders at this time. In fact I don't ever want to see a RS! And no, there hasn't been any talk of one. Let's just get the PPS up; I don't care how long it takes! We have a winner! SVFC$$$$
WARNING TO NEWBIES SVFC is certainly NOT a scam. Don't listen to me or Colworth, or anybody for that matter. Do your own DD. You will find many reasons to view the future course of SVFC as anything but a scam. Be careful of a poster claiming "scam" without merit. There is most always an agenda associated with such a fictitious claim unless claim can be supported with solid evidence and not meant to spread fear as a scare tactic. SVFC$$$$
Agree, there is no covering. Not nearly enough volume to even suggest that. We're in a holding pattern although it appears we may be able to finally break the downward trend. SVFC$$$$
Please...no more posts about charts. Too many of them recently which prove absolutely nothing. SVFC will move up when it is ready to and charts will have nothing to do with it. Green push starting today? SVFC$$$$
Then sell. SVFC$$$$
Down a couple of ticks on very little volume. Big deal! Long term it is meaningless. If anybody is angry or losing sleep because the PPS isn't moving up fast enough should probably sell. Patience is the key. If you don't have it then quit whining and sell. You have a winner here LONG TERM although you never know when it could pop in penny land. Again, patience. SVFC$$$$
Parker couldn't give me specifics due to legal reasons (he couldn't just share with me) but he did say any IR decisions made final by Oing would be made public in an 8-K. SVFC$$$$
jubin56, read my post #65154. SVFC$$$$
If they are going to take care of shareholders and keep them informed you are 100% correct. Q & A session to follow with potential investors would go a long way. SVFC$$$$
gonia, heavily pumped? Are you sure? Barely over 4 mil traded in two hours. I don't see the connection. When you say heavily pumped are you referring to a "pump-n-dump?'" If that's the case the pattern does not support it.
TheSkunk, you're welcome and I agree. If nothing else responses from the likes of Parker help squelch some that may start to wonder about the credibility of the company. There is no reason to panic here as there is too much in the pipeline. Things will be fine. SVFC$$$$
My point! SVFC$$$$
I received a call back from Parker last Friday late in the afternoon. I previously called the New York number and was directed to the Miami-Dade County area code number you listed. I called and a woman told me Parker was not in, he was traveling, and she didn't know when he would be back. I was rather busy and gave a sarcastic response but made it clear that us "little shareholders" deserve to hear something. She asked for my cell number and I figured that was that. Parker called me a couple of hours later and said he received an email saying I wished to speak with him. Unfortunately I was the one that didn't have much time. I did ask him for an update on several things: YA, IR, and the late 10K filing. His response in no particular order was that the 10K will be filed shortly. He could not disclose anything regarding IR because whatever the outcome must be available to ALL shareholders, not just a single shareholder like myself. He cited legal reasons. He also acknowledged that the IR ruling will be public when final. So that means there are still things going on that we will find out about when disclosed. As far as YA goes I asked him to keep shareholders up to date and asked him where his company would be without shareholders? He mentioned another shareholder letter but also said they would hold a conference call addressing YA, IR, and the company in general. I told him that was a great idea. He didn't give a date on the CC. Well, that was pretty much it. I wish I had more time to talk with him but I was the one keeping a client on hold. I was glad just to receive a return call and Parker seemed genuinely interested in my concerns and thanked me for calling. He also said he had emailed 7 or 8 other shareholders similar information on Friday. Still long and strong! SVFC$$$$
casual, do you really have the time to thoroughly research 70 companies? I don't. You believe in SVFC as I do! We have a winner here although it may take time. SVFC$$$$
Unfortunately none of us has any idea what is going on and all we can do is speculate. As shareholders we deserve better. As a company they should know better. Where would they be without us? Still, I believe things will work in our favor simply because of the favorable PR's that have surfaced within the last 4 months or so. The potential here is huge and I don't think SVFC could screw this up if they tried! SVFC$$$$
Looks like a tourniquet was applied today. Not a bad day at all! SVFC held its ground. The answers we are seeking will be coming sooner hopefully rather than later. SVFC$$$$
We should be positive! And why not? Have you read the PR's? At this price SVFC is on sale! Great buying opportunity IMO. SVFC$$$$
skunk, you wrote, "it may be wise to reevaluate the risks facing the company despite future positive company prospects that will take more time to materialize. Shareholders could suffer before future plans are realized." I say it may be wise to reevaluate the potential rewards facing the company in light of the many prospects that may time to materialize. Shareholders MAY make a significant amount of money if future rewards are realized." Your glass is half empty. Mine is half full. SVFC$$$$
BBW, "Long Profits...the only real truth?" Yeah, I'm holding onto my shares for the "long profits." The only real truth will be when the SVFC PPS increases. You have a great day!! SVFC$$$$
LOL, hang in there cazual. Your questioning is valid. SVFC$$$$
Toeinmouth, just curious, but are charts really a reliably indicator in penny land? Penny stocks are unpredictable and schizophrenic in their movement so it seems charts would be of little use. How effective have you found the Bollinger bands when tracking pennies? SVFC$$$$
