Actually its the shortage of pipe-bending equipment that is hurting them
Really? So how is a company expected to grow. You can't use restricted shares as collateral and a loan means you have to pay it back with interest or a C/D. So with your logic what does a company do. I look forward to your answer. Thanks!
All set plus some patent updates
Lucy i didn't get a chance to update the info. I will during the colts/jag game tonight
yikes esp. when you see they don't back up the information they post with any certainity

We will know alot more this week.
Very Nice post Thank you
Everyone is entitled to their opinion
Really Chad so you know for certain that a RS will happen and it will be substantial. Can you give me the date and amount? You also know that they will be dumping shares. I'd really like to know how you know this for certain. Thank you.
Actually gambler I think AERO is being advised by this person. he owns 9.7% of AERO

I hope so also
I think we will see alot of interesting stories develop :)
OT:I've lived in New England all my life. You always expect the Sox to rip your heart out..
OT:The Sox still scare me. The pats I have no doubts :). Of course I've been on their wating list for 6 years and expect another 6 years of waiting.
Exactly. We'll know more based on what AERO talks about this week.
I have no idea. It would be pretty dumb of me to make a statement on when. I could post AERO will be profitable 90x times a day if you think it would appropiate.
Really? He told me the RS was monday? I just asked for clarification.
Agreed. AERO shown some potential, revs stunk but I'm curious to see what 3rd quarter is and the company has planned. I'm expecting something on Monday in the form of a PR.
The conversations have gotten very interesting lately ;)
Funny I've asked for the date and amount of the RS. I got one retracted answer on the date and then nothing definitive. Is it to much to ask for a date and a size of the RS.. ;)
But you posted monday... I'd like to know how you came about this decision and with what information you are using. Please anwser the question.

I think that when this does do a reverse split (monday)that the Price Per Share will drop at least 50% if not more because of the 8K and they will attempt to prop up the PPS by releasing some fluffy PR's but I do not think that is going to help.
Oh so you don't know when, what or where? Thank you for the revealing post and the nice screenshot. :)
Really Monday? Please post how you have this insider information? Thank you
8k was rough. It has some bad(revs) and some good(growth potential and a very interesting investor in it.) You should read through it

I would expect something. AERO may not be perfect but they were smart enough to know not to release info till after the merger. There wasn't a flurry of pr's in sept making ridiculous claims. Instead they release an 8k that was pretty blunt.
I agree with you completely. I thought AERO was further along than this. But news about plans and direction is very important. They do have a good product.
Actually we don't know what or when one will occur. I see alot of hype about it. Also from a strategic point of view it would be dumb to do one until there was defintive reason to do it. This company didn't become compliant to become a diluting pink sheet and be visible about it. Don't companies that do that don't post filings or become compliant.
Actually you might to check out the backrgorund of the 9.7% owner of AERO.

Thank you for your post. You make some very good points.
I thought that was an accounting term... ;)
Well it all depends on the company has planned. What they release for information this week and the following weeks will have a big impact. I see a lot of folks saying sell now buy back later. Hmmmm...
Try this site it's basic but it does have a tutorial

If I can find a good site for you I will post it
Ah so investing money in a company is dilution(private or public) I guess my company should close becuase of its private investors diluting the company..
They won't be able to becuase if they recieve any investment money that would be dilution...;)
That is correct. They do have to file but that decision is left to aero not fccn.
rjdover quick sell all your stocks becuase they diluted...;) Nobody can invest in a company becuase of the dilution..
I just asked an investing question. So when a person invests in a company and recieves a security for his investment is that called dilution? If so every company in America is diluted that has investors..
