Today's AVEW VWAP --- $0.0053281.
May 10 at 3:32PM
Lopez will assure himself that the majority of shares will be voted for the RS before a vote is scheduled...... just like the last two times.
Well TRADR.... UNI-CON has less than a BILLION shares left to DUMP so the next Reverse Split is not very far off.
Remember the CD/Death Spiral Financing that has been going on since 2004 has been and is the ONLY WAY UNI-CON has been able to pay salaries, let alone do anything else. That has already resulted in two RS's, a 1:100 and a 1:500, as they have maxed out the Authorized Shares at 5 BILLION twice.
They cannot process 'material' as there is no tailings pond, and, even if the 'material' could be processed it does NOT contain much of anything.
Today's AVEW VWAP was $0.0069823
hardasset....
Very simply. The CD holder (Daddy Lopez) converts the defaulted CD's, plus interest, to shares at a 50% discount to the market. The next day those shares are DUMPED into the market with Daddy Lopez realizing a 100% return.
This has been going on for years.
Today's AVEW VWAP was $0.0071147.
Hardasset...
This says it all..... (From the latest 10-Q)
"There are no known, proven or probable reserves on the property."
And......
"Unico has no immediate plans to try to establish any reserves."
whateva77...
They are NOT "supposed charges" They are REAL charges.
What I posted about Geddes was taken directly from the Utah District Court Calendar. The Court Calendar only covers a one month time span.
Remember that Geddes petitioned the court for a delay from the March 24, 2010 Pre-Trial because he CONveniently changed attorneys and that new attorney needed more time to prepare.
I and others keep checking the Court calendar and will post Geddes new Pre-Trial date when it is posted.
You can periodically check here:

I wonder, wonder, wonder how AVEW got the $$$ to put on the last event....
5. Private Placement Offerings
State securities regulators have observed a steady and significant rise in the number of private placement offerings that are later discovered to be fraudulent, especially those made under a federal registration exemption (Regulation D, Rule 506). Companies using this exemption can raise an unlimited amount of money without registering the offering with the SEC as long as they meet certain standards.
Although properly used by many legitimate issuers, the exemption has become an attractive option for con artists, as well as individuals barred from the securities industry and others bent on stealing money from investors through false and misleading representations.

Just thinkin out loud......
Only reason if finished up on Friday was an $8.30 PAINT JOB!!! at the close yesterday.
It would have otherwise closed at $0.0065.... significantly down for the week.
Even with the paint job AVEW closed DOWN for the week.
LoanStew...
Small correction. Trades 2, 3, and 4 were done at 0.0061, not $0.0063.
The correct AVEW VWAP was $0.0063647.
Great $8.30 trade at end of the day to 'paint the tape'. They're gettin VERY desparate. The downtrend is still VERY much intact.
Talk about desparate..... a $4.38 trade to bring us back to unchanged.
Too funny.
ROTFLMAO
iwant1mil...
Sorry.... WRONG AGAIN
The dilution machine is still in high gear.
Talk about misleading information with no links to support....

Buy out of AVEW.... ROTFLMAO
LGL8054...
You're right, there has been no change for shareholders. The UNI-CON SCAM has continued on business as normal (for them).
mickeybritt...
It looks like there are not many who want to touch this 'stinky pinkie' stock, AVEW.... for VERY OBVIOUS reasons!!!
LGL8054...
There already has been a Derivatives Lawsuit against the BOD. The parties who brought that suit chose to agree to a SMALL settlement instead of following it through. The only ones who made out was the Plaintiff's lawyer who pocketed around $500,000, and the BOD, who got off the hook totally. Plaintiff's got a token amount, $7,500 each I believe.
"On August 14, 2008, Unico shareholders Randall Sullivan, Barry Raykoske, and Jack Reilly filed a derivative lawsuit on behalf of Unico against Ray C. Brown, Kenneth C. Wiedrich, Mark A. Lopez, Shane Traveller, Javelin Advisory Group, Inc., and Unico (as a nominal defendant) in the Superior Court of the State of California, San Diego County Central Division (Case No. 37-2008-0008901-CU-PN-CTL). The plaintiffs allege that the named defendants breached fiduciary duties owed to Unico, and were negligent in the approval of certain financing transactions entered into on behalf of Unico. The plaintiffs seek no less than $20 million in damages from the named defendants, as well as injunctive relief, interest, attorney's fees, and court costs. The defendants deny any liability, and are defending the lawsuit. Since the claims are made against officers, a director and other third parties, Unico does not believe that its assets are at risk in this proceeding except to pay legal defense costs until the insurance deductible has been met, and unless the plaintiffs are successful in obtaining an award in excess of the insurance policy limits. The parties have tentatively reached a settlement, subject to court approval, pursuant to which Unico’s insurance company will pay $850,000 (the “Settlement Award”) to Unico on behalf of two Unico officers and one Unico director, and Unico will agree to certain restrictions and limitations affecting Unico’s governance procedures, its ability to enter into financing transactions with certain persons, and restricting Unico from issuing its stock pursuant to Section 3(a)(10) of the Securities Act of 1933 in connection with settling debt arising from Unico financing activities. Plaintiffs’ attorney’s fees and expenses will be paid, and an incentive award will be paid, from the Settlement Award, in such amounts approved by the court. Notice of the proposed settlement has been sent to Unico shareholders. A press release more fully describing the terms of the settlement has been published on Unico’s website at www.unicomining.com. Unico is seeking court approval of the settlement.

As AVEW choses NOT to file 10-Q's or 10-K's, being a stinky pinkie, no one knows for sure the total make-up of the Board of Directors.
However, AVEW's wholly owned subsidiary MatchFights, and it's ONLY operating entity, is controlled by it's two principals... Gregg G. Geddes and Tamara Traveller (wife of Shane Traveller, aka 'The Preacher').
Geddes and Traveller, through AVEW Preferred A Shares, control 75% of the voting rights of AVEW and therefore control AVEW, regardless of who is on the BOD, as they can outvote the BOD, so it matters not who is on the BOD.
Hmmmmmmm.....
"Effective March 26, 2010, Nova Dean Pack was appointed as a director of Unico, Incorporated by a vote of the Company’s Series A Preferred Stockholders, through a unanimous written consent resolution."
Let's see....
The only Preferred A Shareholders are Mark Lopez, Ray Brown and Wayne Hartle.
And by the way, this brings up an interesting point. Why has UNI-CON NOT held an Annual Meeting in over two years when their Articles of Incorporation and Arizona Law require one EVERY year.
I wonder if there is a drilling conpany out there that will even think about doing business with UNI-CON..... I doubt it.
Reason. All drilling companies that did business with UNI-CON have had to SUE UNI-CON in order to get paid. That word spreads in the business and it is NOT a very pretty word.
travler41,
This little item was taken from the Utah District Court calendar. The Pre-trial has been delayed because Geddes changed attorneys again....

Now as far as Shane Traveller (aka 'The Preacher') try this....
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2008/lr20695.htm
Today's AVEW VWAP was $0.0070471.
The downtrend is still VERY much intact.
As you say lucy "VWAP is calculated by adding up the dollars traded for every transaction (price multiplied by number of shares traded) and then dividing by the total shares traded for the day."
That is correct. And VWAP is a FAR MORE ACCURATE representation of what the daily trading represented. It ELIMINATES the 'painting the tape' effect, like happened today in AVEW. Today's avearga price was $0.007670 for a total of 892,876 shares traded while the close showed $0.0090 on a 28,000 share paint job.
What is more accurate, a chart based on 'paint job, numbers or one based on Average selling price??? My vote is certainly NOT for one based on a 'paint job' numbers which is HIGHLY misleading
The reason most do not use it is it takes effort to calculate it and most take the easy way out.
And regardless of how the chart was prepared.... it is VERY ACCURATE and is certainly NOT a myth as you say.
Today's AVEW VWAP was $0.0076700.
DalaiTom,
You're absolutely right.... you're hit on the key here....the Preferred A shares.
They control 75% of the voting rights of AVEW and they are held by the 2 principals of MatchFights, Gregg G. Geddes, who has 3 outstanding counts of FRAUD and one count of THEFT by deception in the Utah courts, and, Tamara Traveller, wife of Shane Traveller (The Preacher) who in 2008 copped a plea with the SEC and paid a $50,000 fine and was barred from holding office in any public company as he obviouasly did not want to go to trial on his securities FRAUD case.
robertcowdog...
VWAP = Volume Weighted Average Price
It is basically an average share price of all shares sold in a given day. It eliminates the effects of 'tape painting' at end of day and is a more accurate reflection of what the share price really is.
Today's AVEW VWAP was $0.0081219.
Sorry lucy..... WRONG again!!!
That was NOT my Board and never posted on it.
And by the way.... you know exactly what AVEW VWAP is, especially after having made such a big deal about it when it was first brought up.
Let's see lucy....
I remember someone who couldn't understand why the AVEW VWAP went down one day when the closing price went way up. LOL
"Price goes up, that number goes up." Not necessarily.
"Price goes down that number goes down." Not necessarily.
And yes, it is a much better trading tool than the closing price as the closing price is not necessarily a good indicator of the trades for the day. Very easy to 'paint the tape' at the close and distort the real 'price'.
Today's AVEW VWAP was $0.0086371.
After the 'successful event' the downtrend is still very much intact.
"BUY OUT OF AVEW"
ROTFLMAO
There really is nothing to buy!!!!!
whateva77...
The feed was terrible. I have a 6+ GB connection and it feed constantly froze up, locked up, crashed. There were MANY, at least 30-40 in the chat room, with similar problems.
One would have thought they would have pretested the system to assure that these MANY problems did not occur.
Just had a shot of the crowd.... LOTS of EMPTY seats!!!
