lightbeam it wouldn't be because in realility you are really Tom LOL
everyday several call for a share count so it was only a matter of time before it was to be disclosed. Do you believe they should not have mentioned it? That really wouldn't be right in my book, sure would have been interesting though if it wasn't announced till say 3:58pm. May have been better to let everyone think about it for 2 days before running like rats from a sinking ship.
Well come Mon I need to free up some capital for some buying as i expect the price to be a bargain rates for several days.
Sure do wish Wisebuys\Hacketts had an online store, think about how the current investors could help their own cause by buying all their Christmas gifts from them instead of the competition.
Jim for many years I have been totally against the concept of buying on margain, daytraders and the lack of power of the SEC when it comes to the big boys.
Just a pet peeve of mine, was always brought up with the concept if you don't have the cash for the market to buy then you shouldn't be able to purchase. I know that statement will pi$$ quite a few people off but heck it's only my opinion. Just think of how much less volitile the market would be if you had to have the total buy price instead of being able to buy on margain.
Regarding SWVC I would have preferred they let the price climb somewhat higher before diluting 70m more since it really did seem to kill todays rally. And no I am not looking to dump my holdings so that is not why I am slightly upset, it's just that I hate to see the little guy get beat down by the suits who most of the time wouldn't know what a hard day of work really is.
Looking on the bright side I figure heck I can't be wrong all the time, let's see ACMG that was a bad choice 9CEO lined his pockets and skipped the country), WITM another bad one ( only the insiders getting rich there)have to pick one right sometime this should be the one.
By the way this is an open invitation to Cavasin to go shark fishing anytime call me I won't hesitate to take you out on a charter.
AP
I am not bashing but an addional 70m shares to the OS is warranted news to me as a shareholder. How many times is Tom going to let the flippers make money. I only wish I was flipping this puppy from the get go instead of holding fast on the past 2 minor runs.
If no news next week then Tom can expect both an e-mail barrage and phone call barrage asking whats is going on. There had better be all good in the 10Q for the pain most are going through watching the idiot MM's have their way.
By the way next Tuesday has officially been declared take an MM deep sea fishing day. Invite your friendly MM out for some shark fishing just don't mention he\she will be the bait. If enough people do it maybe we can cleanse the system better then the understaffed \ blinder wearing SEC can.
The large MM's have no fear of the SEC or their fines. I actually believe the firms control the SEC.
Anyway good luck to the longs and may all the flippers\daytraders get caught chasing. LOL
I am all for dilution when it is being used to increase shareholder value but why dilute now instead on once the share price has gotten higher say in the .05 range? If they need the money now then I would expect a PR concerning a new aquisition within 4 days, if they didn't need the money right away then diluting at .025 does not make business sense.
It just gets me upset to see the daytraders get their way while the longs sit and wait almost makes more sense to be a daytrader with this stock
If what is being said is true 100m short then the more the longs buy tomorrow the more pain for the shorts getting their shares to cover.
Seems that some don't have faith in the new leadership and are selling off their holdings, no support here or interest to keep the price moving upward
Lowtrade you have mail
could also be "Dark Shadows" for those that remember that one
cdnkid10 PM me ur e-mail address
I see EZTO announced their payoff of Cornell just recently, so its not like Cornell doesn't allow it
http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/071024/129465.html
I am not saying you are wrong just trying to find where it states that specific circumstance is classified as a material event, was looking in the following
http://www.sec.gov/rules/final/33-8400.htm
without any luck
I believe a while back someone mentioned that SWVC would have to notify shareholders within 4 days of Cornell being done but I can not find where that is a requiremnet. It may be as an FYI but unless someone could point me to a reg that says they have to I don't believe you would see it in writing till the next 10q.
who is the idiot that just sold at .009
Not much interest in this one seems it wants to just move horizontally, management needs to create some shareholder desire.
AZ_Maverick
See u r located in CT and enjoy Golf, maybe next spring after we are extremely wealthy we should get together for some rounds.
Wow gone for 2 hours and I need to spend 1/2 an hour reading messages.
The way I see it is either you like what you read and have faith in your DD so then you buy more on mon AM. Or you are unhappy with what you have read and in that case you sell Mon AM.
Whats so hard about that. Even after getting sucked into both ACMG and WITM and losing serious $ I don't feel this is in anyway the same so Monday AM I plan to buy more so all of you that have second thoughts on your shares feel free to sell them to me my orders are already in with Fidelity its just to bad my money became available to late today for me to use as I was away the last hour of the trading day.
Good luck all even those that sell Mon but in penneyland you have to learn to take the good with the bad.
PS: DR Cavasin I have a bat with your name on it call me you have my phone number.
thnx
Anyone have a screen shot of current Level 2?
Another way would be to continue buying up the float as I plan on doing less shares in the float for flippers harder it is for the MM's to bring it down where the flippers want it Don't get me wrong I will take profits at some points but the majority will be locked up.
LOL don't think even Cleveland would be large enough could always use New York (remember the movie)

FYI, I see this posted on several boards:

I am surprised with the announcement of Cornell debt finished that it didn't fly today. Most stay away from any stocks when Cornell is involved since they are considered a death stamp.
Lowtrade:
I noticed u said SWVC isn't a long term hold but what if you maded 300% on ur initial investment after selling 75% of ur holdings and kept the other 25% as free shares would u then consider letting those ride as a long term investment?
Thanx in advance for ur response
wow what happen here this morning
Did we really not trade 1 share today or is Fidelity broken? Don't think I was ever in a stock that did not trade all day without a halt.
I thought there was a timeframe for prod of the strips for distribution within the US has that been pushed out
Question for the board: Why have we seen such a drop in price with all that is positive on the horizon especially the FDA approval supposedly coming?
OT: hope the mods don't mind since it is after hours but did anyone catch the discovery channel tonight where they tested the sniper rifle using a (believe it was) 416 cal special made cartridge. Barrat designed it and they tested it against the 50cal. granted the 50 packs a little more whalop but at 2500 yards it was a good kill shot. They discussed the need to stay supersonic with the round and how it doesn't drop as much as the 50.
If you really believe in this company what does it matter with the day to day games being played behind the scenes by the MM's. Unless you are hoping for a quick profit and then on to the next stock there is no concern currently, once the 8K comes out along with the other expected PR news this stock should rocket. Believe me only when the facts are in print will any and all skeptisism be squashed. Consider this a chance to still get shares cheaply. I wouldn't think that Tom would be looking for a short term profit on his shares so why would he care about pumping it a little so the day traders and quick hit investors can make some cash. if I was him I would care more about my long term core holders.
Disclosure: This is my opinion and I hold both free shares from the 1st run and 4 times that from this run after determining I want to hold a stake in this company for the future value it presents. This ain't no ACMG or WITM which burned me good.
Just sent an e-mail from the website and it bounced back undeliverable, anyone else have that issue lately
Either she is trying to BS you or the company is stalling since all you need to do is provide the list of names in a text file with delimiters to Thompson Financial and they can screen it in less they and hour for a moderate charge which eliminates the chance of human error, they need to get into the 21st century with their crap.
Thought I was seeing things after I filled at .013 50K and it drops to .011. I figured with the way avwi moved yesterday this would move also.
Ok why the drop to .011
WSM am actually considering averaging down just I am a little leery after the beating i took on ACMG and WITM (my fault for not taking profits)because I overloaded my sharecounts on them.
at least you had the oppurtunity to take profits I have been in since it was .032 and am in the red since then
Bay curious question can the bug be used in an e-mail I have a few co-workers I would love to send it to?
