Hey Tom do you think it is suspicious that after all this is happening some idiot is selling 416 shares at 5 cents? I have a feeling I know who it is. Please post this as this typifies exactly what the company has had to deal with. Why would anyone want to drop the pss for $30 dollars. Could it be someone who has been outed and is annoyed or could it be a ruse by me to start a panic so I can buy the company back and take it private. For God’s sake, cannot the real share holders see what is and has been going on? Bring on the 211, there will be no hiding!
This is not even MM activity this is a stupid individual who I know posts on the board and I know who reads the board and they are a little pissed that hey, Medify is still around and maybe they have been caught with their pants down.
Clancy reply to your question:
OK last time around for this one.
Firstly the float was suggested to me over 18 months ago and built up as a potential winner for all especially me. I had worked on Medify for 12 years time to take something back. I also spoke to some investors on there views of such a plan which all added to the potential upside and drive to getting it done ASAP.
It was my decision and I pushed it hard. We had confirmation of the entity, I woe the business plans and approved the marketing strategy. Every time we got close to the float, there was a reason like the iteming not right, the pps too low etc etc. All I could see were $ signs for everyone. We got everything signed off and I was totally sucked in. The last hurdle was that a pps over a $1 was the pre-requisite. I had to date paid for the planning, the pre-marketing and all that was required, I could smell the cash. So I discussed and approved with the board the reverse, we got the pps above a dollar and all was good to go or so I thought. It never happened, surprise surprise threw as a run on the stock, the pps fell and again we couldn’t do the DAX because the pps was too low.
At this point we had to change strategy which the company did and through mutual discussion it was decided I was too close to the company and took things personally so I left by mutual consent, I was not booted off.
So we had been beaten up, left in the lurch, and generally let down. An opportunity to make some money, make the company successful in one single shot was given and I took it. However, it was never going to happen and it was too late before any of us realised. I took responsibility and the company is now back to the original point whereby it has the orders it has the info needed and it can go again rapidly.
Clancy in hind sight you are right, it would have been a debacle, it was the wrong decision at the time and I paid for that. 12 years to deliver what is a ground breaking solution and I am now ion the side lines. My only role is to answer questions on an investment board. But hey, the company has a real chance now to be what I always envisioned it to be. The statements of yesterday prove that and I for one am glad that I started this and I will support the company until the job is done.
Talking of investment bankers we never met one, we were being reversed, a bit like the original float so maybe the non dax was a blessing in disguise? And yes, looking back everyone would have dumped their stock so I would have had two problems and two lots of investors, can you imagine that nightmare!
You too Solid, good luck to all of us!
Bob
I’m a bit disappointed. I’m sure I’m not the only one. We on the board have put up with the negative comments and attacks over the past few weeks, because everyone should have their say. But you’ve just admitted that you didn’t give Nik real names, and were sending people to the offices under false pretences. Then you didn’t send them at all, but said you had enough information and ranted on and on about things. Now, despite third party verification from Vodaphone, and the NHS to a shareholder that I have personally spoken with, with the apology from EMIS etc, you still say there is no company, no product etc.
I’m rapidly coming to the conclusion that something doesn’t feel right with what you are saying. If you have sold out of your shares then please stop posting here. It’s not doing anyone any good and I’d prefer it if you’d stop trashing my investment when we have had so much strong news over the past few days.
Good luck with your future investments
Tom
Resonse to questions:
Tom thanks for the question, but lets be blunt.
The company, I, made mistakes, but the company is still here. The significance of the product should never be ignored. If as was proven yesterday that the NHS are standing in Medify’s corner and Oracle and RIM and Vodafone are still them. Medify or the product must be of significance otherwise it doesn’t make sense non of it.
We were originally dropped in it and we had to lean fast. We’ve had everything thrown at us and the company has survived, It might not have been pretty or delivered the pps we all wanted., but the company is alive and has the orders it has always claimed.
Let’s for a moment think about a normal situation. If the information needed had been delivered as promised last year and Medify had delivered on its booked orders where would we be? For one I woudl still be in the job I loved. On the figures I had at the time we would have been at the 6000 order level, so where do you think the pps would have been and do you think we would have been in profit based on a monthly tariff of $20 to $50?
Also it should not be ignored that people have gone to such lengths to take the company down. Why? Medify is a small company is doesn’t’ threaten any company unless MedifyRemote is so much better than any other offerings and maybe that is why Medify has the support it does. Remember the quote from the NHS yesterday, the nurses love it and there are 650 000 nurse operating in the UK. Think about it, it is logical no other explanation works. If we were a scam we would have all disappeared by now especially me!
I for one think it is a success that Medify is still around. The company should now be supported and encouraged because they have the information they need. Why would the statements go out as they did if what I and lookup said is not true?
Claw response to your question:
The honest answer is we were totally hood winked. The possible float on Dax, the need to get the pps up etc etc cost me a lot of money. We were totally exposed in all aspects and could have been bought for under $1m. So when we reversed to get the pps up and we realised that there was never going to be the planned DAX float, we had to act. We did, we got rid of a load of rubbish, we reversed and for the first time since the company was private we had control and stability. We secured the position through the stock, which had incentives and conditions associated to it, which again is why, not a single share has been sold to date. But hey the com0pnay is solid and cannot be taken out unless the price is right.
Now the number of shares may be an issue but at the time they did the job and the company was bomb proof. We progressed strongly then we were hit by delays from our partners and the rest is history.
Every share holder should now realise that the company is today with EMIS’s information, in a position to explode. The company has it order book and EMIS have finally delivered. There is no more hard work. Update to align to EMIS’s developments and meet the booked orders! Give me a break it only took me 12 years and several hundred lessons!
Can you post them for everyone?
Thanks

I will post questions in a numbered format.
thanks
Tom
Response to the second question:
Yes and if Captain Bob would like to demonstrate the personal gain he mentions, which I would believe he means me, please show it.
I would ask what experience he has of running a publicly floated company? What experience of severe hardship but total motivation to continue? What experience of continual abuse designed to drive down the company. I would strongly suggest that my own personal los on Medify is in the order of 10 times the total loss of all and any share holders to date.
This is typical of a lack of understanding and a continuation of attack on me and the company. Anyone who knows me will testify that there was and currently is no personal gain. All and any funds I have ever had spare went into the company and false claims like this are just typical. I would refer everyone to the slanderous claims of IBM employees looking at the company. The names given did not exist on the IBM blue Book global register and I would at the time have personally welcomed IBM coming to look at Medify because they would have sent he set up and the opportunity that has now been proven by the NHS and lookup.
I would like to ask Captain, if he is no longer a share holder why does he continue to ask such ridiculous, scandalous and more importantly unfounded questions. I am here at my own request to provide some information to show the world Medify is a good company with a strong future. Please Captain, contact me privately and I will debate all day long with you the merits of believing in a company and supporting a company. I do not anymore have to hold my tongue to answer targeted questions.
Response to the first question:
The reverse split first then.
The company was promised and worked up to the point that there was an entity and licence agreement for s flotation on the DAX. That was booked and dates given as per the company news issued. This would have provided the company with expansion, new markets and rewards for all especially the investors. As everyone is aware and myself to my own personal cost, the promised float was delayed, delayed and delayed. The reason given to the delay was the low pps of the US company and if we floated on the DAX, the share price would be dragged down, so we were told to increase the share price and the best way to do that was to undertake a reverse. We were duped and led down a specific path. The deal and the float was then subsequently cancelled by the third party and we only found out when I was informed that Ian and myself were removed from the Board of Directors. We were duped and we paid for it.
My honest opinion was that we were used, so we changed tack and moved on.
The issuance of the award to management is very simple. Whatever anyone says the original members of the company never received benefit form the original reverse merger. Any money received went back into the company. Any sales of stock on the market did not benefit the company nor did the company receive any cash. The majority of people involved with Medify from inception, have put in considerable funds to keep the company going through development. So under the rules of the compensation plan shares were issued, They were restricted, had caveats and to my knowledge not one share has to date been sold or passed on. In fact I am absolutely correct in saying that the majority of individuals did not even receive a salary for 18 months and as some point everyone has to live. I could have walked away at this point I didn’t I receive reward for 12 years effort.
There are some other issues surrounding this which will become apparent so I will defer to later questions but there was nor is nothing underhand. I personally have given life, sole and all my cash to this dream to be effectively pushed out. My only recompense was the restricted stock to regain some of my losses.

I'm with you on that! We will see.
I received an email this morning along with a letter from Jonathan Bryant: My only comments are read it, think about it, and read it again. Then compose your questions in a numbered fashion with professional courtesy, because I would think that Jonathan will answer you with the same respect. That is all I ask, because this will take time on my part. Thank you all, and good luck.
Tom
Dear Tom,
I am writing this open letter to you and the board in order to set the record straight and to provide valuable information to the true share holders of Medify Solutions Limited.
I would like to thank the true share holders who have continued to be supportive of myself and the company your private e-mails have always been appreciated, even when critical.
In the face of personal abuse and threats there are a series of comments made by individuals that are totally incorrect and those individuals who make them, if they would like to communicate with me, please pass your comments to Tom for him to send on. Their statements/questions and my responses will be posted on the board.
The constant bashing of Vodafone is blindingly stupid. If as share holders in the company we get news of support from a major corporation, should we not be pleased instead of bashing. The partnership has been proven many many times, why do you still doubt its credibility. The company had to pay a third party evaluator to achieve the status. Vodafone are the world’s largest network operator and are very selective of their partners which is why there are so few.
MedifyRemote will be listed on the Vodafone corporate site on or before the 21st. If this happens should we congratulate the team or should we accuse Nik of hacking in to the Vodafone server putting the references to MedifyRemote on himself. This follows a certain theme does it not? If anyone is still having difficulty getting a response from Vodafone, please provide your e-mail address to Tom and I will provide the e-mail of the Senior Vodafone Applications Manager.
There are a number of individuals on iHub who post as share holders and are not, who have multiple aliases and are indeed associated in one way or another to Medify or its partners. I am happy to discuss the situation with anyone and I am happy to provide the pre-requisite evidence to support this fact. I would rather these individuals either stop bashing or leave, but the obvious detrimental statements and where they come from has to end. The true share holders are being affected by this. As anyone who knows me will testify, I do not hide and I will always deal with any issues and any individuals face to face. Furthermore everything I do is documented and I would gladly welcome responses from certain negative aliases.
However the motivation for this letter is to put things straight. I no longer work for or with Medify Solutions Limited, which is a major disappointment to me. But I am a share holder.
When I left the organisation, Medify had orders for MedifyRemote from Liverpool, Doncaster, Stockport, Luton, Barnet, Meesham and Bristol. From the 8th November 2006 the orders were on hold awaiting the acknowledged delay in information from EMIS. This delay, as per Darryl Cox’s statement, is proven and acknowledged and let’s hope they will provide the needed and information at the confirmed meeting today. Imagine where the share price would be if these sites were live (2500 nurses in 7 sites) imagine the publicity.
It is a fact that Medify has been handicapped, probably deliberately which has held up sales. If the information needed had been provided when due, then all of the above sites would have been using the product and for a fact the company would have been in profit. If anyone wishes me to corroborate this, please let me know through Tom.
Why continue to bash Nik and Ian. Whilst I was running the company there were several issues that we inherited and evolved. The only way to deal with these is to build the case and get the evidence. Then professionally and effectively any, and all, issues can be dealt with. It is my understanding that the company now has the required documentation to deal with individuals and issues. They should be congratulated for their professionalism and to have handled the issue in a way that is not and will not be detrimental to the future success of the company. Also remember, it is very hard as a small company to take on a large corporate, virtually impossible in fact. But if handled correctly then it can be done and I would like to thank lookup for lighting the fuse. I believe he forced certain individuals to react allowing the company to take the appropriate action as highlighted by yesterday’s statements. By the way lookup, if you had done this 4 months ago I would still be running the company I founded! Needless to say, his DD and revelation from the NHS has forced certain actions to take place which now allows Medify to roll forward to meet the demand expediently and immediately.
With regards to lookup, again he should be praised. I know who he spoke to and I know the comments that were made were not only true and accurate but deliberate to bring into the public domain the unacceptable handicaps that have been placed on Medify. It absolutely shows the demand for MedifyRemote when such a political organisation and the worlds third largest employer, supports Medify. Medify, you know that scam company that doesn’t have a product that is run by a bunch of idiots who know nothing! I though we were supposed to be intelligent people. If we keep getting this positive news why such negative bashing, DD is one thing but down right lies and blatant negative manipulation should lead us to certain conclusions regarding certain postings. Read lookups e-mail, it states from the NHS there is demand, they are ready to roll out as soon as EMIS do what they should have done several months ago.
To conclude, it is irrelevant what individuals say think or do, or use this as an opportunity to threaten and criticise me again. I am delighted to be given this opportunity to clarify and to right some wrongs. The facts above are true, correct and documented. True shareholders will know that I have never hidden and have always been available for comment. I will, as a share holder, defend the company especially when such blatant lies are being told about the company, through postings. Time and truth will out and I believe this will be a continuing successful period for Medify and probably a difficult time for others associated either directly or indirectly. We all want the company to be successful because if it is, we are successful to, which is what I thought we all wanted. Unless I have this wrong and the motivation on iHub is to drive Medify into the ground because either: “we have another product and we want to give that an advantage” or “we want to bury the past which is easier than defending so let’s kill the company”. We can speculate and certain actions will lead us to our own conclusions!
As I have agreed, I am more than happy to communicate with any share holder or potential share holder and Tom will facilitate. But now as purely a shareholder, I can and will defend myself and correct all individuals who have and continue to lie. All of the statements above are documented and proven. All I would ask is, for the love of God, let’s please support the company. Ask difficult and challenging questions yes, but let’s move on from this is a scam, it is not real, there is no business we have been ripped off. It is not true, it is not productive and it is always from the same individuals who have stated that they do not own any shares. MedifyRemote exists and is in demand. The company cannot deliver due to information being withheld which as you now all know will be made available to the company today. Medify is supported by 5 of the Worlds largest corporations. If there were no legs on the company, would they not distance themselves? They are all connected in the market and thus they would all know of the status with regards to the product and its orders. So just take a back seat and think. If this is not real, not happening and has a huge potential, and in fact MedifyRemote does not exist as described, then with all the muscle in the world do you not think that Medify would have been isolated or distanced by now by the Corporations. Think about it, why would one little company have such support? One would suggest that Oracle, Blackberry-Rim, Vodafone and The NHS know about their business, (billion dollar corporations), which is why they are supporting Medify.
Let’s stick to the facts. There are orders, a lot, which the company cannot at the moment service due to outside influence and thus cannot publish. The company has been held back, proven. The company is moving forward supported by the worlds third largest employer and should be congratulated in the face of the constant abuse, negativity and down right lies from individuals who either don’t understand or deliberately mis-lead. Today Medify gets the promised information to meet the demand for the product. That is a significant event and having been on the inside, assuming EMIS delivers, is the end game.
Jonathan.
Medify might not have to push harder, they might already be there. Opposition is not the issue. Political bs is the problem. imo
I think the NHS has been behind Medify from the start. I hope now things can be turned up another gear!
Nik's response to my email,
Medify Solutions Limited acknowledges today’s statement from EMIS, and the promise of increased support from Darryl to enable us to meet our sales commitments. EMIS are aware that Medify Solutions Limited has significant sales interest from multiple UK NHS sites for MedifyRemote, and has orders on hold.
To this end, Darryl has scheduled a technical update meeting at 2pm tomorrow in order to resolve our outstanding issues.
We would also like to thank our NHS partners for their continued support and their assistance in helping us to resolve the problems we have encountered.
Medify Solutions Limited
Dear Investor,
I can today confirm that there have been a number of delays in providing the required level of service and support to Medify Solutions Limited, which has slowed down their ability to complete the bi-directional functionality of the MedifyRemote product.
These delays are due to ever changing priorities within the NHS and are unfortunate and frustrating for all.
At the combined request of the NHS and Medify Solutions Limited, EMIS are now making every possible effort to deliver the required level of service and support to Medify Solutions Limited and are fully committed to supporting them in delivery of the MedifyRemote product to market.

Solid,
Do you think it’s a coincidence that they have found out the possibility that EMIS may have been delaying Medify, and now EMIS are announcing and exhibiting a partnership with Pearl?
Interesting?
It does say they were promised several delivery timescales.

I haven't today.

Clancy any thoughts on the L2 numbers and volume?
Thanks

Bid ask is moving up today!!!!!!!!!
Niks response to my questions,
Dear Tom
Please find below the answers I am able to supply at this time.
What steps has Medify taken to manage the position and has this affected our relationship with the NHS?
Medify has taken the appropriate steps on this issue, but cannot comment in detail. Any issue that restricts our ability to deliver maximum return on investment is treated seriously and through the correct procedures.
This approach has strengthened our relationship with the NHS as has been demonstrated by their support and the pressure being applied on our behalf.
Do we have orders awaiting the provision required from our partner?
Yes.
How long has the information been withheld from Medify and where would we be if this had been given?
The information we are seeking should have been made available under the terms of the contract in quarter 3 2006.
I cannot comment on where the company would be if this information had been supplied on time, but certainly feel that existing orders would have been fulfilled and operational.
Has there ever been any time frames as to when the information should be provided?
Yes, several, all of which have been missed.
Has Medify been taking orders whilst awaiting our partner?
Yes
Is the information that has been withheld part of the contractual obligations of our partner?
Yes
Does Medify have grounds to take legal action and would it be for the full contract value as defined under the partner’s contract?
I cannot comment any proceedings.
Has Medify approached other related partners to replace remove or negotiate?
As discussed in the February Investor Update we are in discussions to offer MedifyRemote with another partner in the same sector.
Regards
Nik
