One of two things will happen today- either we get a huge increase in the PPS due to some sort of announcement, or some smart people will get a great deal on some shares that they can hold and whisper sweet nothings to until we get some sort of announcement that results in a huge increase in PPS. Either way is good because that announcement will come at some point. But when? dom dom dom. IMO
MMEX
Exactly. Lol.
MMEX
I think you're right.
MMEX
There you go. The apparel industry is huge. Glad to see you're coming around.
MMEX
Talk about a diversified business strategy - Storage/shipping, refining oil, producing electricity. Whats next Jack? A blockchain subsidiary? Wouldn't doubt it. That should just about cover all sectors. No 1 trick pony here.
MMEX
Man, you're gonna have to start figuring stuff out for yourself. I mean, I'll help you out where I can. We've all tried our best to help you by providing good DD over the last few months, but now its time for you to do you're own work on this. When you find something of value, please share it like we've been doing.
MMEX
They should have money for the sought after storage/shipping portion of the refinery long before that IMO.
MMEX
If they did indeed buy a couple of oil service businesses, and if they are deploying said businesses, then they are making money in the Permian. Everyone working in the Permian right now is making money. The two "ifs" are the big questions. i think its pretty well established that the first if did indeed happen so we can scratch that one off I think. the second "if" is what we'll hear about soon I hope. However, I can't see a company with assets not using them to make money that is readily available to make.
A little good news is all we need to send this skyward.
Time will tell, but I'm hopeful here.
Yipper. Last year the 10-K came out on Friday the 28th. Could drop any time this week. I wonder what will be in it. Lots of good stuff happening. Media reports all over the place for the last couple of weeks. Should be a good. IMO
MMEX
All that matters is whether or not Jack builds a storage/shipping/refinery in the Land of MMEX. I say yea, he will indeed do as he has stated and build the finest refinery ever built by mortals. What say you Mr. Dog... nay? Well then you will be sorely disappointed with your choice very soon IM humble O.
MMEX
Its only a few dollars relatively speaking for a potential huge upside. Actually, no place to go but up from here. Well, or nowhere. Anyway, I'll take my chances with the little I have invested.
Mmmmm. What's happening now I wonder?
Apparently, sales of solar panels and systems are way down currently, for a variety of reasons. Considering supply and demand principles, Jack should get those panels on the cheap. Timing is everything.
MMEX
1/3 of a penny?? That's ridiculously under valued for what's going on here IMO. It will be rectified soon IMO.
MMEX
Man oh man, MMEX is showing up everywhere in news articles, in energy related sites, on green energy related sites etc.. Now I've been following MMEX for well over a year now, and I've learned a lot over that time. However, even if I just started looking at MMEX as a possible investment there's is one thing that would really spark my interest and that is the amount of interest and write-ups it has induced. Where there is smoke there is fire.
MMEX
lol. That's awesome!
Whom ever is selling for .0036 today, please don't use the range, or any other dangerous kitchen devices until someone can be there with you. Definitely do not use the deep fryer. For your own safety.
PC. MMEX mentioned with some big names there. Its all very good IMO. Thanks.
Are you saying phase 1-A of the refinery is starting next week? If so, how do you know this?
MMEX
Great post and reminder of the reputable names that are behind this project.
MMEX
MMEX has land, permits, road to the build site, utilities, a buyer, a supplier, a large firm requesting storage and loading facility ASAP, talks with a manufacturer/financier of storage tanks, years of experience and connections within the industry in the USA and south of the boarder, etc. etc. etc. . PPS at .004ish. At these prices, MMEX shares are a bargain IMO.
MMEX
How many barrels you ask? "Projected crude volumes of approx. 400,000 Bbls per month". Anyone out there good at math? I'm not sure, but it seems like a lot of money.
MMEX
"We are under negotiations with an international equipment supplier and its financing affiliate to provide equipment and separate financing for the entire Phase 1(a) RSD"
Phase 1(a) is the storage/transport facility. A money maker IMO. I think it mentions $10 plus per barrel. Wonder what the "plus" means? Wonder how many barrels per month?
Very important excerpt from the latest MMEX shareholder letter (July 9)
MMEX
Its very difficult to find any information here. I called Pirate, no answer and mailbox not activated. Perhaps ELTZ bought the equipment and are started under a different company name or who knows. Pirate was sold as best I can tell though. Perhaps we'll be surprised with some great information at some point. I haven't been following this closely however. Got a few shares in case something happens. Good luck.
You said it! Just imagine if MMEX makes enough dough from the storage/transport facility to cover the down payment for the refinery and to call back convertible debt. Then we're in serious cash! IMO
MMEX
The first part of the refinery build(storage tanks and loading infrastructure)will have to be fast tracked. The time to make money on storage and shipping is now and until piping capacity catches up with production. With production in the Permian expected to increase continuously for a few years, piping may not catch up for a long time. That being said, MMEX is planning on using the storage for the refinery at some point before or after storage and shipping is no longer required. So the window of opportunity to make money providing the required storage is now until the CDU is built (Unless MMEX builds more storage of course). Soooo, in light of this urgency I think the financing for the storage/shipping facility will be sooner than later. That's the only way it makes sense. This part of the refinery will be built ASAP. IMO
MMEX
This is a new venture. The refinery is a plan in progress. However, if/when Jack makes it happen I would agree that it won't be in the Pink Markets then. On that we agree. But remember, there is no refinery yet. But also remember that there is land, permit, road, buyer, supplier, folks who want to use the storage tanks for money, a "green" energy supply plan, etc. etc. etc..
MMEX
I've already figured that out. It doesn't exist yet. Yet that is. Yet. Someday hopefully it will be a real thing... like a friend that sends you money even when you don't need it and you did't ask for it and you feel a little guilty because the friend has already given you a lot of money. So you take the money and buy a new sailboat to help take your mind off it.
MMEX
Agreed. Jack is working hard I'm sure, but he's the worst at letting the investment world know about it IMO. Certainly no pumper. The PR firm is doing no better. But in time, it will a work out. Lots of earning potential here if it get off the ground as it is presented. I believe it will, thats why I'm invested, and long. Would be nice to see some more PR though. All the good things in the shareholder letter, and Jack posts about solar energy. I dunno man. lol
MMEX
The day to day PPS matters not to me because I'm not selling. Financing and the moving ahead with this project is what matters to me. I believe it is imminent. If I'm wrong I lose a bit of money. If I'm correct i make a lot of money. Risk vs reward in clearly in my favour.
MMEX
Exactly. Just because we're not on here doesn't mean we're not with MMEX. That would be indicated by a share sell off, which is not happening.
MMEX
Hmm. About the same age as Trump. Anyway, this age thing has gone to ridiculous. Age is experience. Age is nothing but an asset.
MMEX
I already know that one is MMEX. Believe or not, as you wish.
MMEX
"This new work will be added through Pirate's existing MSA's (Master Service Agreements) with multiple companies such as Pioneer, Energen, Anadarko, Koch Industries, Parsley, Sandridge, McGuire and others. Pirate estimates its revenue could increase to over $8 million for 2018."
This is from an article in Nov. 2017 on Energy Mag. Hopefully these prospective earnings are coming to fruition for 2018. I guess we'll know at some point soon.

I have to agree. Such focus on this stock. Even if its negative, still focused on this stock. Why if there's nothing there or no potential for MMEX. Lol.
MMEX
And lets not forget that the Permian is booming right now. ELTZ is supposedly working there is the oilfield service industry. If/when "supposedly" turns to "is" it should report earnings, and good earnings all things Permian considered.
Jack is going to build the storage tanks for the CDU first and do some storage/shipping work for "a major international commodity and financing entity." Who would turn that opportunity down? No one hopefully. This will bring an earlier revenue stream than the CDU also. This is needed and profitable; especially as oil prices rise. Now we can talk about submarines etc. I suppose, but this is a real business plan that will produce big profits for MMEX and its shareholders IMO.

Wonder who the new smaller players mentioned at the bottom of this article are?
MMEX
Actually, its the equipment supplier that MMEX is in financing negotiations with for this portion of the build. This is great news and should provide a revenue stream for merely having tanks and a way to load and unload them. I'm guessing financing for this could be announced any time. It would also cut the amount of financing required for the CDU portion.
MMEX just keeps getting better IMO
