PharmaCyte continues to make promising progress.
Nevermind the naysayers...follow up with your own DD and see firsthand the PROOF” of PharmaCyte’s work in documented PR’s, SEC filings, USPTO patent filings, and elsewhere.
Results of final cell run and testing coming soon....stay tuned.
Go Team PharmaCyte!!!
Best to have more patience.
Of course, you can always sell and move on.
I agree efood...I think that’s exactly what’s going on. He doesn’t have any other choice. Sell to continue paying expenses. It only makes sense.
Let’s go Team PharmaCyte....continue the progress!
Run cells.....test positive.....file IND and wait for blessing.
Patience.
VERY STRONG possibility a “long standing” conditional contract to fund trial is sitting on ice.
Go Team PharmaCyte!!!
Continue to be patient.
Big pharma and other investors would rather continue waiting as PharmaCyte takes the risk (chance of wasting money and time) out of development.
Other than our previous speculative guesses of who could potentially partner and fund the CT, there are always numerous other possibilities.
Like this one for example...

“...PROMISING ACTIVITY...”
**********************************
Our therapy development shows “promising activity” as well.
So, would those “delays” even be relevant in argument? :)
Go Team PharmaCyte!!!
Wow!.... I’m STILL WAITING.
I’m still interested in reading the proof you may have of PharmaCyte and/or KW being a scam.
Is the reason you haven’t been able to post any such proof is because YOU DON’T HAVE ANY?
tia
Go Team PharmaCyte!!!
Nice find efood.... I believe that’s the biggest media front I’ve seen publish PharmaCyte news.
Interesting.
“...Nothing at all complex...”
Well heck son...I’m going to put in a call to KW and Van Hoff to get you on the team asap!
Yeah, lets get this whole mess wrapped up!!!
Trying to text and work at the same time is hell. :)
btw bearspread...we see what you’ve been doing over the last three posts.
DEFLECTION!
Once again you FAILED to post PROOF of your scam claims.
GO TEAM PHARMACYTE!!!
Here’s an ABSOLUTE!
PharmaCyte continues with progress.
That’s factual.
Their therapy development is complex so unfortunately the R&D is taking this much time.
That’s the way it goes.
You don’t see anyone else outperforming this expected technology do you?
No you don’t!!!...but hey, you just might soon enough.
Stay tuned.
Go Team PharmaCyte!!!
I’m sure they appreciate that gesture, but you NEVER posted any documented proof, not even a link.
Where is this proof you claim to have?????
Hey bearspread, just imagine how much closer PharmaCyte is to making better lives for so many patients.
It’s an awesome possibility!!!
That would be great RC! ...don’t you think bearspread?
Hey bearspread, why wouldn’t you think all the progress PharmaCyte is making is phenomenal?!!!
“...What was the basis of due diligence?...”
Wow, you see, you really do need to go back and review the PR’s.
lol You’re missing out!
PharmaCyte is shakin’ n bakin’!!!
Go Team PharmaCyte!!!
Prolonged PR silence will cause the PPS of a scam to fade.
It’s simple really.
Outsourcing.
More and more companies are using this strategy. It’s smart business.
However, time and costs savings will have variable measures due to the many different contractors we’re working with.
lol you think?! ;)
What you concluded was definitely in a nutshell...good post esusun. :)
Go Team PharmaCyte!!!
KW’s “assertion” shows his confidence, and I expect that from a CEO...everyone does.
And in case you haven’t noticed, “all CEO’s”, especially those of a clinical stage biotechnology company preparing for an IND filing, have “only to assume” the outcomes of experiments and processes throughout development.
Newsflash: There is no crystal ball.
And btw, your claims of PharmaCyte and KW being a scam will always be SUCCESSFULLY REFUTED because there is NO DOCUMENTED PROOF of such claims.
Coincidentally, THERE IS DOCUMENTED PROOF (both legal and otherwise) of PharmaCyte’s continuing promising progress of their CiaB PC therapy development.
Patience.
Go Team PharmaCyte!!!
Thanks OldMusky
Yeah, let’s. :)
From IR last Friday....
Dear xxxx
We do not have the time or resources to have a shareholder call before the end of the year. We are engaged in finishing and assembling a myriad of documents that will be included in the IND. In addition, Austrianova is still engaged in R&D associated with our clinical trial product.
There is one major remaining part to completing the IND. It is being handled by Austrianova – the production of our clinical trial product and the testing required of that product by the FDA. The product is complex, difficult to produce and is being manufactured in a “one-of-a-kind” new manufacturing facility. The testing associated with this product is also complex and time consuming.
Soon we will be publishing a press release that describes the assistance PharmaCyte is providing Austrianova to ensure that everything that is done by Austrianova complies with cGMP regulations by the FDA and those items the FDA has requested of us to be included in the IND.
Any further information in response to your inquiry would violate Reg. FD. SEC Regulation Fair Disclosure (Reg FD) which states that public companies are prohibited from disclosing previously nonpublic material information to individuals or entities unless the information is distributed to the public first or simultaneously.
Thank you for your continued support of PharmaCyte Biotech.
Kindest regards,
Investor Relationsl

If indeed this response is truthful and forthcoming, then it confirms the work and progress being made as they wrap up the completion of the IND requirements, hence KW’s remark, “We are there”.
As we’ve known all along...the work throughout this entire development has been complex and time consuming.
Patience. :) :) :)
Go Team PharmaCyte!!!
ikr :)
Go Team PharmaCyte!!!
It’s easy to bash PharmaCyte with any false claim, but ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to prove it.
Ok, since you haven’t been able to post any evidence of your scam claims, we can only assume you have “NONE”.
No worries, we’ve known all along...that there really isn’t any.
Newsflash: “We are there.”
You really should have caught up on the latest news and developments. You would’ve learned factual and promising information from KW, and from world renowned medical experts of our team confirming the progress of our CiaB PC therapy design for the upcoming CT.
Happy Holidays! ;)
Go Team PharmaCyte!!!
Yes, the last 7 years. You really should. You’ll learn of all the progress being made, and discover documented information that’s sure to give you a whole new perspective.
And hey, you missed the mark....if you PM newmixer, he’ll explain.
Also, I see you you’re predicting future PR’s???...lol Ok, good luck!
btw, I was wondering, will you ever post “any” linked or documented proof substantiating your claims of PharmaCyte and KW being a scam.
tia
Go Team PharmaCyte!!!
As with the name change from Nuvilex to PharmaCyte Biotech, so was there a change in the way of doing business. Outsourcing.
We know that PharmaCyte Biotech in its initial business state, was not structured and equipped in a way to conduct the science necessary to achieve their goals.
Fortunately, in his strategy to outsource the work, KW has not only been able to focus all his energy and resources on the success of (our) PC therapy development investment, but he’s also been saving the company tons of time and money in expenditures as well.
But of course, with the territory of outsourcing, it puts PharmaCyte/KW in the clutches of the contractors.
And therein lies KW’s vulnerabilities to shareholders hot buttons and patience. One most impacted is his inability to control time management as it seems to be frustrating to most here lately.
Patience. This development continues to be complex and time consuming.
Go Team PharmaCyte!!!
Good to see!!! ....thanks efood
I only said that to Brian mocking you guys with the half glass attitudes around here lately.
This development continues to progress, so why not be a bit more patient.
You’ve waited this long...what’s a few more weeks?
Surely, we’ll get some substantially positive news about the IND by then.
Go Team PharmaCyte!!!
At 3 I know I will. :) :) :)
PharmaCyte team rocks!!!
Love the continuous progress with our PC therapy development.
But as I’ve said numerous times, the work is complex and time-consuming...so it’s best to remain calm with patience unabating. :)
Go KW!!!
Me too...but hey Brian, don’t look up, the sky is falling! lmao!
I’ve always been one to believe Janssen remains on the sidelines.
I’m in your camp! :) :) :)
I personally have never read a PR stating “all the hurdles have been jumped”.
Also, I refuse to believe it’s a mismanagement issue...now granted, there has been some “miscalculations” along the way, but I can’t agree that the PharmaCyte’s management team is mismanaging this development.
And as far as investors not knowing what PharmaCyte’s doing, well respectfully, I beg to differ. We know plenty enough as “outsiders”. And what we don’t, for confidential reasons, we should appreciate that.
As for as the dilution being done from the raises, well that’s a natural result for the most part. Its a part of the risk in this type of investment.
We all should of known going in that this development was going to be complex, time-consuming, and costly.
But at the end of the day, like you, I too hope that they pull out a rabbit. :) :) :)
Go Team PharmaCyte!!!
Good post efood.
Congrats efood!!!
Does anyone know of a company with a delivery system and targeted therapy, whether in use or in development, having superior intellectual property to PharmaCyte’s cotton bio-inert cellulose Cell-in-a-Box patent description and usage claims?
One’s product/therapy that “has”, or is “currently” OUTPERFORMING those claims?
Go Team PharmaCyte!!!
