please post the link backing up your statement that CVX was "singing a new tune".
i also dont think you can extrapolate our value in such a cut and dry fashion using block 1 as a comp. theres alot more to it. JMHO
thats wrong - CVX announced results in 2006. Addax bought in a few years later.
I highly doubt total payed anywhere close to 500mm. I would say it's much less. Look at how much addax paid. I would think it may be a litle more but probably not much.
yeah thats what i dont get. it seems people on here are touting that this drug could add billions to the market cap. hate to break to you but if you do sell it pre-trials, you'll get peanuts for it. no biotech or pharma is going to pay billions let alone millions for it to take on all the risk. and if you do want to see it through...it will take many many years and hundreds of millions to develop it....if it even reaches its endpoints. just another part of the mmrf story i dont get. i havent completely given up on trying to understand this company...but i have yet to see anything compelling. feel free to convince me otherwise. i dont mind losing a bet to strass if hes right about mmrf!
im a dndn stockholder since ~4.00...sold some on the way up but still hold most of my original position (also an erhe'er and have a bet with strassenheim that mmrf will be much closer to 0, if not 0 than erhe by the end of the year). question...it took dndn billions of dollars, multiple phase 3 trials and 10+ years to get provenge to market. what phase is this drug that mmrf has rights in? has it gone through any trials? how will MMRF finance such trials? have i misread something along the way?
ok ill be sure not to mention it until EOY...only if i can title the post " LIVE FROM THE END OF THE YEAR"!!!
strass - you are the one who proposed the gentleman's bet???
MMRF...winning the race to ZERO. hows that snake oil salesman of a ceo you have doing? penning anymore hilarious blogs?
krom - this person contacted you from a work address? whom does he/she work for??? very bizarre
simple question...for how many years (yes thats years) have you been saying "buyout"? a poison pill tells me they have no intention of selling for awhile.
actually just the opposite of all you have been saying! its called a poison pill...and poison pills are used to prevent hostile bids/proxy contests etc. corporations employ a poison pill strategy SPECIFICALLY to avoid a buyout.
for some reason im going with middy on this...
while i agree with some of your premise....a good amount of that share count growth had to do with SPLITS, not dilution. MS can finance things through cheap DEBT, not equity.
so we all go to the AIM...great.
it would be done through a private placement...usually these types of things are done when the stock price is higher... of course with the idiots running this ship, this probably wont end well. personally, i see no reason why they need to dilute unless its just some sort of bluff...but with offor controlling everything, theres no need to bluff. so this really makes zero sense to me.
unreal....this is not good...
LOL....erhc is ABSOLUTELY no unocal. apples to machine guns.
believe thats the old article?
riiiight.
can you refute those thoughts?
i am invested in erhc because of assets and the story and... despite management. I could never give MMRF my time and money because
A) the ceo appears to be a snake oil salesman (at least peter doesnt write a blog about the company ...lol...red flag anyone?)
B) there are alot of grand plans but no one can really explain how they are going to make any money and if the product is even legit or not
C) google couldnt make money in the space. does MMRF really have better human resources and technology than google??? c'mon
D) i have seen this a 100 times in penny land...a slick CEO with a supposedly awesome product that sucks alot of people in with alot of fluff and promises...only to see a share price of .00002 down the road.
lol - it must've been "Opposite Day" in Africa when they received that award.
sam dimka - theres a reliable source. havent you learned after many years in this stock that these JDA guys have said some variation of "can come at any time" a million times?
oh and wasnt sam one of marky marks sources? yeah, that reliable.
DOUGG!!! please stop selling. youre making it go up!!!
its all psychological. there a probably many people that would be willing to tender their shares right now for .75. under .20, that looks spectacular today.
never really answered it when i pressed him. his last response:
Management has said a benefit of an AIM listing is that it is a legitimate stock exchange and not a bulletin board that is prone to manipulation. I'll stick with what they've said.
yep i got the same response today from DK and he also said that the move to AIM is better than the otcbb because of manipulation. talk about naive and not seeing the forest for the trees. i pointed out that its the lack of communication and double-speak that is killing us, not manipulation (also mentioned how every confusing PR creates a selloff).
here's a fun poll while the markets spike up and erhe goes down:
how much would the SP rise if a PR came out saying peter and current managment was stepping down and a real management team was coming on board?
i would say we would move up to at least .50 or .60 on that alone.
Lol keep pimpin. Mmrf is just another pie in the sky penny stock. I'm sure you know tha though;)
nice so you lied about who you were to get info...did you tell him you were a shareholder of MMRF??? solid stuff.
and mark my words, MMRF will be a bust....just watch.
youve never been right once...
exactly. to see sustained, long term price appreciation, you need long term investors (day traders only have slight effects on stock ON A SHORT TERM BASIS). management has given very few (with the exception of us nutcases) any reason to be a long term holder. that wont magically disappear with a move to the AIM
Funny whenever you come back to posting after a few days, that same Elton John song always pops into my head
apologies for having a healthy debate...ill let you get back to more important stuff like oily-grams.
<Yes I do realize --- good bye to US Day Traders & Shorter's and hello Investors!>
-so only day-traders, shorters and non-investor types exist in the US???? please...the same antics will happen on the AIM as well until there is less uncertainty. mark my words, the AIM will NOT solve valuation problems. clear, concise messages and communication from a real management team will.
<If you kept an eye and done DD you would see what exchanges are the worst in the word for not only Day Trader manipulation - Shorting and Company Scams right under the SEC noses!
Institutions would not touch them ten foot pole with this type of activity!
This is why I and happy for the AIM!>
-please show me the DD that says the AIM isnt subject to manipultion and shorting? i can point you to specific examples where supposedly BIG, REAL exchanges have experienced blatant manipulation. again, it does not matter where we trade...it exists EVERYWHERE. institutions will buy anything as long they truly believe it is under-valued. youre naive to think that institutions dont buy under-valued stock of companies simply because of the exchange it trades on (they will find a way if they think they can make money). unfortunately, no one can determine what erhc's real value is because no one has a clue as to what is going on...regardless if we traded on the NYSE, NAZ or nigerian stock exchange.
you do realize that the highs fees on the aim are mainly for US-based brokerages? a majority of the people who transfer to the aim will do so because its EASIER/CHEAPER for them.
also, you still miss my point....day trading and manipulation happens on every exchange. i have actually seen worse manipulation on the nasdaq and others than on the OTCBB. it boils down to the fact that no matter where we trade, our management is pitiful and there is absolutely no shareholder confidence in this company due to the awful communication. uncertainity is the best weapon of the day trader and/or manipulator.
you prove my point perfectly when you post all of those fabulous milestones. where has it gotten us??? oh yeah.... 23.6 cents.
getting to the aim will NOT stop day-trading or manipulation. and blue chips and other good stocks dont need to put out PR's daily because there is an already built-in confidence from shareholders. also, there is day-trading in EVERY single stock no matter how good or bad. the difference is the good companies arent effected by it.
"I hope people notice that we had an increase in our institutional Investors that was listed this quarter??"
im pretty sure that it was 2 firms that added 10,000 shares... ie ~$2400. c'mon seriously? thats worth a bullet point?
september 14/15 will be created as another binary event date by this board. when nothing happens on that date, the stock will once again tank. how many times will we see this before we learn? (this is not directed at you peteman but felt it was a good build on your post)
