At least we now know for sure where the funding is coming from for all these deals - TG Private Equity.
And we can see that NSAV has still never made a penny of profit. Pretty sizable loss last quarter, and a very suspicious 'goodwill' asset.
Nothing unexpected in the fins, about what we should have expected.
Looks like we haven't seen the end of Noch, either. His DTC argument is laughable. All he has to do is move the shares to a different brokerage, like Etrade, to be able to sell those shares. I buy and sell NSAV all the time, have for years. He's not smart enough, apparently, to understand how to sell them, so he sues. To a carpenter with a hammer, everything looks like a nail. To Noch, everything looks like a lawsuit.
I only sell when the price is rising. I will sell some when the price exceeds $.04, since I bought 10M at $.02.
My mom was a lifetime smoker and died of emphysema at 83. I quit smoking over 50 years ago and am 78 now. I have no health issues except controlled high blood pressure and controlled high cholesterol. I plan to be around a few years yet. At least long enough to see who is right about NSAV...
Actually, as I have said several times, we don't know exactly why NSAV went from trips to cents. We do know that 'someone' or an entity or group, bought up almost half the OS late in 2020. It went up from there and still hangs in there above $.01.
Again, we don't know who or why.
But we do know that SBC is in the business of building businesses. We also know that NSAV didn't and doesn't have a pot to piss in.
NSAV itself cannot possibly have been making these deals - they are not at the helm. That means, to me, that SBC is using NSAV as the public 'face' of SBC, which is a private company by itself.
If you really think about it, it will be obvious that the money for these deals comes from another party, likely SBC, and that they will be the first to be paid when monies are made by NSAV. NSAV will be lucky to have any profit for itself.
We can hope that there are items that allow NSAV itself to grow and become profitable, but I don't see any evidence of that yet. Not sure the 2021 annuals will reflect any of these activities, but a year from now, it will be quite evident.
So, my predication, based on previous history is that when the annuals are announced this time, NSAV will tank, yet again, because there will no nothing to hang a hat on. No profit. And those with hundreds of millions will dump NSAV, knowing that nothing profitable will show up until months later. (I'll keep mine...) They will take their profits and put them where they think they can make more profit.
Those that are thinking $1 a share should be thinking $.10 a share and jumping on it. I doubt I'll be alive when NSAV hits $1...
The consolidated 1099 from Etrade should have a summary of all your trades. Short term and long term. That's all you need to enter in TurboTax.
I couldn't connect TT to my Etrade this year. I just used the summary of long-term and short-term activities from the downloaded tax files from Etrade.
The posts of interest are 'stickied' at the top. You don't have to read all the rest unless you need more information than is given.
It's too late now, but there was a pdf posted for 2 weeks explaining what to do. Basically, a screenshot of your purchase of NSAV over 3 months ago, and your wallet address. Today was 'payday'.
You need to join the Telegram AWallet Next Level Chat group to keep up with what's going on, and read it daily.
Your wallet is just a place to accumulate coins that are supported. It has an address, which is how they know where to 'drop' the coins into your wallet. To get the coins, you have to do what you are told to do in the chat group.
Not just revenue - profit. Revenue is meaningless if you are losing money. NSAV has never turned even a dime of profit. Let's hope that changes. We should know in about a week.
Read the pdf. It starts on the 8th.
Right. Not. I predict that the sp will fall when the fins are posted, because there will be little or no profit, which will disappoint. I have an advantage...I've been seeing this for 5 years. No change expected.
At least you can check me later this week when they post the late fins.
That's about as good as a chart, in pennyland...
That is simple. SBC. That's what they do.
And, that is why I keep saying that the percentage that NSAV gets from these 'deals' is not going to be anything like what people expect. The monies used to create the deals has to be paid back.
We'll see how it is structured in a few days. All money received from any source must be disclosed.
Or, you could do as most of us do and not show it. It is ALWAYS out of date.
There is no such thing as a 'q4'.
NSAV has not filed on time since I've owned it, which is almost 5 years now. Don't expect that to change any time soon. Q1 is due April 15. You will see another late filing report then, then the results a week later.
The only surprise here would be if they actually filed on time.
It never has traded on ameritrade. NSAV shares are not DTC registered. That is the reason.
That's another thing that will have to be fixed before they can uplist.
Using the strategic oil reserve is equivalent to drilling oil out of the ground. It takes months to turn it into gas at the pump. They say it will fill the 'gap' that was created by the Covid crisis.
The good news is that we can just sit and watch, and see if it has any meaningful effect. Let's check back in 6 months on our gas prices.
How would he 'flood the market' with something that still has to be drilled and processed? He put the brakes on federal drilling and pipelines long ago. Lifting those restrictions doesn't mean that anything is produced magically.
It is NSAV's lawyer - Vic something. Go back and read previous messages over the last couple years where others have done it. Or message NSAV directly to see if they will respond.
To me, it is not worth pursuing their underhanded tactics.
It is a known process. Those divi shares are not registered but they are restricted. If you pay the lawyer about $500, he will get them registered and unrestricted.
It's a sham. Those were FREE dividend shares, not something you are supposed to pay for. If NSAV ever plans to uplist, they will have to register all these shares and lift the restriction.
I will wait. 500K shares will be worth something sometime.
I'm 78...everything new just takes getting used to new methods. Never stop learning...
Right. When looking at your wallet, you can drag down from where it says 'Account' and then you will see it refresh itself. Sooner or later, you will see coins. There are also other rooms, like the new 800 room, in which you drop your address, and get more coins. Read through the existing messages to see where these rooms are, join them, and drop your address.
When you go to the Awallet Next Level chat room, click to start a message, and it should say 'paste' or show you your wallet address. (You do have to join first.) It does it both ways. If you see paste, use that. If you see your wallet address, click that.
It is named ACoin. That is the coin you are working to get.
The time frame is minutes to hours, depending on the time in Hong Kong.
The wallet address you paste starts with 'AC'. (ACoin). Make sure your wallet is looking at 'ACoin', not eth. You can find it by searching in your wallet to find other coins. ACoin is often the last one.
I have 1400 now, and do not plan to get a hive device. But I'll keep taking the free coins until I see what eventually happens with ACoin. They aren't traded publicly yet, so they have no value.
There isn't just one bid/ask. Each MM has its own, and it is constantly adjusted to keep up with what's happening. Having a wide spread means they aren't interested in that particular stock at that particular time.
Etrade shows .02/.02 right now, before market. Etrade doesn't actually have a bid/ask because they are a broker, not a market maker. But they used to have a MM division that was sold a few years ago. That is probably where they take their bid/ask from now.
Just isn't so. I didn't give it my contact list. the contact list is because it is an instant messenger, so you can send messages to your contacts. I only wanted it for the whole acoin/awallet thing, so it does NOT have my contacts.
No, you don't have to give them your contacts. Telegraph is an instant messenger, just like all the others, and most people want their contacts in their messenger services.
What are airdrops?
Airdrops is simply another words for depositing coins. You tell them your wallet address, and they deposit coins 'over the air' into your wallet.
You'll have to look at earlier posts here where the links were posted before. I've tried to 'find' it myself again and didn't find it. Maybe someone else has the link.
Mnemonic - it is your only way back if you lose track of your account. On the first page, you will see a set of words with numbers. Write them down in order. On the next page, you will be asked to select the words to match the numbers. Go in the order you wrote them down. Then it will let you in.
Keep that mnemonic phrase safe - you could lose anything you have in that wallet if you get locked out for some reason.
Once in, select account and see the qr code and the address starting with Ac. Choose 'Copy'. Now that address is on the clipboard.
Go to Telegram and find the 'Awallet Next Level Chat Group'. Join that group. Once you have joined, paste your wallet address into a blank message and send it. That should get you started collecting coins. They regularly create new 'rooms' (groups) that you have to join to get more coins. Always, you just paste your wallet address into blank messages, then coins will appear after a time.
That wallet address is how anyone can send you money - it is where OTHERS send coins or money TO YOU. All this ACoin stuff is giving them your wallet address which they will use to send you coins. Sometimes, it helps to exit the acoin app and restart it to see the coins appear. It 'syncs' when you open it.
When you install the AWallet app, you will have a choice of 'coins' to add to your wallet. Choose ACoin, at the bottom. Hit the + to add it if necessary.
Once you have the wallet and Telegram installed, you will need to get the acoin app, and go through the initialization. In another message.
There is a list of the links needed posted a few days ago. I don't have them handy, but the next step is to get AWallet, by metaverse. There are other awallets around, especially the password manager.
If you have android, go to the play store and search for awallet, or metaverse network LLC.
Here is where I found it. If you have an iphone, it will be somewhere else.
Metaverse AWallet
Take it step by step. It all runs on Telegram, so first, sign up for Telegram. You don't need instructions for that, just go to telegram and sign up for an account.

Hoping someone can help - banned in Telegram
I'm running telegram on my partner's tablet to help her get acoins. I was scrolling through messages today and it simply exited Telegram. When I tried to log back in, it said the phone number is banned. I've looked around on the net for a solution, and sent an email to telegram for info, but have heard nothing yet.
Has this happened to any one of you, and do you know how to get it 'unbanned'?
Short volume is a meaningless term. It certainly has nothing to do with shorting NSAV stock. You can't. No one can.
I had trouble with telegram on my desktop computer, but it was easy with phone and tablet. Getting set up on telegram is probably the best first step, since most of the information you need is found there. Once joined, join the nsav group and the Awallet Next Level groups. Then, go to acoin (not the password manager) to set up an account there. Then get the awallet app and point it to your acoin account. Finally, paste your acoin wallet address into the Awallet Next Level group, and the coins will appear shortly thereafter. I've had to close acoin, then restart it to see the coins, sometimes.
You are trading stock without knowing when the companies' filings are due? That's stock trading 101.
The 2021 annual is due April 1. Q1 is due May 15.
The filings are available on OTCMarkets as well as other places. No revenue, no profit so far. Ever.
Yes, of course you can. Any cheap tablet, even used, is sufficient. You just need to be able to use a browser. I've thrown away tablets that would have been good enough for that.
