Funny stuff today. Cars & the internal combustion engine have been around since the late 1800’s. Have there ever been any PATENTED improvements in cars over the years? The intermittent wiper system comes to mind...oh yeah, that invention was stolen by Big corporations too...and still today every car has an intermittent wiper system on it.
Nice try. Some need to learn about their previous attempts to monetize hence the lawsuits. Facts aren’t lost on many here!
Speaking of fantastic filings, who wants to see how bad Apple got smacked down by Hudnell for their unethical attempts to change venues to the tech friendly NDCA?
It’s a great read for anyone who wants to understand truth and not just the BS that is circulated about VPLM. Can’t wait for August 7th.

Nope. Always good for the long term to get rid of weak shareholders.
Not entirely true...VPLM named 4 “Amazon” companies in their original complaint. VPLM only dismissed the case against the Amazon Technologies entity but kept the lawsuit proceeding against the other 3 named Amazon companies. It’s important to make sure the facts are stated correctly as to what’s happening with the lawsuits. The case is moving forward. Here’s the court doc to prove it!

I would assume Hudnell is already prepared since he file a notice of case readiness for VPLM ON July 14th. The real question is, will the Bigs continue their stall tactics to drag this on further?
Are you sure that’s correct? Why didn’t Digi complete the process and get the patents themselves? After all, they already had Magic Jack right?
Weird...the USPTO acknowledges he did since he’s listed as one of the inventors on the patents.
Who are you to say he didn’t have any input in the patent development ? Were you there when they built the nodes in the UK, Canada, & US?
Well he does own the company & his name is on the patents.
How many shares would you have if you invested your time & money in a company that developed, prosecuted, and was granted 25 patents?
Totally agree Stef. According to the PTAB’s own rules, “An inter partes review may be instituted upon a showing that there is a reasonable likelihood that the petitioner would prevail with respect to at least one claim challenged.”
Apple LOST ON EVERY VPLM PATENT CLAIM THEY TRIED TO GET REMOVED!
Excellent points Butter. Looking at their history, there can be no doubt that Apple relies on their past employees/supports in the court system to give them a leg up. We all saw what happened at the PTAB when the conflicted, pro-Apple panel was removed...VPLM kicked their A$$!
And your point is what? They have no revenues. That’s true.
How much revenue do start up drug companies have when developing a new drug?
How much revenue would that drug company lose if a rival company ripped off the start up company’s patents to beat them to market the new product?
This is the dilemma many small companies fighting patent infringement face.
Sure would be nice to purge the weak shareholders! Things are just starting to roll in W Texas. My sources say only a fool would sell now.
OMG! Isn’t the “ask” an offer to sell? There have been 800K “asks” over the last few days.
That’s your opinion...time will tell what the courts decide.
Yep. It will be amazing for sure.
So now VPLM stole someone else’s creation? Please tell us exactly who’s creation Emil ripped off.
Nice volume to end the week!
Who says VPLM won’t be the 1? Even Vegas odds makers have been wrong in their picks.
Name any other company or a patent holder who went 12-0 in year long IPR trials defending their patent claims against multi-National corporations at the PTAB. Most people claimed VPLM would lose the IPRs too and yet they overwhelmingly prevailed!
Better check again...over 1.1 million shares traded so far.
Odd how the pump & dump claim seems to have disappeared. Weird....
Wow. Still no answers on why VPLM is a Pump & Dump..,the facts just don’t support that notion.
Maybe I’ll do the same analysis on another penny stock to see how VPLM compares. Got nothing better to do during quarantine so I’ll create my own funn!
PUMP & DUMP? Na. We keep hearing about how VPLM is a "Share selling POS scam" but the data proves otherwise. Take a look at this spreadsheet.. It contains 5 YEARS of VPLM PPS data and press releases. 5 YEARS PEOPLE...if VPLM were a pump & dump scam, the data and news would glaringly reveal the share selling scam, right? Look for yourself...It's not in the data or VPLM is really, really, really, really bad at pumping & dumping!
There are 2 tabs on the spreadsheet...the first tab contains a hyperlink to every public news article/press release available going back to Dec 23, 2015 (that's as far back as I could find) along with Yahoo Finance historical share price data (7-16-2015 to 7-15-2020) for the day of the news AND the average PPS & volume for the Prior 5 and Post 5 day relative to the public statement. Again, you would think the pump and/or dump would reveal itself before, during, or after the public statement. Again, not much data to support that "hundreds of millions" of shares were pumped nor dumped.
No doubt there are some large moves in price & volume on a handful of days, both up and down; however, we also need to take into account the market sentiment around the PTAB wins & court decisions when those moves happened. Any intelligent investor understands the market tends to move big on perceived win and losses.
Here's a few quick FACTS based the data:
Total stock trading days between 07/16/2015 and 7/15/2020 = 1,259
Total VPLM public statements in same time period = 61
Percent of market days where pubic statements where made = 4.8%. (61 news days/1259 trading days)
On those 61 news days, PPS at close was up 22 time, down 32 times, and flat 5 times. the Prior 5 day average PPS was up 23 days and down 36 days. Of the 23 days the prior 5 day PPS was up, there were a total of 15 days where the Post 5 day PPS dropped. In those 15 days there are only 3 days where the Post 5 day volume was DOUBLE the Prior 5 day average volume...those days were 4/25/2016, 3/27/2017, and 12/14/2017. Again, the data PROVES VPLM is a pretty bad at the whole pump & dump thing.
Feel free to do your own analysis...I'd love to hear your thoughts but if you reply, please stick to the facts and not some BS twisting of the factual data to fit your opinion of the stock.
Be well and GLTA Longs.
Truth right there Orca.
Well stated DB. The outcome for VPLM is binary...either they will come out of the lawsuits with a settlement/win which will increase the PPS or they won’t and it goes to zero. Pretty easy to understand but it takes time for the legal process to complete. The wheels of justice sure turn slowly.
Spot on LBird. VPLM patents are complicated indeed but the USPTO & PTAB got them right unlike one angry judge!
Searching for them is one thing...have you ever read any of them?
Excellent points on what VPLM does.
Got it. You were looking for a quick hit that didn’t materialize. I’m sure you already understand patent plays take time.
Why all of a sudden the reversal in opinion? On minute VPLM was about to be a hit for you and you were going “take out” the MM and now it’s a POS? What changed?
Prove it! Where’s the timeline with the daily stock transactions?
LL things are starting to get rolling in the West Texas court. Nobody knows for sure how it will go for either side, but I can tell you for fact that Apple is up to their diversions & stall tactics as usual. For a company with unlimited resources they sure are have a tough time squashing VPLM, which is odd. Right?
The flip side is also true...we’ve been hearing the same arguments against VPLM for years now...out of cash, POS scam, reverse split, SEC lawsuits...yet none of that has ever happened but we keep hearing the actions are “coming soon.”
Lots of cheap talk? Umm, there’s virtually NO TALK, which is a problem for a stock trying to get any mainstream recognition to expand the shareholder base. If this were a scam “stock selling” company, wouldn’t it be in their best interest to significantly expand their stockholders to keep selling new shares to? Almost nobody outside of this board even knows who the hell this company is so that “pump” scheme is really working like a charm, eh?
Actually the DB statement shows the reality of stock market share price volatility. If there were a corresponding news release for every climb or fall, then there might be something there. Absent news how can VPLM be a pump-n-dump? VPLM barely puts out ANY news compared to other companies in the penny stock markets.
Apple gets smacked down again by the PTAB. Read the IPR denial to see the similarities between Fintiv & VPLM cases. It’s amazing how much APPLE uses the same old delay/stall tactics as their legal strategy. Pay close attention to the “FACTS” section staring on page 8.
It appears the PTAB is getting wiser when it comes to the big A. Enjoy.

Not sure it’s scheduled yet. There are still outstanding response due by 7/16.
If they were, I missed the denial. I have a Pacer account and can check. Thanks.
Doubt they won’t try that crap with Judge Albright. They will more than likely file a motion to try to get the case transferred to their on-payroll Judge Koh in NDCA but that too might be a tough task.
If the W Tex cases ever get to claim construction, which Albright typically requires, it might be the turning point for the Bigs to start taking the VPLM infringement lawsuits more seriously. It’s was lights out 12-0 in favor of VPLM at the PTAB when they went to trial on the claims!
Time will tell how this goes.
Odd how there are no replies to the question of year over year PERCENTAGE OS share change in VPLM. Apparently the “dilution” is NOT as big of an issue as it has been made out to be!
Time will tell which side wins...David (VPLM) or Goliath (Bigs). We know how the fable ended...maybe we get the same result here!
