Crow, on the positive side, I do like how the CEO has re-invented the same under-performing products with new words- very trendy buzz words.
Unfortunately, it also appears that they are advertising new products and features that they don't have or have not fully developed.
Does this look familar?
Anyone can sell a product once if they tell enough lies. The true sign of a good product is in reorders.
How many of CDEx's distributors have ever reordered a product that they PURCHASED?
"AZ Meth Detection Service's ID2 assessment results were confirmed using a laboratory spectrometer."
What lab?
Are they EPA certified?
How was it confirmed using a spectrometer?
Who witnessed and confirmed the field sampling method?
Who documented the chain-of-custody of the test samples?
LOL!!!
And where's 8K informing shareholders of the DOT approval- a material event?
I'll waiting for answers that every shareholder has a right to know.
Until the PR can be PROVEN with certified documentation, I don't believe a word of it and neither should honest shareholders that have endured the repeated history of this scam.
Pennstreet, shame on you.
"...independent testing was testing of a product outside the scope of the company that invented the product that is getting tested."
Which is exactly why that PR was nothing but BS. A test conducted by one of the only end-users of the ID2- NOT an independent lab. GEEZZZZ... do you think it's in the best interest of AZ Meth Detection to produce a favorable report?
Even non-techies can see thru that BS.
And more importantly, who confirmed the field testing?
"AZ Meth Detection Service's ID2 assessment results were confirmed using a laboratory spectrometer."
What was the name of the lab that verified the field test results?
This PR is total rubbish.
Where's the 8K announcing DOT approval?
More lip service, new buzz words and more lies. That's all I see.
Oh... and more PP suckers sure to follow.
Good grief, how can anyone buy such BS.
It was a good decision to skip the G3 and start marketing the G4 concept product.
At least they're keeping up with the latest buzz words! LOL
"The device was recently approved for use by the Department of Transportation, Komurek said"
Still waiting for the 8K on that material event if it is to be believed. Since no one has questioned Mr. Komurek's claim I'm convinced that everyone knows it's the same ole BS that Loch/CDEX have been spewing for years.
The old ID2 gun has now been tweaked and is "improved" (suddenly after 3 years of failures)? The new concept pocket version (the one that hasn't even be made and tested yet) will be able to operate in the stand-off mode by first of the year? LMAO!!!
Looks like they're desperate to sell PPs if you ask me.
Poor PP suckers- guaranteed to lose their money if they're not on the inside track.
But praise the Lord, MP and the gang wouldn't do that to God fearing folk.
It's the economy.
Independent testing? LOL! Oh what a scam!!!
"...compare and contrast the enhanced ID2 demonstrated by Mr. Comstock with the POCKET ID2 that Lifeloc presented to Law Enforcement..."
It appears to me that the pocket ID2 is only a product concept and has not even enterd the prototype stage of development.
There can be no "compare and contrast" until a pocket device is available for testing to ensure it can operate in a stand-off mode with acceptable consistency.
Oh wait... did Lifeloc state that the pocket ID2 is already DOT approved? LOL!
This is just too funny (and disguisting at the same time)!
"View short video on how fast and easy it is to determine if toxic Meth Residue is present using EPA established sampling methods and the enhanced ID2 Meth Scanner from CDEX Inc. at the 1.5 ug/100cm2 RfD level."
Flawed and inconsistent sampling protocol.
Can anyone see why?
"And whoinhell is their MAIN spokesman so far?? PENNYSTREET AND KIDINSIGHT...reworked MP toadies!! ACTUALLY ONE AND THE SAME... "
Reworked B-Boyz/MP Toadie and lap dog.
Well said Mike, let's hope for the sake of all shareholders that this isn't the same ole blueprint as in the past.
It would be nice to see some honest people make a buck instead of only insiders.
If anyone takes the information in this PR at face value... well, ya got another thing coming IMO. Unbelievable, quite literally.
"The device was recently approved for use by the Department of Transportation, Komurek said"
Department of Transportation approved? LOL Can't what to read the 8K for that material event. Heck, I didn't even know the DOT was testing it.
Reminds me when a certain fella told me the new Myth Gun was DEA approved and said that I could post the information on the boards if I wanted. Didn't take the bait. I'm wondering if Lifeloc's marketing department did?
"The new pocket meth scanner allows officers to check for the presence of methamphetamine without having to touch the area being tested..."
And the Myth Gun once again operates in the stand-off mode without the need for a cotton wipe and alcohol?
"Komurek used a version shaped similarly to a radar gun."
Just as I expected, the Lifeloc brochure shows a mock-up illustration. Does this remind anyone of the PSSS brochure?
Why do I have the feeling that CDEX is not telling Lifeloc the whole story behind this product? Another Baxa?
The bottom line is: "treat every penny stock as if it is a scam until proven otherwise."
- Former Chief Procecutor, SEC
In particular, don't believe forward looking statements like,
"prodction will begin in_____."
or
"our distributor it committed to purchasing XXX units"
Of course, the ultimate bottom line is just that, the bottom line or operating in the blank.
Most penny stock scams (vast majority) make more money selling stock than product- far,far more.
The product is just the carrot for the real money- Private Placement sales to suckers.
Reasonable investors that have endured 10+ years of Loch/CDEx know this oh too well.
Paige do they have a picture of the new pocket size ID2 or is it being marketed like the PSSS?
Let's see:
1. CDEx owes its vendors a bunch of money so who's going to make the product?
2. Poteet ("the science team") has only been back a couple months at best. Certainly not enough time to make even a single workable prototype IMO.
3. CDEX allegedly purchased major components for 200 of the large version of the ID2. Can they be used in a smaller version? I seriously doubt it.
4. The large version is not reliable and nothing has been said about making any improvements. My guess is it still produces an unacceptable number of false positives.
This reeks of the Baxa (et al) deal where the distributor(s)entered into distribution deals before thoroughly evaluating the claims of the product.
Red flag city IMO. It appears that shareholders have been beaten down so bad that they have disregarded any form of critical reasoning.
Good for PP sales though.
"We use Valimed to check 10 high-risk meds compounded in our children's hospital and in our central IV clean room..."
UOM uses Valimed for only 10 high-risk meds.
190 signatures- combinations of drug concentrations and dilutents.
Far less actual drugs.
Twas a carrot for new PP suckers.
Crow, all smoke and mirrors to give shareholders and PPers the perception of value.
And the new, smaller Myth Gun- lo mismo.
They just do it over and over and over again. Same sheet, different frontmen on a different day.
* 120 Valimed commitment by overseas distributors...
* Major components for 200 ID2's purchased...
* Full production anticipated to begin in _______ ......
Don't try to understand 'em,
Just rope, throw and brand 'em
keep them PPer's rolling....
..Raw Hide!
Can't start selling new PP's without new BS.
Pennstreet, I've got my partner from down under in my office. He asked about the Loch Harris scam and I told him the company changed their name to CDEx.
He knows a couple scamsetr blokes down there that were promoting Loch back in the days.
Boy-Oh-boy does this story sound familar, the essentials of a SCAM!
"...despite his lies being exposed many times, reputable people were tipping him for greatness."
"He would make a fortune selling nothing more than a concept. It was a magic pill that cut emission and made fuel last longer."
"The message to potential investors was clear: get on board or lose out on the chance of a lifetime."
"...Johnston surrounded himself with substantial people."
"...Firepower appeared too good to be true."
"But Firepower was never a company in the ordinary sense of the word. It had no trucks or factories. Its products were difficult to purchase."
"Incredibly, the cash continued to pour in - more than $26 million of it. Most came from one new investor..."
http://www.smh.com.au/business/smoking-out-firepower-kidnap-extortion-and-money-long-gone-20100129-n41d.html
I agree with Crowe...Blah!
"No one has da right to attempt to da destroy people reputations and businesses, with posted lies on dis bode.'
Then just stop doing it Pennstreet.
Ever successful scam includes scamsters that are outrageously bold liars.
A requirement.
Pennstreet, you're talking in circles.
Valimed does NOT measure VOLUME.
Don't try and BS your way out of it.
Unbelievable. LOL!!!
"Proof? Let the silence of Cdex be the proof you need, k."
That is not proof. K?
The fact that you claim Valimed measures "volume" (LOL) is proof enough for me that you have very limited understanding of the tech which also means you are in no position to tell anyone that JB, the realtor knows more than MP, the nuclear engineer.
You submit ZERO PROOF.
So stop trying to put the realtor on a pedestal like you once did with MP during his "savior years".
AFA the silence of CDEx is concerned, that's a loch/CDEx standard strategy to whip the annoying shareholders into submission.
By the time CDEx makes an announcement, any news will be better than the silent treatment.
The BOD are nothing but fluff.
Pennstreet claimed that MP. a nuclear engineer, has less understanding of CDEx technology than JB, a real estate dealer.
Bad, bad, MP; good, good JB.
Unless he can prove his claim, it's nothing but a bold faced LIE.
Has MP offcially stepped down as CDEX legal counsel?
I believe it was someone that posts on the TCL board that reported he was turned away at the door by Tim Shriver during his unannounced visit.
Better take another look at the APA as well to make sure those assets were include in the Loch -> CDEx transition.
Pennstreet, the only thing you're keeping real is the foul smell of an on-going SCAM.
"Imho, there is NO doubt, NONE doubt, FACT JACK, that Mr. Brumfield understands more about the Cdex technology than does MP."
Is it your opinion or a fact?
Their is NO comparison between the engineer MP and the Real Estate man, Mr Brumfield who understands more.
LMAO!!! Stupid.
Diddy is not confused. Valimed does NOT measure VOLUME.
A .15 ml (a given volume) aliquot of the sample is put into the cuvette. The operator selects from the Valimed menu the signature for the drug/dilutent/concentration being validated.
Valimed verifies that the spectral fingerprint matches the drug/dilutent fingerprint and also verifies that the fluorescent absorption peak corresponds to the correct concentration (the more concentrated the drug, the higher the absorption peak).
IT IS NOT MEASURING VOLUME.
Diddy grows exhausted trying to get thru to a numbskull.
Valimed does NOT measure volume.
I grow weary of your foolishness.
~
"Valimed can measure the liquid volume!!!"
Sticketh thy foot in thy mouth once againeth.
A signature is obtained by taking a known volume and known concentration of a known drug and dilutent combination.
A known drug/dilutent sample for test uses a known volume, namely, .15 ml (THE VOLUME IS A GIVEN) and determines the CONCENTRATION (the ONLY unknown) of the sample by fluorescent intensity.
This is a perfect example of how your know-it-all attitude has destroyed your credibility.
Now stop yapping.
Pennstreet, I frrquent this establishment that claims to sell 20 oz schooners of beer. I believe that they're only 18 oz., and that's when filled to the brim.
Now, if I had known that Valimed measures VOLUME, I'd buy me one to test those schooners for accuracy! LMAO!!!
What a pathological liar you are.
"Cdex measure surface and liquid volume..."
Surface "volume"? LOL!
Liquid "volume"?
CDEx measures "volume"?
Penn, try to construct a grammatically correct sentence that accurately describes what CDEx technology measures?
I'll give you 24 hours, come back with a tale of facts.
Give ole Wade a call, he's helped you out in the past.
Unbelievable!!!!!!
So you beleive Pennstreet is a paid tout?
"If only Pennstreet wasn't so blindly devoted and, upon information and belief, being so handsomely rewarded."
Nahhh... what made ya figger? LOL
Actually, I can hardly believe he is being "rewarded". The way he puts his foot in his mouth just makes people view CDEX more and more as a scam.
I recommend they change their policy and pay him to just go away.
Mil, maybe more than one poster, but a lot of the pointless, endless bable smacks of Robert.
What was his buddies name whom he shared a moniker with back in the Loch days?
Kerry Thompson?
