Mr. Steve Berman is a native of New York with more than 30 years of sales success and executive leadership experience and a successful entrepreneur, having founded several companies and serving in the CEO role.

Balance sheet is much improved already and, with the proceeds shown in the 3/15/18 Quarterly Report just filed for PE 1/31/2018 (2018Q1), most of the debt will be wiped off;
The 3(a)(10) shares sales went very well, increasing the O/S by only 12.4%, and this will contribute toward paying off $600K of the debt, or more;
The $1,286,068 debt write-off is also a huge bonus;
Oh yes, the ticker change, Colorado domicile, and the various new business segments and entities… these are all icing and gravy that can add a whole lot more - NONE of them take ANYTHING away from the current business and the existing value here - what counts is revenue, growth and ultimate long-term profit / margins. Yes, when these changes are made, and momo traders see the "pps-moving catalyst" of a ticker symbol change - and they can pump the new acquisitions pending, etc… they'll come in droves to "play" the stock for a short run. Long-term, and for M&A activity, sure, having the ticker change and the Colorado domicile wrapped up will allow for even bigger and better things - but they do not stop SB & others from make the market for the existing business.
- Market Making is Steve's wheelhouse - not in the stock trading sense of the phrase, but in the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION sense;
Many new dealer distribution deals have been announced since the 3(a)(10) selling started, including quite a few since the period ending 1/31/2018 for the report that was just filed;
Audited Financials - this is over-emphasized and overplayed, the latest trend in negative criticism for penny stocks when it serves a certain purpose (when unaudited reports are filed, some traders can be swayed away from buying, especially if there's a lot of talk about lies and deceit - from the CEO). This includes "soft" criticism - these are the ones loading heavy at the bottom.

There are many ways to filter out the noise and keep the emotion out of it. One is to ignore comments from known no-value-add sources, like I usually do. Another is to literally filter the information. I use spreadsheets to "filter" the numbers and highlight the important ones with actual calculations and comparisons.
The On4 Twitter is a treasure trove of info that can be a real story teller if you go back and read it in sequence over periods of time - but it's much easier if you "clean" it, filter out the hashtags and twitter boxes and such. I did that a few weeks ago and just added the most recent info tonight.
It's a quick view of tweets on the Twitter timeline with hashtags and images removed - this "diary" of product launch and market engagement activity is an easy way to follow the progression of the product launch, market engagement, distribution development, signing deals and growing the sales pipeline.
Of course, this includes some tweets made for shareholder appeasement - proof of letters, contracts, etc. - as well as some of the indignant/frustrated outbursts from time to time - justifiable, IMO - against complaining traders, specifically those making false accusations and libelous/defamatory allegations. At least, the ones that the company didn't delete after serving their limited-time purpose.
This amazing recount of Steve's activity is a testament to his tenacity in the sales/distribution development area. But not just that, there's everything else in here that a CEO's got on his plate - product dev, production/facilities, public company filings, corporate actions, financing, etc.

94% of teenagers understand the consequences of texting and driving, but 35% of them admitted that they do it anyway.
Of all the teenagers ever involved in fatal accidents every year, 21% were using a cell phone at the time of the accident.
Teen drivers have a 400% higher chance of being in a car crash when texting while driving than adults.
25% of teens respond to at least one text while driving, every single time.
10% of adults and 20% of teenagers have admitted that they have entire conversations over text message platforms while driving.
82% of American teenagers own a cell phone, and use it regularly to call and text message.
52% of these talk on the phone while driving, and 32% text on the road.
When polled, 77% of adults and 55% of teenage drivers say that they can easily manage texting while driving.

Texting and driving is 6 times more likely to get you in an accident than drunk driving. That’s right, it is actually safer for someone to get wasted and get behind the wheel than to text and do it.
It takes an average of three seconds after a driver’s mind is taken off the road for any road accident to occur. This is the bare minimum amount of time it takes, and it is surprisingly small. Three seconds is the time it takes to turn your ignition when starting your car.
Reading a text message while driving successfully distracts a driver for a minimum of five seconds each time. This means that the chances of an accident occurring while reading a text is extremely high indeed.
The average speed in the US is about 55mph. Taking five seconds to read a text in this time means that the driver travels the length of a football field without looking at the road, or being distracted. There are so many vehicles on the road now that this means there is a huge chance of something terrible happening in this distance.
When you text while driving, the time that you spend with your eyes off the road increases by about 400%. It is already dangerous enough to be distracted by NATURE while driving. So why make things 4 times as bad by texting?
The chances of a crash because of any reason is increased by 23 times when you are texting. Even if the crash is another driver’s fault, you will probably have been able to avoid it if you had been looking at the road instead of the phone.
When you compare this to the 2.8 times more risk that dialing a number on a phone imparts, you know that you are playing with fire.
Every day, 11 teenagers die because they were texting while driving.

Balance sheet is much improved already and, with the proceeds shown in the 3/15/18 Quarterly Report just filed for PE 1/31/2018 (2018Q1), most of the debt will be wiped off;
The 3(a)(10) shares sales went very well, increasing the O/S by only 12.4%, and this will contribute toward paying off $600K of the debt, or more;
The $1,286,068 debt write-off is also a huge bonus;
Oh yes, the ticker change, Colorado domicile, and the various new business segments and entities… these are all icing and gravy that can add a whole lot more - NONE of them take ANYTHING away from the current business and the existing value here - what counts is revenue, growth and ultimate long-term profit / margins. Yes, when these changes are made, and momo traders see the "pps-moving catalyst" of a ticker symbol change - and they can pump the new acquisitions pending, etc… they'll come in droves to "play" the stock for a short run. Long-term, and for M&A activity, sure, having the ticker change and the Colorado domicile wrapped up will allow for even bigger and better things - but they do not stop SB & others from make the market for the existing business.

Many new dealer distribution deals have been announced since the 3(a)(10) selling started, including quite a few since the period ending 1/31/2018 for the report that was just filed;
Audited Financials - this is over-emphasized and overplayed, the latest trend in negative criticism for penny stocks when it serves a certain purpose (when unaudited reports are filed, some traders can be swayed away from buying, especially if there's a lot of talk about lies and deceit - from the CEO). This includes "soft" criticism - these are the ones loading heavy at the bottom.

I was in Albany and Syracuse the last 2 days and signed 10 new dealerships.
I will be hiring a new group to represent the company in upstate New York.
Inventory going out to these dealerships next week.

Here are a few questions that many traders ask themselves from time to time:
Why do I sometimes find myself with a paltry position in a stock that I've been watching carefully, and then chasing it as it runs, only to sell far prematurely with a small fraction of the gains that I could have made?

Why does the investor want to buy undervalued stocks? Well, isn't that obvious? Of course it's so they can buy low and, eventually, sell high.
So... exactly how is it that many investor-wanabe traders expect they can buy low and sell high - and have any hope at all of achieving anywhere near the gain potential of their trade/investment - without knowing the value of their stock?
