it looks like this dark horse has pulled itself out of the mud. If it rains enough good honest news it could wash the mud off to find a white stallion underneath. Over at TNY they are also making a little progress with a 2nd flavour added and they got Amazon on board with their products. Effingham, because of these two companies having connections, could be shelfspace for CBD infused drinks because not all patients are looking for THC products. California has pharma pot and the synergies of SPLIF's products could use the same distribution chain if they get the cross border bullchit solved for THC. glta and dyodd
https://www.420magazine.com/forums/international-cannabis-news/265591-marijuana-breathalyzer-s-uncertain-future.html Interesting read about thc breathalyzers. There are several companies that think this is possible but not a walk in the park. The need is there and finding a test market won't be a problem but releasing it before it is ready for the scrutiny of the legal commmunity is risky for a producer. Most people know Cannabix is a publicly traded company. Others are not, so unless you know insiders of privately held companies and are invited to invest you will be looking in from the outside. glta and dyodd
got a link???? who gets there first with a working product will probably be the successor. If you are invested with Hound, good luck to you. I always said it was a race. There will very likely be more than one producer just like the BAC breathalyzer. glta and dyodd
That link is old, maybe a rerun but I saw it a long time ago. It has gone awfully quiet from all the competition. Everybody was hoping for the handheld but if it is desktop computer sized and dummied down for your average man/woman to run it then imo we have something successful which should jolt the shareprice and get the attention of law enforcement. The need for this will make it available and police will be able to pack it out to major roadchecks and run it off an inverter. The politicians and lawmakers will hash it out and if it proves to get by the scrutiny and be good for mankind then it will get tweaked and worked on until it fits in the hand. Same course the BAC breathalyzer took. My thinking is if Yost says it's ready then it will be ready. glta and dyodd
i just came across a facebook post that blabs about all the Hendrix stuff that we are supposed to have. go to fb and search Sharon King Nutritional High and it should get you there. Interesting, looks recent but can't confirm the date. If we have all those products mentioned tested and waiting to be cooked, i'll eat my shorts. glta and dyodd
haven't heard any rumours of contracts but this seems to be the real deal and includes Nutritional High. License is key and as far as product goes I guess it will be Kovlers Green Thumb, Ataraxia and 6 others providing the magic medicine. SPLIF doesn't have a facility to produce anything yet but could be providing expertise on oils. We have a supply of CBD caps going stale on a shelf somewhere for those looking for CBD if they need shelf fillers. If we are still on track for the Colorado facility that won't do any good with the cross border laws for THC although they did have a momentous decision in the US about the feds leaving the States that have legislation for legal or rec/med sales alone but I don't know how that will work for building big factories with the intention of supplying multi-states. That new decision should give some comfort to those that were reluctant to invest in Pot stocks for fear of having assets seized and incurring criminal records. Some countries are looking to see how Canada deals with the unleashing of rec marijuana, I guess because we allowed fund raising for pot stocks on our stock exchanges. It is pretty clear that The Prime Minister of Canada is going against the grain and all the international agreements, breaking bad as it were. glta and dyodd ps it would be in the growers interest and SPLIFS to secure access to THC.
This is when Malhi needs to use his RCMP connections to drop a dime on anybody and everybody involved with enforcement to get our product on the tip of their tongues. If Yost says it's ready for public scrutiny that is good enough for me. Cannabix needs to be a household word so we don't drop our standard to the swabs that they are flirting with south of the border. Cannabix has the two hour window back door and no dna collection. It is still unclear to me if this is going to be a yes or no device or be able to quantify the nanograms. I hope it's the latter. Law enforcement are looking for this NOW!!!! Employers are lining up too! glta and dyodd
if this desktop model can stand scrutiny by whoever does the testing then we are off to the races. This can start the revenue flowing. Law enforcement is screaming for it. Imo it won't go for public testing if it isn't ready. Yost has a reputation as does the rest of his team. Investors wouldn't be here if they didn't think this device is needed. There's nine states putting rec pot on their ballots and Canada is moving towards it too. From the banter I've read Canada is dragging their feet hoping the device is tweaked and ready to go prior to rec becoming available legally. This is big!!! glta and dyodd
you don't want to be short on this one with what is happening now imho. One of the best plays I ever had was a short squeeze and the longs didn't give an inch. A stand alone desktop model is a win imo and we have the right team to do that. Totally saleable and police are screaming for it. It's going to need a meter on it to give the nanograms or the States that have a set nanogram level for impairment will have to go to zero. The bac breathalyzer for alcohol wasn't that accurate from what I've read. 85% or thereabouts but got put in the arsenal of law enforcement. The lawyers and lawmakers will have a heyday with it because it is new technology but that technology will get better and better due to ingenuity. In 1900 we couldn't fly, in the 60's we went to the moon. glta and dyodd
starting to get some traction I think. Fingers crossed for fast license. glta and dyodd

Looks like we are legit. Just need the license. They have 8 growers lined up according to nr.
just saw a news blurb about the fact that there is no THC breathalyzer on tv. The officer doing the interview was wishing for one but put his two cents worth in that the device would have to have a meter on it to determine the nanaograms of THC. There was also some lab type saying that THC lasts in the breath up to 12 hours. The officer also said that the legislators would have to put a limit on the allowable amount for a driver to be safe. They weren't aware of the work being done by Cannabix or anybody else for that matter but the officer felt it was needed ASAP. I hope that our "not so clear" news release means that we have a stand alone desktop model ready for field testing that gives the same results as the mass spectrometer. That small insider buy could have been an underpaid secretary or some other giving us a vote of confidence by taking up a few shares at these levels. glta and dyodd ps. sorry I can't remember who had the news release.
no license yet in Illinois. Seems that Palo Verde has one in Colorado now.
I hope you are right. Desk sized could work until it can be made handheld. Law enforcement has done it before with the BATmobile packing a desktop model around and with inverters available for vehicles shouldn't be any problem supplying power to it. glta and dyodd
the supply of magic ingredient seems to be lined up with a company called Ateraxia which started to grow marijuana in Illinois in March. They claimed revenue of $78 thousand dollars if my memory serves me correctly for a 2 man? operation. I don't know what their expansion capabilities are legally or if they will be allowed to increase the crop size but if it's all true then that is a start for us. Everything is subject to license granting and I am still unclear what percentage Nutritional owns. My personal feeling is that we lucked into the deal that was already well on its way and we were able to grab a piece of it and the marijuana supply seems to be tight in Illinois if we are going to do what we do which is mips and oils the last time I checked. If the gross revenue from the grower even with value added for manufactured mipps etc is $78 thousand then I don't see enough to keep the lights on unless they are anticipating being able to get supply from Washington which seems to have a surplus but then there is that crossing state lines conundrum with marijuana. I will share what I find good or bad as long as I am invested. glta and dyodd
Tinley signed on a new guy (ringer) a few hours ago. He has a good history in the beverage business and is supposed to be well connected and knows his way around Illinois. Maybe Jeff's old softdrink connections are coming on board. It was nice to see a news release before the shareprice goes sub zero. glta and dyodd
their sister company Tinley took on some new blood to help grow their business. The new guy has good connections and a couple of ringers in Illinois. I was expecting some news from the Colorado effort but this Illinois connection took me by surprise. It didn't take long to go from the first location to what looks like could be a functional dispensary. Does anybody know if Koslov's Green Thumb Industries has a grow license for medicinal pot? If they do then that could solve the supply problem and their could be synergies for oils and concentrates from SPLIF as a value added product to complement their product lines. Maybe the oil extraction equipment destined for Colorado got detoured. There are posters that think Tinley is going to come out with a THC infused drink which would also be a product for patients in Illinois. Maybe we are closer to something than we thought with this company. I was hoping for Colorado with rec and med pot but supply of marijuana is going to have to be established before we produce any of our own products, medicinal or rec. glta and dyodd
I hope it's real too but this company isn't opposed to associating itself with others accomplishments. The connection is similar to the "partnership" with CGC, unspecified with little fact or opinion on what our role will be. Due diligence on Green Thumb Industries doesn't confirm that they have access to the "magic ingredient" and I even found one nr that they gave up a license to grow in Illinois supposedly because of the costs. That was a 2015 nr. Their current website alleges that they can supply marijuana supplies but shows bags and containers and labeling and no anything pot infused or otherwise. It is very unclear if there is a surplus of Marijuana available in Illinois for Nutritional High to sell from its dispensary and if it is available it certainly isn't ours. Transporting across state lines ain't allowed. I have the same concerns for Colorado. If it is in short supply to get Pot how are we going to extract THC from thin air? I want this to be real just as much as all the other shareholders but this rankles of the same stench as most of the other information coming out about EAT. glta and dyodd
I hope this is real news and not another tag along, rubbing elbows with somebody legit type of nr. I can't find anything on "real" news outlets and the partner company mentioned seems to be in packaging and labeling. What are we going to sell and where are we getting it from? I hate to be the voice of reason and I'm not trying to rain on anybody's parade but dyodd before you jump on board. glta
There are some good posts over at CGC @ Ihub that are relevant and make mention of a CGC and SPLIF connection. I hope you are right about the licensing but it is becoming clear to me that Palo Verde is being developed solely for the purpose of getting a license to produce product and the kicker from what I understand is you have to have a Colorado-ian in order to get the license. I haven't uncovered a thing that makes them a viable company capable of doing anything or having done anything. Somebody may have registered for name rights but they are just a concept company imho. I am still invested in this company because even a shell is worth something and the original business plan was brilliant imo. Real accomplishment has been fleeting to say the least but you never know. There might have been enough real accomplishment done for a takeover by somebody to move the plan forward or do something totally different. glta and dyodd
I too had high hopes for C.EAT aka SPLIF and their connection to CGC. Nutritional High has an oil expert, Billy Morrison. It is unclear what EAT did for CGC and if they tapped Billy's expertise. CGC did allow a news release by EAT that they had a partnership and EAT's fantastic business plan was to create marijuana infused products developed by Cordon Bleu chefs of good enough quality to become namesakes in households everywhere. It is my personal opinion that Nutritional High has been taking liberties with the facts and presenting them as actual accomplishments that really don't amount to a hill of beans. CGC is well positioned to be a producer and supplier of bud, oil and concentrates as well as generating profit guiding other companies of the same interest to success. I used to think that we had to have marijuana infused products but if you control the magic ingredients you can still reap benefits for these products without tooling up and making them simply by selling oil or bud for the infused products. Nutritional High has been a very disappointing investment for me and I have taken to investigating everything they say to determine for my self if it is truthful. For more of my due diligence go to SPLIF at Investorshub and decide for yourself. Good post John. I agree with a lot of what your crystal ball is telling you because I am on the same channel. glta and dyodd
A one trick pony of a THC breathalyzer will carry enough weight to be successful. A yes or no device might not be enough. It might have to be quantifiable with the nanograms needing to be determined to get this through legislation and be accepted by all. It would be nice if this could determine all impairing drugs or alcohol or chemicals but I think that is a long ways into the future. I think investors are underestimating the value of the desktop model which might get a push from law enforcement due to the need. I have a personal reason to believe that Kal will bail on this when/if it hits a couple of dollars but for those that stay the course with Cannabix if we are the successful company will be well rewarded. glta and dyodd
if that was directed at me, I thought you would like to know because for sure we are going to need a license and for sure they said they have it yet the Colorado government doesn't have it on the list of licensees. I don't know if it is convoluted like the rules in Canada where you have to have the facility to be inspected before you get the license. If that's the way it is it is a pretty risky investment to lay out that kind of cash on the possibility that you won't get license after you spend to build a facility. I can't find out much about the availability of "raw material" in Colorado to feed that extractor that is supposedly happening. This is definitely a mystery execution of a good business plan buried in copious amounts of BS. Palo Verde doesn't google up very well as a company. In fact, I think it ain't gonna happen until this manufacturing plant comes together, if it comes together. glta and dyodd
oh oh! I can't seem to find our name as properly licensed in Colorado through either Nutritional High or Palo Verde. www.coloradogov.com search mips licensed
oopsed, your right I meant to say lifeloc. BDIC is anticipating more biz for their lockout device for alcohol impaired drivers. That might be something else we can branch out into for THC impaired drivers. One thing at time though. A THC breathalyzer will make money and when it is announced as a tool for law enforcement the dream could surpass the financials and we could get $40 per share. Lifeloc hit $37.50 for the alcohol breathalyzer and some swabs and educational stuff and they had competition from other bac breathalyzer companies. The dream can be better than the reality, temporarily. Check out some of the mining stocks that skyrocket to crazy prices. glta and dyodd
i'm hoping you're right about running the same sample at the same time through the big machine and getting the same results. I hope we can sell the desktop model while we shrink it to handheld. It would set the stage for the legal controversy that is for sure going to happen. The lawyers are going to have a heyday with it but the politicians are wrestling with their conscience wanting this before total recreational usage happens. If our device can test for several vices at launch that would be the holy grail. I can barely comprehend taking a breathsample and converting it electronically to indicate what you have consumed that could impair you in the last 2 hours let alone also measure a quantity which could be an issue. I do know I don't want these guys driving down the road with my loved ones. Driving is hard enough for a lot of people and people that drive stoned are reckless and irresponsible. I'm not open to any discussion about driving better when stoned. We may be closer than we think to this device. I just hope it's Cannabix. glta and dyodd ps. I can imagine a shareprice of $30-40 because Interloc got their on the alcohol breathalyzer.
I am not quite sure what the nr is telling us. Do we have a desktop model that tells us THC is present or how much is present or does it have to be hooked up to a mass spectrometer to deliver the results? Medchem seems to have experience in the field and thinks it's the latter. If the desktop model will deliver the results that the mass spectrometer does in a dummied down version that a laymen or officer can use then I think we have something valuable. The original BAC breathalyzer got its own "BATmobile" to pack it to roadchecks and was the for-runner of the handheld device that followed which was from my understanding only about 85% accurate and still necessitated a trip to the copshop to take a breath or two into the desktop model. I would like to know who did the nr. Did Yost sanction it or did Mahli sneak one out to generate some interest? I like the business plan and most think there is a need for it. It is not an easy device to invent but there are others in the wings trying to do the same so they must think it is doable too. I like the team of players we have doing the sci-fi-bio stuff at the U of F under Yost. glta and dyodd
i've been doing a little due diligence on surplus marijuana in bulk in the US which we are going to need if we are becoming an extractor first. Then I realized that it will probably have to be a surplus in Colorado because of the crossing state line rules. CBD's and hemp are not an issue imo but THC is!! I am feeling a little better after talking to an individual that is probably in the know and the fact that Posner has stepped aside, at least he has declared he has. We needed somebody with more focus and experience and a record of accomplishment. glta and dyodd
What is your thing with Bedrocan? Bedrocan Canada is owned by Canopy Growth. It's like blowing your own ballsac off dis'n your own company.
there's a lot of exuberance here and rightfully so. The deal with Germany was a major coup and Bruce and team seem to be marching a straight line to building a new industry in Canada and the world. Bedrocan Canada is our company so bashing it is like putting your sister down. I think the world is on the verge of coming out of the shadows with social acceptance gaining ground and Canada's medical marijuana legislation is opening the door. CGC is squeaky clean, doing it by the books and not wavering on the medical front but also in the drivers seat looking forward to the recreational marketplace when it happens. We are well enough known for our legitimacy that other countries are closely watching and working deals to emulate our business. If you can do medicinal marijuana, relabeling for rec is easy. Rec pot will bump up demand and gearing to supply that demand will take some effort. The good news is there are going to be a lot of wannabees with facilities that will be at firesale prices because they failed to get licenses or generate enough money to stay afloat. Gearing up to meet that rec demand will take some doing. I feel really good about the moves our management is making and the future looks brighter all the time. glta and dyodd
Blurred lines exist between hemp and marijuana. Legally in Canada if the content of THC is less than .3 percent by weight there is not enough psychoactive ingredient to get you high then it can be considered hemp. High THC content has been selectively bred for the psychoactive ingredients as have the CBD varieties which are also cannabinoids and have many health benefits and are readily available online and internationally. Governments are most concerned with the high THC varieties although medicinal suppliers are supplying THC oils with CBD oils blended in for effect. CGC has cooked up a deal with Germany to export our pharmagrade THC medicine from Canada to Germany. They have also done some groundwork with the Canadian government to which it seems is open to this idea. This is huge news for CGC which took me by surprise because I really wasn't expecting that to happen as quickly as it has. CGC has just doubled its potential market and taken another toehold as a pharmaceutical thc company doing business internationally. Getting that right to import and export is huge and groundbreaking in the Canadian LP scene. Where to next??!! glta and dyodd
a source I consider reliable says that oil extraction equipment is on site in Colorado. Now we need to hear if we have anything to extract oil from.
I know kids that could have built one out of legos, full size and functional in the time it has taken to dick around with this in freaking Illinois!!!?? The dream rate has been high but the successful meaningful accomplishment rate has been close to zero. The Vancouver pop-ups are all going to be quashed imho. They are illegal and will be shut down and people will be charged and eliminated from being part of the legitimate lp program. Canada's medical marijuana licensed producers have toed the line and should be rewarded and the patients reward will be quality, safe medicine at fair prices or if you have insurance, subsidized by government if purchased through licensed producers. More and more insurers are recognizing this as a covered medicine. glta and dyodd ps. keep your fingers crossed that Posners shenanigans haven't destroyed this company.
Sure but one thing completed at a time. If we're talking a grow, then an extraction facility, then making some chocolate mipps and a store to sell it in and we could manufacture a vape line and some bongs and a sugar plantation and a cocoa plantation and a railroad to trasnsport our raw material. Gheezus, I just described what Posner was trying to do!!! One freaking thing at a time, from start to finish, not a bunch of half baked projects to conquer the world. THC and CBD's are a commodity that can be purchased at competitive prices to get our original idea up and running which is a marijuana infused edible that can become a national hit and fly off the shelves. If we don't have a source lined up then we don't need a manufacturing line, we need a grow-op. We need to re-identify what we are and "get'er done!!" glta and dyodd
some good food for thought. I said in a previous post that I liked the team at the U of F under Yost. These guys get things done and Malhi and his team lucked out when they got them on board. It was a great choice, possibly stumbled across by chance but if you do a little research on Yost and the $30 billion worth of electronic wizardry that they have helped design. I am sticking with my support of this team and stock because the world is looking for a THC breathalyzer and I haven't found any better team to do this. Keep in mind that the other BAC breathalyzer manufacturers didn't have the foresight to go after a THC breathalyzer even though in my mind it seems like a logical progression for existing breathalyzer manufacturers to grow their businesses. Medchem raised the issue that we might have been mislead with the latest nrs. He has the courage of his conviction to say it and apparently liquidated his stock again. I have to believe in my conviction that our team is moving this forward. I always new this was a red or black bet and I stand pat. glta and dyodd
Dadams posted the link on his last post at the end. cut and paste it in the url and read some of the posts over at stockhouse.com for the symbol C.TNY. It is a more active sight than you have over here. It is my opinion that Tinley has synergy with SPLIF and share a director and have intentions of producing a THC drink together in Colorado if SPLIF or EAT can get their manaufacturing plant going which some people think is possible. Posner stepped aside which is a good thing because his eyes were bigger than his stomach. He was going around in circles like a one winged fly, making a lot of buzzing sounds but not really getting anywhere. Tinley's jury is still out but they have a product and a couple of flavours of Hemplify and some think more recipes in the pipeline ready for retailer launch. They have been doing trials at some music festivals and such. The one product we have @ Nutritional High called Nutritional Traditions CBD capsules hasn't been proven by management to be anything more than ready for sale. No proof that they have sold 1 bottle and they would have had to subcontract it because we don't have a viable manufacturing plant. glta and dyodd
There are lots of people watching where this is going. The news wasn't what everybody was expecting but it certainly is a step towards it. If this desktop model works and they have it dummied down so your average cop or personnel manager can use it then that is a step towards the objective. The Yost team are achievers with a rep to hold up and I am leaving my bet right where it is. This is not the time to sell. Canada going recreational with the pot biz might have some influence and help get it over some hurdles. There is no doubt the world is looking at Canada's innovation in the pharma pot business with the largest licensed producer T. CGC cooking up deals with Austalia, Brazil and Germany to advise, study and supply medicine in that order. This company BLO was conceived by Canadians, but went to the U of F and the Yost team which imho was a brilliant move. This is just the beginning getting a working model of a THC breathalyzer into the hands of less than scientific people to be used for the protection of all. A handheld model is a logical progression and then one simple handheld device that will detect alcohol, cocaine, ecstasy and any and all ingestants that cause impaired driving. It looks like we are here now with more to come. Not the time to sell imo. glta and dyodd
there is an interesting post over at SH on the C.TNY bullboard about SPLIF aka C.EAT. I haven't been able to substantiate it yet but it is from a serious poster. glta and dyodd
some consumers don't care about quality but this pharma grade-food grade difference is the reason why the lp's are going to be the way to go. The difference is buckwheat and bullchit. CGC is gearing up to bring pharma grade quality to the world, expertise to Australia, Research dollars to Brazil and THC medicine to Germany. Whether you liked Prime Minister Harper or not this guy and Health Canada layed the groundwork for licensed producers of quality pharma grade pot whether you want it for medicinal purposes or recreational the quality and innovation of Canadians is shining in more countries than just Canada. Downgrading our quality pot is a slam-dunk for rec purposes. No stems no seeds no bacteria, mold or any other sh#t or pesticides. If you don't care you can still buy ditch/crotch weed from the guy at the dumpster. glta and dyodd
