There have been numerous predictions that the price would not go down to various levels that have since been proven wrong.
You never know when an errant market sell might slip through the cracks and fill quite low even if the prevailing Bid/Ask range hasn't quite meandered down there yet.
And let's be honest... .0004 to .0001 isn't very far...
Yes, Daddy Warbucks spent two dollars and seventy-eight cents on a 5,555 share paint job back up from .0004 to .0005. Wow, stop the presses.
You're the one who resurrected it, not me.
And yes, it is very funny that I know the account that tweeted and attempts to coerce me into providing the screenshot have just fallen on deaf ears.
Wonder away!
I don't give a flying F how many people care about it. Again, I would never have even mentioned it except that it seemed someone else on ihub had seen it, although they actually had not.
While the story has by no means been debunked it is hilarious that there is in fact at least one party out there that seems obsessed with it, to the point of bringing it up weeks and weeks later.
Why would I give away information that might prove useful in the future? It probably won't, but I have no reason to give it away at this time.
Plus it's that much funnier thinking anyone might be going crazy to know it, but nope.
I didn't say I can't.
I just won't. I'm keeping the information of what account it was to myself.
I'm under no obligation to provide the screenshot. Too bad for those who did not see it and do not know what twitter account it was.
But I know what account it was and I get to keep an eye on it. Sucks for those that don't know what account it was but them's the breaks.
In the end it was probably fake anyway or else why didn't they just fire up the proper VNTH account and tweet from that?
Anyway, it did in fact occur whether one believes me or not and trying to impugn my character won't change that.
I've never lied on ihub. Anyone is welcome to pore over years and years of my posts trying to find a lie. Hey, spend the whole weekend at it. Enjoy!
The entire private group I'm in saw it. Not a single one mentioned it anywhere publicly. I only mentioned it when I thought someone else in here had seen it. Otherwise I would have kept that knowledge to myself as well.
There are not nearly as many people keeping an eye on VNTH as one might wish. It's a Frank ticker and a huge portion of the OTC wants nothing to do with them anymore after all the bagholders he has created.
Go ahead, name a Frank merger that has gone on to raging success. Whatcha got?
On the other hand I can name a handful of Caveat Emptors right off the bat.
Let's not forget the rest of that post:
"Why not just post again, from the proper VNTH account? Or was this a third party pretending to be "Adam" trying to generate some interest right now because he's bagging hard?
More questions than answers now, sheesh....
A mother passing in mid-January still doesn't explain the lying pumpy tweets back in September right after taking over."
No, I do not know. Finally finding evidence of the existence of someone with that name has nothing to do with proving that the CEO of VNTH is in fact that person.
So I ask again, when and where was it proven that the hockey player from New York is the person that has been playing the part of VNTH CEO?
Claiming that it has been put to rest is just avoiding answering. It has not been put to rest, or else it would be easy to just point me (and anyone else interested) to where it was proven.
When and where was it proven that the hockey player from New York is the person that has been playing the part of VNTH CEO?
No one has proven that the person calling themselves "Adam" "running" VNTH is the hockey player with that name that exists.
A smart scammer would not use their real name. But the name of someone that is difficult to track down would be perfect. The hockey player certainly fell under that.

Not satisfied? Of course we were not satisfied. "Adam" made a bunch of promises and then never kept them.
No one forced him to make those promises, he made them entirely on his own. And then he didn't keep any of them. Again, entirely on his own.
But I guess not all of us remember all that.
"Adam" was producing pumpy tweets with no prompting whatsoever.
I guess only some of us remember that.
That has absolutely nothing to do with "Adam". That's keeping an invention under wraps until it's fully ready. He was also under non-disclosure agreements. He couldn't talk even if he wanted to.
"Adam" on the other hand came in right from the get-go with numerous pumpy tweets full of promises which never came to fruition. And then he ghosted. Oh, he eventually checked in to say he would address the silence. But then went right back to silence again.
I guess only some of us remember all that.
We've heard of Kuora and 3D printing. That's two. Plural.
LOL, two out of three of the Frank tickers in that tweet are Caveat Emptor.
It's almost as if there is a pattern.
That paint job back up to .0006 was mind-bogglingly pathetic. 2500 shares, $1.50 worth. Dang, that is one desperate bagholder out there lashing out with anything to make this situation look better than it is.
Oh, that ain't good... It was reported as out-of sequence and that jives with the price being out of line with the bid/ask at the time it was reported.
That's not retail, that is someone dumping a block through an institutional firm that can break it up and report the average later. Commonly referred to as cross-trades or t-trades if they get reported after hours. Usually it's a sign of dilution but the share structure hasn't changed that I'm aware of.
Someone has been selling a bunch ever since "Adam" was introduced and it seems they are still at it.
But it might be wise to keep an eye on that share structure in case some of that newly revealed half million dollar debt has started converting.
Such is not the case for ICOA, though. From the latest Annual filed just yesterday, https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/365010/content :
I didn't tell ICOA to use a virtual office, that's on them.
It has shown as Pink Current since March 30.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ICOA/security
No, it was not "ahead of time". It was late. They even had to file a late notification for some extra time.
You never knew that the address was a virtual office this entire time?
That's one of the first bits of DD I do on a company, check the address to see if it's an actual office, a virtual office, a mailbox, someone's house, apartment etc.
A good practice to keep going forward for you, IMO. Always check that.
Maybe someone should tell him OTCIQ is where companies go to upload filings etc. It's not accessible to investors.
OTCMarkets is where investors get to see the filings. He even fugging hashtagged it fercryingoutloud.
On Lindell Road? That is a virtual office. You won't find any ICOA people physically there, it's just an address they use.
If it's just a startup that will be disappointing.
Is that "3dprinttek" tag the first reveal of the name of the 3-d printing company?
So far all I get that seems pertinent is a Singapore company that looks like it was registered just in January, https://www.sgpbusiness.com/company/3dprinttek-Pte-Ltd .
Anyone find anything more?
It came directly from an officer of the company. It wasn't some random guess by a random twitter account or something.
Something to keep in mind for the future.
OTCMarkets profile has been updated to reflect "in the process of acquiring" Mekaddesh. No oil/gas. Still Frank.

It's been several weeks since he said he was going to address the silence. Nothing....
"Adam" has ghosted, yet again.
It would be even cooler if it was actually taken care of and finished and only visible in the rear view mirror.
But it's still ongoing as of now.
I'm not claiming it won't be taken care of in the future, but as of now that has not yet happened for GVSI. Pretending it just doesn't exist seems quite disingenuous.
It looks like the SEC stuff is still ongoing which means it very much has something to do with the current state of GVSI.
It's not stuff that was closed out 20 years ago.
That's a wonderful sentiment, for sure. But sometimes reality interferes with the hopes and dreams for a stock like GVSI.
