Who knows. I hear Plus1, Ihub, and Advfn are all different entities. Maybe they save a few bucks on taxes that way with the 14 transactional fees.
Sounds like you've separated the two as different entities Dave. Lol
Hold. Write letters. Call the court. Scream loud.
The presiding judge Jones resigned. Unless the new judge has a larger shrub up his bum, this couldn't be better news.
Simon hasn't ponied up one red cent even with the 2 year earn out agreement.
The only reason this deal went through was because of that profit sharing earn out contract that bruised share holders by a few billion.
Last I checked Simon is churning profits and defying Wall Street critics.
How are the Indiana Pacers doing? Where is the profit sharing?
It got hacked, or hijacked.
I'm going to assume the coin itself is now a "bad" word.
Someone like myself, who had to make
a public request, before my 5 or 6 figure coins got moved out of Advfn, might have a reasonable lawsuit due to negligence.
IH Dave said the coin chain didn't exist. I'd like to hear his response before 11/1.
Both of you need to figure this out with your upper management before I get pissed.
Apologies for being a prick but we are the end users and you have a hi jacked crypto coin block chain.
Both of you need to figure this out with your upper management before I get pissed.
I'm actually really pissed off Dave. You blew off your own coin to promote posts (plus1).
Will likely involve a lawsuit
Plusonecoin is a crypto block chain and as far as I am aware, it is in our wallets and faucets on iHub.
And it's been hijacked.
Mine requested a toe, two fingers and a box of skittles. I blame Sam Bankman "Bernie Madoff" Fried and Newsom.
I hope you guys are doing something about this. It's quite disheartening to see that a group of hackers have managed to exploit the Plus1 blockchain, mining at least 200,000 thousand coins since they overtook control of the network and can set their own difficulty level. There is no integrity left. They can literally mine 5 million coins and then up the difficulty to beyond bitcoin.
It is interesting to observe, however.
You can set the difficulty level once you gain 51% of the network by using a setting in the crypto blockchain code. Whomever is doing it, is still doing it, as they are still actively mining away coins with an extremely low difficulty (much lower than it had been from 2017 to recent)
Accordingly, whomever did it, committed a crime. Not being able to move coins out of iHub also kind of complicates things for those who ended up with a loss. At $0.05 cents, 10,000 coins is $500 bucks. Now it is worth about $20 or less.
The Verge and Ethereum Classic 51% Attacks
Losses from 51% attacks are real. For example, when the Verge (XVG) network was attacked in April 2018, the attacker absconded with approximately 35 million XVG. As a result, XVG tokens lost 15% of their value in less than 24 hours.
In January 2019, someone 51% attacked the Ethereum Classic (ETC) network and double-spent approximately 88,500 ETC. The ETC attack had less of a price effect, but still caused tokens to lose approximately 10% of their value.
If losses from 51% attacks continue to grow, eventually token holders will want payback. Ironically, a hacking statute from the 1980s seems to provide a remedy.
The CFAA Prohibits 51% Attacks
The CFAA is “principally a criminal statute prohibiting ‘fraud and related activity in connection with computers.’” LivePerson, Inc. v. 24/7 Customer, Inc., 83 F. Supp. 3d 501, 511 (S.D.N.Y. 2015).
Under the CFAA, it is a crime to “knowingly cause[] the transmission of a program, information, code, or command, and as a result of such conduct, intentionally cause[] damage without authorization, to a protected computer.” 18 U.S.C. § 1030(a)(5)(A) (emphasis added). Conspiracy to commit, or an “attempt[] to commit” these acts is similarly a crime. 18 U.S.C. § 1030(b).
In other words, to violate the CFAA a 51% attack must involve: (1) a knowing, (2) transmission, (3) of some “information, code, or command”, that (5) intentionally (6) causes damage without authorization (7) to a “protected computer.” 18 U.S.C. § 1030(a)(5)(A).
This is literally what happened:
What Is a 51% Attack?
A 51% attack is an attack on a cryptocurrency blockchain by a group of miners who control more than 50% of the network's mining hash rate. Owning 51% of the nodes on the network theoretically gives the controlling parties the power to alter the blockchain.
At that point, you can lower the difficulty to less than a rubix cube for a computer to solve. Then someone sucked up hundreds of thousands of un-mined coins and unloaded them.
You'd have to sell quite a bit to put a dent in a $40 bil market cap crypto. But I like your thinking.
I downloaded binance once and all it did was spam me every hour like Temu. I deleted both. Temu went on to text and email spam me. Ugh!
However, what happened here sucks. Some out of bounds hackers mined a few hundred thousand coins and dropped the difficulty level to an ikea table.
Lol. Pretty much. 10,000 might buy a gumball or a pack of necos now.
Imagine being able to mine like that and make $5-10 a minute.

Fraudulently attacking an organization or a orchestrated event, such as a cyber attack is illegal. Hope you guys are doing something. My coin transfer due to delays is worth 5 times less than it was a couple days ago.
Mine moved after I contacted MeatLoaf. Unfortunately, it appears someone figured out how to hijack the coin and it'll probably be worth $0.000001 quite soon unless Advfn can put a stop to it.
Someone has loaded up two dozen bitcoin/plusonecoin servers and hijacked the network and is mining every coin in existence 4-5 times minute and running the algo at 3-4TH/s.
Thanks. I think Plusonecoin has been 51% hijacked. The difficulty dropped 500% to 291.3021. It was 1165.2083.
My coins debited but never moved. It blockchain explorer, there is no record of them. It says in red:
Error! : XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX not found
The Plusone blockchain shows 20 plusone network servers to process coins, and they are mining away about 6-10 and hour. That's up substantially from a month ago.
https://blockchain.plusonecoin.org/network
There appears to be a problem with Ihub and Plusonecoin.org. My transaction still shows non-existent after 24 hours.
This is very bad.
I know about Jones. He's a nutcase. Not worth repeating
It is broken for me, too.
This is not good
If you say so!
I don't think any of the plusonecoin.org servers are running. I tried to send some coins and it isn't even pending
Not sure I understand. That many GPU's, if they are GPUs, is ... enough to run your own ChatGPT for a small business.
The plusonecoin GPU miners is going insane....4.0Th/s ?? !!! That is like 5,000 GPU video cards and a cost of $5000/hr ?!
Only about 7M have been mined and maybe 20,000 in the last month. 5M was "pre-mined." In about 50K more blocks, the reward cuts in half. There could potentially be a scramble to get while the gettin is good at 50 coins per block.
Fair enough. It's been one of those rides where if you held up til 6 months ago from 2017, a penny became a shiner of a silver dollar. Well more like 1/1000th of a penny!
Now some are upset that it's 2 or 3 cents. That's still a huge gain from just 365 days ago.
Still no official word that it's dead, discontinued, will fizzle out and die or be repurposed.
I'm not even sure who owns it, IP wise. Plusonecoin.org points to blockchain.io so I assume Clem & his son have some sort of rights over Advfn.
lol. But I am certain 0.0001% of that $5K came from my GOP donations.
So it shouldn't be news!
When Trump cashes a $.01 cheque it is headline news for the next 4 hours.
Yes true. That might be $300 bucks.
Enough for two hot dates imo.
Plus one is a crypto coin.
What does that mean?
It can be converted to fiat. It can pay your monthly mortgage.
Those who complain are those who don’t get it.
Orange nazi Cows and Cheetos and 1940?
This is 2023. Sorry to inform you
What does your post have to do with this ticker?
I’m aware of one thing:
You need a crypto 101 lesson.
Would you like my P1 wallet or should I send a valet to take your order
