GLTA $$$DOTD$$$
This might be the new site or maybe they are updating the old url.
http://cabobrands.com/
This site is new brand new though.
Now its time to go get some DOTD beer at Walmart or maybe I'll go to Whole Foods or even Costco.
DOTD beer website is down?! Now it's only the new Cabo brands site. KAH is in every liquor store around me. This is going to be a fun ride.
I don't know why I have this feeling but I am with you on this one slmrd! I think this Ticker symbol will change with a pro forma entity. It's looking to be in a few months from now. At least that is my my view. Now get ready for Sep. 14th and on. Big holders are long!
So my next question is who now owns the ticker DKAM and what will they do with it?
So is Cabo the owner now???
http://cabobrands.com/
and WWBI is the distributor
http://www.wbillc.com/
IMO it looks like the soft launch is now over for DOTD beer. They are gearing up for a full world wide launch. Both websites look new and fresh.
Question is how are we going to make out with DKAM as a ticker?
I hope we get what some of us have been waiting for... $$$DKAM!!!

Wells has also created images for Day of the Dead-themed beer label Cerveza de los Muertos, a Mexican craft beer sold internationally, and for wine label La Catrina Vino.

You can have the best product in the world but without solid distribution you wont make squat. DOTD beer has the production, great packaging, an excellent tasting beer with huge coverage and distribution world wide. Who knows, now that Amazon is going to start delivering alcohol in Seattle within one hour of ordering, this could be another door of possibility for DOTD among many other opportunities. GO DKAM$$$
I am almost inclined to fly out to Modelo Mexico and see the brewery and how production is going. Maybe even talk to someone in charge. If I have no luck, I will start dumpster diving for reverse merger papers. I'm a bit tipsy right now with all the empty DOTD beer bottles laying around.
DOTD is still very present in H-E-B and many other US locations.

I'd have to agree with you. When your going through a buyout, all filings and PR come to a halt. But business as usual via Facebook. Keep on selling the product strong. Many times due to Federal and State approvals the buyout close date does get pushed back, as you mentioned.
Why would we have 700 million+ volume last week with buys if they are doing a reverse split? I don't think we would have that type of volume with a reverse split on the horizon. PR on the horizon :) GO $DKAM
I sure hope its M&A, and that is why they are being silent for the time being.
This thing still has life! I am holding firm. $DKAM
Let's hope for some NEWS to resurrect this thing from the dead.
I'll just keep adding then! They had big sales for 2014 and will have a ton more for 2015! Go DKAM
He Better! I'm ready to make some $$$ on my 55 million shares. Time to hit the bar!
Bottoms Up to DKAM :) Pouring across the Mexican border

FORM 8-K
On January 20, 2015, the Company’s Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Tim Owens as both as Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of the Company.

If people are selling that's fine because I am still adding. I agree with joeystocks. I think the 10 K is a sign. Take it how you want, but I have owned many pink sheet, OTC stocks that never had a product or sales. With the amount of growth and distribution this company has had in 2014 it should be well over .0035 at the very least. But that is just my opinion.
More NEWS to come... GO DKAM!
Day of the Dead Beer has European and worldwide distribution.

All we need is some PR and we will have blast off!
Revenue Exceeds $2.4mil from KAH Tequila Sales

I spoke with him over the phone right before Halloween asking where I could purchase Day of the Dead in Washington State. He was very helpful and I ended up buying a case at Cost Plus World Market Seattle. He sounded very optimistic and said it was in just about every state. Also, last night I saw all the Kah tequila bottles at my local Safeway.
Curious if anyone knows what is in this report?

I sure hope we can make some $$$$ on this one in 2015.
Consistent volume through December:

Let's see how we end up for the last trading day of the year.
I could give you a better answer if I had any idea of what their 2014 and current revenue was? Are you asking acquisition price or share price?
Looks like they are going by a new business name:
Worldwide Beverage Imports, L.L.C.

DKAM was mentioned in the article:

I placed .0001 x 1,000,000 buy order in about an hour ago and the order still has not gone through.
People might be holding for 2015 PR...

I'm liking the brands Drinks Americas has... Cheers to the holidays!
It seems like some people are posting on speculation to me. No NEWS of any kind that I have seen.
Looks like DKAM has a European Distributor 15 miles outside of London: http://www.pierhead.uk.com/
Quote from the site: "Our portfolio covers a worldwide spectrum of premium beers and spirits to keep up with the ever growing imported market.
Many of our beer brands are imported on an exclusive basis and our sole directive is to work closely with our trading partners in brand building.
Over the years Pierhead has established a network of wholesalers covering England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man and many countries in Europe, and now expanding to Australia, Malaysia New Zealand and United Arab Emirates."
