Still waiting on news regarding their joint ventures, mergers, LED America, etc., etc. I believe they said within the coming days and that was about a week ago. Anyone know if there are still any promos' out and about?
How could they send the same response to different inquiring shareholders on different dates on the assumption that there's no form of communication between them, ie, the shareholders? It is seriously time for them to s**t or get off the pot regarding I/R communications. Time to close the atm.
I wonder what the deal is with Deltron, that last pr was pretty vague, to say the least, other than the absolute intrinsics. Even if an r/s was a possibility, wouldn't they have to file with the sec? They are listed as pink current and I don't believe they ever filed for exemption status.
I think the identical e-mail responses were just a blow off to buy them some time, esp since they can't divulge any information without making it public. It seems as though the massive selling has dried up without it going lower, so now it's up to company news, hopefully something substantial, to crank this back up again. Best of luck.
Yep, for weeks, even to the point where I believe another poster told him his nonstop rants were doing more harm than good. Well, they worked!
30 days from May 3rd or 30 days from the respective dates of the individual shareholder e-mails that the company was allegedly responding to?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=75893979 So much for your years of experience.
We need to get rid of all these sellers in the low 30s' before this can stand a chance of moving north, that is of course unless all those red trades are courtesy of the company bending us over for round 2, imo.
There's either the slight (hopeful) possibility that the selling has dried up, or the powers that be are too hungover from the extended holiday weekend (unless they're still partying!) to care much about continuing to water down the kool-aid. Either way, without any news, updates, etc., she goes nowhere. Needs some pr tlc, imo.
Aren't there other prs' due to come out regarding joint ventures/mergers, as well as revenue and net profit projections in the not too distant future?
Don't feel too bad, you've got company, most just won't admit it (on an anonymous posting board, perish the thought!).
No problem, again, just curiosity regarding your opinion. I appreciate your prompt reply. I don't have pm either, but will be talking to you soon. Take care, and happy trading!
Great summary. Best of luck to you; nowadays, it seems, luck is about all we have. Time will tell, we shall see.....
Yep, does seem like you're watching a game show from hell, doesn't it? Like a puppet show where the b/a prices are dangled from strings, and then the unimaginable happens, only it's becoming more and more real as the days go by. Sad, sickening, and criminal!
Thank you for your response. Just out of curiosity, for the sake of casual conversation, what in my previous post, if anything, do you disagree with? Reply at your leisure, if you can, if not, no problemo. Good luck and happy trading!
I think that the downtrend is a combination of dilution and shorting activity. I would imagine only, perhaps, company insiders would have any idea as to who is in cahoots with whom (mms', shorts, the whole grand conspiracy thing, too oft repeated on these boards.....) with regards to the pps rapid decline, over a short period of time, with mucho volume to back up the negative outlooks. Can't blame us retail kiddies, we're the ones left waiting, and watching.....
Never, never, never (!) make penny stock recos', to friends, family, nor God, for that matter (unless you're an atheist, then that last party's easy). Even if the pick is on an uptrend, no one will ever sell when they should, and they'll always blame their losses on you. Unfortunate human nature. Best of luck.
Yeah, I've read vantillians piece, but the source of short trading on a retail level still remains something of a mystery. The way I look at it, the mms' do enough damage, not to mention struggling companies trying to survive during a seemingly never ending crappy economy that may have no choice but to sell shares on the open market. Have you looked at the major indices lately? Now, it seems to have hit home in the penny markets, to a certain, but noticeable extent. Not that much free $ floating around these days, certainly not devoted towards the arena of careless speculation. Best of luck.
Thanks for your pm. eom.
Well then, since, of course, you can, why don't you answer my simple question. Another poster did, at random, without being asked. On your part, that simple response would make you appear to be less one-eye blind, ya think?
I knew about Interactive Brokers regarding penny shorts, but I could swear I read something, I believe off their website, where they discontinued that, unless they changed their policy, again (insufficient commission income, margin calls be damned!).
Thank you. Finally, an intelligent summary, and this doesn't even take into account the practice of so-called naked shorting, ftd's, and whatnot. Let's not forget the popular theory off mms' dragging the pps down to trigger stop losses. I can't even place a stop loss on a penny stock in my Scott account, I assume the same for others as well, so there goes that myth. That leaves us the mms', the proverbial keyholders.
Can you name any retail brokers that allow their clients to short penny stocks (technically, any stock below $5.00/share, let alone these uber sub-pennies)? MM's can short, to the best of my knowledge, but that's it. I look forward to your reply, TIA.
Uh, the company? Remember, cash is king, especially when it's aquired at someone elses' expense, i.e. isim shareholders.
Why is Jasper moving on to the BOD of Deltron while the co that he is the president of seems to accomplish little other than a consistently battered share price (shorting, dilution, take your pick). WTF? This is supposed to be grounbreaking news? More like a copout. Nero fiddles while Rome burns.....
And where does it even imply this in the pr. Don't put the cart before the horse. We all wanna see this go up, but not based on BS.
So far, it just looks like our illustrious ISIM president has expanded his presidential duties towards Deltron, Inc. The rest is up to juicy, perhaps tabloid-like speculation.
Right now, news from the company, something substantial, is the only catalyst that'll start a run. All those buys @ 11, and the ask doesn't budge not an iota; an order goes through for 394,000 @ 10, ask goes to 12, for a measly 10,000 shares traded, with a 1 mil @10 snuck in between. BS. The mm vultures are still carefully guarding this carcass til something comes along to scatter their feathers, period.
88,701,863 a/o Feb 13, 2012, according to otcmarkets.com, this is the only float stats that I know of as of late.....
Fridays' short volume seems to have decreased somewhat significantly, according to short volume.com. Just another small fragment of encouragement in an otherwise consistently red jungle.....
The question is, who's selling them? And why?
The 12's seem to be holding up ok, so far, and the chart's starting to tidy up a bit. Once I saw that 500 share trade go through, I figured the 10's were pretty much dried up. I hope that assessment holds up. Plus I think peeps are kinda hesitant in adding more shares, being spooked by the downtrend since the last run, if you could call it that. GLTY and all aboard.
Lotta eyes on this, hungry eyes, I would imagine. Just need to see that upward trend reversal grow some legs and it's run, Forest, run! IMO
27 mil in volume, so far today. Nice to see that lil' pillar of green. Time to build a castle, and not made of sand, either. GLTA
Lotta buyers @ .0012 but the ask isn't budging; shorts covering? I can't imagine who would be selling at that price, unless the mms' are having their own little poker game, using shares instead of chips.
Nice personal/overall summary. Good luck to you as well.
Keeping in mind accountability.
Selling done? Finally? Maybe? Coulda, shoulda, woulda?!?!?!?!
Looks like the beginnings of Tuesday, pt. 2. All hits @ the ask, that 6 on the bid didn't last long (good luck with that-so far!), and green happens to be a nice year round color! Something's brewing, and it ain't coffee, imo.
It can't rain forever. Go ISIM!
