I was on the phone with Finra and two brokerage firms yesterday.the Finra # is 301-590-6500 .
I was on the phone for over an hour.I ask them if there was a fileing from sprv for name change and ticker change.
Finra told me they don't give out information good or bad.you have to wait until it's posted on their website.
It can take one day after filling or up to a month each case is unique.some rear cases can take months.they told to Just keep watching their website for up dates.
The two brokerage firms checked and told me not to worry something is in the works " WEB TO DOOR"is showing up on there screen. it will take a while to hit all the search engines on websites.
they said you could not put up a false press release on the OTC board and it stay up that long. If it was a scam it would be taken down a long time ago. they said these things are now being monitored daily.
