Previous close $2.25, went to $3.26 HOD = 44%, then Friday's profit takers brought it back down.
Thanks for sharing...Just 1 of many products in the pipeline.
I wonder why this didn't hit the news wires.
Something is up! (not just insider buys)
With Biogen losing roughly $19 billion in marketcap in 2 days, they may be looking to acquire a company or two.
https://www.barrons.com/articles/biogens-next-move-could-be-an-acquisition-51553252400
I don't subscribe to WSJ but the headline is eye catching...
"Biogen’s Blowup May Lift Smaller Biotechs"

Ever since this POS got delisted I stayed away from this board. I just checked in today to find about the reverse split vote, and to my surprise, I see all kinds of exciting things.
1. Lied about finances (not surprising)
2. CFO just quit (not surprising)
3. Canceled shareholder meeting (AGAIN!!!)(not surprising)
4. Bankruptcy talk (not surprising)
5. Still sub penny (not surprising)
Based on the above, I'm surprised this POS is still operating. LOL. What's more surprising is how they pretty much kept the shareholder meeting cancellation quiet. Can't even find the filing easily...made it difficult to find.
NY AG is slacking. Evidence against this company is clear and obvious.
Did the shareholder meeting happen today?
According to TD Ameritrade feed it's set for Monday 3/18 after market closes. It was 3/11 then went to 3/14 now it's "3/18". We'll see.
I'm predicting after hours earnings pushes this up 100% after hours. JMO
Enter/exit accordingly. This isn't for the faint of heart. Lol.
According to my TD Ameritrade feed, earnings will be released tomorrow after market closes.
Hopefully folks who bought high can recoup at least something in the next coming days based on the known upcoming events, which I'm pretty sure execs from big pharma and execs from other investment banking firms (not just ROTH execs) will be attending.
"Seelos Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: SEEL), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, announced today that they will webcast their presentation at the 39th Annual Cowen Health Care Conference. Chairman, Founder, and CEO Raj Mehra, PhD will present on Wednesday March 13th at 10:00am ET.
The live audio webcast of the presentation can be accessed at: http://wsw.com/webcast/cowen52/seel/
Seelos also announced today that they would participate in the 31st Annual ROTH Conference scheduled for March 17-19, 2019 at The Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel in Orange County, CA.
Dr. Mehra will engaged in a moderated conversation on Tuesday, March 19th beginning at 12:30pm PT in Salon 3."
Dr. Mehra will have the golden opportunity to pitch his company and its products/studies/data.
Hope so. Know your exit.

Everyone on UCLA's campus is probably buying this stock.
Shorts don't cover yet. Cover when it hits $10, then your covering will push it to $25. Thanks. LOL
Good post.
I think he mentioned Biogen, Johnson & Johnson, and some other big pharma company during that interview. If these companies see something promising in Seelos, look for a buy out.
Just last week Biogen announced it will buy Nightstar therapeutics for $800 mil cash, and a few weeks ago Roche announced they will buy Spark therapeutics for $4.8 billion.

As Elon Musk called them...
Shortseller Enrichment Commission
If this tanks, it's because the SEC is trying to help their shortselling friends cover.
Interesting, never saw it from that angle. Thanks for the insight; I hope this isn't the case with this company.
With 1 month to go before the quarter closes, if some sort of acquired revs aren't recognized on the next Q, I will be following Sonny toward the exit as your view may be correct.

Try TD Ameritrade. Open a new account and fund it with your HMNY shares. However, I'd suggest you fund this account with some cash first, then transfer your HMNY garbage.
Prediction off by 1 day.
I'll check back on my long investment in 1 month, at which point I'm predicting a Hempistry update.
GL
P.S. Assets to Liabilities looks good.
If you're a long, and you have the strength, you shouldn't check what the company's stock price is doing daily. Folks on IHUB have no true bearing on the stock price...WHEN this reaches its billion dollar + marketcap, it will be because of institutional investors, not IHUB.
When institutions do their DD, they're going to comb through the filings, not message boards. SGMD has a lot going for it and when the time comes, it's going to blow. This company is like a slow cooker...eventually it will get there.
I'm personally waiting for the Hempistry deal to develop, as that deal would make more noise than any of their acquisitions. JMO
Anyone who's been in the game long enough knew an NT was coming due to the latest 8K (Hydro4less), and latest PR (BZRTH option). Not a big deal in this case. If the delay was due to something else, then there should be concern.
I'll be happy when this goes up enough where the complainers can make some money (or break even) and get out/move on.
Even though they have 15 extra days, I predict the Q2 will be out by next Friday.
I hate to brag, but I predicted exactly when they were going to get delisted! Check my posts.
Next prediction...reverse split...with or without votes. Being incorporated in Delaware has nothing to do with them effecting a reverse by themselves...it's been proven...other companies incorporated in Delaware have done reverses without shareholder approval.
You can still short, but the interest/borrow rate is extremely high.
HMNY ticker is nothing more than part of high frequency trading algorithms. Profit by flipping thousands of times at .0001 per day.
MoviePass spin off will be nothing more than a repeat of HMNY by ripping off newbs and unsuspecting investors.
Same business model, different ticker. Ted will be okay for life.
LOL. A nice soothing assho.....le
https://ministryofhemp.com/made-from-hemp/paper/
The Hempistry initiative was pure genius.
Make carryout supplies with hemp among other things :)
Hemp is the future...everything will be made from hemp...including paper products.
https://b-i.forbesimg.com/ashoka/files/2013/05/Hemp-1.png
Traders think short term, longs are thinking years from now.
And in the future, those paper products will be made with hemp.
Traders will eventually push this higher, while the longs will benefit from that.
On another note, I think with the recent PR, that gives the company an excuse to file late.
GL. I know you've been here for a while and I hope your patience gives you the exit price you've been waiting for.
No voice needed on the OTC; it's whatever, whenever.
No more premarket and after hour rip offs.
Now we need the reverse split to fail, and the SEC and Nasdaq to deny them the spin off...then they can finally file for bankruptcy.
The Spectacular Rise and Fall of MoviePass!
I'm sensing that today Nasdaq has notified the company of its decision to suspend/halt the company in which the suspension will begin on Wednesday.
So do I, but every now and then when I log out, I have to see that non sense.
They also need to get rid of that deceptive "intro".
Being a humble person, I hate to say it, but we'll be RICH if Sugarmade clicks on all cylinders. Then you could upgrade to 90210. LOL
I'll take it.
Also hoping for an update on the Hempistry situation. 23,000 acres is huge...many people aren't comprehending the scope of 1 billion square feet of hemp growing capabilities.
Once they announce something favorable regarding Hempistry, I'll tell everyone I know to buy this stock.
https://b-i.forbesimg.com/ashoka/files/2013/05/Hemp-1.png
Shoes, printing ink, carpet, cardboard...wow! A lot of stuff!
Hopefully they won't sell for peanuts. $5 billion minimum.
Cramer forgot to mention hemp...lol
Though an old article, hemp has 1000's of uses...
https://www.forbes.com/sites/ashoka/2013/05/29/industrial-hemp-a-win-win-for-the-economy-and-the-environment/#438cf50b289b
The equipment selling is going to be good, but 23,000 acres (1 billion square feet) will yield billions. Long term play here. Once Sugarmade becomes well established; watch out.
Good point. And with interest rates favorable for loaning, banks won't hesitate to loan money out.
I wonder how many sales representatives Sugarmade has?. They should also be trying to sell equipment to Canopy and/or their subsidiaries.
Imagine getting an equipment supply agreement with a huge producer. By the way, Hempistry with its 23,000 acre potential would be a huge producer.
I'm willing to wait. Not in a hurry to get paid on this stock...my other stocks/strategy doing well. $2 in 2 years is fine with me.
I agree. I'm invested here, just not getting hype about the financials...at least not the upcoming one.
Hope for the best, expect the worst.
I'm not putting any hope into the next financials; if they're good, fine, but I'm not putting too much into it...but the one after this coming one, I'm really betting on that one.
PS Can't they multitask? Give me some Hempistry news.
