I highly doubt the OTC has upgraded this to be able to market trade and then send in back down with investors $ tied up in it, they would have blood on their hands now! I truly believe this is moving up and off the greys for good is because I credible new entity is coming in and has already filed and been reviewed as traceable commodity so the MM has decided to get it going again since the old debunked shell who put it there in the first place is gone! Think about it, the name change and filings say it all
Yes but then it went from Greys to Expert which is why market makers picked it up and it’s trading with quotes, where as last week it wasn’t! Nobody knows for sure but some speculation is because Global Habitat Resources has filed for name change and the old company is out, even IHUB and TD Ameritrade has acknowledged this and made the change. There is a merger that started back in March 2019 here and thats the speculation of why it’s trading again. New company, new life.

Inca Global, Inc. owns the worldwide license to a patented modular construction technology. The Company developed the Incablock Modular Construction System (IMCS) that uses interlocking and self-aligning building blocks (Incablocks) which "dry stack" meaning they require no cement between adjoining faces. These Incablocks can be sold individually or as ready-to-assemble kit homes complete with electrical and plumbing outlets, optional doors, windows, fixtures and fittings. The technology is environmentally friendly and incorporates solar panels, recycling options and gray water treatments. Building using the IMCS is considerably faster, does not require skilled labor (so local people can be trained and employed) and provides greater structural integrity than conventional block systems. The company has been trying to develop 5000 low income houses near Morelia in Michoacan, Mexico, as a showcase of its technology, but has had some challenges which is a pity as its technology is excellent. As Managing Director I was responsible for business development and licensing the technology to key developers worldwide. At the time of my departure I had developed interest in 25 countries and more than 200,000 homes.

I couldn’t agree more! Now there are even more companies coming off the greys and people are hesitant to buy but if these companies coming off the greys have been a mistake then why does it keep happening even after Finra and OTC have had so many calls. Just doesn’t make sense that it was a mistake. All signs are pointing towards Global takeover and out of the greys for good

If you google SWNM it pulls up The ticker and also shows Global Habitat Resources! I’m not worried about the Grey market blemish this ticker has something much different than all the other tickers that came off the greys the same day. This one actually has new company and new officers and no more Southwestern Medical. If this didn’t have the grey cloud over that then people would be jumping all over this play. It should work itself out soon.
Never like to see anyone lose any $ and will never bash to accomplish that. Despite the grey stories going on right now in the OTC, the factual information here is a new entity coming in here and the filings have proven that. It will be nice to hear from Habitat Resources to see what they have in mind. All the internet findings look very promising and could lead to something beneficial for early investors here. Kinda a waiting game now! Unfortunately but also if your patient it could be fortunate due to the lower share prices

You’re kidding right! This is an existing company with obvious revenues coming in. This company is going to be a publicly traded company for the first time. Why does it matter what year they acquired it. I also read they own more than one mine. I’m not sure how to take your question or statement. Who cares that the article is from 2014, we are trying to figure out what the new entity has going for them and if you can connect the dots with incablock and the projects and production they’ve been doing then makes sense to purchase a mine
