I asked Joe this very question when we spoke a few days ago. He gave me a very reasonable answer.

Here is MY paraphrasing the answer -

I agree, I believe EFIR will merge at some point. And would I be correct in thinking/to assume that EFIR, out of the two (MNVN being the other) owned by Dennis, is the one less in 'hot water' in regards to legal and financial issues?

This is INACCURATE information.

EFIR is working on a deal where they (EFIR) would be a holding company for another company that is currently generating revenue....

I believe, and this is only a hunch of mine - I know absolutely nothing on the inside, that EFIR, while being mainly a holding company, will be holding Success Oil for its majority. So........

Spoke with 'IR' Joe moments ago (2/9/2015 - 10:30am CST) ~

I can confirm what IHub member 'the long haul' has posted about what he spoke to Joe Vasquez regarding EFIR - that it is true and accurate.

*There is, in the process, a letter of intent or an agreement being worked on with a legitimate revenue generating company that EFIR is very close to signing with. The deal is close to being secure and from what I got from the conversation, not some 'fly-by-night' deal. As shared before, EFIR is going back to a holding company, which is what they originally were many years ago. This deal should be done soon, within the next 30 days, but very possible we could be hearing something with a few days.

*There was no discussion about an R/S because Joe had already told me weeks ago that no R/S would happen, UNTIL the pps was at a higher price, and that at that time, an R/S could take place.


*No mention of who this company that the agreement that EFIR is going to sign with. **MY** take is that it will have to do with Success Oil, or a party of Success Oil. Just have a hunch.

No, there was no date given in any PR regarding when 'GCHI' could or would start to trade. It was someone on here who came up with those numbers/that date/that time frame. However, imo, they could prove to be fairly accurate in their guesstimate.

At the same time, and as much as I would love to see GCHI trade, I hope the season for it is sizzling too. Meaning, the MJ sector has fizzled out quite a bit. GCHI is based on the MJ sector, or at least much of it is. So, for GCHI to be profitable the MJ sector needs to pick up. That or GCHI, if they are really merging with an already publicly trading company, needs to merge with one that is already well off on its way. Or one already successful.


GCHI has HUGE potential and if done correctly, can by a HUGE investment opportunity.

What's funny is that many here want the required DD to be done by others. That comment isn't towards you, Mk74, but regardless if Joe lies or not, making that call is still important...imo.

Joe hasn't 'lied' to me, perse. He has not touched certain topics that I've brought up, but he has never lied. He told me a PR would be released in 7-14 days. Is this a lie or is there something going on in the background out of his control. I would bet there is something going on, esp now with what our good friend jdwintx from the MNVN boards has been giving us in terms of information.
