If you loaned your car to a friend
and they didn't bring it back when they said they would, their cell was disconnected, they moved out of their house, your friends didn't know where they were, they stopped posting on FB, haven't shown up for work, it must mean only one thing...
They are out giving your car the best detail it's ever had.
'In communication with'
Is the same verbiage World Moto has always used. They're always 'in talks with' ''about to' 'expecting to' etc.
There's never any doing and did.
Ever been? Cairo and Alexandria have no stop lights. I've never seen anything quite like the traffic there.
How do you ride on the back of a bike in a burqa?
Before long Bethany's grandma will apologize for her posts and start posting for her.
Shipping meters was a 2015 PR.

Delinquent filings, CFO leaving, licenses expired/in default, are all common knowledge.
Operations being good was communicated in an email to me.
I don't expect anything on Monday either but I do believe Caymen is close to the company. He said WM is almost finished with them and I believe him.
In short, no.
The only correspondence from World Moto regarding their filings is that they are working on them. The timing was open to interpretation.
They didn't file a notification of late filing for the 1st Q. Only for the 10K. I don't believe we'll hear anything from them until they file.
$1 USD = .77 pound.
250 pounds = $324 USD = 250K shares.
Hopefully I didn't violate TOS with my post.
I'm able to login but the app says there are no drivers available. I don't think the app has ever worked.
Here's a great FB post from Patrick in December 2013.
https://m.facebook.com/freudenberggroup/posts/486273211486061?stream_ref=10
I wonder if Patrick's post will disappear after Caymen reads this?
I do believe this puts to rest the initial claim that Partick Smyth is on vacation and will be returning to WM.
World Moto stated in private emails that they expect to file 2nd Q on time.
They also said end of June, then end of July. A pattern I've noticed since the beginning is that they have never met a deadline or date projection. Another red flag in the business world.
Uber's got 99 problems but a meter ain't one

I'm guessing you did/do not own a publicly traded company. Keeping a business license and corporate filings current are compliance issues. Fines and penalties are assessed when you default on them.
Although to your point if your company, or World Moto, never had revenues or needed to file a tax return they most likely won't be on anyone's radar.
Another note would be World Moto looking for investment in its company. Being in default on everything looks bad. It's not how you run a business that you want to succeed.
It's a simple online transaction to the Nevada SOS. It's evident World Moto does not care about its share value.
Just to clarify
The only talk of buying out World Moto is here on this message board. A couple years ago people were saying Richard Branson and Donald Trump were investing in World Moto. Seems pretty silly now..
The obvious answer still falls on the licensing. No explanation for why their licenses are in default other than $$.
Does a partnership with another company explain why they let their business license and LLC go into default?
That's the most recent I have. Based on their response I'm sure they will just keep stating they can't give us a date but that they are working on it.
Your guess is as good as mine dkl. They initially told me end of June. Then end of July. Per their email they expect 08/15 to be on time. Who knows?
07/13/16
Hi,
To be sure, I forwarded your question to Greenberg Traurig (WM's counsel). GT is working on the filings and their response was: "All you can say is we are working on the filings." Regulation Fair Disclosure restricts us from giving a date unless we publish a PR to inform all investors at the same time. According to GT, such PR would be unusual, especially at this end stage in the process.
FYI, in the past, 10-K filings have taken roughly 8 weeks from start to filing:
Thai subsidiary: 3 weeks (Thai accountants and Thai audit)
US auditor, CFO's work, legal opinion: 5 weeks (total)
10-Q filings have taken roughly 2 weeks from start to filing.
The above noted, it was mentioned about six weeks ago that work began on those filings.
Three things to impart:
WM is entirely focused on filing and generating sales
We expect normal trading to be restored upon filing
WM anticipates filing its Q2 as per usual
Kind regards,
Mark Green

I've posted this stuff twice now Fox
http://m.indiamart.com/isearch.php?s=Rickshaw+meter
You guys seriously can't make the connection between a rickshaw and a motorcycle?
Why is this conversation so difficult.
There are meters on the market built for rickshaws. The front half of a rickshaw is a motorcycle. It isn't a stretch to see how meters sold for rickshaws will also fit on motorcycles.
The initial question, is there competition for meters? Yes. There is competition for meters. Just doing a price comparison the rickshaw meters are far less money than a Moto-Meter.
Go back and read the post Fox. I compared installing a meter on a rickshaw vs a motorcycle.
You know what a rickshaw is, right?
I think you're splitting hairs saying a rickshaw meter can't be installed on a motorcycle. It's like saying a meter in an SUV wasn't made for a car.
World Moto's meter is by far a better product than these but will that matter when it comes to paying for it?
http://m.indiamart.com/isearch.php?s=Rickshaw+meter
Thailand is for Thai's. I don't think we'll see a couple Farangs break down the taxi mafia there.
I'll see if I can find and resend. I found them via Google search and the website they came up on was indiamart.
Sansui and Precision are located in India and Japan. We don't have patents in either country, which I believe they couldn't do anything about.
I think World Moto is going to have to disclose where they are located before anyone can go there. Their PR guy Mark already stated they moved so no point going back to the Science Park.
They are taxi meters already approved by the state. They are most definitely competition. World Moto's meter looks like a much more quality product but the price is also much higher.
Each day that passes without filings brought current is just another day of arguing and speculating about a company that no longer makes news or communicates with investors.
NDA's don't prohibit companies from communicating with shareholders/investors altogether.
There is no valid reason that would result in a company not renewing it's business license or LLC. World Moto either chose not to, or does not have the funds to renew it. All it takes to renew is an online payment to the Nevada Secretary of State.
All speculation aside no one here can provide a reasonable explanation for the lapsed licenses. This should be a bigger concern than what it currently is.
I have a strong mind for business and I see so many mistakes World Moto makes with regard to public relations and their finances. If I didn't believe this company had a viable product I wouldn't have sunk money into this. Good businesses fail because of bad leadership and World Moto is certainly not immune to that.
Fox, no offense, but I think it's you who missed the point. I called it a great video and it is. The point, is that it's too bad only 103 people have seen it.
Ok Fox you win. It's great news that India is talking about meter regulation.
What a great opportunity for World Moto to communicate with investors on FB and PR's. But they don't. It's just another missed opportunity for them.
Where are they??
LOL! Great video. I was just in Thailand knocking out my advanced scuba certification. Didn't see any underwater meters.
Too bad the video only has 103 views.
I am referring to the article you sent. It lists Presicion and Sansui. Not World Moto.
http://dir.indiamart.com/impcat/auto-rickshaw-meter.html
I get it. You should go back and read my post history. I've been saying for years that World Moto's business strategy depends on regulation and it will not succeed without it.
Keep in mind just because regulation is passed, it does not guaranty World Moto will win any contracts. It still has to sell it's steep asking price. My point about not making news is valid. When you look at other meters on the market World Moto's is better by far. But will people pay for it?
The entire world now knows that Precision Electricals and Sansui Electronics makes motorcycle taxi meters.
What exactly did I miss Col?
Not being negative Fox. World Moto met with these guys 2.5 years ago -
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=61206663
When the motorcycle taxi industry makes news why is World Moto never mentioned.
