I wonder what is causing the pre-market jump in share price. TD Ameritrade had it at +.20, now at +.15
Haven't found any news
Article about Mr. Looby and company ringing the NASDAQ closing bell
http://exoskeletonreport.com/2016/09/ekso-bionics-rings-nasdaq-closing-bell/
You know things are not so good when NOBODY is posting here!
I guess there isn't much of anything positive we can find to say. Since the stock offering EKSO has laid an egg and is just sitting here.
EKSO's Tom Looby to ring closing bell at NASDAQ tomorrow 30 Aug.
Some reading material while the stock price goes nowhere...

This article is basically a release of an older video and older information (previously released). Nothing new in it but if you are new to EKSO it may help.
Another Fitz post (says the same old thing). After the article is a comments box, so I questioned the target price being the same as it was pre-reverse split. See if he replies.

Good morning Mr. Fitz-Gerald,
Pre-split, when the price was around .80 you were predicting $21.85, shouldn't that now make the target price $ 152.95.
You are being very misleading!
There are many of us who are wondering how you explain this, a response would restore some of our trust in you.
I agree that his articles are having less impact. I believe that is because of the type of investors that are associated with NASDAQ.
I also agree with your opinion on Money Morning, that is why I did not renew my subscription.
The down side to having less impact is that there is not much else that can move the share price upward right now. Every major announcement by EKSO has been met with a decline in pps or no movement at all. Reverse split (down), earnings (down), NASDAQ listing and share issuance (down), all other news does nothing for the pps.
Once again we got a post Fitz-Gerald bump and once again fading back. This time the bump was minimal. At this point we need some news showing some progress just to get back to 6.00 let alone push us to 10.00.
This is getting a bit ridiculous. I have picked up share at lower pps 4 times, each lower than the time before. I realize that picking up shares at the dips is a great way to accumulate shares but usually there has been some upward price movement after a low. This time it hasn't seemed to want to come back up.
Problem is there is not enough money coming in...period! All the news articles and positive reviews are great but they need to start selling some product.
Futuristic technology... Short TALOS clip about half way through
Nice find...thanks
While I do think they should correct the target price to $152.95, I believe that number is attainable by 2020. There are plenty of things they must do yet but Mr. Looby has demonstrated that he can reach the goals the company sets. (FDA clearance and up listing.)
As I have been saying for a while now, they have to start selling and delivering their devices. The GT is a larger, more expensive device that has targeted applications. It also is an evolving product. As data from feedback and studies comes in the device will undergo revisions and modifications. The device is harder to sell than the industrial/commercial devices. Mr. Looby has addressed that issue, it will take time to see the results.
When production of the EKSO Vest begins in 2017, that will add to the earnings and begin offsetting all the R&D money.
Remember, moving into the marketing phase just began recently when they brought Mr. Looby onboard. Once production of the industrial devices begins, things will start happening at a much faster pace.
Then, there is TALOS. That is still some time off.
Actually Berta, I think Golfblues is correct. That number was in the pre-split Fitz-Gerald articles. I often wondered why it was not changed. (it looks good for him if it is reached, only to those who never saw that the number was predicted when the stock was at .75)
I guess someone should write the Money Morning / Total Wealth guys and point that out to them and ask them what's up?
I am no longer a member there because of the never ending email blitzes. I still get them after I cancelled my subscription.
Hell, it was actually a "Fitz-pitch" that got me into this stock in the first place.
I agree...nothing untrue in what he is saying. Actually, the pitches usually have nothing that we here don't already know before they are released. I think it is great that he has the capability to reach many more potential investors than we can from here. I also don't mind the pps pops they cause, we just need more progress on the sales/earnings front to get us all where we want to go.
Another Money Morning/ Fitz-Gerald pitch...
http://moneymorning.com/2016/08/16/the-3-best-penny-stocks-to-buy-now-for-potential-profits-as-high-as-448/
I believe these "Fitz-pitches" are what is moving the pps. These are usually only temporary, we still need some news to break us out.
Latest Fitz-Gerald article...right on cue!
http://totalwealthresearch.com/2016/08/ekso-update-new-financing-means-new-potential/
Let's see what kind of bump in share price this brings.
I don't think it is competition, listen to what he says at about the 2:04 mark... "So they can move to the exoskeleton faster"... I believe this technology is a transitional phase from getting someone to the point where this device is no longer needed and the patient can move on to an exoskeleton like the EKSO GT.
I believe this is close to as low as it will get (unless there is a market-wide disaster). We may revisit these levels, but I think the number of times we will see it is getting fewer and fewer. I think we will continue to stay in the range we have seen for about the last year. We will probably get a bump when Fitz-Gerald puts his usual article out, but real movement can only come from some type of contract announcement or next quarter's financial report. I also am thinking that EKSO will wait (if possible) for the share price to recover before for the next issuance of shares.
I wish someone could explain to me why the offering price is always so much lower than the current market price. Also, why the share price plummets when the news of the issuance pricing comes out. Is it because people are selling off there shares in order to get back in at the lower issuance price and gain more shares? Doesn't that make it a self fulfilling event? Selling off shares creates price decline until it equals the issue price, now buy back in. With the mass sell off of existing shares, wouldn't that make it harder to sell the newly issued share?
Can anyone straighten me out on how this REALLY works? [not just a (Trump)conspiracy theory]...LOL
Yeah...I think that's it for me as well. Now we need to see some results from all this positioning and maneuvering. One task checked off the list (NASDAQ listing), time for some industrial sales contracts.
I picked up 164 more to move average cost to 5.50 from 5.92 (original buy was 7.70). Now, lets see some sales and get this back to 6.25 area.
Just got back from a short vacation to find this! Well this is the entry point I was looking for. I will be buying batch #5 tomorrow and that will be a huge dollar cost average down!
I guess this is the price you have to pay to play with the big boys.
I believe this is a good move. They raise the cash they need, get the investors they are looking for. When all the new shares are bought up the price will climb back up again to at least the 6.25 level. If you grabbed some now, that's a chunk of change for you. I am predicting a bump will come as soon as Fitz-Gerald makes his comments.
I am curious to know if any of the new shares go to institutional buyers.
I believe there are a couple of things that could move the price before TALOS. First, NASDAQ approval and listing. Then, when EKSO vest begin bringing in money with production in 2017. We could have some slight upward movement with any Fitz-Gerald articles.(but it tends to give it back over time). Any positive news concerning EKSO GT will also move the price but that seems to still be a bit into the future before large numbers of units are sold or rented. Still LONG, but am getting close to a position I can do a bit of trading with a portion of my shares in order to accumulate free shares.
None yet, but keep monitoring this board. Someone will post as soon as it is known.
Berta...I hope it stays this way, this is THE ONLY board on IHUB that I have found, that is not full of posters like that. We have had a few pass through. I think with Rhet as moderator and skeptical people like us, those type posters will be quickly weeded out.
Poor Dad...I have to say, if I had as many shares as you have I would be doing some trading of this stock (hopefully making the moves at the right time) in order to pick up some free shares. I currently don't have enough shares and a low enough avg. share cost to make it worthwhile.)...I have managed to quadruple the number of shares of my first purchase and have brought the avg. cost/ share down to 5.9209 from the original buy of 7.70. I would be buying at the 5.45 area and selling the 6.70 area. My greatest fear is that I would sell the 6.70 level and not be able to get back in. That is why I need more shares so that I am only using a portion to trade and gain free shares while the other portion is held long. Original purchase was 7.70(actually 1.10 pre-RS), have made three equal share purchases at 5.46, 5.45 and 4.72 respectively. Currently trying to gather funds for another purchase should it dip again. As I have said in previous posts, the funds for my last 2 purchases have come from 100% gains in another stock but I don't want to sell any more of that money maker just yet, I believe there is PLENTY of room for that one to run. The original funds came from one that is up 1,436.09% since I have owned it.
I am not bragging, I just think I have finally learned how to be a little smarter and patient when it come to my stock decision making.(after 16 years and several big mistakes). I no longer use my money, it is all profit money that I put at risk.
Curious to know if they have any ties to Health South.
It all depends on what the specifics of the agreement are. We know they have an agreement to be a vendor. Are these rental units, sales units, combination of the two, how many. When and at what rate will they actually be shipping out devices.
As of now we can see POTENTIAL, but we do not see ACTUAL results of any agreement. Keeping in mind that this is a recent development, all of the things mentioned above COULD happen soon.
Right now it feels like we are "close to nearly" beginning to see results [which isn't saying what (impatient)investors want to hear]If you understand what I mean.
No problem, I didn't mean anything by my comment. Just feeling a little frustrated with being range bound. I want something solid to be released to permanently move this above $7 - 7.25
Another Fitz-Gerald letter...nothing new in it but it always seems good for some upward price movement
http://moneymorning.com/2016/07/29/one-of-the-best-penny-stocks-to-buy-now-will-soar-2406-in-4-years/
Sure that sounds good, but that is from it's all time low. If you look at it from where it's gone since Feb., that would be nowhere. I am currently at 4% gain and that is because of dollar cost average buying since my first purchase at $1.10 before the split. (10 Aug '15). Until EKSO shows better financials, or sales contracts that will translate to better financials, we will be stuck in the this range. Even a move to NASDAQ may provide a small bump in price but a sustained breakout will not happen unless the company can demonstrate revenue increases from sales. I believe EKSO is making all the right moves but it will take time to start seeing the results.
EKSO vest will not even be to production until 2017. Still in developing process. I believe that is where share price appreciation will begin. It is a smaller device that can be sold to a large number of customers, bringing in income until there other devices reach their potential.
That was my feeling, numbers were lower than previous year.
@Rhet...production timeframe for EKSO vest?
