What happens when you don't hear news?
MJTK just had another day like any other stock that didn't get news today.
I don't know of any OTC stock that issues news every day. So what to do? Exactly what one does with any of their other stocks that didn't get news.
One must use historical events to predict future events. Use the tools you have at your disposal. Study charts, continue piecing the story together, and review what you do know and remind yourself of why you chose to buy the stock in the first place.
Using what I already know, MJTK is still a strong hold and buy on the dips for me.
We have 4 days of higher lows and we're almost at the point of true capitulation. The chart is screaming for a breakout once we reach that true capitulation point. We're so close...as in another day or two. Once were there is when I'll hope to hear from Tew because the power of news will potentially have a much more powerful impact based on the setup in place.
If now news, I'll continue studying what's before my eyes, and act/trade accordingly.
Good luck everyone. I believe we are sooooo close with MJTK. And as with life, the closer you get, the further away it appears, if that makes sense...

Yes, agreed. By "loomin", I mean developing. MJTK is a work in progress.
SIPC has much more to their story that we already know and can therefore make trading decisions upon. That is part of the reason SIPC is boomin' while MJTK is loomin'.

Last 4 days have higher lows. I posted a hammer chart a few days ago. We may see another hammer today based on the pattern of historical trading.
There are no guarantees, but there are educated guesses.
I'm not worried. EVERY time MJTK gets into the high .007's or low .008's, there seems to be a lot of interest, which tells me this is far from dead.
Something WILL eventually give...but no one knows when.
This is why it's important to diversify and why I'm very pleased to have SIPC as part of the "Salami".

The market cap from January 24 to present day increased 40fold!
A 40fold increase in market cap WITH over 1 billion more shares in the O/S speaks for itself!
I'm not saying MJTK should issue more shares, but clearly with the huge rise in market cap, all while dramatically increasing the total O/S, there is a ton of interest here with plenty of money backing.

There are currently no preferred shares issued. However, there are 10M preferred shares that the company has at their disposal. This is of very little concern though, due to the relatively small amount.
It's in the filings, I believe from the most current quarterly or annual report on otcmarkets. I read it while I was doing due diligence...

Two more beautiful things about SIPC that stand out for me:
1 - Major Hemp Brown Ale can be sold in all 50 states regardless of any MJ laws. With the exposure of marijuana in the ever stronger and widely publicized pro cannabis movement, and the "eye opening" acceptance of this movement, many people will look to dabble. Beer brewed/infused with hemp seeds/oil, is the perfect "starter kit" for the general masses who may not want to dive in head first with a joint, edible, vape pen, water bong, or dab hit. What better way for the general masses to enjoy, than a cold brew...a habitual norm already in place. MHBA could be a viral hit!!
2 - Hemp has always been associated with MJ because of its similar properties. Therefore, it enjoys the "guilty by association" factor that has brought the marijuana stocks massive exposure and investment. Since hemp is perfectly legal in all 50 states, SIPC being a "hemp play", enjoys the guilty by association factor without the risk of any federal interference whatsoever! SIPC will very likely run alongside all the MJ stocks.
Of course there are many other factors already in place that could help SIPC have a massive run...these are just two that haven't fully been pointed out and discussed yet.

There's no guessing what SIPC's game plan is, or how they're executing, which is part of the beauty here!!
And I absolutely agree with your statement that combining Hemp and CBD with beer is genius!
The amount of truths being revealed about cannabis and it's "fraternal" twin hemp, through the cannabis movement, is piquing the interest and curiosity of a huge percentage of the US population. More and more people will want to "dabble" to see what this is all about and hemp/cbd beer is a perfect middle ground between one's normal choice for a recreational buzz (standard beer) and full on smoking a joint or eating an edible.
Hemp/CBD beer, for lack of a better word, is a perfect gateway for those who aren't quite ready to dive in head first.
I'm extremely excited by the prospects for SIPC's Major Hemp

Implying that the larger investment community collectively bought GRNH shares at the highest price point of $1.20 a few years ago, and are still holding those shares in their portfolio at the current price is simply untrue.

California voting to legalize recreational marijuana use was a statement made by a large population of the United States of America, in one of the largest economies in the world, for the purpose of not only institutional change in mind set, but for all CA residents and visitors to have recreational access to a harmless plant, just as people have enjoyed alcohol and tobacco legally for years!
(Side note, alcohol and tobacco have much more harmful effects than a little weed)
Now, for the case of beneficial gain in the investment world...to state that CA's passing of recreational use of marijuana was for the purpose of "sending GRNH to .20", is simply untrue.
Any beneficial gain people may see from having investments in companies like GRNH, is a byproduct of the pro cannabis movement, not a direct result of.
Please understand the difference!

Good evening Phoenix_Sol.
You're humility, based purely on the fact that you've openly shared your situation, can potentially make you a great investor/trader as you gain experience. It is from these lower depths that great traders are born/developed.
Having said that, there's a long road ahead so I recommend exiting some of your position and experiencing the feeling of having settled cash in your account. There's a different confidence and mentality one has when they're sitting on cash vs having everything in play. Let this cash sit in your account until you've calmed your nerves.
Meanwhile, continue observing and learning as much as you can.
You've mentioned learning so much already, however you keep asking for the future outcomes. So I ask what have you really learned?
If you've learned, then it's based on past experiences. We do not learn from experiences or outcomes that have yet to take place. So if you have truly learned, then you need to take that knowledge from past experiences and outcomes, and apply it yourself, to gauge possible future outcomes.
Go back and review what you think you've learned. When you have truly gained insight and experience, you'll know. Because you'll stop looking to others for answers, but rather come to conclusions on your own.
I sincerely wish you much success with your trading and investments and encourage you to stay humble and continue learning. Hopefully you'll be able to look back on these days further down the road, while you're paying it forward to a "newbie" someday.
Respectfully,

3 simple MJTK chart observations:
RSI, Volume, and BB
Last time the RSI was in the low 40's was before MJTK ran from .0017 to .0194 in 3 days.
When the price hits low .008's or less, volume immediately picks up, which shows interest is still very much alive.
Bollinger bands were tight from mid December to mid January, then a huge breakout. Albeit for a longer period of time, a similar pattern is presently showing with the bollinger bands pinching ever so tightly.

Since SIPC was added to the 4/20 Salami portfolio, all volume has been at or above .014. It seems to have consolidated nicely yesterday and is basing in the .018 - .019 range.
SIPC has broken and held the previous resistance of .017, which now becomes a support level.
Anyone patiently waiting until SIPC settled down, I believe now is a good opportunity to initiate a position.

Getting back to SIPC and MJTK...
For any math wizards out there...
SIPC's O/S (230M) is approximately 4.5 times less than MJTK's O/S (1.035B)
Take SIPC's closing PPS today of .0175 divided by 4.5 and you're at about .0039
I think sometimes people forget to think about the dollar amount they invest vs the number of shares they can buy. Psychologically many investors like to place bids with large round numbers like 100K shares, 500K shares, or 1M shares. How often do we see bids and asks with those round figures? All the time!
What I'm trying to get at is this:
If SIPC were trading at .0039, I believe psychologically, investors would be more willing to buy in because they feel they can get a larger number of shares. However, don't be intimidated by SIPC's share price vs what some may have gotten used to with the current range that MJTK is trading in. (And look back at where AMMJ and CNAB were originally trading when Sleek offered the opportunity).
When a PPS is higher, we see slightly larger increments in trades down to the fourth decimal. Example: SIPC mostly sees a wider spread of .0005 because it's trading at a higher price, and thus reflects a higher spread. Therefore, the percentage moves also reflect a similar percentage move as say an MJTK move. And percentage moves is what it's all about.
A 15% change reflects the same move on the same dollar amount invested, regardless of the number of shares one can get.
So...forget about the number of shares you can get, consider the dollar amount invested. The percentage change is the same on that dollar amount no matter how many shares you get.
In no way am I suggesting to sell MJTK for SIPC, but if you've followed posts here, it's important to diversify. (Another reason it's great to have an addition to the Grand Salami).
IF, yes I'm saying IF, you have that extra cash in your portfolio, and already own MJTK, diversify and support SIPC, and then you're truly supporting the "Salami Sleek Vision".
OR...consider rebalancing your portfolio and rid some poor performers or dead weight and put your money back to work.
Also, remember to try and keep 20% of your portfolio in settled cash at all times. Rebalance as needed.
Just more of my ramblings for what it's worth...
Go MJTK and SIPC

A simple respectful request:
Publicly airing out personal vendettas against someone, or someone's actions, potentially have much deeper consequences than whom your directing said vendetta toward.
Unfortunately, there are too many new and inexperienced investors who get freaked out when they see this public back and forth banter and end up making irrational decisions and losing out further. Not only financially, but emotionally. These are people with real money, real jobs, real family members, real emotions...just trying their best to improve their well being.
Companies that are in good standing are also potentially affected.
I'm hopeful as always, that my thoughts might be useful or helpful to others and have a positive impact on the investment community at large, both financially and emotionally.
So I'm simply asking that people try posting with some integrity and try to understand that their posts do have consequences that may go far and beyond who your words were supposed to be directed toward. Take any personal vendettas private and work them out behind the scenes if possible.

This brings us to present day. As you can see from these documented press releases, (and these aren't all of them), SIPC has a steady flow of communication with the investment community. Their Major Hemp division is seeing rapid growth and tremendous opportunity.
I expect to hear more from the company along the lines of their new CBD infused beer and further saturation into other markets with their MHBA line of beer. SIPC has come a long way in a few short years. With today's exposure to the broader investment community, I believe SIPC can start to have a more realistic valuation, which is much higher than its current market cap.
Thank you Sleek for helping to bring this company to the broader investment community! I'm in!
Go SIPC
