Apparently as much as necessary to correct opinions about TTDZ which are completely irrelevant in regards to GRCU when the OTC already recognizes our current status. Next we will hear about GRCU being back on the SEC watch list which will be just as irrelevant or have facts to back the claims.
Past financial situation in regards to TTDZ has been rectified. Moot point. GRCU is pink current. We need not consider ourselves with 2013 when the OTC recognizes us as current. Thank you for the history lesson.
Excellent points I-Glow! I think you should be very careful investing or even considering investing in GRCU. I think you should stay away too.
I've had a couple of conversations with Victor in the past. GRCU needs to give that kid a raise. He fields so many calls his head must spin. Probably the same questions asked 20 different ways. I also believe the caps will be back soon, however even with the $90 price tag they may not be our best seller.
I don't find it odd at all pappi. This is the OTC. People have the ability, with very little money to buy hundreds of thousands if not millions of shares of GRCU. Any 1/10 or so pop on a high trips entry will net a trader with a minimal 5k entry over 1k in profit. No small potatoes for someone who times it right. GRCU is a seven month young developing company with massive, yes I said it, and no it's not a pump, massive potential. They are branching out into third party sites selling their products. They are partnering with foreign companies, they are selling internationally, they are beginning to market and advertise locally in the USA. They are walking into the OTC season coupled with November elections and a softening stance on MJ and MMJ. They are bringing additional revenue generating products to their sites weekly. They are trying to build a company in a tough environment with a demanding clientele. It's GRCUs responsibility to generate the revenue and continue this upward climb to legitimacy and silence the skeptics and make it a bit more risky to flip or short them. So far, we're looking good. All JMO.
Nice!! Selling on other sites!! Expansion. More connections. Great find!
Excellent comments Odessa. GRCU has some very real signs of a developing company. Anyone with a few K lying around wouldn't be risking that much on the potential finacial boon GRCU may produce. No brainer for me.
I've always preached patience Mojo. You're one who gets what it takes and how long it takes to build a real business. We both know most are in the red before the black and that can take years in some cases. We have a crafty SOB on our side and that's a real plus too.
More food for thought.
We ran on potential last time. No results only the promise of this major guru coming to GRCU. A natural pullback occurred coupled with the summer doldrums. We now have a solid base of products. Over thirty selections between two sites with more to come in a short period of time. Where does this next run take us? Do you believe the facts in front of you? Have you ordered? Received products? Talked with the company? Seen the progress? All in the OTC. Pretty incredible, IMO.
Media and advertising campaign. National, great. Important, yes. International. Hundreds and hundreds of millions. A small piece? Dynamic revenues. Possible?? Food for thought.
No major predictions from me OP2, but I do believe this is far from our last partnership. This is just one of many, IMO. Several dots are starting to connect. Calkin has deep contacts and we just got confirmation of Hemporium. How many more to come in the near future? Real business and real $$$$ indeed.
I'm not in to predictions, but I can't disagree with the possibility. Add additional partnerships and a strong fourth quarter of revenues, with a fired up election season and MMJ sector and who knows?
Great summary Phil. The international aspect simply cannot be overlooked either. GRCU and more then likely with Calkins carefully selection chose select products from Hemporium, there South African partner. No major fanfare about the partnership, no major PRs extolling the virtues and potential the partnership can return, just plain old actions.. Plain old results. Maybe not in the timeframe we've come to demand in the OTC and maybe a few hours late here and there, but boy in boy are they delivering.
International shipping is now underway as well with identified countries. None of the typical NDA garbage from GRCU. A national and global marketing campaign can truly turn this little pitsy shell into a very successful company. Deny it and play it the other way at your financial peril.
All new products on ALLBOTANICAL, new tinctures on allcbd. Pleased and psyched for the future here. Hemporium is big!!!
Several don't see or understand the nature of building a company in a difficult OTC environment. Very few make the grade and many more fall by the wayside. They think that because we didn't get the exact restart we expected it's all downhill. What's missed is now there is confirmed CBD revenue coming from the tinctures and by the looks of our brethren in here this morning, solid ordering as well. Slowly but surely, GRCUs way. Not ours.
Realizing that this is a work in progress, I'm fairly confident allcbd will update their site as they move along with new products. GRCU in its totality is a work in progress. Very hard for some to wait as the pieces slowly fall into place, I get it. It's in OTC mentality and what have you done for me lately paradigm. GRCU hasn't operated that way from the get, and they aren't going to start now, whether we like it or not.
What I wouldn't mind seeing though is a PR discussing the site, the upcoming products and a rationale as to why and/or a rough estimate as to when they think CBDs will be back. Keeping the lines of communication open with us is never a bad thing. It may not stop the impatient or upset from selling out today, but it won't hurt either.
They're not even posted Cash. It wasn't the reopen I was expecting. Getting the caps, having them available for sale and sustaining them is one of our major money makers. Not an ideal restart for the site, but better then nothing.
You and I have both agreed about the unnecessary posting of self-imposed deadlines. They lead to self-inflicted wounds. I've never liked them. You're point is well-taken. Credibility hits can set us back. Long-term though, I don't give a hoot. Maybe they'll learn, or they'll definitely learn the hard way.
It's all good people. Whether the site opens tonight, tomorrow, the next day or whenever. The generation of big revenue is not going to happen the very next day and be reported. We have an entire fourth quarter of developments, an energy drink to look forward to, possible agricultural news, a potential connection with Hemporium, several new portal connections our DD gurus uncovered and much more. We've got several months to go with CBD products creating a solid revenue base. The site opening and it's deadline is small potatoes in the grand scheme of things in this long-term play.
Kam, they operate PST. If they finish by 9 or 10 tonight, the east coast USA won't see it until midnight or later. Time remains. The GCBD FB page mentioned it is a few hours off. Let's see if they hit the deadline. Either way, it's coming online soon.
That's a nice confirmation on FB, gw. They've basically confirmed availability of our number one money maker. Looking forward to the open and PPS surge over the next several months.
I think you'll get your wish with the site opening post market action. It may make for a nice day tomorrow in establishing a longer term solid base.
EST time is different then PST. If GRCU has the site up and running by 10pm PST, you'll more then likely find out about the next morning . Let try not to invoke premeditated fear to cover any short position you may have. By morning with the right products and an operating site, you may regret it.
That was the answer you should have received Grizz. Nobody with half a brain will give an absolute guarantee until it's a fact. Otherwise GRCU wears egg on their face and they'll be providing information before the fact. A nice run should start with those four products. Any surprises and it moves higher, IMO
If those are available today Rick, besides me purchasing a bottle, I believe that will be a major factor in beginning a revenue run, followed by a PPS run.
Possibly waiting for confirmation of allcbd opening with products ready to go, guts? We'll see between midnight EST or earlier if RC follows through on GRCUs self-imposed dealine on the reopening of their site. If so and CBDs are available along with other products, we could see that run as we move throughout the week.
No. Nothing. Unless a connection is made, Robert Calkin is moving along nicely with CCI. With time, I hope the same dedication and focus will be placed on the public company.
I agree MH. Wild speculation without support leads to nothing but hype. It places GRCU in the same old same old OTC category and I believe Calkin and Co. are making an honest effort to change that perception about their firm.
Protect that short GRCU position before Monday. Come the 15th any opening of the site with available products will have you moving quickly to cover. The .005s aren't happening anytime soon and haven't happened since before March. Dire predictions won't pan out as we move toward OTC season. They're not even reasonable or rationale predictions.
D4, that's the game changer as far as I'm concerned. If they delve into the agricultural aspect, which has not been a focus right now, the revenue posibilities and the ability for Calkin to connect with his CCI students to assist/work in these operations greatly expands there business potential. We're viable with CBD products alone, IMO, but become even sexier with grow-ops.
We can only guess as to what will be available with relaunch Phil. I think it's safe to say that relaunch will include product and the ability to purchase. Reopening any other way simply won't make sense. I believe we will see the roll-out of product throughout the remainder of the year. I'm pleased that they've generally moved away from hard dates for product availability, not withstanding the 15th and the grand reopening of allcbd.
Q4 is just part of the foundation. We need layers moving forward if we want a viable company. Calkin already has an idea of the treacherous waters of the OTC and he's been navigating fairly well. Years plus is the key word. It's fun to guesstimate and speculate, but four months young is only enough for the flippers, traders and shorts to pump it or gripe about it. The real behind the scenes work is nothing any of us know about and, it's comforting to know, not something GRCU feels they need not pump either.
Longy, without a doubt in my mind, an agricultural venture is a complete game changer. I believe that is the type of vehicle that states will eventually look to for contracts to produce quality medicinal MJ. Beyond that, Calkin is very big into education and understanding law. States may wish to capitalize on companies that can provide education to the public and provide information on how to safely navigate the MJ waters legally. These are certainly possibilities which are not far-fetched, IMO
Florida is important as well as New York. I like the fact that Calkin has some political connections. It will be beneficial as we move forward to gain ground in some of these states.
I agree with you. .049 is a distant memory. However, we all know that these markets are cyclical in nature. The sector in general will more then likely fire up moving into election season. The political climate with MJ has not changed. It will only intensify as the months move by. Those associated with and having political influence/backing, stand a chance to capitalize and grab a piece of the pie. Calkin has a few political connections and knows well how to navigate those waters. Our high may certainly be a thing of the past, but even you may take notice if GRCU opens their site with a CBD sales generator. Time will tell.
TNL, this is a fairly important next step for the company IMO. If the site is reopened with product come September 15, it is one of the more important revenue generators for us. 16 selling days won't make a huge impact on Q3 results, but solid sustained sales bolstered by assistance fron NPI and in health can set up a very interesting final quarter.
Actually, you're not wrong. I was in two that exploded past one dollar and I was in at .04 and lower. Just check my post history for verification. GRCU will probably need a solid three months with CBD and tincture sales to really cement itself as a revenue maker, IMO. If they restock and are prepared for CBD sales September 15, we are really only looking at 15 days in the Q to sell product along with our first batch which sold out quickly. That won't make for a stellar Q3 OP2, but it could set the stage for a monster Q4. I have plenty of time to wait and see.
September 15, 2014 could very well be that turning point. Should allcbd be up and running with tinctures and CBDs available. Game on. The next 6 trading days should be very interesting to set the stage.
I agree, they have not been timely with many things, however as Ryan stated earlier, GRCU more then likely cares for shareholders, not traders. They also more then likely care about the end product, not who gets impatient and cynical about the BS minutiae along the way.
