Thanks for sending me that message Pennies. I checked it out and thanks for letting me know. It looks great and it's nice to see the progress. This should be nice.
-Jazz
I would but we have tickets to Biltmore today.
-Jazz
Pennies yes I came to the city. I hope to drive by the plant on Saturday. I don't know if anyone will be there.
-Jazz
You are most welcome.
-Jazz
Hi Vietvetharry. Great to see you back here. Lenny is peripherally in involved as the Executive Secretary and director but is no longer the CEO. The company has completely changed from being an ink refill company and nolonger has the InkWayUSA moniker. Now it is involved in beverage/water manufacturing with the new plant set to open sometime within the next couple of weeks. That is the cliff notes version. Have a good one.
-Jazz
I like the following paragraph from the SEC 1A filing:
We believe that the growth in bottled water and other healthy beverages and away from carbonated or sugary beverages will create opportunities for our company. We also believe that recent market trends for will
continue to grow as federal and state regulation is for hemp derived CBD products is codified. The CBD market now stands at $1.01 trillion with forecasts calling for it to grow to $22 billion by 2022. Many analysts
are calling for 20% or more of that growth to occur in the CBD infused beverage space. This trend, plus the opportunity presented by the US private label beverage market, which, according to Technavio, will have a
revenue of almost USD 140 billion by 2021, are expected by management to fuel growth of our bottling and distribution business for years to come.

The name of the new plant manager that the company hired with 30+ years of experience is Kenneth Porter. I believe below is his LinkedIn page. Johnson City,TN is not that far from Asheville which is not that far from the plant.
https://www.linkedin.com/in/kenneth-porter-a0a46220?trk=org-employees_profile-result-card_result-card_full-click
The company First Fruits Beverage is now called Summit Beverage Group (https://www.summitbeveragegroup.com/).
I no longer see Kenneth Porter of the management team of Summit Beverages (https://www.summitbeveragegroup.com/meet-the-team/) which to me supports the case of him being the same person Greene Concepts hired.
The address of First Fruits and Summit Beverages are the same.
-Jazz
I'm not sure. I'm sure they will need to hire employees to run everything effectively. They can't pay the employees however until they get sales and the sales won't come in until production begins. That can't happen until they are inspected.
That is why the next few weeks are really crucial and why I believe we will definitely hear more information as things shape up. No need for the company to provide an update until they have completed what they need to do.
-Jazz
Yep. If Greene Concepts can market themselves as a new, innovative local alternative that emphasizes quality, as strange as this sounds I believe they could indeed compete with Coke, Pepsi, Nestle and Danone in the local region. Then as more and more people take to the Greene Concepts' product, the reach will have a stronger regional impact. That is the best way to move from regional to national.
This is all great news for us.
-Jazz
My thought is that today the company informs the inspection team that they are ready and receives a visit from an inspector next week. Assuming the inspection concludes next Friday (and that they pass which I am sure they will), my thought is we should receive a PR about production start and the grand opening gala between Oct. 21 - 25.
I will be very surprised if we are not off to the races before Halloween.
-Jazz
I absolutely agree.
-Jazz
No worries Q7. My hope as well is that sales skyrocket and somehow the company obtains the funding they are looking for to the success of us all. It is great to have you here on this board though.
-Jazz
I just picked up 69,583 shares at .0048. It's a blessing to get these shares at the current price before the gala/grand opening. I am locked and loaded! Hopefully we will all enjoy some sweet success in this as we close out 2019.
-Jazz
I don't have an answer for you unfortunately. You would need to e-mail or call the company.
-Jazz
That makes sense Pennies.
-Jazz
My thought is we see an annual report early to mid-November.
-Jazz
Actually they are referring to this week Pennies since that Tweet was from last week. That would take us to this Friday, Oct 11.
-Jazz
My thought is they are saving it all for the annual report which came out in November last year.
-Jazz
I absolutely agree with you Pennies.
-Jazz
I agree with what you say below Pennies:
Or if their product is bought out a week or so after it is available for sale the Holidays are coming and I will buy cases for many of my friends, family and associates to try, it will be the only brand of water in my house.
If Greene Concepts can procure additional funding from sources outside of the share offering then they might be able to pull it back and still end up okay. That would be ideal.
-Jazz
Hi Pennies. FYI that I forwarded the company those finance/funding links you provided earlier. The company wrote back their receipt of them and that they would go through them today. Thanks again for sending those over. That could possibly help us all if they procure a funding source from them. I also sent them the link to www.gust.com for angel investors.
-Jazz
I am watching a video on the Biltmore Estates which is in Asheville, NC. It's the largest private house in the U.S. and over 1 million people tour the house each year. Imagine if Greene Concepts could sell its water there to the tourists. Both are not far from each other.
-Jazz
That's where they receive their P.O. Box company mail near their California office. Back when the company was involved in ink, Fresno CA (near Clovis) was where their home office was located.
I don't know the reasons behind it just that is what was decided. I speculate that since the company still hasn't fully launched and the previous ink business was headquartered in California and since Lenny Greene (previous CEO) is still assisting on the books as a Director/Secretary 'not sure if this is for transition purposes or not' that might be the reason why.
I hope this is helpful. Have a good one.
-Jazz
This is awesome Pennies.
-Jazz
I just picked up 40,000 at .0055.
-Jazz
My hope is that we all can get as many shares as possible, the price goes up and then we can all have a lot more financial freedom than we have now.
Despite everything that has occurred, once production begins and sales start that will drive a lot of success and we'll all be happy. Sales, revenues and profits are the ultimate great equalizer in everything. Hopefully by Christmas the only thing being talked about is how much higher this stock can climb as the company grows.
-Jazz
What do you mean by waiting for news in your trading account?
-Jazz
You're wanting in low at .0015 before the big launch back up to multiple Pennies. Weedtrader do you thing the big drop and then big increase will happen between now and mid to late-October when the gala/grand opening occurs?
-Jazz
I read that whatever $ amount in shares is purchased cannot exceed more than 10 percent of the purchaser's annual income.
-Jazz
I believe we need someone more stable than him but if he does get more stable then yes he'd work. He has his own line of cologne so I guess why not?
-Jazz
Wouldn't it be cool if a celebrity picked up the 2 billion shares and then helped to promote the company? A current or retired sports star would be great. I am thinking Kobe Bryant because of his dedication to fitness and business. What an ambassador he would be.
-Jazz
Thanks. From what I read there was a special form that needed to be sent directly to the company at the shares would be purchased at .0015.
-Jazz
How much of the $ from today's INKW stock purchases goes directly back to the company to assist them in their operations? I honestly have no idea but with 14 million shares sold in volume today my hope is that at least some of this will help the company.
I know brokers are used versus a direct stock sale as is the case with the 2 billion at .0015.
-Jazz
Not sure. The hope is that increased sales will mitigate the increase in O/S.
-Jazz
I pray that someone can purchase those 2 billion shares and help provide additional working capital for the company to really maximize it's business plan.
-Jazz
Makes sense about the .15 evaluation vs. $1.00. If the bottles fly off the shelves this could still be a game changer.
-Jazz
Thanks for the analysis Pennies.
-Jazz
Pennies I am looking forward to your analysis of this evening's SEC company release. The full information is displayed on the INKW OTC page SEC Filings Form 1-A. Thanks in advance Pennies.
-Jazz
The latest SEC company filing today provides a plethora of good information about the company, where it's going and risks involved. Of note I saw where they are offering rewards/benefits to customers who refer them and who can help them grow the business. That is awesome to see. This is under the Sales and Marketing section (Referral Marketing). We have discussed that here previously and it appears the company has listened.
