The company will record the call and put it on their website.
According to the conference call from February PCT LTD has been fielding a lot of calls for solutions to many problems. Being a small company they were only able to focus on certain areas and had to choose what got priority. The Annihilyzer was chosen and they still worked other projects as time allowed them. Something major appears to have broken through.
What that is will be revealed Tuesday.
It could be a whole hosts of things:
Financing
Major contract
Partnership
There are 4,749 acute care hospitals in the US. The Annihilzyer, a proven system is installed in 14 of the 62 acute hospitals (over 22% market share) in New York city.
We have not penetrated the US Healthcare Infection Control System market greatly other than NYC. We have systems in other hospitals in other states however not on the scale of NYC. I hope that is about to change beyond the systems orders of upstate NY, CT and TN.
Also in conjunction with the Annihilyzer, the agenda item for additional activities in the healthcare and oil and gas industries is a mystery. A possibility may have to do with water/air. Here are a couple of thoughts:
As I spent many of my younger years working within the HVAC sector, I am well aware of all the issues that must be overcome to help combat our battle against COVID-19. By implementing the use of Anolyte ANK we can help with AHU systems by fogging the supply air with our HOCL, which will provide disinfection against COVID-19 and any other airborne pathogens, bacteria or viruses that are within the airstream. Providing good quality air which is free from harmful microorganisms or viruses can only benefit the occupants within an air conditioned or ventilated building. Good quality air prevents the occurrence of ‘Sick Building Syndrome’. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=158024099
The immune system of vertebrates “naturally” produces hypochlorous acid (HOCl) to fight against bacteria and pathogens. A patented electrochemical technology mirrors the above defense system, allowing the synthesis of HOCl solutions through the electrolysis of water enriched in salts, at the level of a few grams per liter. The system allows for the careful control of the pH of produced solutions, with consequent optimization of their activity. Once the HOCl is introduced into the water system; it is able to remove the biofilm from pipe network; significantly decreasing the level of Legionella colonization; within 8–10 weeks from the beginning of the disinfection approach. The technology has been applied in a variety of healthcare facilities, both in Italy and in neighboring European countries. In the present paper, two successful case studies are briefly presented: Data were obtained from experiences in two different healthcare facilities, one in Italy and the other in Germany. Destruction of biofilm was indirectly testified by an increase of total organic carbon content of water; as a consequence, and because of the dosing of the disinfecting agent, some µg/L of total halomethanes were also formed. However, both compositional features were only observed during the initial stages of the disinfection treatment. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=158025945
The evolution of Paradigm Convergence Technologies Corporation
PCTL's successful launch of the Annihilyzer System 18 months ago leads to a system in 22.5% of hospitals in New York City and growing.
PCTL’s flagship product Annihililyzer was, is and will be the foundation of the company’s success moving forward.
The company was on the brink of faltering due to its growing debt and had to execute toxic financing for its survival.
Then PCTL received an unexpected gift due to unprecedented demand for HOCL because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
What the CEO did by shifting the focus to supplying HOCL due to the high demand and need, enabled PCTL to establish a more stable financial condition that it has ever seen.
There are many companies selling HOCI so to increase PCTL’s footprint the CEO increased production and brought on more distributors. The high demand for HOCI will continue in the foreseeable future however it isn’t going to last forever and competition will increase moving forward.
What has given PCTL an edge is that we were already established providing HOCL, they have a supply chain already in place and have equipment to produce large quantities of product.
ALL the other areas PCTL has business interests including oil and gas, food safety, agriculture,
and cannabis to name a few should be adding to the bottom line moving forward. Agriculture is not a big money maker, oil and gas is a huge money maker and big interest is in cannabis. Listen to February Investor Call for further information: https://www.startmeeting.com/wall/recorded_audio?audioRecordingUrl=https%3A%2F%2Frs0001.freeconferencecall.com%2Fstorage%2FsgetSM%2FaHPiB%2F1fNj
The conference call from February was about 29 minutes long and had some interesting tidbits to it:
They touched on agriculture, oil and gas and specifically cannabis.
The gave some specific capabilities of the Annihilyzer:
Can produce 42 gallons but they didn't give a time frame (probably a day). That unit can service 125-150 beds per system at 450ppm or higher.
The Annihilyzer cart can hold 7 gallons of HOCL and clean 10-12 rooms before refilling.
Also they talked about larger volume units:
The 102 unit produce 600 gallons per day.
The 104 unit produces 1000 gallons per day.
PCT LTD now has 6 different units:
Annihilyzer Infection Control System – Hospital/Healthcare
Annihilyzer Infection Control System – Rack Model
Hydrolyte Generator – Large and Medium Volume
SurvivaLyte Manual Generator – Small Volume
Annihilyzer Hospital 360 SMART Spray Cart
School/Hospitality Industry and General Business 360 SMART Spray Cart
Finally Gary Grieco said there was an 800 lb gorilla in the room. Coronavirus has opened up a huge opportunity for us, all he could say was that he was contacted by and actively negotiating to address the problem with company and government officials and " can't say more than that". I guess nothing ever transpired with government officials.
Why I think the PCT’s US marketing efforts of its patented Annihilyzer® Infection Control System is the most important and earth-shattering agenda item in the upcoming Conference Call:
PCT LTD Announces Agenda for Shareholder Conference Call on Tuesday, September 29, 2020:
https://www.para-con.com/images/docs/PCTL09-09-20.pdf
It is PCTL’s flagship product
The Annihilyzer has the best solution to a multi-billion dollar problem.
Hospital Disinfectant Products Market to Expand at Growth Rate of ~ 5.3% CAGR from 2018 to 2026 to Reach US$ 17.1 Billion through 2026:
There are 4,749 acute care hospitals in the US. The Annihilzyer, a proven system is installed in 14 of the 62 acute hospitals (over 22% market share) in New York city.
The press release dated August 5, 2020 said “additional and ongoing activities in the US Healthcare market include, but are not limited to” so there are probably more deals in the works and hopefully we will find out more during the CC if not sooner.

We have not penetrated the US Healthcare Infection Control System market greatly other than NYC. We have systems in other hospitals in other states however not on the scale of NYC. I hope that is about to change beyond the systems orders of upstate NY, CT and TN.
An article from March 2020, stated: “We expect to grow at the rate of two hospitals a month for the first part of this year and then to double that for the second half of the year.
We have been dubbed a disruptive technology for hospitals. However, it does not have to be limited to hospitals. There are certainly other markets, such as assisted living facilities, schools, even companies and factories that could use this system to reduce sickness.”
Grieco added: “All of our hospital customers using our infection control system and disinfectant are utilising the systems as a front-line defence throughout their facilities, including in all public area such as restrooms, lobbies, waiting rooms, elevators, corridors, cafeterias, etc. all throughout the day and night and in the presence of patients, staff and visitors.”
The Annihilyzer is state of art, cost effective and green technology. There is no other system in the world that has the capabilities of the Annihilyzer. Second to none...
During the June 22, 2020 podcast “We’re moving forward with opening additional depots or expanding our ready depots,” said Grieco. He then elaborated on the Company’s new hospital installations, sharing that they expect two hospital installations to occur each month going forward.
Can anyone name a SUPERIOR Infection Control System than the ANNIHILYZER?
I didn’t think so.
Keep bringing your "A" your game.
It is always a breath of fresh air.
PCT LTD has been doing a lot of things for the past 2 to 3 years that has yet to come fruition.
Eventually something comes together not because of luck as with HOCL and Covid-19 but just due to good planning and just working hard until one reaches his/her objective.
The 60 minute conference call time frame suggests someone from outside the company making a presentation or being introduced. Will it be an "Angel Funder", may be a "Joint Venturer", could be an "Buy Outer" or possibly a long dissertation by the recently hired business consultant on all the investments he/she has brought to PCT LTD.
Don't know exactly what it is, however after listening to last 29 minute CC, this call of 60 minutes most likely will have something unexpected and unannounced up to now.
So I listened to the rest of the February 20, 2020 conference call.
They touched on agriculture, oil and gas and specifically cannabis.
The gave some specific capabilities of the Annihilyzer:
Can produce 42 gallons but they didn't give a time frame . That unit will can service 125-150 beds per system at 450ppm or higher.

Coronavirus has opened up a huge opportunity for us All he could say was that he was contacted by and actively negotiating to address the problem with company and government officials and " can't say more than that" I never listened to the conference call before. Yep,
Selling anything to China that they want to buy is a no-brainer.
Me you and AD can agree to disagree.
I know a whole lot about China from my Air Force days.
China has had for years "SEZ" special economic zones. SEZ was a fancy word for market economy, run just like the economies in the free world. China is a gold mine when it comes to selling products to them that they want.
Bottom line is China probably has a bigger hospital market bigger than the
US and UK combined.
If any company refuses to sell products in China because they are afraid of their tech make get stolen is ridiculous. China is a big market.
Why do you think Apple sell their products there?
MONEY
The I-Phone final product is assembled in China.
China imports $46.8 BILLION dollars worth of cars each year. You think those car companies are worried about China stealing their tech?
I don't think so.
Conference call questions:
What investments/business has the Business Consultant brought to PCT LTD since his/her hiring on July 8, 2020?
Does PCT LTD plan on doing a marketing campaign for the Annihilyzer to hospitals via internet, TV, radio, phone or direct mailings?
When do you anticipate PCT LTD becoming cash flow positive?
Has PCT LTD found an Angel Funder?
Filta Group Holdings is purchasing HOCL from NTH solutions in the UK. Have Filta Group Holdings contacted PCT LTD to purchase HOCL for their franchises in the United States?
What is the status of the lawsuit?
Has PCT LTD reconnected with China about the Annihilyzer?

PCT LTD 2020 3rd Quarter Results:
Based on the increase of the distributors and deployment of Annihilyzers there is an expectation of increased revenues and rightly so. However the increase won’t be a direct correlation to the percentage of the increases in distributors and Annihilyzers. The revenue increases for the distributors will be whatever their sales are and their buy in fee and the Annihilyzer’s will be based on whatever their lease contract calls for.
HOCL sales has never been the focus of PCTL except during the heighten demand period when the pandemic hit. They did benefit from increase sales and expansion of distributorships. The market must be big enough for multiple players as we continue to add distributorships and DD has been showing many making sales.
PCTL with the right moves can make a killing with their flagship product, the Annihilyzer.
There are a lot of hospitals in the good ole USA.
Makes one wonder why a hospital with 2 Annihilyzers would order 5 more.
The disinfectant (500ppm) is only good for 30 days however the surface cleaner (200ppm) is good a year.
PCTL business model is good with growing distributorships however the big revenue stream would come with increased Annihilyzer leases.
Hospitals are all around and just need to be marketed to.
PCTL emerging from toxic financing to profitabilty.
The story of PCTL is about a little company trying to develop and introduce state of the art technology across different industries including healthcare, oil and gas, food services and agriculture. To truly see the evolution of PCTL one should follow the numbers and the place to start is the FINANCIALS. What does one see?
The bottom line is that once PCTL got the Annihilyzer built and in the marketplace, it took significant resources to market, build and deliver the flagship product. The company did what it had to do to stay afloat. The float was around 50,000,000 shares just 30 months ago and just blew up in 2019 to over 500,000,000 million shares and to over 635,000.000 million shares today. If one looks through all the accomplishments the company has achieved during this time operating on a shoe-string budget, one will see major milestones such as at least 35 Annihilyzers in 35 different hospitals, increased sales of HOCL (lifesaver for PCTL) due to the pandemic, the UK partnership and the things to be revealed to us at the upcoming Conference Call. We are not out of the woods yet however with the recent surge in distributorships, continuous and increasing sales of the Annihilyzer we may see our way out of debt and move on to profitability. Although the surge in toxicity came quite quickly, it won’t go away quite so fast.
PCTL shares increased year to year with an enormous bump up in 2019 due to toxic financing. The company was selling shares to support operations.
PCTL revenues increased year to year with the biggest bump up in 2019.
What does this all mean?
PCTL is a growing company and although it went through some toxic financing they were fortunate to increase sales due to an unprecedented demand for HOCI that put them in a position to cover their burn rate. Also 2019 is the year where PCTL had the most system installs that will most likely increase exponentially in 2020.
The story of PCTL is changing daily. FACT not fiction.
Below are some excerpts from recent filings, followed by some excerpts from press releases. People will try and oppose what is FACT with their fiction which is just not possible.

What will the consultant deliver?
I have been pondering what will the consultant do for PCTL or has done for PCTL seeing he/she has been on the job for several weeks. I believe this is a step in the right direction and much needed. The potential is unlimited as our products are needed and superior to others on the market. Having 22% of market share of Hospitals in NYC would be a big selling point.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The end game for PCTL is the flagship product, the Annihilyzer.
From the PR dated August 5, 2020:
Over the last several months, the company had shifted their focus towards fluid production and distribution due to increased demand brought on by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, coupled with travel restrictions. The company’s fluid production strength and sales remain strong and on pace for record growth in 2020. Healthcare facility installations are a central focus of the company’s long-term growth plan. (The reason for the consultant)
I listed some definitions and then a couple of articles. enjoy

Pursuant to the agreement the consultant will provide business development and introductory services for a period of five years in consideration for the issuance of 1,000,000 common shares of the Company and a 5% commission, paid in shares, for any investments brokered.
What Is Business Development?
Business development is the process of finding the match between a product (or solution) and a segment in the market. Sales is the process of systematically generating revenue with the product (solution) in the chosen market segment in the race for market leadership.
Sales and business development. Just two different ways to refer to the same activity -- getting your company's product into customers' hands. ... Actually, sales and business development should not be considered the same job at all.
In the simplest terms, business development can be summarized as the ideas, initiatives and activities aimed towards making a business better. This includes increasing revenues, growth in terms of business expansion, increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships, and making strategic business decisions.May 8, 2019
Business Development is necessary nowadays for businesses to achieve sustainable business growth. It focuses on creating long-term value rather than quick cash solutions. Even though different from, it may include Sales, as well as Strategy and Marketing.
Business development is to be thought of as a marketing tactic. The objectives include branding, expansion in markets, new user acquisition, and awareness. However, the main function of business development is to utilize partners in selling to the right customers.
Business development is the practice of identifying, attracting, and acquiring new business to further your company's revenue and growth goals. How you achieve these goals is sometimes referred to as a business development strategy — and it applies to and benefits everyone at your company.
Business Development As the Foundation of Success
What is business development? Simply put, it’s an integrated strategic management of all of the areas of the operations including market analysis (demand), product innovation (supply), as well as setting out the vision for the pillars of said operational structure which includes that of finance (capital and accounting), legal, human resources, supply chain, and vendor relations. Someone operating from a business development framework would begin with a supply and demand analysis, taking a look at what’s currently happening in the market and asking some of the following questions:
How can this industry be run better? What’s missing? What needs to be developed?
What segment of the market isn’t being catered to?
Whose issues and challenges within this market are not being solved?
How can I create better products or a better process?
How can I acquire new clients more profitably than competitors are?
Business development is about a clear-cut focus on creating long-term sustained value for the organization, which manifests itself in the form of new markets, new products and new processes. You will find successful business development professionals in the strategic role of CEO and CFO in medium/large enterprises, but you will also find successful business development professionals in the role of the professional sales agent as well as in the role of the entrepreneur or solopreneur. These are the people who scale businesses, raise the proper levels of capital, do proper market analysis, decide which products to push (including those that need to be created from scratch), formulate return on investment (ROI) analyses, and find ways to eventually bring on other investors who are looking for decent level returns, to invest in said newly created business model.

What, Exactly, Is Business Development?
“I do biz dev.”
Few times in history have more ambiguous words been spoken. Ask ten “VPs of Business Development” or similarly business card-ed folks what is business development, and you’re like to get just as many answers.
“Business development is sales,” some will say, concisely.
“Business development is partnerships,” others will say, vaguely.
“Business development is hustling,” the startup folks will say, evasively.
The assortment of varied and often contradictory responses to the basic question of “what, exactly, is business development” reminds me of the way physicists seek to explain what, exactly, is the universe. With conflicting theories on the nature of black holes and bosons, the ultimate goal for those scientists is a Grand Unified Theory, a single definition that can elegantly explain how the universe itself operates at every level.
Lacking any concise explanation of what business development is all about, I sought to unite the varied forces of business development into one comprehensive framework. And eureka, for I have found it - the Grand Unified Theory of business development:
Business development is the creation of long-term value for an organization from customers, markets, and relationships.
There is elegance in simplicity, but perhaps this definition leaves you wanting more. At its heart, business development is all about figuring out how the interactions of those forces combine together to create opportunities for growth. But a theorem requires a proper proof, so let’s break that statement down:
Long-Term Value
First, what do I mean by “long-term value?” In its simplest form, “value” is cash, money, the lifeblood of any business (but it can also be access, prestige, or anything else a company seeks in order to grow). And there are plenty of ways to make a quick buck for you or your company. But business development is not about get-rich-quick schemes and I-win-you-lose tactics that create value that’s gone tomorrow as easily as it came today. It’s about creating opportunities for that value to persist over the long-term, to keep the floodgates open so that value can flow indefinitely. Thinking about business development as a means to creating long-term value is the only true way to succeed in consistently growing an
organization.
Customers
The “customers” portion of the definition may be slightly more obvious – customers pay the bills. They are the people who pay you for your products and services, and without them you won’t have any business to develop. But not everyone is a natural customer for your business. Maybe your product doesn’t have the features I’m looking for. Maybe your product is perfect, but I don’t even know your company sells it. Or maybe you’re not reaching me because you’re not knocking on my door.
Markets
That’s because customers “live” in specific markets. One way to understand markets is by geography - if I only focus on selling in the U.S. but you reside in London, then you are currently unavailable to me as a customer as I do not currently reach the European market. But customers also "live" in markets that are defined by their demographics, lifestyles, and buying mindset. Identifying opportunities to reach new customers by entering into new markets is one important gateway to unlocking long-term value.
Take for example the Pet Owners market. The customers who live there, of course, are people who own cats, dogs, fish, etc. Petco is a company that clearly sells to customers who live in the Pet Owners market. I, on the other hand, do not have a pet. I don’t live in the Pet Owner market. So what if Petco wanted to sell something to me? Then they’d need to find a way to enter into a market where I do live. For example, I have red-hair and pale skin and as such, I am prone to spontaneously combusting when exposed to the sun. Therefore, one market that I "live" in is the Sunscreen Buyers market. If Petco wanted to sell something to me, perhaps they can find a way to enter into that market by offering sunscreen, hats, or sun-reflecting aluminum foil suits. Now, determining whether that’s a good idea or not for Petco to do so is a job for the business development team – and another story for another blog post.
Relationships
And then there were “relationships.” Just as the planets and stars rely on gravity to keep them in orbit, any successful business development effort relies on an underlying foundation of strong relationships. Building, managing, and leveraging relationships that are based on trust, respect, and a mutual appreciation of each other's value is fundamental to enabling the flow of value for the long-term. Relationships with partners, customers, employees, the press, etc. are all critical to the success of any business development effort and as such they demand a bold-faced spot in any comprehensive definition of the term.
So, is business development actually sales? Is it partnerships? Is it all about hustling? Well, frankly, yes. It’s all of the above and as we’ll see in future posts, it’s much more. It’s a complicated and fascinating discipline that deserves a clear understanding, so that we can marvel at the beauty of a well-done deal as much as the stars.

PCT LTD Announces Agenda for Shareholder Conference Call on Tuesday, September 29, 2020:
https://www.para-con.com/images/docs/PCTL09-09-20.pdf
Highlights of the discussion include, but may not be limited to:
PCT’s US marketing efforts of its patented Annihilyzer® Infection Control System.
Why I think the Annihilyzer is at the top of the list?
Hospital Disinfectant Products Market to Expand at Growth Rate of ~ 5.3% CAGR from 2018 to 2026 to Reach US$ 17.1 Billion through 2026:
PCTL has the best solution to a multi-billion dollar problem.
The Annihilyzer is the “flagship” product of PCTL
The Annihilyzer System is truly a cost-effective Green Seal Certified end-to-end total facility disinfection and cleaning system. This system generates both a hospital grade disinfectant and a very effective cleaning solution to cover virtually all of your cleaning and disinfection needs. These on-site generators produce stable electrochemically activated solutions, OSG 460D - Hospital Grade Disinfectant that is effective against C. diff, MRSA, and VRE, and an OSG 11-12 All Purpose Cleaner, and downtime for the process is only 15 - 20 minutes with no special preparation or precautions necessary.
On or about June 17, 2020 PCTL had at least 25 Annihilyzers in 25 different hospitals.
Since then?
At least 10+ more system installs on the Horizon:
Following up on an earlier release, a system installation was performed for an existing hospital
client in NYC through PCTL’s primary healthcare distributor, ACE Janitorial Services. This installation was completed in mid-June, the last of three scheduled installations mentioned in an April 14th press release. The other two installations mentioned in the same announcement were completed and mentioned in a release on May 8th of this year.
Additional and ongoing activities in the US Healthcare market include, but are not limited to:
Installation of 5 additional systems with an existing NYC Hospital client.
Pending final approval for an additional installation of two systems at a third, existing NYC Hospital client.
In the quoting phase, an additional system order is pending approval for a large hospital network in upstate New York.
In the quoting phase, an additional system order is pending approval for a large hospital network in Connecticut.
In the quoting phase, an additional system order is pending approval for a large hospital network in Tennessee.
System orders which have reached the quoting phase, barring any unforeseen restrictions or difficulties, should receive final approval and be installed within 30-60 days. Existing healthcare clients awaiting final approval should see installations commence within 30-60 days.
We are around 45 days into the 30-60 day window.
https://www.para-con.com/images/docs/PCTL09-09-20.pdf
The hospitals in the quoting phase are networks and not individual hospitals so multiple systems may be ordered.
Also the press release said include but are not limited to so there are probably more deals in the works and hopefully we will find out more during the CC if not sooner.

"Things That Make You Go Hmm..."
Maybe just maybe it is because of the newly hired Business Consultant:
On July 8, 2020, the Company entered into a consulting agreement. Pursuant to the agreement the consultant will provide business development and introductory services for a period of five years in consideration for the issuance of 1,000,000 common shares of the Company and a 5% commission, paid in shares, for any investments brokered.

3. There are 4,749 acute care hospitals in the US. The Annihilzyer, a proven system is installed in 14 of the 62 acute hospitals (over 22% market share) in New York city.
4. The press release dated August 5, 2020 said “additional and ongoing activities in the US Healthcare market include, but are not limited to” so there are probably more deals in the works and hopefully we will find out more during the CC if not sooner.

5.Also in conjunction with the Annihilyzer, the agenda item for additional activities in the healthcare and oil and gas industries is a mystery.
6. We have not penetrated the US Healthcare Infection Control System market greatly other than NYC. We have systems in other hospitals in other states however not on the scale of NYC. I hope that is about to change beyond the systems orders of upstate NY, CT and TN.
8. The Annihilyzer is state of art, cost effective and green technology. There is no other system in the world that has the capabilities of the Annihilyzer. Second to none...
9. During the June 22, 2020 podcast “We’re moving forward with opening additional depots or expanding our ready depots,” said Grieco. He then elaborated on the Company’s new hospital installations, sharing that they expect two hospital installations to occur each month going forward.
Can anyone name a more SUPERIOR Infection Control System than the ANNIHILYZER?
I didn’t think so.
The Annihilyzer coming out party September 29, 2020 at 4:30.
Fireworks show before, during and after the Conference Call.
Snow,
Results from the company will move the stock price.
Whether we get info before the conference call via press release about on-going company business, during the conference call, or after the via press releases, financials or other means the stock price will move.
The question is will it move up or down and the limited information we have says it should move up.
What info we do have at the present is the following:
HOCL sales are up and should increase based on the increase in distributorships.
Annihilyzer sales are up and we are awaiting approval for more installs and are in talks with others.
Much is going on with PCTL and the Conference Call hopefully will answer a lot of questions based on the agenda:

6. We have not penetrated the US Healthcare Infection Control System market greatly other than NYC. We have systems in other hospitals in other states however not on the scale of NYC. I hope that is about to change beyond the systems orders of upstate NY, CT and TN.
PCTL is a Visionary Company.
It is all about the Annihilyzer
What is unfolding today was set into motion a few years back:
Published: Oct 26, 2018
Data Projects the Global Medical Device Industry is Set to Grow
Data provided by Lucintel projects that the future of the global medical device industry will provide opportunities in public and private hospitals. The sector is expected to reach an estimated USD 409.5 Billion by 2023, while growing at a CAGR of 4.5% from 2018 to 2023.This system also incorporates the use of Electrostatic Smart Applicators that apply disinfectant to all surfaces. Human error associated with improper application and coverage of disinfectant is no longer an issue as the electrostatic applicators ensure that all surfaces are covered and wrapped with disinfectant. Fogging or misting systems are not time or cost effective whereas the electrostatic application process is more thorough and takes less time, so room turnover is much faster. The Annihilyzer® Infection Control System is very cost effective and performs well where other cleaning and disinfecting systems sometimes fail.
The major drivers for the growth of this industry are health care expenditures, technological developments, the aging population, and chronic diseases. By application, the medical device industry can be segmented into surgical and infection control devices, general medical devices, cardiovascular devices, orthopedic devices, home healthcare devices, and others. PCT Ltd. (OTC: PCTL), MEDNAX, Inc. (NYSE: MD), Owens & Minor, Inc. (NYSE: OMI), Smith & Nephew plc (NYSE: SNN), SCYNEXIS, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCYX)
The infection control segment is expected to grow at a fast rate. According to MarketsandMarkets, the global infection control market is expected to reach USD 21.06 Billion by 2022 from USD 15.35 Billion in 2017 and at a CAGR of 6.5%. The research indicates that the increasing use of e-beam sterilization, rising importance of single-use medical nonwovens and medical devices are further increasing the demand for disinfection and sterilization products and services. Based on end user, the global infection control market is segmented into hospitals & clinics, medical devices companies, food industry, life sciences industry, pharmaceutical companies, and other end users. Hospitals & clinics are projected to register the highest CAGR during the forecast period. The growth is attributed to the rising incidence of HAIs (Hospital Acquired Infection), growing volume of surgical procedures, increasing cost burden due to the rising geriatric population & incidence of chronic diseases and increasing number of hospitals across the globe.
PCT Ltd. (OTC: PCTL) just early today announced breaking news that, it has entered into a Master Services Agreement with a New York-based hospital supply and services company for the installation of two Annihilyzer® Infection Control Systems to prevent hospital-acquired infections (HAI's) in hospitals in its market area. According to the Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), "On any given day, about one in 25 hospital patients has at least one healthcare-associated infection." Quoted in Clinical Leadership & Infection Control, Lynn White, MD, president of Patient Shield Concepts, said, "…the estimated direct medical cost of HAIs is around $10 billion annually, not including cost-shifting to private payers. Including cost-shifting, HAIs may cost closer to between $35 billion and $45 billion for acute-care hospitals annually. The total direct, indirect and nonmedical social costs of HAIs are estimated at around $96 billion to $147 billion annually, including loss of work, legal costs and other patient factors."
The Annihilyzer® Infection Control System produces on-site generated Electrochemically Activated cleaner and disinfectant fluid solutions that allow hospitals to move away from traditional disinfectants that are toxic and can cause harm to the housekeeping staff and patients to a cleaner and a disinfectant that are safe, environmentally sound and greatly reduce the damage to furnishings and equipment caused by toxic chemicals, yet is effective against HAI's like MRSA, VRE and C-diff. PCT Health's system tracks the life cycle of the cleaner and disinfectant and alerts the user before the product is no longer at its optimum effectiveness.
The tracking system can be customized to track employees to ensure that all proper cleaning and disinfecting protocols are being performed during the cleaning process. This assists the hospital administration by supplying valuable data regarding the who, what, when and how all areas of the hospital are cleaned and disinfected.
This system also incorporates the use of Electrostatic Smart Applicators that apply disinfectant to all surfaces.

More information to be providing via company press releases and the upcoming Conference Call.
Why I think the PCT’s US marketing efforts of its patented Annihilyzer® Infection Control System is the most important and earth-shattering agenda item in the upcoming Conference Call:

I didn’t think so.
News about uplistings and CCs don't move stock prices results of selling product and services does.
We may find out with future press releases and at the CC some of these results.
Gary does not need help.
He is the "MOTHERSHIP" the distributors are the ones that need to market to school buses, commercial buses, trucks, aircraft cabins, and even private vehicle wash and sanitizing establishments. The list of possibilities is endless.
HOCL is a product of our flagship product the Annihilyzer and other systems.
We have in recent months expanded our distributorships and continue to do so. The more distributors the more cash flow back to the company.
The supply chain to distribute HOCL from one location is certainly possible however it is more cost effective and efficient to have multiple locations around the country.
What the MOTHERSHIP could do is have a nationwide marketing campaign about what HOCL is and how it can be used and where you can get it from. There are many outlets to market, TV, internet, radio, mailings etc...
We do have a business consultant. I wonder what is he/she is doing?
skitahoe,
PCTL have multiple systems now and others in research and development as well as welcoming special orders:
From them 2019 10K:
This Company’s proprietary production, distribution and applications technologies have solved these problems. Its production equipment allows the Hydrolyte® solution to be produced consistently with specific, predetermined concentration of HOCl within the range of concentrations typically employed (50 to 600 PPM) as well as the desired pH level (the pH scale measures how acidic or Alkaline a substance is) that may be desirable for any given application. To resolve the maintenance of efficacy issue, PCT Corp. has perfected generation (production) equipment which is small enough to be located on the customer’s facility, allowing for production-on-demand rather than maintaining stored product inventory. For customers who will not use enough product to justify the on-site equipment, the company intends to engage industry-specific distribution and commercial services companies to provide the products to end-user customers on a regular delivery schedule. The combination of the on-site generation and delivery solutions should assure end-users will always be supplied with fresh, full strength product.
Production: Hydrolyte® is generated with the company’s proprietary equipment. The production technology for Hydrolyte® generates a product with predetermined PPM and pH properties, i.e., the equipment can be calibrated to deliver any desired PPM level; and, we believe it is superior to any other known production process or equipment available in the market today. The scalable Hydrolyte® generation systems technology largely will be housed in portable and mobile units, which can be readily moved within a building or from site to site, although more permanent installations, probably employing larger generation systems, will be made in situations where such installation is appropriate or required. The Company’s models of Hydrolyte® generator equipment is classified, dependent upon configuration and volume of output:
Annihilyzer Infection Control System – Hospital/Healthcare
Annihilyzer Infection Control System – Rack Model
Hydrolyte Generator – Large and Medium Volume
SurvivaLyte Manual Generator – Small Volume
Annihilyzer Hospital 360 SMART Spray Cart
School/Hospitality Industry and General Business 360 SMART Spray Cart
Other models of Hydrolyte® generating equipment are in research and development.
Markets: The primary applications for the Hydrolyte® technology are in cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting in a variety of market sectors and settings, including:
Institutional facilities, such as hospitals, nursing homes, hotels, correctional facilities and schools;
The agriculture industry for pre- and post-harvest disinfection of crops, sanitization in food processing, and certain applications in animal husbandry;
The oil and gas industry where Hydrolyte® can provide a process to disinfect water used in hydraulic fracking processes (“frac water”) and to kill sulfate reducing bacteria in “sour” oil and gas wells; and Catholyte can be used to clean equipment and aid in product recovery when applied “down hole”; and.
Other potential market opportunities are available, e.g., disinfecting and sanitizing of water in public and private water systems and industrial waste-water systems.
Management determined that the most direct paths to rapid revenue and earnings growth are in the institutional facilities and agriculture markets, although the agricultural market present some EPA-related barriers. The preponderance of business development and marketing resources are currently being devoted to these two markets. Management intends to also work to maintain our position and expertise in the oil and gas industry to assure that current customer relationships are maintained, business opportunities at hand are pursued and that we are properly positioned for a roll-out as, and when, drilling activity increases as anticipated. As further market development occurs, the Company anticipates considering and acting upon factual information.
Hopefully our Business Consultant hired in July has been busy building PCTL's customer base as he/she gets 5% commision.
On July 8, 2020, the Company entered into a consulting agreement. Pursuant to the agreement the consultant will provide business development and introductory services for a period of five years in consideration for the issuance of 1,000,000 common shares of the Company and a 5% commission, paid in shares, for any investments brokered.

PCT LTD Announces Agenda for Shareholder Conference Call on Tuesday, September, 29, 2020:

Highlights of the discussion include, but may not be limited to:
PCT’s US marketing efforts of its patented Annihilyzer® Infection Control System.
Why is the Annihilyzer at the top of the list?

Rome was not built in a day and neither was PCTL. This company has made tremendous strides from its humble beginnings, through its research and development, visionary acquisitions, to its toxic financing and HOCL saving profitability and finally on sales and leasing of its flagship product, the Annihilyzer.
Although there are 10Ks going back to 2008 the vision of PCTL really began just 5 years ago this month or just 4 years ago if one goes by when it was acquired by Bingham Canyon Corporation .
2008 10K The Early Years
Historical Development
On February 27, 1986 Bingham Canyon Corporation was incorporated in the state of Delaware as Hystar Aerospace Marketing Corporation of Delaware (“Hystar-Delaware”) and was a subsidiary of Nautilus Entertainment, Inc., (now called VIP Worldnet, Inc.), a Nevada corporation. Hystar-Delaware was formed to lease, sell and market the Hystar airship, a heavy-lift airship, and the Burket Mill, a waste milling device. However, the venture was found to be cost prohibitive and Hystar-Delaware ceased such activities in 1986. Hystar-Delaware completed a change of domicile merger on August 26, 1999 with Bingham Canyon Corporation, a Nevada corporation.
Our Plan
Based on current economic and regulatory conditions, management believes that it is possible, if not probable, for a company like ours, without many assets or liabilities, to negotiate a merger or acquisition with a viable private company. The opportunity arises principally because of the expensive legal and accounting fees and the length of time associated with the registration process of “going public.” However, should any of these conditions change, it is very possible that there would be little or no economic value for anyone taking over control of Bingham Canyon.
2015 10K The Vision Established
Our Business Plan
Our business plan is to seek, investigate, and, if warranted, acquire an interest in a business opportunity. Our acquisition of a business opportunity may be made by merger, exchange of stock, or otherwise. We have very limited sources of capital, and we probably will only be able to take advantage of one business opportunity.
Effective August 20, 2015, Bingham entered into a non-binding letter of intent related to a proposed exchange of shares to effect Bingham’s acquisition of an operating company. Bingham plans to acquire 100% of the operating company’s common stock in exchange for a majority of shares of Bingham’s common stock. The Bingham common stock will be offered and sold in reliance upon exemptions from registration under the Securities Act and state securities laws. The original letter of intent expired December 31, 2015 and the parties agreed in December 2015 to extend the expiration date to March 31, 2016.
Consummation of the transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including execution of a definitive share exchange agreement. The parties are now finalizing their due diligence, including their auditing requirements, and are completing their negotiations and terms of the definitive share exchange agreement. As of the date of this report, there can be no assurance that the parties will reach a definitive share exchange agreement or that the acquisition will be successfully completed.
The operating company is a technology licensing company specializing in environmentally safe solutions for global sustainability and license technology. Currently, the operating company owns a patented biodegradable plastics technology which is being marketed and licensed worldwide. The operating company distributes and promotes licensed, new proprietary equipment created and manufactured specifically to eliminate biocidal contamination from water supplies, industrial fluids, food processing, control of contaminants from the production of oil and gas and numerous applications within the medical industry. It also works in the agricultural areas pre- and post- harvest of fruits, vegetables and animal feed crops.
The current economy creates more challenges for the success of our business plan. With the general lack of investor confidence and the uncertainty related to the future global economy, management believes that equity investments and transactions may be less attractive then they have been in the past. However, management believes that it is possible, if not probable, for a company like ours, without many assets or liabilities, to negotiate a merger or acquisition with a viable private company. The opportunity arises principally because of the expensive legal and accounting fees and the length of time associated with the registration process of “going public.” But if the global economy fails to grow, then it is very possible that there would be little or no economic value for another company to enter into a transaction with Bingham Canyon.
2016 10K The Vision Continues with PCTL coming into the picture
Historical Development
On February 27, 1986 Bingham Canyon Corporation (“Bingham”) was incorporated in the state of Delaware as Hystar Aerospace Marketing Corporation of Delaware (“Hystar-Delaware”) and was a subsidiary of Nautilus Entertainment, Inc., (now called VIP Worldnet, Inc.), a Nevada corporation. Hystar-Delaware completed a change of domicile merger on August 26, 1999 with Bingham Canyon Corporation, a Nevada corporation.
On August 31, 2016, Bingham entered into a Securities Exchange Agreement (the “Exchange Agreement”) with Paradigm Convergence Technologies Corporation, a Nevada corporation (“Paradigm”). Pursuant to the terms of the Exchange Agreement, Paradigm became the wholly-owned subsidiary of Bingham after the exchange transaction. Bingham is a holding company which, through Paradigm, is engaged in the business of marketing new products and technologies through licensing and joint ventures.
Business Strategy
Bingham’s subsidiary, Paradigm, is a technology development and licensing company specializing in environmentally safe solutions for global sustainability. Paradigm markets new products and technologies through licensing and distributor agreements, joint ventures and partnerships, service contracts and equipment leasing and direct sales.
The company holds patent, intellectual property and/or distribution rights to innovative products and technologies. While a direct-sales capability is in place, it is not Paradigm’s intent to be the sole distributor of the technology products. In addition to the direct sales program, senior management will be responsible to develop the distribution and licensing program operations for the technology, to develop new opportunities and applications for the products, and to promote the brands. Paradigm senior management intends also to continue its pursuit of new technologies – particularly technologies which are complementary to or enhance applications opportunities for its existing products - upon which it can build and expand its business.
Paradigm’s has two commercially-ready product technologies: generation systems for Hydrolyte®, a highly effective sanitizer/disinfectant microbicide that is safe and not toxic for use around humans and animals; and, BioPlax®, a rapidly biodegradable plastic.
Hydrolyte® has been market tested with commercial customers and is ready for full scale commercial launch. Management intends to focus on leveraging the opportunities presented by Hydrolyte® in the short term and is in the first stage of a full commercial launch planned to commence in the second quarter of 2017. Management is reviewing options for BioPlax® product and applications opportunities, which may include the acquisition of additional related intellectual property rights or a decision not to pursue the commercialization of the technology in the near term.
Paradigm’s revenue stream is expected to be derived primarily from four sources: licensing and distributor agreements, joint ventures and partnerships, service contracts and equipment leasing and sales. In the 2017 launch, management plans to focus on establishing distributor operations and direct sales. Initially, direct sales are being managed by members of the senior management team. Subsequently, direct sales may be conducted by a subsidiary company(s) with targeted marketing and sales operations. Such subsidiary companies may be organized internally or acquired. Paradigm currently is in negotiations with three committed distributors who are preparing to undertake commercial operations in their respective regional markets. They are based in North Carolina, Mississippi and California. Management expects to finalize the details of the distribution agreements in the current second quarter.
In building out its marketing and distribution organization, Paradigm intends to develop strategic operating relationships with firms that are leaders in production, manufacturing, distributions, and sales within the various industries where the markets for our technologies exist. Management intends to scrutinize each potential business combination for strategic fit, successful and profitable operations, established business relationships, management capability, market position, and financial stability. It is believed that this strategy, properly executed, should allow for the most rapid possible rollout of the products and capture of market share.
Markets
The primary applications for the Hydrolyte® technology are in cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting in a variety of market sectors and settings, including:
Institutional facilities, such as hospitals, nursing homes, hotels, correctional facilities and schools;
Other potential market opportunities are available, e.g., disinfecting and sanitizing of water in public and private water systems and industrial waste-water systems.
Management has determined that the most direct paths to rapid revenue and earnings growth are in the institutional facilities and agriculture markets. The preponderance of business development and marketing resources are currently being devoted to these two markets. Management intends to also work to maintain the company’s position and expertise in the oil and gas industry to assure that current customer relationships are maintained, business opportunities at hand are pursued and that the company is properly positioned for a roll-out as, and when, drilling activity increases as anticipated.
Intellectual Property
Paradigm, pursuant to an agreement with Annihilyzer, Inc., an amendment to which agreement is currently in negotiation with the management of Annihilyzer, Inc., intends to acquire the complete intellectual property, including know-how, trade secrets and patent rights to the hardware, firmware and software comprising the product inventory generation, disbursement, containerization, tracking and reporting system, trademarked as the Annihilyzer® System. The Annihilyzer® System is designed to be employed on-site large facilities. The company already owns IP rights in the generation system employed in this integrated technology system. If successfully completed, the acquisition will result in ownership of the components, patent pending software and firmware, developed by Annihilare Medical Systems and held in their affiliate company Annihilyzer, Inc. A definitive agreement is expected to be executed in the second quarter 2017.
2017 10K The Vision continues with acquiring the Annihilyzer

The company acquires, holds and develops rights to innovative products and technologies, which are commercialized through its wholly-owned operating subsidiary, Paradigm Convergence Technologies Corporation (PCT Corp) .
The business mission of PCT Corp. is to profitably provide Electro-Chemical Activation equipment and disinfecting fluid solutions to hospitals for the documentable prevention of Healthcare Associated Infections (HAI’s). A NEW DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGY IN THE
WORLD OF HOSPITAL DISINFECTION
defeating HAIs with science not chemicals
Healthcare Associated Infections (HAI) — also known as a nosocomial infection are transmitted within a healthcare facility from patient to patient. It can be spread throughout the hospital environment, nursing home environment, rehabilitation facility, clinic, or other clinical settings resulting in a 35 billion dollar a year problem. HAI’s include C-Diff, Staph, MRSA, …. With our system, not only can we reduce harmful bacteria but we can also help you drastically reduce the financial liability associated with HAI and improve your bottom line savings, by increasing efficiency, reporting, and cutting down on labor and harmful chemical costs.
The expansion of Hypoclorous Acid was a gift that has allowed PCTL to execute the build out of Annihilyzer systems.
While we are in a Pandemic many organizations especially Hospitals are asking themselves what could we have done and can do to better protect ourselves and clients during this and possible future events.
I would be astonished if the Annihilyzer doesn’t come up in a lot of these conversations especially as different organizations start to compare notes. I have written many messages of the effectiveness of the Annihilyzer as to why it is superior to other systems not only in defeating pathogens, but price wise and the fact it is green would bring additional cost savings.
Make no mistake the end game is the Annihilyzer and other HOCI producing systems.
"Our technology does to the chemical industry what UBER did to the transportation industry.”
PCT LTD Announces Agenda for Shareholder Conference Call on Tuesday, September 29, 2020:
Highlights of the discussion include, but may not be limited to:
PCT’s US marketing efforts of its patented Annihilyzer® Infection Control System.
Why is the Annihilyzer at the top of the list?
Following up on an earlier release, a system installation was performed for an existing hospital client in NYC through PCTL’s primary healthcare distributor, ACE Janitorial Services.
We are at around 45 days of the 30-60 day window and should have some updates soon.
https://www.para-con.com/images/docs/PCTL09-09-20.pdf
The hospitals in the quoting phase are networks and not individual hospitals so multiple systems may be ordered.
Also the press release said include but are not limited to so there are probably more deals in the works and hopefully we will find out more during the CC if not sooner.

Additional activities in healthcare/oil and gas?
Yes it is quite a market.
My question is it EPA approved and I found the answer:
A Filta Shield service includes the use of a food-safe, non-toxic disinfectant spray on all specialized equipment and surfaces, followed by wiping down all high-touch areas with a sanitizing protectant. Both solutions are FDA and EPA approved, and dry quickly to ensure zero disruption. Restaurants also receive a COVID-Safe Sanitized seal and certificate that can be displayed where customers can see it.
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/filta-environmental-serves-up-new-disinfectant--sanitation-service-to-northeast-ohio-restaurants-301118042.html
Filta changed course quickly in the UK to use HOCL and I expect them to do the same in the US except the are not getting an exclusive license here. Ten to Fifteen percent of their revenues come from the US.
The question is where are they getting the HOCL in the US?

They both disinfect effectively however the Annihilyzer provides an additional products, an all purpose cleaner and handheld electrostatic sprayers that can be used in other parts of the hospital in the presence of people because it is “Green Certified”.
Chemical based solutions require protective equipment, are more expensive and are harsh on furniture and one company called Hanosil sells their machine for under $10,000 however it costs $20 in product to clean each room.
Snow you said:
namtae Interesting numbers. The most interesting question in my view is what the royalty per gallon is. The others will not generate much money with a handful of distributors. Generally the important question is what your expectations are. Your numbers may be good or not good depending on where you expect the pps of PCT to be.

NTH solutions
NTH solutions doesn't represent the whole NHS just a portion. It is a good start the hopefully catches on through other areas of the NHS:
NTH Solutions was established in April 2018 to provide estates, facilities and support services to North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust. With our 700 strong workforce we also supply those services into the surrounding community. The income generated by this enables the Trust to reinvest in front line patient care.

skitahoe I found some more info Surfacewise 2.
On August 24, 2020, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued an emergency exemption to permit the limited use of a new product that appears to kill viruses like the SARS-CoV-2 virus on surfaces for up to seven days. While EPA has approved almost 500 surface disinfectants for use against SARS-CoV-2—which are listed on the Agency’s List N: Disinfectants for Use Against SARS-CoV-2— EPA has not approved any of these products to claim continuous protection against new viral particles that may come into contact with a treated surface over the course of hours, weeks, or months after the disinfectant has been applied.
Accordingly, this new emergency exemption represents the first time that EPA has approved the use of any antiviral product with long-lasting effect. The product, Allied BioScience’s “SurfaceWise 2,” contains the active ingredient 1-octadecanaminium,N,N-dimethyl-N[3-(trihydroxysilyl)propyl],chloride and is intended for use after a List N disinfectant has already been applied. Under the exemption, the state of Texas is authorized to allow certain uses of SurfaceWise2 by American Airlines and Total Orthopedics Sports & Spine; the product is not yet available to the public, and application under the exemption is only allowed by trained and authorized users. When announcing the exemption, however, EPA also noted that it will soon release guidance to help disinfectant manufacturers pursue Agency approval of other antiviral surface coatings for the public.
In its announcement, EPA emphasized that it has not registered SurfaceWise2 under FIFRA, and thus the product is not yet available to the public or to any parties other than those specifically named in the emergency exemption. However, EPA also noted that it anticipates soon posting information for other disinfectant manufacturers who may be interested in pursuing full FIFRA registrations for their own long-lasting antiviral surface coatings.

Some thoughts:
1. It only last up to seven days.
2. It is intended for use after a List N disinfectant has been applied.
3. The exemption is temporary.
4. According to Allied Bioscience's press release they say it good for 90 days while the EPA says up to 7 days and Allied does not mention using a List N disinfectant first:
Independent lab studies conducted ahead of the emergency waiver approval by leading infectious disease expert Dr. Charles Gerba found SurfaceWise2 to be effective against Human Coronavirus 229E, the EPA approved surrogate for 90 days. This demonstrates the ability to protect against COVID-19 successfully.

PCTL don't need Allied if anything Allied needs us.
Still a lot of unanswered questions:
Cost?
Is it really not toxic?
I pulled up the original surfacewise and it is toxic:
