Why does the A/S even matter? A stock could have 20B A/S, but if it had 100M O/S, and a 10M float, then I'd be running to jump in, since it's the float and O/S that matters, not the A/S. The A/S just shows how many shares the company could issue, but that does NOT relflect how many shares are actually issued and outstanding in the company. Unless all 20B shares are issued and outstanding.

And regarding the website we are still working that out. I know for sure http://www.aimritecorp.com is not the website, since that was set-up by Marchi, and as far as http://www.aimriteholdingscorp.com I though that was the official website, but Larimar says it is not. And I see no other website that claims to be one for AimRite. So as of now I wouldn't trust any website until we have more info through an official PR, regarding a new website.

I assume Larimar is working with Mr. Barton, since he is the majority shareholder, and that is probably why she hasn't said much lately. So when Larimar says that a website or PR is official, then I strongly beleive that is the one we should trust. Unless she tells one of us (Joby or myself first) through some kind of PM, then we will the post the official PR or website info ourselves.

Yes that was Paul Coleman, and he is the son of the founder of AimRite (Kenneth Coleman) who died, and the company then fell apart.

Him and his brother James Coleman are major shareholders in AIMH, but not the majority shareholder. He is working with the majority shareholder (Bruce Barton) to point AIMH in the right direction, since Bruce is in his 60's, retired, and was just given these shares when Peter Berney went to jail, and he doesn't know what to do with them or how much power they really have.

And no AimRite will not just be a swap site for jewelery, but they have much bigger plans for AimRite.

We're working on getting in touch with Paul. He has already been notified of the situation, but it's too early to tell who all was involved, and why the PR and website were not auhtorized by the majority shareholder.

I expect more updates soon. But this isn't a major setback IMO. This mix up is even smaller than the Marchi situation, and can all easily be reversed, and set straight quickly.

Not sure. And I wouldn't consider the PR fake just yet. By what Larimar said, it simply wasn't authorized by the majority shareholder. All or some of the info COULD be legitimate. It just didn't go through the majority shareholder first, and thus was rejected by him. Maybe some of the info in the PR was relased too early, and he didn't want all that info going out just yet, so he wants the PR retracted. It could be a number of possibilities.

Also, not sure about the accuracy of the website either.

Larimar says more information will be available by press release, so hopefully we'll hear something soon on the matter.

It's alright. Yes I don't think it's really a matter of volume, but a matter of price point. They have continued to make up more "air shares" in the 0.01-0.028 range, and have not let this go above 0.03 for YEARS, and that must be for a reason.

So whether it's 0.03, 0.04, 0.05 or higher, there is a certain breaking point the shorts have. Once that is reached and it doesn't appear that AIMH will head back down anytime soon, then they know they have passed the "point of no return" and have to cover or they will be facing Fed and Margin Calls.

Just to clarify, it likely would not be a new share strucutre. It would be the same share structure, just simply posted in a new PR or financial statement, since some don't believe that a float updated one and a half years ago, can remain unchanged and still be accurate. The T/A has confirmed through phone calls and past emails that the SS is still unchanged.

And yes, that would be pretty epic. So much potential here. And it was clearly seen today how quick AIMH can move. Break 0.06+ and this rocketship will fly! Shorts will be covering left and right, as more new investors try to buy shares and the PPS will just keep going up and up.
