I have no doubt that some where down the line Katx and Bvig will be profitable I also dont believe that Ken is a liar or katx is a scam. Biochemist2002 i enjoy reading your posts and your dd is the best on the board however i completely disagree with your take on the law firm.There is no way i believe this law firm is responsible for the cluster-uck that is the bvig distribution.This delay and deception is totally on Ken! No law firm especially a top firm can screw up filings this bad. I.M.O Ken is holding up the distribution to keep BVIG from tanking like KATX. This would certainly happen without news about hancamp phase 2 or a twilight distribution.
