IMO it was PR'd simply to try to excite anyone willing to buy to help the 504 get rid of shares. Companies have to give 504 "people" something to indicate they will have a chance to get rid of shares. That is why you will see the company blog machine fire up just before you start seeing numbers like today with little or no movement in the PPS. You are right...it should have been blogged...not PR'd. A waste of cash...IMO.
Good afternoon sweetheart!
We already know that we exceeded 4th quarter year over year, from previous blog.
Given the right combination of inititives falling into place, this could begin a much faster pace of growth on the path to becoming seccussful.
I agree. The problem is...according to the latest fins and lack of sales then add in the dilution, the chill etc..the company doesn't really have the time to nurture these relationships. They need a PR with HUGE ORDER RECEIVED in it. Then...only then...will it make any difference at this juncture. IMO
More possibilities but means nothing until sales actually happen. "Possibilities" don't pay the bills... cash does.
I see the company is yet again depending on a "distributor" to get product out. How many "distributors" have they had that didn't do anything or very, very little when it comes to helping the company? I guess we will see if this one is any different.
It appears they service "Independent Retailers" meaning each retailer chooses whether they carry WC or not. I am not sure that has served WB well in the past but maybe this time.

Sigh.... so much to learn!
Thus making me happy as well.
Gotta run! Have a great Monday!
Anything short of a good increase in sales and continued reduction in debt and expenses would be a pretty awful unless followed up by a PR that states they have finally found AND acquired non-toxic financing that is available immediately. IMO
3 weeks till the next set of reports.
Whether they are carrots or thoughtful information sharing is in the eye of the beholder, IMO.
Morning Doog! I completely agree with all points of your post. All on record for those who want to take the time to go look it all up. There are memos, emails and now blogs to confirm the dates that all of these things were first mentioned. Carrots by the company dangled for months and months. While some came to fruition..the amount of time it takes combined with lack of sales shows very clearly.
Will the company complete all of these little projects and actually get orders after spending so much time and money getting ready for the "just in case"? I have no idea but I do know the clock is ticking.
Thanks sweetheart!
Good Sunday morning! Spring cleaning season is here...do you have your WC and Clean1? WB needs banners or display materials that pander to this event.
Have a wonderful day! Looking forward to next week.
Yes. You are right. They do report quarterly. That is nice.
Agreed. If the company was true to their "we tell you everything" kind of mantra... there is much they could share. The thing is...the company will never tell you that info. They won't tell you clients lost, actual break down of units sold any where or any other truly relevant info. that doesn't make the company look like they are on the brink of "greatness"!
Pretending to be "open and transparent"... ha!
Ain't no rest for the wicked! It's a margarita kinda Friday. Have fun!
wnbd is some sorta good-guy enigma play in pos-land
There is quite a bit of time left before the supposed 90 days needed to submit application/get an answer for some sort of financing. This is of course not a given but that is apparently the goal of the company. If it happens, I will be most interested to see where the financing is coming from...eg..state side or from some foreign entity. The way things are here in the states (and most of the world), I wonder how difficult it is to find non-toxic financing for a company in such poor financial condition. Maybe the next round of fins will be better. That might make a difference.
Blogs over the weekend/first of next week and then it's time for money to pay for monthly expenses again. Flippers are waiting in line! Good luck to you all.
Have a great weekend! Next week should be fun!
I think there are still a few more "ambassadors" out there. China or Japan and there were a few guys working out on the west coast too but not sure their status now.
Next week's blogs should be very positive! I can't wait to see what's been happening in the grocery store arena and if the Australian Ambassador got home safely back in Canada.
Have a great Friday and even better weekend!
Yes. The kind of money that some claim to have made in the past is certainly not gonna happen any longer. IMO There are, however, some willing to flip it just to make $100. There are many other stocks out there to make good atms..this one is most definitely not one of those.
I agree with you sir. A good deal of traders feel that is part of the trading process and the "game". Not my style but it surely has been debated on many boards. I don't believe there will ever be a consensus.
I agree Squeezer...but it goes both ways. It can be documented that the number of blogs about a grandiose future hidden in suggestions of the "possibilities" that linger (often does not become reality) go up a good deal right before the trading indicates 504 dumpage. Coincidence? I guess that depends on who you ask.
Not saying you are wrong, just saying it happens on both sides. It happens in every penny stock. I guess that is how the game is played.
Waiting on the fins to come out. That will tell everyone a great deal.
See ya!
Waiting to see 2011 financials, and first 1/4 guidance with the complication of transition to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) which will be required to move our current status up to the next level.
If there were some sort of advertising on those shelves...that could make the difference. At least get a few people to stop and look. The biggest issue to push right now is value...value...value. It may be a store or company policy to not allow anything on there as to keep things looking "clean".
Quiet around here today. Tib... do you think that price is too much for a product still not quite a "mainstream" product? You and I know how many bottles it makes and all it will do but I am curious that if you just saw the bottle with that price over it...would you go look at it?
The sign says $9.77 but the consumer sees $10.00. IMO I have thought it would move better (or peak more interest) at 7.67 or something under $8.00.
Happy Wednesday!
They probably took his son with them too. He's is their computer guy who does website stuff....last time I looked at stuff. All in the family!!
P&G JUST MIGHT FIND US TOO.
As the one who does the laundry around here...that is great news! That said, you're talking about P&G. They had plenty of money during that 8 years to easily run the company while this particular product was designed.
WNBD is selling shares to keep the doors open, or so it appeared to me in the last filing. They have accounts all over the place but can't seem to move the product. They have no money to advertise to help move the product...and so on. That is the problem. They need cash...and they need it right NOW. The race is on.
GLTA
I wonder how the investigation by the sec is going!
Hmmm... that's an interesting point FFF. Didn't catch that.
Always the gentleman.
Hope it was a good day.
Look... I understand that. Not my issue. The facts are out there now and everyone can interpret them however they choose just as I have. As of today, we are still free enough to think for ourselves. Better enjoy it while we can!
Enjoy your night.
That is how I read it. I think the reason people are angry is not because they go do this and get reimbursed...it's that they come here and pump the stock and/or argue with those who disagree with their perspective. The other subject up for debate was whether that is a SEC violation. I only expressed my hope they have covered their behinds in that regard.
There is a sticky at the top of the page that contains the information you are seeking... here is a link.

LOL! Well, it was a positive.
Well, there's some good news for you! Enjoy your Wednesday!
This stock isn't passing the sniff test anymore. Something is fishy.
