There is a short squeeze now. The stock shorters have to buy back stocks at a higher price along with the fact that buyers vastly outnumber sellers. This along with all the pending news will continue to drive up the shares of stock. You sold your shares at .003 and I know you are hoping for this to go down.
The charts and everything else are pointing to this stock and indicates that a decline will not happen soon and should have no reistance all the way up to .034.
You might find yourself chasing this stock like some of the shorters.
multi penny land
I hope they have to buy it back at a $1.00.
In other words, a short squeeze is a good thing as it makes the stock more and more less likely to be manipulated?
I am not up on investment jargon. In layman terms what does this mean?
Not sure what you mean?
Question for anyone?
I did a history of SSEV day by day since the reverse in 2009 (when SSEV then went up to .20 or more per share).
I looked at the volume per day and it very seldom exceeded 1,000,000 in shares traded per day. My question is?
Is it realistic to think that the shares will go up to several pennies per share as things have become more diluted since?
How many shares were sold by SSEV since the reverse stock split (to dilute the shares)verses shares being traded back and forth between current investors and new investors that were already out there before the RS split.
I am just trying to be realistic here and if anyone has insight I would appreciate it.
You may have a valid argument.
You took a big chance; especialy with impending news such as the grant, and several deals in the works. There is also a pending revenue report that SSEV reported as being higher than expected.
Also if SSEV comes out better than expected financially they will further reduce the cap on shares.
I think this will make it back up to several pennies a share.
Not rubbing it in but $40,000 is better than $4000.00.
If it does go back down I will be ready hopefully to buy more.
Han,
On this one, I would also have to disagree with you.
SYMW did put money out there (hundreds of thousands of dollars)for technology rights. At least that is what they have said.
Davenport did say that there will be pr's with substance (most likely before July)as they will get into more detail what is being done. There are still many eyes and ears following this stock (even though it is very quite on the board).
The potential is still there, although do not expect it to go up to $1.00 without a RS split. There simply are way too many shares.

Thanks senator,
Thanks
I think there is a lot to be positive about on this board, however one can never be to wary either. If the mistakes mentioned in my previous posts WERE unintentional then everything I posted today has no bearing. If the previous SSEV posts were put out there to mislead, then there is an issue of integrity. We should then put our guard up. (I did not sell my shares the other day when SSEV went way up as I was at work and did not think that was the right thing to do at work)so I am not riding free shares as I would be had I. I could then become less guarded in my investments (if I had sold) and say positive things without worrying about what happens. My money invested in SSEV is still my money and not free monopoly money.
Look what happened at SYMW and what Davenport said. He twisted and got caught red handed.
You cannot be too guarded with penny stocks.
That was the day after (march 4th)the one you responded to me with).

March 3, 2010, 9:39 a.m. EST · Recommend · Post:
Systems Evolution's Chairman Steven Humphries Calls Special Meeting of the Board of Directors
ADDISON, TX, Mar 03, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Systems Evolution, Inc.'s (PINKSHEETS: SSEV) CEO Steven Humphries today announced that he called a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors yesterday, February 2, 2010 at 1:00 p.m.
Humphries called the meeting for the purpose of electing new officers of the Company. At the meeting, Steven Humphries and Christopher Humphries resigned as officers. The Board of Directors then nominated and unanimously elected Mel Robinson the President & CEO of SSEV. Steven Humphries, Christopher Humphries and Buckeye Epstein then resigned as directors leaving Mel Robinson the sole director of SSEV.
Humphries added, "Mel is the current President of Highline Hydrogen Hybrids and Hoss Motor Sports, the Arkansas subsidiary companies majority owned by SSEV. Mel and his Arkansas team have done a great job in positioning both companies for the future. It only makes sense for Mel to be at the helm of the parent public company to keep the parent and the subsidiary companies in sync moving forward. We wish him the best."
Mel Robinson commented, "I am honored to have been elected to this position. I look forward to working with the shareholders to build a strong public company as well as strong subsidiaries."
Did you followup and check out what they said one day and than said the next. It just does not add up. If they were going to have have Mel Robinson as interim CEO they should have said that. But that was not enough. They had to add that what better person to head SSEV than Mel Robinson.
The next day Mel Robinson steps down and someone from SSEV (Charlton Coats) takes over. Is he for shareholder value like the press release for March 3rd said about Mel Robinson.
Is this a big game. I am just apprehensive when a company does not select its words very carefully.
The post from March 3rd also said that SSEV got a Grant.
SSEV applied for a grant. I contacted the person who headed that PR and told him that was in error. That should have been retracted. What if the grant does not go through?
I think you see where I am going with this. I am reading BETWEEN the lines from now on and not playing the ignorant shareholder any longer.
The point I am making here is what is the difference of Stephen Humphries stepping down and letting HHHI and Hoss Motor Sports CEO take over) when the CEO goes back to SSEV the very next day.
It is just twisting.
I am not insinuating that Stephen Humphries and the newly announced CEO on Friday March 5th are the same person. But they are not being on the up and up.
I would still like to know more about that grant also.
My only issue with this stock (and I am a holder) is that SSEV one day announces Steven Humphries stepping down and Mel Robinson (HHHI and Hoss Motor Sports ceo) taking over the realm as CEO of SSEV (and about what better person to take over).
The very NEXT day, SSEV puts out another post about a new CEO only the newly announced CEO that everyone got excited about, no longer was CEO but someone from SSEV (Charlton Coats aka Stephen Humphries).
Sounds like there is SOME kind of game going on here.
If a company doesn't want to level with a person, it is time to move on.
This is what JD puts out there when everything is coming together.
Shell or no shell, Han. Davenport still left a trail and he can be held accountable. I do not think he is that dumb and wants to go to prison or be held for huge amounts of shareholders money.
Again, let me reiterate, I have a list of what JD says, in PR's and copy it before it can be deleted somewhere down the road.
There still is a limit on how high SYMW can go because of the potential 20,000,000,000 share dilution.
JD needs to give a hoot about the shareholders and come clean without twisting the truth. What the hell is he doing.
If this is an Alexander Bell kind of thing then it could be a dandy. But I do not think I am going to rate Davenport and his treasurer up there with Alexander Bell.
Sounds like Davenport is trying to impress. I would just like a news flash in laymans terms and a little more reinteration on what Davenport said earlier about everything being so close to coming together. Still think that remark about everything coming together and the patient investor will be rewarded is a big joke but I am not pulling out.
Boy do I wish I would have sold yesterday. This is manure after the good news.
SENATOR. DID YOU SELL TODAY OR ARE YOU STILL A LONG.
I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. THE PRICE MAY BE REFLECTIVE OF AN ERROR.
SSEV PUT IN FOR A GRANT. THEY WERE NOT GIVEN A GRANT. THEY DID HAVE BACKING FOR THE GRANT.
HAS ANY ONE NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A MISTAKE IN THE PR.
IT SAID A GRANT WAS GIVEN TO SSEV WHEN ONE WASN'T.
Which side of your mouth are you talking. Before you were talking .03 a share.
This stock should go way up, however I noticed one comment that WAS NOT ACCURATE: SSEV did not receive the grant YET. The report said they DID or do we just not know it yet.
Also the bottom was .0004 and not .004 like this news clip says.
I think that this stock will rebound to beyond the .01 mark providing that we hear about some revenue in the next week. We hear something about being fully reporting in the next week or two.

(Public, OTC:SSEV.PK)
Systems Evolution, Inc. has seen some major action lately from the small cap crowd, and now the question becomes, can it last? MIV Investments Inc. has devised a fair amount of time researching this company, which has seen its shares drop significantly over the past several months. There has been a down-trend since September of 2009, instilling a lot of fear in investors and thus allowing the short interest to build and flourish. Now, all of that seems to change with the recent announcement of the newly appointed CEO and President, Mel Robinson, whom is a well known and respected representative of the company. We are also hearing rumours that they are working diligently for full transparency, and an announcement could be made at anytime, perhaps gaining full PinkSheets.com compliance? Back in December 2009 they stated they would file the disclosure statement and other informational pieces in order to become fully reporting in the next 90 days, and now, that time-frame is up.
In a recent news-line announcing the pilot test of technology by HHHI that enhances diesel engine performance dated February/1/2010, the company noted that, “”This is one of many municipality and state deals that HHHI has in the works for 2010. These type of fleet deals will create immediate revenue for the company moving forward.” Not only will this provide transparency and new found opportunities for the company, but seek to top the balance off as well, which already received a boost with the recent $1.247M grant. If you’re an investor looking to reap the ultimate risk for rewards opportunity, Systems Evolution is for you. This company should be seen in one way only, as Warren Buffet would say, “Be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful.”

The float is marked at 906,050,234 as of Feb 11, 2010 courtesy of PinkSheets.com. Take 906,050,234*$0.0011 and you get roughly $1M worth of shares being bought and sold at the hands of investors. Considering that during the last trading day we experienced nearly 251M shares, or nearly 1/3rd of the float traded, the anticipation and transparency for this company is growing rather rapidly at an exponential pace. Resistances should be broken fairly easily, as there is nearly 50% of average volume during a trading day shares being shorted. According to this RegSHO report, on March/02/2010, there was 34240833 shares traded, and of that, 17062500 were shorted. A squeeze is imminent, especially considering the latest news and management changes from the company.
A short-term price of $0.0018 is to be expected based on strong technical analysis, and it wouldn’t be out of the question to see it take on the $0.034 levels once the stock becomes more prominent on trading radars.

Technical Chart Analysis
From a technical standpoint, things couldn’t be much better for investors jumping into the stock. Opportunities for “dead cat bounces” don’t come all too often, and when they do, the gains could bring many riches. At first glance, the long down-trend marked by the black line from the $0.2 to the $0.004 level might send some shivers down your back, however, there is nothing to fear. This stock is not going to be below $0.0018 for much longer, mark our words for it.
A quick peek at the Relative Strength Index (RSI) used to measure the state of the stock quickly notes that it is highly oversold and well on its way up with a positive sentiment marked by strong growing volume. The Parabolic SAR also confirms the beginning of a long-term uptrend which has not been seen for a long time. Technical chart analysts will love this, both day traders and long-term holders should relish at such a golden opportunity. MACD divergence has been laying flat-line for quite some time, making it ready for the bulls to take it by the horns and drag it past the 0.00 level, confirming a rebound play. Full stochastics have been waiting patiently, as buy volume was dry for the last few months awaiting a reversal as indicated by today’s highly bullish tall white candle.
There is a high chance that the stock will engage in a “Blue Skies Breakout“, and by this we mean a zone which has little to no resistances. They are referred by analysts as “Phantom Resistances“, because once it starts moving, it simply doesn’t stop. Currently the share price closed at $0.0015, bringing it one step closer to the much anticipated resistance at $0.0018 which is also the 50 DMA. Once this breaks through, you can expect a rather quick rise to the $0.034 level as resistances are highly insignificant.
Furthermore, the Money Flow Index (MFI) shows that the buyers are far outweighing the sellers, and that money is being poured into the stock by outside sources, whether it be individual investors or perhaps, institutions. The Force Index is a further depiction that the Bulls are taking hold of the stock, and the shorts are nearing the cover stage, which will further bring increased shareholder value in the near term.

I take it you did not sell today?
There are a lot more people here than you think.
In a week or two
I like your optimism, senator.
Thanks Han,
Reason: Davenport
Han,
You are starting to look like the genious on this board.
Are you still going to buy in at .0001 and jump off the train before it crashes?
I disagree. Averaging down in something like SYMW (yes), it probably is a bad thing because you have a lying CEO and he can't be trusted. Plus it is too diluted.
Someone made a comment recently that Davenport doesn't care about the share price right now. HE SHOULD.
There are hundreds of penny stocks (unspeculative) that it is ideal to average down sometimes. It just depends. What is the debt ratio. How is the company paying for that debt. If they are paying with their own money rather than shares and do not have a lot of shares, it is probably a good company to do that with.
JD blew it when he told Sho-Nuff all that he did. PURE crap. JD rambles on and on and no longer remembers what he is rambling on about. YES, I pay my bills with stock. No, I do not pay the bills with stock. There is a potential partner/buyout, No there is not a potential partner buyout. If everything comes together, the patient shareholder will be rewarded. How are we getting rewarded. Seeing the stock go to .0001 and the 20,000,000,000 cap getting closer and closer.
The only problem is the deal was consumated. Humphries owns controlling interest and he has the helm.
I wonder if the buy back has begun to reduce shares. That would be a good thing for a company to do.
Let me ask you something Mikey.
We live in a world of reality. If JD DOESN'T change his tactics, like selling at the asking price when he should not be this cannot go up. He has to realize that timing IS EVERYTHING.
Even if you have a good company you need timing and a truthful CEO. JD has not been a truthful CEO or some of the things he was leading us to believe. This in my opinion was done intentionally to get buyers so he could keep the company going.
He is a smooth talker but a NOT SO good business man.
Like Han said earlier. It is their job to make you feel good after talking to them.
If he was sincere about finding different avenues to pay bills RATHER THAN SELLING SHARES, we have a chance for this thing to skyrocket otherwise we have no chance.
This is a critical area for JD to address, before dilution gets out of hand and a RS split is deemed mandatory and we all get sc***ed.
