Hopefully yesterdays upward move will continue today. Strong close yesterday.
We already are in a "quiet period" and have been for a couple of weeks. It appears your perceptions of what is going on here are not based of what is actually happening, as evidenced by your question "any update on the buy back?"
Your comment about being "surprised if the divy was more than .02", is completely incongruent with the facts released publicly regarding the proposed sale. It is as if you pulled a number out of your hat and used it as the dividend amount. I would suggest you follow what is going on more closely so you can contribute based more on objective facts than on subjective inferences.
He has mentioned ASFX a couple of times on his board. Says he is keeping an eye on us for bounce up.
Addition to todays Press Release-
I received this information from Ron Garner of Audiostocks.com (Investor Relations)-
"Today’s news was not complete as issued this morning. PR Newswire has added the final two paragraphs (below) at the close of the market:"
Additionally, the company which donates time to charitable organizations on behalf of child safety, thanks Lumonall Inc. (OTCBB: LUNL) and BioGold Fuels Corporation (OTCBB: BIFC) for their joining the Company’s effort to support National Safety Month.
“We are pleased to see our peers join us in the spirit of social responsibility. Well done and continued success,” said Dr. Tirotta.
Meaning of "Conversion" in todays press release:
From IR Ron Garner -
"Conversion as used in today’s release refers to converting from a website visitor to a buyer of a product on a website."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conversion_(marketing)
In marketing, a conversion occurs when a prospective customer takes the marketer's intended action. If the prospect has visited a marketer's web site, the conversion action might be making an online purchase, or submitting a form to request additional information. The conversion rate is the percentage of visitors who take the conversion action.

If the US dollar is weak, than I assume the exchange would benefit the foreign buyer.

If you check out, you have to fill out basic information. One of the things asked is what country you are from, which would mean you might be paying in foreign currency and need conversion rates.
I am a Mac user and Strategy Desk is not available to Mac's.
Yeah, that happened to me once, but it was on a thinly traded stock. Should not be a problem here for 75k.
My Ameritrade works fine.
I don't know. The Thermofocus Thermometer is FDA Approved.

.027's just got Hammered!
Maybe the "conversion rates" refers to conversion of foreign currency to American dollars.
Looks like your 75k order filled at .027.
We need something besides website upgrade news for anything to happen here.
I don't see how it's possible for an order of 75k @ .029 not filling, regardless of the AON.
If the AON is lifted, there should be only one commission fee charged in that order for all fills today only. So if the 75k is broken up into five trades to fill, the total commission should only be $14. At least that is the way it is at Ameritrade (with $9.99 commission).
I think it may have something to do with making the check out process easier for buying the products online.
Very strange for his order to be in above the ask of .027 (his order is .0275) and not filling. I would like to see what happens if he removes the AON for his 75k order.
4 mm's on the bid @ .026
That's very odd, not filling above the ask even if it is AON for 75k.
turbosig - You have an order in now for 75k AON Limit .0275 and it is not filling?
"Marketing Communications Officer, Erika Stanczak said, "The Company will continue to improve its online awareness and further its online marketing initiatives by testing various types of landing pages, adding interactive experiences to engage the consumer, providing education on various child health and safety topics, partnering with key social networking sites and employing affiliate programs with niche e-tailers; tactics designed to increase the number of qualified visitors to Kidz-Med's website and increase sales."
"The Company is taking steps to further increase conversion rates by continually optimizing. Management asks its valued stockholders, investors and future investors to keep a look out for future updates as well as Q2 2008 financials that will be available online soon."
It's a glitch.
75k AON order @ .027 should have filled with two mm's on .027 ask. Shares have to be extremely tight for that order not to fill.
