LMAO, shorts and DTs which way do we go, which way do we go? Just buy and hold through the new year! You can't not make 100%
And that article I posted again earlier today! Must read if you have any real interest in this company or making money big money!!
What is real for sure is we've picked up 91 Watchers in the last week and stocktwits
One more time, just for those who are long in really interested in what's developing. Fuel cells are going to look like solar did when it first took off. It's only a matter of time is it going to be one month or 6 months. my guess is the first time something big happens with one of the fuel cell companies and a very well could be Fuel Cell Energy. Read all of the article carefully. you don't want to miss out accumulate as much as possible as soon as possible. You will look back and laugh at $1.

Whisper number is -$.21 but on the whisper number website they say the street is expecting - 19. IC - 17 - 18 - 19 + - 21 now. So who do you believe? None of them that's who. Fcel needs to start coming out with their own estimates. Even if it's a four or $0. 05 range based on completion of certain projects or timing of service Etc. I'd rather have them making a brawl prediction then Wall Street throwing darts at signs
Quarterly Earnings Data: FCEL, Qtr. Ending Jul 2018
Earnings Date Report Time Whisper Number Wall Street Actual
September 06 2018 BMO $-0.21 $-0.19
LMAO, just read an article says estimate FCEL loses $.17 this quarter and $.70 in 2018. ??? Another say $.18 and $.92 in 2018.
I honestly don't think there's any way they're going to get $0. 19 loss per share. That's where we got burned in June. Analysts suggested 20 million dollars in Revenue and a loss of $0. 17 a share. Would be by about 1 million on Revenue but missed loss per share by $.06. that ended up knocking his stock down significantly. These analysts are strictly making an educated guess without facts. The simple fact is they're lost 16 or $0. 17 a share I'm 39 million dollars in Revenue. The lost $0. 12 a share on 48 million dollars in Revenue. So answer me question how do I supposed to lose the same $0. 17 a share on $20 million less in revenue would probably slightly more expenses. that makes no sense at all and is a perfect setup for the stock to go down again. However, the conference call should be very positive and no matter what happens with the earnings this company is set up perfectly to Skyrocket in the next 3 to 6 months. I posted to news articles in the past day of which are both excellent for Fuel Cell Energy one in the near-term and one of the long-term. On top of that, LIPA, CT, Toyota, ExxonMobil, DOE, NRG and now AEP, renewed tax incentives, new CCS incentives, California has major motivation and involvement with fuel cells, S. Korea is all in and we will find out very shortly (if not Thursday, then before year end) what our role will be there.
Must read conclusion! Gas CCS is commercially available and viable now and can be converted for coal once the technology advances enough to convert the carbon from the coal.
If $0. 90 is in play than I am borrowing money because I know it will be $2 by the end of October if not within a few days after the conference call. I highly doubt $0. 90 is in play but we will find out soon enough
I will post the link for this momentarily but this is a significant paragraph from the entire length excellent reading.
Stationary fuel cell installations in the USA are dominated by three world-leading manufacturers: FuelCell Energy (FCE) Inc., Doosan Fuel Cell America and Bloom Energy. Units from these developers range in size from 100 kW to several MW. FuelCell Energy, based in Danbury, Connecticut, has won orders for its Direct FuelCell® MCFC technology. Its orders in 2016 included a 1.4-MW unit for the Pepperidge Farm Company in Bloomfield, Connecticut, which will be installed adjacent to the existing fuel cell plant; together they will meet approximately the entire energy needs of the facility, with an on-site solar array supporting peak power needs for the farm. A 5.6-MW project for two units for Pfizer Inc. in Groton, Connecticut, has been confirmed. Long Island Power Authority will install 39.8 MW of FCE units at three locations and Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative in Groton will install 7.4 MW to supply power and heat to the US Navy’s submarine base.
Major companies are locked and loaded find fuel cells near future. Very excited! Do you think they know something? Rhetorical question!

I know this is from September 2017 however it is very significant. and when you Google Fuel Cell Energy this is the first thing that comes up. Note Tim has been working on carbon capture for over five and a half years at this point. And they had been working on this with fuel cell energy for over 3 years.

Well that should be simple if you're way too young because it will definitely hit a hundred at some point in the next two to three years. Even if I'm wrong on time frame because I think that will happen within a year and a half. We will be profitable every quarter going forward after a year-and-a-half and have more projects with Toyota and ExxonMobil and Department of energy.
11,185 Watchers. That's on stocktwits and it's up about 40 users in the past 3 or 4 days. An increase in a short period of time usually translates to a big move in the stock price
Oops, forgot NRG and the state of California. There's also that huge methane leak in California with money is guaranteed to goes towards a solution. And fuel cell energy has a good solution
Then you need another carbon capture deal or another trigen deal like with Toyota combined with a net positive quarter. The stock should be 10 to $20 without that. LIPA, CT, XOM, DOE, Toyota and now AEP. All we need is contracts and groundbreaking on the 62 megawatts of rfps in New York and Connecticut. Look back when they did the 12 to 1 reverse stock split stock was about $11. We lost tax incentives they are back and we hate even have extra incentives for carbon capture. We lost Beacon Falls, which is still alive by the way, and we have basically replace that with Long Island and Connecticut. Now we have a relationship with AEP, and people will soon find out that our relationship with posco is in fact not terminated but still intact and going to improve. I had email communication with Beacon Falls energy Park. They are optimistic and still pushing forward with the project. I believe sometime by Spring that project will move forward. But that has nothing to do with my justification for 10 to $20. Additionally, there is going to be a major Push by all fuel cell companies between now and the end of 2019 similar to that of solar when it took off. Everyone will find out within the next 3 to 6 months for many it will be too late to get the beginning of the Boom. Some people may be able to get in after missing out on 50% profit or a hundred percent profit and still get a thousand percent profit. But those who are lucky enough and smart enough to pick up shares under a dollar fifty will easily get a thousand percent profit by summer next year. I may be wrong but at least I have the nerve to make specific statements.
Retirement in 2019 will be sweet!!
Retirement in 2019 will be sweet!!
AEP, XOM and NRG all mentioned in the same article with FCEL. Omen
Does seem like a perfect fit doesn't it? I would say Taylored is a good choice of words. And that's not an article from Fuel Cell Energy!
I would like to say the same thing but Monday is a federal holiday and I won't have more money until Thursday but I do concur.
4th quarter however will be a decent one based on that shall we just had combined with the money we will get from. Power purchase agreements and service contracts. however it will pale in comparison to the 4th quarter 2017 because of the South Korea project. We had a huge fourth-quarter last year. But anybody watching the stock closely nose that is really a trivial matter for the long run. however it will certainly have an impact on the stock the day of the announcement ellesse analysts shoot low on the number and we beat it. I tried to urge Fuel Cell Energy to come out with their own expectations to give people a more accurate guide even if it had a broad range. Then as long as we fell within the range it would not have a significant of an impact. We need to get the day Traders out of here. I think we should have a wider Gap between the bid and the ask that would eliminate most of the day trading. I see some stocks with a $0. 05 gap. That would help big time.
They may beat they may miss I think it's going to be negligent either way. the most important thing is they fulfill the contract they have and they get the power purchase agreement signed that they are supposed to. If they do that it will be done no later than November. That puts the stock above $3 if they do everything they're supposed to in a timely fashion. Never to see under $2 again. Get them while you have the opportunity.
I don't know if they're expecting a beat on earnings. I think we're going this is what happened to the stock should have never been $1.02- $1.10 in the first place. One really significant news report puts the stock back to $2. and with the three significant news reports we will get in the next 2 months it will be over a 52 week high up in the $3 plus range
Holy crud sorry about that I'm on the road voice texting. Guess I should have read that first. What I was saying is one sale per quarter sets fuel-cell up for a decent Revenue quarter. especially since we should see revenue from the Department of energy in the fourth quarter also. And in the future combining our recurring Revenue with one sale will definitely put us in the positive
And one sound recorder sets up for at least a decent Revenue quarter with the building recurring Revenue along with the fact that we are going to your Revenue from d o e in the fourth quarter.
Correct me if I'm wrong please, I shall equates to about 4 million dollars cash recognized for August
What are you quoting??? 70M? They have MW in back log that need to be built and they know there are 63MW being added to backlog within the next 2 months just from LIPA and CT RFPs. They are breaking ground on Toyota and ExxonMobil in the 4th Qtr. The are currently constructing 7.4 MW for the Navy.
Read carefully! This $27 million raise through series D preferred shares was part of the previous shelf life filing. Shares are convertible at $1.38 a share ($.32 higher than current price). As stated, and misunderstood by many who knee jerked, this was preferred shares from shelf life sold as needed at current market value. So $.32 higher than current value is pretty good, isn't it?
