Awesome baby! Thanks for the info.
Bob, if you're listening, please balance the goals of raising funds for the business through releasing more shares and the goals of your loyal shareholders.
We can all win if done appropriately.
Thanks
Could be a week or months for a real PR to you point. When it comes, hopefully Bob doesn't dump shares before it gets to a penny. Else, he runs the risk of hurting shareholder value and the PPS may never get too far above .002. I've seen this happen many times.
IMO
Bob, don't release shares before .01 minimum
We need to give this guy Bob a little more time
Got it thanks
Can you send the link to those posts?
Yep. Still here and waiting. All should be good except the number of shares Bob releases
It's always good to hear from investors
No real news this week. Maybe in 2 weeks or so
Still no real news. Step it up Bob!
Performance is a zero. Actually null set
Ok. Cool dude.
We're all in this together and let's wish Bob and HRDN the best and give them the time and support they need so we can all reap the benefits later.
Firstly, I'm not saying HRDN isn't legit. I'm sure you're aware that the SEC can and will suspend any company at any time without any reason especially in the MJ market. I have seen some companies suspended and the SEC never gave them a reason and now they are in the grey's forever and it hurt the shareholders. I have been trading for over 30 years and I believe HRDN is on the verge of hopefully something good.
One of my main points is there is no need for him to put out PRs unless it's tangible. If it's coming in a few days he could have waited.
IMO
Yep. Bob and HRDN seem to be well positioned and they need to be smart.
The penny market for MJ has seen interesting action and movement from late last year until now. The announcement from the SEC today is not a joke as we have all seen the suspension affects on a few stocks and ripple affect on the market as a whole over the last 2+ months.
Bob, if you're listening, we are behind you so for the next announcement make it a meaningful one where you state you have a signed contact in hand, etc.
My point is that if Bob was and/or is a few days away from making a real meaningful announcement, he would have been better off waiting. Especially with the SEC witch hunt going on. That's all. Hey, I'm in HRDN and am willing to wait for good things to come.
I trade all stocks. Don't like BS from anyone
A REAL company puts out REAL news. Not nonsense
Sure. Sometime in 2014 I hope
Yep. A lot of hype and implicit statements put out in PRs plus the whole market dropping has gotten most folks edgy
Not likely in the short term. Why would he spend the time to put out that update and then do another in a few days. Makes no sense
Yep. Bobert announcement is nonsense
Probably won't see a REAL update for a few weeks minimum
Is anyone associated with PRPM?
POS = Point of Sale
Dude, I'm glad you're on our team.
I like your idea Spyder. It would be interesting to hear if he wants your help or anybody else's for that matter.
DO NOT release more shares
Release the HeRnDN MJ bank
You can do this
Let's go Bob
One of these days HRDN will be in the PR or will release their own. It's key that the press release be solid and it would be awesome if it were a "game changer" too. They need to stay away from the simple forward looking statements or fluffy PRs that's affected other mj firms and contributed to the negative shadow that has been cast over the whole market. IMO
Looks like we may need a change in the DEA:
Michele Marie Leonhart is the Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
During Leonhart's testimony before the Judiciary Committee, she was questioned by a member of the Committee on Aging, Senator Herb Kohl (D-WI), about her policy for nurses prescribing painkillers for patients in nursing homes. The problem of DEA interference during Leonhart's acting administratorship with the prescription of painkillers by nurses in nursing homes had come before the Committee on Aging. Unsatisfied with her responses to his questions, Senator Kohl threatened to put a hold on Leonhart's nomination that could have postponed the vote on her confirmation indefinitely. In correspondence between the Committee on Aging and the DEA, Senator Kohl received assurances that patients suffering intractable pain could receive painkillers prescribed by nurses.[8] On December 22, 2010, the Senate confirmed Leonhart's nomination unanimously by voice vote.[9]
Controversy
Leonhart has consistently turned down research into the therapeutic and medicinal benefits of cannabis, and has a track record of undermining state law with regard to legal medical uses. On July 21, 2010, several pro-legalization groups called on President Obama to withdraw his support of Leonhart, including SSDP, MPP, NORML, LEAP, and DPA. [10]
In 2011, the Washington Post reported that "994 people younger than 18 were killed in drug-related violence between late 2006 and late 2010" and that "n 2009, the last year for which there is data, 1,180 children were killed, half in shootings."[11] In response to these statistics, Leonhart declared that while it "may seem contradictory, the unfortunate level of violence is a sign of success in the fight against drugs.”[11]
In 2012, Leonhart testified before Congress and refused to say that cannabis is less addictive or harmful than methamphetamine, heroin, or crack-cocaine.[12] However, at one point she agreed with Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) that the right to use medical cannabis should be “between [a patient] and his doctor.” Representative Cohen quickly criticized her statement as inconsistent with the actions of her agency.[13]
In 2014, Leonhart openly criticized President Barack Obama's stance on cannabis at a meeting of the National Sheriffs' Association.[14] Marijuana activists and two congressmen have called for her resignation due to her stance on cannabis while some law enforcement leaders have defended her position.[15] She also proposed that dog owners should oppose marijuana legalization since edible products could kill animals, notwithstanding that the marijuana itself is not particularly toxic to dogs.[16]
Ya. Someone email Bob and see if he can get us a suite. And yes, he can come too
I'm hoping he's more than just "thinking" and is "doing". BTW, if this thing takes off, like I am hopeful it will, we should all meet for a Broncos game in the fall.
Yep. HRDN, appears to be well positioned to be one of the better plays if they announce something real. HRDN, and all MJ firms for that matter, need to be very careful with all announcements given another SEC suspension today (CBGI). IMO
Let's hope so. Check this out:
Bank of America's contract with Washington State runs out on June 30, 2014, and so the state is accepting bids for competing banks who are willing to accept funds from recreational cannabis businesses.
Bob & HRDN should apply
