I agree. I'm giving INMG a little more runway, because of how CEO has taken us to this point in time:
1)Responsible/Respectful of shareholders
2)No fluff
3)Great Share Structure
4)CEO owns ~100 million shares...so dilution, only when completely necessary for strategic move...skin in game
5)No Debt/Toxic financing
6)Shrewd Night Flight deal looking better and better...day by day
7) 6 consecutive quarters of revenue and profit growth
8) Health Balance sheet / $2M+ in assets....almost more than Market Cap
9) Cannabis Industry Boom is coming (very early innings here, barely started first inning of the boom)
And the list could go on....
I also agree with SR too, INMG seems a lot more advantageous than those other plays...and I would NOT be surprise if his PPS targets are met
My main point is to manage expectations too.
GLTA
I also got them 500 share a piece of Kush bottles too...3-5 years Kush will be multi-billion market cap
INMG Investment grade type play.
Opened up 3 new brokerage accounts last week.... One for each niece and nephew, then a bought 100K shares of INMG for each. INMG is a great holiday gift/stocking stuffer.
GLTA
Solid perspective DR. Some speculated that INMG may be trading around $0.02 by MJAC in Sept, as though that wouldn't be great. In my mind, that would be good progress...up another 50% from where we are now, or up 100% from the average price we've been consolidating at for the past 1.5 months($0.01).
Most investors would kill to be up 50%-100% in under a month on any stock they own.
This isn't your typical OTC overnight flip, INMG is something you buy and hold for 12-18 month minimum.
We're affording Tom patience, because of where we're at now and it's potential in the future: Great potential, great CEO who's interest are aligned with investors(he own almost half of the OS ~100M shares), low float, 6 consecutive Quarters of profits and growth, No major Debt....and the positives go on and on.
Networks/channels aren't built over night. INMG could go into several different directions, and there's too many variables to speculate at this point. However, I believe TOM will guide us to a positive outcome, but we're waiting on what direction he's heading.
All in due time. Slow and steady will win this race.
GLTA
INMG - Night Flight's active on Facebook. With impressive engagement.
Do you have proof to substantiate any of your claims? No dilution here.
stick to facts, not lies....shameful & unethical of you.
Night Flight looking more and more like a sweetheart deal as we get closer to an update. INMG's Minority Stake in Night Flight looking very interesting.
Shrewd deals add shareholder value.
INMG
Yes Sir, I think we're going to happy campers in the next few months.
Have a great weekend!
Investment Grade OTC, is not something you come across very often.
Buy & Hold offers the best reward with INMG. Flippers can make money, but it won't be worth the stress of chasing when INMG builds out the chart. Legs up will leave many flippers scratching their head.
Long term (12-18 Months) INMG Risk Reward very favorable.
All in my opinion.
GLTA
That's pretty cool. I like how the bottom of the t-shirts giveaway promotion, you see the list of TV platforms...Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire and Chromcast!
Looking forward to these Announcements!
Have a great weekend folks! These next several weeks should begin to get really interesting!
GLTA
Yup, I was trying to buy all day at .37...but didn't get filled on anything, so in the last 10 min I decided strike and do my part to close even on the day, and then someone else must of come in right behind us and hit .42...sweet close.
Either way, @ .37 or .40....2 months from now I won't be looking at TMPS trading at $1.50 to $2.00+++, saying I wish I bought more or I wish I paid up. If your buying here....you will make good money.
TMPS is a steal....anywhere under $1.00.
TMPS is one of the biggest dislocations in the markets I've seen in a while.
GLTA
I just missed my order on EFFI, had it in @ .0013....probably would have got it at .0014. Still looks good here, but I bought more TMPS & INMG.
GLTA
I was right there with you at the end of the day...came with the .4 ask slap and they also filled @ $.39...and change
Nice finish on the week.
GLTA
It's okay...I kept slapping the ask with 10k @ $.0138 orders in the last 10 min....and they were filling the order at $.0134 instead....some manipulation going a bit....but great week.
GLTA
Sellers with shares are drying up....get them before next week....14min to go...pull the trigger
Yup, now we're in a situation where if buyers just hit the ask in the morning....they would have been up 5% by now....now we're watching many buyers CHASE INMG!
Hit the ask if you want in or want more and you will be happy you did 2 weeks from now, when we're sitting @ $.025++++++++
GLTA
Single man wrecking crew here JMARCOPOLO!!!...outstanding DD...glad you fought it out and stayed long.
Own the float could use a Nice INMG update, but it might make sense to wait for that next announcement that SR mentioned was coming after talking/emailing with TOM.
He said it was going to be a big one.
INMG is going to run hard....better get more shares before the news hits the wires....COULD HAPPEN ANY DAY NOW!!!
GLTA
Looks like someone wants out today.
GLTA
I'm always saying...let the flippers sell, and most likely the shares go to stronger hands.
Flippers may mess up pricing in the short run, which I'm not concerned with because I'm a true long(I'm not selling anything until $.65++/share. Everyone has different trading styles, and I'm a believer in doing what best for yourself.
However, INMG is not a stock to be flipping. You will get left in the dust when the real move comes, and yes the real move will come.
Here's and Example of a friend of mine...who had to learn the hard way about flipping: Quotes from him-
"I flipped nearly 5 million OWC@ (bought between 0.008 -0.015) with an av price 0.012 and sold at 0.04s . The biggest mistake of my traiding life ever . Had I held 6 months more I would have could have walked out with 15 million $. Dumbest move ever from my side . So now I find good stocks and sit on it like a duck on an egg ."
To each their own...GLTA
time to start slapping the ask....get this squeeze going
Yup longs are in protecting our investments....we could see a huge short squeeze today or next week....they have to cover sooner or later....so lets rip their faces off while we're at it....AWW...cowen is here to protect the shorts anymore
GLTA
anything below $.10 will be a steal in the next 3-6 months
so prices at these levels are just plain stupid...get your orders in
Shorts are in trouble....get your orders in....bull attack
One important Metric/barometer to keep an eye on is TMPS Market Cap.
Today, TMPS Market Cap is only about $7M
Big Picture Perspective:
*TMPS has about $80M in Sales coming in over next 5yrs, plus more big Contracts are expected.
*New Billionaire Shark is controlling TMPS and brought in experienced Merger & Acq. expert CFO to clean up TMPS
*TMPS is severely under-valued in my opinion TMPS Market cap should be a lot closer to $50M-$70M with current contracts in place. TMPS should already be valued here, which is 7X to 10X where TMPS is currently trading.
Yes, TMPS should be trading Between $2.80/share to $4.00/share in the short term.
I believe there is a major dislocation in the market place with TMPS.
And if you factor more major contracts and expected + New Control + M&A specialist on board + share strucure+ conversions over+ small float+ Shorts have a huge problem here(trapped)/caught with their pants down+++++ and the pluses go on....that's where you start to $10 to $20++ per share projections with a longer term view...18-24months
You think a Billionaire wants to sell for $20M to $50M....No Billionaires want to sell for Billions
Great article here: Confirms INMG's /Tom's decision to launch in Germany. Tom's not the only CEO in the cannabis industry to see big opportunity in Western Europe.
https://www.newcannabisventures.com/maricann-ceo-says-cannabis-investors-should-focus-on-western-europe/
"The United States is seeing rapid development of state-legal cannabis companies, and this has caught the attention of many investors seeking to capitalize on the growth of legal cannabis. Ben Ward, CEO of Canadian licensed producer Maricann Group (CSE: MARI) is optimistic about the developing market in the U.S., but he sees opportunity beyond the United States and Canada, especially in Europe.
In a contribution to CNBC, Ward suggested that there is a “global revolution” underway and points to the European Union’s much larger population as a reason to pay attention. He highlights Germany’s new medical cannabis program, which features health insurance coverage and pharmacy distribution as reasons Maricann is building up its European presence.
European markets are increasingly important to the cannabis sector. Each has a well-funded medical system, residents who seek natural and complementary therapies, and a government-supported mandate to stop the rising tide of opiate addiction related to chronic pain treatment.

You can't have it both ways and talk out of both side of your mouth.
You say past management with controlling interests screwed up big time by losing their controlling interest.
Wouldn't you be happy those directors resigned(most likely had no choice)...who failed investors and the company in the past?
Now we have Johan Eliasch with his new controlling interest, who doesn't allow for mistakes.
Don't you want a shark who sees an opportunity and takes it...Johan Eliasch made a very very savvy play swooping in and taking control of TMPS. He's in control going forward, and I assume longs are confident in his abilities, after seeing what he just pulled off....that's why I'm investing in for the future.
I'm more than comfortable with a shark like Johan guiding the ship, and putting my hard earn money to work.

Lawsuit filed against SNAP - Snap, Inc.
Material Information Disclosure: UnitedCorp Geo-location Based Filters Patent Portfolio Independently Valued by TechInsights, at US $1.04 Billion
UnitedCorp Releases Patent Portfolio Valuation Information for its Dedicated Mobile Content Sharing iFramed Technology
MIAMI, July 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - Miami-based United American Corp (UnitedCorp), (OTC: UAMA) announced yesterday that within the context of its legal and enforcement actions for patent infringement against Snap Inc. (NYSE: SNAP) related to Snap's use of geo-location based filters, it has released highlights of a third party valuation report completed by TechInsights which was commissioned to review and value the company's technology rights of the iFramed patent global portfolio. The use of geo-location based filters is currently a critical component for the monetization of social media networks.
With over 240 engineers and analysts, TechInsights is one of the world's foremost authorities for evaluating and establishing patent commercial value. The TechInsights valuation is based on various scenarios including negotiated value, litigated value, and discounted cash flows arising from imputed royalties within potentially infringed markets. TechInsights concluded that based on imputed royalties for the iFramed patent family under current market conditions, the valuation for the patent family ranged from US$227 million in a litigation scenario to US$1.8 billion with central negotiation value for the portfolio at US$1.04 billion.
UnitedCorp holds all technology rights related to iFramed's dedicated mobile content sharing technology with digital integration of users' selectable external content based on their location through its wholly-owned subsidiary, iFramed Canada Ltd. The technology is the basis for SnapChat's ''GeoFilters'' provided to subscribers for photos and videos based on geo-location. Snap Inc. is a provider of image and video-based social media services with head office in Venice, California.
As announced on July 11th, UnitedCorp will continue to pursue and enforce legal actions on Snap's infringement of the iFramed technology. The current lawsuit states that Snap has focused its core monetization strategy on the basis of the iFramed patent portfolio.
While Snap does hold a US patent for; ''Apparatus and method for supplying content aware photo filters'' as well as a recently acquired patent; ''Methods and systems of providing visual content editing functions'' these do not permit the use of a dedicated mobile content sharing technology with digital integration of users' selectable external content based on their location as is used in the SnapChat's ''GeoFilters''.
"Even with these patents Snap cannot use its ''GeoFilters'' without infringing on iFramed technology and they will need to cease doing so immediately." stated Benoit Laliberte, UnitedCorp's President.
UnitedCorp is also reviewing its rights and options with respect to use of the technology on other major social networks further to the global trend for using next generation integrated geo-localization branded user generated content into their platforms.
The company recently announced that is in the process of completing a Form 10 for submission to the US Securities and Exchange Commission and is also currently evaluating alternative exchanges for its currently trading securities.

lol...I'm all the way up...all the way up....I got what you need...steph in the clutch.
Interesting pick...I like it
The launch of Cannanet.tv
Or the launch of the PPS
One is certainly going to happen before the other...lol
Let them sell...lower than pps, higher than pps...means nothing to longs in the short term here.
go look what happened the last time 2 consecutive up days ....yup, go look.
let the flippers sell where ever they want...longs will be the ones laughing all the way to the bank...let them do it....lol
GLTA
no brainer purchase there and higher...SR is putting his money where his mouth is...GLTA
I agree with you. Got lucky yesterday, added another 1.4M shares in the morning. I think the days of picking up 006's, 007's and 008's are over. If more people want a piece of the action they needed to hope to get .009's++...although the .008's aren't totally out of the equation yet, but just doubtful. There are some weak holders still, who see other opportunity elsewhere and sell at silly prices(Fear of missing out). Time will tell.
GLTA
Yup, I'm a big believer that TMPS isn't gonna be running from longs buying in over the next few trading days. TMPS will run higher from the longs holding their shares tight. There's a lot of smart money here holding very strong.
TMPS shorts have their pants down....BIG TIME.
Today isn't a story about TMPS being an undervalued company, nor is it a story about the market cap being significantly below where it should be, or how big money players are here to add significant value to TMPS.
The story for today, tomorrow and next week is how the shorts got caught with their pants down as the tides have gone out to sea. The shorts are in trouble and need to find a way to buy back their shares. They have failed miserably this week and the pressure is building.
GLTA
MSRT consolidating nicely here. Patience is key. MSRT will return to mid 70's shortly.

Coming from the guy who says he was smacking the ask at yesterdays close...lol...Okay
