Where is the bounce..I see MM's on bid and ask
What a fun day
There on, just bunching up
Thank you
Was owned by Rudana
If NITE can movr this into the 60's there will be a lot of people sweating...
What in the wide world of sports is going on here..
From the drumbeats of anticipatory victory, the meeting and merger on the horizon...I am just confused....
And into power hour we go....off of a interesting day so far
To live ones life without regrets, wise words, but hard to follow!
Hopefully the new one will work better
Oh no, that was in Chinese, not English, at least to my ears!
Only you can decide whats best for you,
Didn't even consider holding some, just in case?
Not exactly the most detailed Fin Statements I have seen, although they supplied a disclaimer stating they were in a approved abbreviated form, and they are carrying some debt.
You are correct , it is not the best financing method. However it is 20% of profit, after expenses. It creates another vested interest in the facility, one that wants the facility to succeed. If all goes well you pay off the loan early and end the 20% skimming of the profits. You are still creating a revenue stream where there was none before, despite the less than desirable financing setup. The company appears to be very ambitious and tackle several large projects across the world, to get that amount of financing might take a sweetner, some of the profit. Considering the current marketplace for alternative energy, and the number of competitors in the field, it is probably wise to ramp up as fast as possible. Of course there is a risk, this is a penny stock, but there is a solid blueprint for reward here. Every investor makes their own decision based on risk and reward, I think most people here are aware of both and comfortable with their positions.
Thank you Pec,
Exactly, I am not here to cheerlead a stock, but look at positives and negatives to better assess risk/reward,
If you have info that would demonstrate more risk, or outright fraud as you are alluding to, please enlighten.
Works for me
You are correct, the loan carries a much higher cost than 5%. 20% of the net profits of each specific project reverts to the loan holder, but only for the life of the loan. Thus the importance of developing profitable projects, and paying off these loans as rapidly as possible. It just dilutes the revenue stream, but there would be no revenue stream without the loan/project.
The BSP deal is similiarily constructed, Rudana is a investment firm, not a alternate energy provider. They appear to be finding companies in the field of alternate energy, and willing bankers, matching them up and developing projects, giving all parties a stake in the outcome.
Nobody said it was going to be easy.
The opinion states that they were entilted to file abbreviated accounts, and they certainly did.
I can't make too much out of them at 1st glance other than they are carrting a lot of debt.
I agree, from what is written there is no need for a vote, as 1 principle owns over 50% over the shares, and a lawyers office in downtown Manhatten doesn't hold that many people.
Narnia- Accurate you say...very lovely..
Sorry to hear about the hassles,
And congrats to your BA, taught you well,
Best of luck
Correct , 2009 financials, there were a list of 5 I believe
That pic can throw you off, so did Narnia's, but I guess he took the pic off
That is the same level I have my first sell at ,1.50, for 10% of my holdings, all subject to change though
Good luck with that! As long as there are profits, the company is healthy, transparent with the stockholders, and the stock maintains a steady growth pattern, they deserve high pay. Now that is some wish list, huh?
I'm Done!
After reading your post I had to check mine also, I'm over 30% now, and will tell myself again, no more buying. It is a little scary, but full speed ahead!
Just a guess, but I would say most of the buys today were by people who already held positions in PSPW.
I certainly hope for our sake its Bora Bora,
already have down the can thing in my lifetime!
I'm done, for the third time I say I will buy no more,
Over 25% of the volume so far today ended up in my account.
Now I am done. I sure would appreciate a close over .72
If they start selling in Albania I'll anticipate another merger
We might finally get a budget , military contract possibility, increased volume, and I know LilDog (Bigdog), who has a "Brock" Tamer at his residence.
I bought back in, 1/10 of what I hold in the other stock, you are correct though, this one is based more on appearances than actual events, thus the very limited buy back. I don't think I will lose any money coming in at .20, but I have been wrong before.
Boy, step out of the office for a few hours and you miss a lot here. We hit .78, and then had profit taking?
Coming back nicely, any guesses where this ends up?
Good question.
If I didn't hold any shares already, YES. There should be plenty of room to turn a short term gain where this sits now, let alone any expectations for longterm gain.
What has me hestitant is not the strength of the stock, but the % of $ in my portfolio it already has. Almost went in yesterday at .61, when it hit .64 I said bye bye
A different analysis is also required to be determined by your age, and the expected use of your eggs. At your age it probably is not a big a risk as someone my age, who is guarding my eggs to live on when I retire...8 more years or so. As it is I already consider myself over invested here, but the risk/reward seemed worth it. You can always harvest more eggs, that being said, it would be a rather tasteless omelette if I had to eat these.
Need a bigger basket? Or more chickens?
The surge in volume is very promising, coming back to life
I know someone who has been giving out shares as presents, lol
That basket is full for me also, but saw this , and couldn't resist climbing back aboard
Bought back in this morning at .20, scratching my head over all the recent volume, something might be up
Any guesses as to who is selling?
