That's what they are pissed about. FCEL gave update and had meetings they were no privy to.
Withdrawn weeks ago to make it easier to push the other 2 larger projects over the hump. LI is different than California or Connecticut. they need everything finalized before they sign power purchase agreements. Including financing. You have to read all the details. That means once the power purchase Agreements are signed on these two remaining it's a done deal. Nothing else left to do but build

I believe they also found out recently they missed out on some updates and we're not happy about it.
Have a great weekend. Time grows near!!
Heavily engaged, hm, that's from Posco energy web site at 12am 11/23/18. Who to believe, Posco or the individuals spreding rumors. Go on the Posco Energy Web site, scroll down and click on message from CEO.
That means we get 4.1% of any sales. Do diligence!! Site also states 50mw a year capacity currently. That's about $150 million a year. That's about $6-$6.4 million a year for us (as Mr. Wonderful would ask for in Royalty). We should be in awsome shape after finalizing the Bridgeport acquisition and completing the 12.9 MW under current construction expected to be completed no later than January 31, 2019. 11.2 + 14.9 + 12.9 = 39mw by February 1, 2019 (Q2 start date). All starting to add up. $39 million a year in generation or about $9.5-$10 million per quarter + $6 million or $1.5 per quarter + service contract revenues is over $12 million per quarter just from recurring revenue. Then we have sales and advanced technology. Supposed to get $9.5 million from DOE for phase 2 of CC project in Alabama from now til end of Q2 during construction. All we need is completion of current plans in a timely fashion. C'mon news.
FuelCell Energy is profitable without incentives by Q4 2019 and every quarter moving forward.
Yes, fcel is the future!! And the future begins now
Ty you too
And this is exactly why we don't get all the news, they don't want to have to do an excessive amount of filings with SEC just to be able to inform investors! We don't need any more controvesry!

Toyota made $5 billion net profit last quarter! That's billion and that's net profit. I think they know what they are doing. They are investing in FuelCell Energy! ExxonMobil is the most valuable company in the WORLD! In the WORLD. They are investing in FuelCell Energy!! Campbell's reinvested in them with a 2nd order. That's a Re-order. Must be Happy with the product! THE US Department of Energy has several project right now with FCEL. This company will change the world! Why would anyone not appreciate that!! Unless they are narcissistic or not patriotic, or just lack the intellectual ability to understand it
I hope everybody has a safe and enjoyable holiday
The 40 CT/CA is listed under new projects. That includes the 22.2 RFP Awards which now have PPA's in CT. So I'm thinking there are 17.8mw expected or accepted I'm not aware of. Triangle St will be announced ced before year end as listed as completed during Q1 2019 which ends January 31. There are 2 other projects also being completed in that time frame. Bridgeport will be completed by then also. We will have at least 37.6mw generation portfolio before 1/31/19. That's approximately $9.5 million per quarter from generation revenue alone. We have advanced technology Revenue, sales and service Revenue too. Q2 ends 3/31/19 and earnings/CC is 1st full week in June. Wait til then to up the ante and you miss out on at least a few $ per share. I repeat myself again because I stand by my word and present facts. My opinion remains that this stock will hit $10 at some point by end of March 2019, but June Conference call will be the lock if it has not hot $10 yet. Ask the institutions which have invested $multiple millions, or ExxonMobil, or Toyota, or Campbell's, or NRG or DOE or AEP, or CT, or CA, or !!! Do your diligence, don't listen to anyone on here, even me. Do your own diligence. I know what I say and everyone else says on here has no effect on the stock. I'm just here to communicate with other hopeful investors, not people playing head games. Good luck to all, even the trolls, have a great holiday season and God bless.
Stock was below $1 before the time frames of recent announcements we're due out. With current backlog and projected should never have gone below $1. Stock has been manipulated down several ways. Doesn't move on good news. Posco and S. Korea stories blown way out of proportion. Miss in Q3 wasn't really a miss and was blown out of proportion. The loss per share and earnings weren't theirs. They don't give guidance due to so many variables yet people still over react. Will all start change soon. Trying to get a few cents lower is unnecessary risk unless day trading!! Anything below $1 is insane
Yes, and as I said before did anyone notice under new contracts 40 megawatts CT & CA. That means there's 17.8 megawatts of new contracts in California. I was not aware of that.
Good stuff there Krays
Good read, we have 2 ways to benefit from this article. FCE Germany and our new storage technology!

Sorry but dead wrong. This company is an American company, in CT. They are where they are because of bad publicity in general about fuel cells, poor PR historically within the company, and societal ignorance as a result. Do your due diligence, Don't feed or start rumors, be patient and reap rewards!! ExxonMobil, Toyota, NRG, AEP, DOE, Campbell's (2 projects now), US Navy, CT, CA, And many more with huge institutional investment and growing investment. Need I or anyone else say more. Do you think any of those companies did any diligence????
These new board members have very impressive resume's! I wonder if they have any idea a reverse split or delisting is coming? I think they're smart enough to figure out what's up!!
News pending. $.9045 after hours
Chip will be on the chopping block by year end if there aren't some big announcements in the next 2 weeks.
ExxonMobil, Toyota, Department of Energy, NRG, AEP and over $1.9 billion in backlog!!! Under $1. C'mon, anyone really believe none of those companies have done their diligence??? Doesn't matter what rumors people spread, the company is not going away or to zero. Just a matter of patience. Disappointed, yes, anxious, yes, but concerned, NO! And neither should anyone else be who's informed!! Happy happy holidays. News before carving.
NICE!
For me it's a lot yes but I've gotten a couple of people into the stock that have more than I do. And I have to just keep telling them be patient. I don't usually add in large chunks but would the stock so low I have used my commission to load up. The 300 shares a week the longer it stays under a dollar is coming from my weekly dispensable
Anytime this drops on the $0.90 I'm buying 300 shares.
ExxonMobil, Toyota, DOE, NRG, $1.9 billion backlog! Need anyone say more!
I know they sold Trinity to AEP early Q4.
