Take heart MXSG investors. Your ship may come in given another four, five, ten years. Remember, the ponderous size XXXXX forewarned everyone that it takes time to develop a billion dollar mining operation.
There is no indication as to who is responsible for writing the report. Was it your omission or was no credit given to whoever drafted it ?
MXSG has generated enough red flags that if waved, would cause winds greater than those feeding the California wild fires.
Some refer to criticisms as fake news. The only fake news that I've experienced has come from Thompson and co.
The ponderous size XXXXX is also a great source of fake news if you can wade you way through scatological writing.
The worst part of this charade is that Thompson and Lemas are conning people right in front of them. It's as though they are thumbing their noses and saying "what are you going to do about it" ?
So here is a hobby gold miner drawing down a 6 figure yearly income at the expense of the shareholder and for what ? What has he done to warrant that kind of compensation ?
Mexus has scraped off tons of top soil with what result ? It generally devolves into a situation where the reason for poor, or no results is salt, zinc, sulphides or some other interference with the process. Or, the material must be baked, boiled, broiled or fried in order to process it properly. So Thompson's next project should be to fabricate a giant hibachi and if that doesn't work they can at least have a barbeque.
Lemas makes the damndest assessments, none of which have materialized into reality.
What a couple of con men.
Ooh I love to dance a little sidestep, now they see me now they don't-
I've come and gone and, ooh I love to sweep around the wide step,
cut a little swathe and lead the people on.
$15,000 per month + $6,666 of stock @ .01/share. + all of the misc. expense money unaccounted for. That's what you're paying the MXSG CEO. the magnificent mind who has engineered this spectacularly performing POS.
Think Mexus needed this ?
Evaluations and Feasibility Analysis
Feasability analysis
Each mining property is unique in many aspects. A thorough evaluation is essential whether you desire to purchase or develop any mining claims.
Before you spend valuable time and money these are some of the questions that need to be asked and answered:
What is the potential of my property?
Does it contain significant gold or other precious metals?
Is it economically feasible to develop and put into production?
What will it cost to explore and develop?
What options do I have to make money on the property?
Feasibility and due diligence services:
Initial site visits
Claims and title research
Historical data compilation
Geological assessment including sampling and metallurgical testing
Preliminary permitting and property usage evaluations
Development, start-up and mining cost projections
Evaluation services are an essential first step that will save you time and money, and give you a better understanding of your mine and your options.
With gold @ approx $1200/oz what do you think the profit margin to be per recovered ounce of Au ? I would be surprised if you're looking at more than $300/oz. Then, compute the number of ounces it would take to cover the expenses that have been incurred thus far. ROFLMAO
I get 93,333.
$28,000,000 + and counting, spent needlessly. How much time, effort and money could have been saved with a legitimate feasibility study ? But the great mining expertise of Thompson dictated that it was not needed. Why emulate all of those know nothing SUCCESSFUL mining operations ? Maybe Pt asked for and received counsel from great minds like the ponderous size XXXXX with his metal detector. Who knows but it was a fateful (and fatal) decision.
There is hope for MXSG in 2518. Those who are familiar with history know that it sometimes repeats itself.
It took 500 years for the Phoenix to rise from the ashes. So too may Mexus especially if a market develops for salt, zinc and pyrites.
Volume of 40,000 ? Someone must have broken their kid's piggy bank to shore up this sinking fraud. There was little doubt that Thompson would reach into his bag of BS rhetoric to rally the troops but this latest PR was so pathetic that I'm amazed there was the resultant spike.
Why was Elena abandoned after the MarMar debacle ? Maybe move the vat operation from the failed Ures project to the failed Elena operation ? Called "the Thompson shuffle".
NOW they’re going to drill at Elena to determine what they have ... or DONT have. LOL
No gold but lots and lots of useless reports and look at them. Every Lemas report paints a rosy picture. Unfortunately they are not seeking roses.
Good theory. Your's is as good as anyone else and there are many weighing in. You're correct in that there is no correlation between Mexus and the POG and your reasoning is also correct. I can find no fault with what you've written other than the limit of gold's price drop. One thing to remember is that gold no longer reacts traditionally. Never know what it's going to do next.
Lots of days of reckoning coming.
Not a great outlook for price of gold or M XSG

Summary
Bullish sentiment on gold is at lower levels than the December 2016 bottom.
Gold is now firmly below its 20-month moving average and trending downwards, not an ideal sign for the bulls.
Despondent sentiment alone is not a timing indicator for bottoms. Beware of analysts suggesting that it is.
Depends on what you call "production". Commercial production is obviously out of the question but for a hobbyist, gold in drips and drabs is the ultimate reward. After all, you're looking at an operation that is scraping off the top soil. Just how many riches do you think lie on the surface after 500 years of mining ?
Difficult to believe that anyone other than the size XXXX sycophants read and accept the latest piece of fluff. PT is scraping the bottom of the barrel attempting to rescue this floundering POS.
The latest ploy is so pathetic you can almost feel sorry for people who have elected to stay. It's almost like a doomsday cult that will self destruct when the end is not what they thought.
Do not underestimate Cesar Lemas, Chief MXSG geologist and Prez. of Mexus
Mexico (whatever the hell they call that)
This man can find gold where there is none. Now THAT is what I call gifted.
News and Press Releases
Santa Elena Mine lead Geologist confirms 4 grams of gold per ton on heap leach pad; New high grade ore fire assayed showing high values of 12 and 14 g/t Au
CABORCA, SONORA STATE, MEXICO, November 20th, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Mexus Gold US (OTCQB: MXSG)(“Mexus” or the “Company”) announced geologist Cesar Lemas validated recent tests of the heap leach pad at the Santa Elena mine confirming an average of 4 grams per ton Au. Importantly there is approximately 40,000 tons of ore on the pad now with additional material being added daily. The new material being placed on the pad was recently fire assayed by Mr. Lemas showing 12 grams and 14 grams per ton Au and 28 grams per ton Ag. These tests were confirmed and validated by Mexus engineer Robert Garcia.
40000 tons @ 4 grams per ton = 160,000 grams which should translate to 5643 ozs Au
8.5 ozs. recovered
Anyone see a discrepancy ? Anyone ? Bueller ?
There ya go...forget about Ocho Brothers/370 operation, it's an Elena redux. Lemas was overseeing the first attempt but now with a new study they're going to try again.
Now THAT'S what I call trasparency..... so damned transparent it's ridiculous.
Illusion and misdirection is a form of deception in which the attention of a group is focused on one thing in order to distract its attention from another
Parties interested in helping to drill ?? Drilling companies always willing to help as long as they get paid.
Comic relief !
Open letter of appreciation to the patriarch of MXSG investors from an obsequious admirer

"Happy to see you feeling good and posting again! No matter if sometimes there was bickering and strong emotional differences of opinions at times, we still persevered together. The reason was that we wanted to be able to do what you had successfully accomplished just once. For some, like it or not, you've been our compass along the long journey. You see, we are the same dreamers that you once were. We have been dreaming of reaching the same level of success that you have achieved, not once, but several times. If many would remember the first time that they heard about your past successes, they would have to agree that it was the fascination of your history of successful mining startups that was our incentive. It just wasn't luck.....perhaps once, but you have obviously gained abundant mining knowledge, and learned by listening from other expert resources. Most all of us were intrigued and amazed at the number of successfully blazed trails that you experienced before telling us about Mexus. We heard about you from various ways, but we didn't just hear about you then dismiss your story. It fired up this small intelligent group of people to invest. Our small group had the same skills to do our own research too, while waiting to hear about any small milestones along the way from our CEO. Our JV was such a blessing to us and we thank Mar Mar for that tremendous agreement. Yes, we've had so many steps,no doubt, guided by a higher power. We can share a laugh that we hoped for or news in increments of " just two more weeks". Oh well, however long it takes, we will pat ourselves on the back for being very supportive with much perseverance by many rookies in the mining startup world. We've had Don, as a compass to enlighten us on his personal visits to the Mexusgold site, along with other investors that walked the land itself. If Don, believed that Mexus has what it takes to stand apart from many others, then we took note in his wise opinion and invested. Mr. Paul Thompson, the CEO, was able to guide us into a most successful JV agreement with a great company named Mar Mar. As diverse as opinions have seemed at times, it has taken much talent to keep this core group together, while time marched along. As Don has explained before, it takes many years for a small startup unknown mine to become a large hugely successful one. We listen and have learned much from our journey together. Patience is so difficult and even harder when great news is getting so close. We are slowly coming into the station, and we will arrive a bit wiser, older, and more seasoned from this endeavor. Most of all, we have great hope and high expectations in the gold that lies in Sonora. Viva Mexus!
''Scuse pls, must find place to upchuck
Next project for Mexus... copper mining, bit coin mining, sunken ship treasure diving, marijuana cultivation ? With a proven track record how could it fail ?
There is a world of opportunity for successful entrepreneurs like Thompson with the support of a size XXXXX investor.
ARE YOU EXCITED ?

MXSG CEO Paul Thompson ...'
The coming months will be an exciting time for our shareholders as we announce new developments and plans on multiple properties.
Gold US (OTCQB:MXSG)(“Mexus” or the “Company”) announced today that progress at the Santa Elena mine is moving steadily ahead. The mine staff is returning after the long Mexican holiday and is preparing for the company’s first pour. The grades returning to the gold recovery pond continue to increase and, when proper returns are met, will lead to production. Mexus JV partner, MarMar Holdings, is in full control of operations. MarMar has brought in additional experts who are knowledgeable in all areas of recovery. The experts are working on the original Merrill Crowe gold recovery system which has included the addition of a clarifier and improved plumbing. This system will be the primary gold recovery system once the current plant is maximized. “MarMar is doing a great job at the Santa Elena mine. In addition to what we have stated they also are looking at recovering the gold which was previously captured in activated carbon.” added Mexus CEO Paul Thompson.
Mexus also announced that it is moving forward with its El Scorpio copper project. The El Scorpio concession is located 80Km from Hermosillo, Mexico. Management feels that rising copper demand and the resulting increase in copper prices make this the time to move forward on this project. Early assays on this property showed Au samples in excess of 1 g/t and Cu at 2%. The company believes that this property could host a copper porphyry system. The plan is to begin a drilling program which will be the basis for an expanded 43-101 report.
CEO Paul Thompson stated, “I want our shareholders to understand that Mexus is moving forward with its plan become a major minor. The end game is to have multiple properties producing metals in the next few years. MarMar is well in control of the Santa Elena project which affords us the ability to move forward on our other projects. ”
MXSG capitulation is not quite here yet but it's rapidly approaching. When you see the size XXXXX dump it has arrived.
It's difficult to get rid of 30 million shares inconspicuously and there comes a time for a final
dump.
It's apparent that widespread disillusionment has occurred here. The surprising thing to me is that it didn't happen long ago. The MarMar disclosure and the subsequent abandonment of the Elena project after such abysmal results should have set off very loud alarms.
There may be intermittent spikes on the way down but the inexorable movement is south.
There IS ALWAYS something to look forward to (potentially) even in the worst of times. If you invest when this thing hits .0001 and it gets back to .001 you will have a ten bagger.
ZOWIE !
What, no PR again today ? If I didn't know better I'd say this thing is dying a painful death. Even a size XXXXX can't remedy THIS dilemma.
You are, of course, correct. Transparency is a four letter word to Thompson. There has been no transparency in the past, why should now be any different. And shareholders sit still for this foolishness and some repeatedly contribute to furthering the masquerade.
Somewhere down the line this will all catch up to the perps sooner rather than later hopefully.
Here's to inflicting monetary pain upon those who prey upon others.
A remaining question ..... how much investors money did Mexus waste on the inept MarMar jv I don’t believe I ever saw an answer to this intriguing question.
Next question... are they attempting to recover the lost money ?
So many questions so few answers
It occurs to me that there might be an MXSG "network". Call it The Brotherhood of Size XXXXX or The Fraternity of Frenetic Followers, I'm certain the common goal is to make Paul Thompson wealthy.
More musings from a muddled mind..... remember THE LITTLE ENGINE THAT DIDN'T

"Know what you are! Mexus knows ( Mr. PaulThmpson, Mr.Paul Dent, Mr. Don Phillips, and many others know what they have and so do many long term heavily invested shareholders) They have done their due diligence, conversed with our CEO, Paul Thompson. Many have visited the property, and know that Mr. Don Phillips can spot a jewel in the rough anywhere, and know the most intelligent way to bring it to recovery. 3 times experienced at these endeavors and successes to name!
Build Networks! Paul Thompson has spent much of his life around mining operations and building equipment and relationships with individuals for that purpose. Years of working with established miners and connections of friendships in the field of mining. Doesn't hurt either that one of our largest investors has had past investing and friendship relationships with many established mining characters in the field, and still communicates regularly with them. I call that networking! Oh yes, there does seem to be a network . Creating net works here too! (clearing throat).
Create Good Luck! Luck isn't magical and there is a science to it. People that are luckier tend to BELIEVE and behave in a way that maximizes the chance for good opportunities. Those people are open to new ideas, following hunches, and being OPTIMISTIC! Lucky people create possibilities. Personally, I call it faith in the things not already seen! Many need to get to work on that successful trait right NOW! "
I think that's what's known as mixing a batch of koolaid and drinking it !
Palabra to live by.................LMAO
Thompson said it would be LESS than $150/oz as more vats were added. The man is a mining genius
and that's why he gets the big bucks.
CEO Thompson has no idea of what "all in" cost means. Recentlly, the mean cost among most miners is hovering around $900/oz Gold currently at $1280
Maybe Thompson figures that by using shovels, a sledge hammer and sluice box he can contain the costs.
I believe this MXSG Inspirational was meant to be delivered while the Battle Hymn of the Republic played in the back ground

"Reaching out to converse with other highly educated and personal resource people are positive decision factors before investing. Often overlooked, is the capability of discernment, after due diligence has been accomplished. Discernment is a sacred gift given to those individuals that study, demonstrate courage required to take investment action as a result of their due diligence."
ROFLMAO
Slowly, ever so slowly people are beginning to realize what has occurred here with Mexus. It's as though L-dopa has been dispensed and it has resulted in Awakenings just like the film.
BS assays, BS reports of progress, BS 10-K expenses, BS compensation for a bumbling CEO who
DICTATED his compensation, BS consultants whose "analysis" and "recommendations" achieved nothing, BS declaration about cost per ounce production costs for non existent gold.BS clandestine payments to a laughably inept JV. 28 million lost and counting
What a massive BS snow job.
Do you really believe the size xxxxx 30 million share MXSG investor still holds that many shares ? I have a sneaking hunch that he activated his stealth mode and began dumping along the way while urging those he enticed to continue to buy. No honor among thieves.
General and Admin expenses were almost 1 mil last year with no itemized statement regarding where that money went. Pretty sweet racket AND no one to answer to when you're the one man show. He probably throws a bone or two to Deb and his son 'cause he's so generous.
Just one of many problems plaguing this POS, the first being Thompson. This guy does't know what to do or how to do it.
He should have left it as it was.... a fly-in recreational area where he and his hobbyist cronies could go, drink Coronas and play with their metal detectors.
Turning a hobby into a business seldom works out well especially when you don't know what the hell you're doing.
This DID work out well for him moneywise. 15K a month + 2 million shares quarterly. Not bad for a putterer. That is, unless he is sued by shareholders.
$180,000 a year + $7000 a month in stock YOUR CEO.......what a guy
I'm not certain how Lemas comes up with his 'estimates'. I'm almost certain it's done with a ouija board with the help of mescal and/or magic mushrooms. I'm still trying to figure out how he came up with the Elena muck pond containing 2000 - 4000 ozs. of Au
Since Mexus is broke, is CEO Paul Thompson forgoing his $15,000/ month salary until such time that the company begins to produce gold in a saleable quantity?
Sure does appear to be a lot of money to pay someone who hasn't performed.
That's's why Lemas fits into the Mexus organization so well.
What was most significant item to me was the Lemas analysis and estimations.
This guy has the uncanny ability to look at an area and estimated its' yield in ounces (no mean feat)
No wonder he is held in such high regard by PT. I wonder if he has ever looked at a Thompson holding and said "nah, nothin' here senor"
