Finally a post on topic
Read the terms of the TOU policy.
Thanks! Folks should send thank you's to captron, roger and m2cents. We were all on at different times. There were alot of posts that were TOU violations.
Thank you to most posters this evening for being civil tonight. The admins and mods are happy to have a break..
Actually if you think about it. 54 mil is 10% of the float. Anyone with L2's will tell you there were lots of mirror trades. So factor out 20%. That means we did 11% of the float on monday and 7% of the float day in trading... Not really huge volume IMO
Don't forget to check out the FCCN survey
It is until it goes to another exchange. It's complaint though
It's free

paid service is alot better
use the watchlist functionality ihub provides. Its gives buy sell info
They recieved 11 mil in finacing since inception. They issuesd privates shares in exchange(they own a percentage of the compaany)
Actually AERO was a private company. So what they did was get investement money for shares in a private company. My company does it. It is pretty standard
It's on the filing.
Capital contributed to a corporation by investors on top of the par value of capital stock. In other words, the money that a company gets from potential investors in addition to the stated value of the stock. also called contributed capital or paid-in capital
You are suppose to vote via the survey rob
I did not know that!
I haven't seen that issue
Survey Posted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have already done the DD. Talked to Boyd myself. The company has no debt and alot of cash. They will start making OEM kits this Fall. Thanks but we will be ok without your help..........
Just no more caplocks for you :)
Huh? But I'm still confused. You didn't answer my question. If you don't know its ok.
Fix the cap locks please
Actually I think realtor posted a short converstion he had with Boyd Butler
So how is a company expected to grow. You can't use restricted shares as collateral and a loan means you have to pay it back with interest or a C/D. So with your logic what does a company do. I look forward to your answer. Thanks!
Thank you for the most civil 1/2 hour of posting in the last 5 days
I agree after a couple of times it is spam. I did ask the admins for a decsion on that just to be sure.
It's ok. But there won't be anymore bagholder/basher/pumper/stooge or anymore crappy inuendos
I stll have my 500 shares from 3 years ago.. :)
Well Kurt folks need to be civil here. I may not agree with everyone but keep it civil :)
That was a nice post thank you
TOU-Reminder
Look folks, m2cents, the modsquad, shelly and I can't spend all day modding the board. This is ridiculous.
Plain and simple
-no Basher/Pumper crap
-no personal attacks
-no off-topic crap
-no spamming the board all day with the same crap(if you have a screenshot ask rogerwilco to post it in i-box)
-no insulting inuendos
Be nice and civil to each other
Thank you
I'll post it in ibox tonight
There is?
Nice Post! Thank you
Dr.Gas has the pipe bending equipment

Plus they have a good size facility

Check out dr.gas's mufflers and tell me if their technology seems close to AERO's
I'll have to bookmark this thanks!
It would be a pretty poor business decision to dump a ton of common shares with that you just invested money into
Dilution is a term that needs to be explained. Dilution in the bad sense that seems to be overused is that the company is selling common shares into the open market. That expands the float and the O/S. Using restricted common shares(usually restricted for a year) as a security for invetment money is ok. Yes it does increase the O/S but not the float. Plus the money allows the company to grow and expand. Companies have been doing this for a longtime
I'm still very confused. So how does a company grow if you can't use restricted shares or loans or c/d's?
