Technical question: When calculating retrace levels, for example a 50% retrace level from today's gain in a particular stock, do you use the open price of today, or the closing price of yesterday. In otherwards, is the gap included or not. Thanks in advance!

SOX blows right past the 50dma and set it's sight on the 200dms. I'm sure they will pierce that one once this rolls over. Give it a day or two of 1-2% gains on these stocks.

Closed out AMAT long at $12.50 for a profit of $.99 on first long and $.64 on my add on. Keeping my short from $11.49 open and adding to it tommorrow morning. What fun!

Zeev: I agree with you. But I see us closing at the highs and creating a tail on the candle tommorrow higher than today's close. The follow through could be just 15 minutes, which means I'm up pretty early in Seattle to unload all my longs..

May get there tommorrow. Volume will be very telling tommorrow. It just seemed like all the big caps got a ramp job, while others in the same sector could barely eek out a positive gain. No breadth to this bounce, so my eye is on volume tommorow..
