Damn, nice quick find. Thanks Chuckles759.

Lets hope you're right bud. Ton of potential in this lean 19 manned company.
GLTU/A.
Exactly.. quickest way to shore up and limit the amount of shares is to buyback especially if you are flush with cash. BRK.A perfect example.
GLTU/A.
misiu143 , tradinplaces - both will amazing ( and to be honest, expected).
This company is the definition of a very lean, extremely high profit margin company. NP seems he does value his loyal very long term shareholder base. It doesn't surprise me he rewards them (and himself) with both. Would be well deserved to both parties (if the inevitable happens).
GLTU/A.
"Will this include trial sites in the UK?" -- I saw someone post this about UK sites having access to this drug. This would be even more tremendous.
The last week of December and the beginning of the new years will be EPIC for CYDY.
We're at the launch sequence of 1/2 out of the 3-2-1 countdown!
GLTU/A.
This is why CYDY is TRULY a remarkable company. This quote right here and all the logic and reasons behind this little engine that could:
"No advisors for a publicly-traded company would recommend a major press release on Christmas Eve. Why did CytoDyn make this announcement when it did? To save lives, hours, and days matter."
Historic.
GLTU/A.
Thanks for posting Amatuer17.
**edit - Marrsch1, C20 - hope you family members are doing well..
DON'T BLINK and SUBQ > IV
GLTU/A.
Understand your skeptism and 100% agree.. lets see if he can prove himself..
Happy holidays.
GLTU/A.
1000% echo your sentiment. They should do a netflix special on the company, the drug and NP and crew.
I'd watch it!
GLTU/A.
Here Today - "no way guarantees that the drug is truly working or how good it might or might not be working. " You're right about that, but checking the previous examples by published papers on the EIND data, CD10 one can estimate that with the higher numbers, this will prove to be effective. The DSMC themselves even gave a hint at the 75% mark on the trial.
There's definitely a chance that it wont prove to be effective, but it's VERY slim. Rather bet on then off on this one.
You've spent a lot of time here so I'm going to assume you're on the buy side.
GLTU/A.
Guess they are re-prioritizing efforts on HIV, NASH and Basket trials. Makes sense as those are the 'quicker' wins.
Noticed that and thought the above to myself.
GLTU/A.
bwolfy2002 - same with me as well. I had to use a different email address and get the PR's. It's weird.
GLTU/A.
great minds think alike jakeflies. exactly. multiples..
GLTU/A.
mjbaker - checkout the professer's post. He included a link.
ITS GOING TO BE VERY INTERESTING COME MONDAY I CAN TELL YOU THAT.
SHORTS HAVE CHRISTMAS + the weekend to figure out how much this thing is going to gap up.
MERRY XMAS!
GLTU/A.
I sent NP an email thanking him for this gift of a PR to Longs and Shorts and to families that have people that are Severe/Critical with Covid.
Lets rock and roll!
GLTU/A.
Leave it to Nader and crew to drop a PR like this on Christmas Eve. Yeah. I like his humor.
This one will go down in history.
GLTU/A.
THIS IS HUGE NEWS. Rockleo, Misiu143, other doctors.. THERE IS HOPE!
Speaking of hope. Shorts, guys.. if you're holding, you are literally screwed.
GLTU/A
misiu143 - Good stuff, the sooner the better!
GLTU/A.
Good stuff! Also linked on CYDY website: https://www.cytodyn.com/investors/news-events/in-the-news
" I am just surprise that our IND is still not approved by FDA.." -- we're not really 'that' surprised right misiu143?
Lets rock and roll.
GLTU/A.
Thats why NP and team are going after other countries. Creates options.
And you always want to have options.
GLTU/A.
Alls I could say is kharma's a big B.
GLTU/A.
It was saline. Confirmed. Talk about level playing field. It's all good though. Truth will come out. Maybe would have been easier to do a 1:1 merck drug/merck drug and just make a percentage of efficacy.
GLTU/A.
Looks like it wasn't enough...
GLTU/A.
Someone's trying to hold the $5 line:
MPID BID PRICE SIZE TIME
OTCX 5.01 100,000
misui143 - I read on a different board that the placebo for the Merck trial was saline, while our trial and others (HGEN) received current SOC.
If that's not greased palms, American greed manipulation, then I don't know what is..
Christ this country needs some help.
GLTU/A.
All please understand THIS EQUATION and you don't need to be a medical professional or a mathematician. The BELOW should be printed and pasted on your monitor. This is equation solves distribution, treatment, insurance, doctor's sentiment, hospital stay, time:
SUBQ > IV
That's ALL you need if both sides of the equation have the SAME efficacy AND safety.
GLTU/A.
Lets rock and roll.
This should answer your question (to a certain degree):
PREMARKET:
5.51 / 5.53 (200 x 100) as of 09:20:00 EST
misiu143 - 100% they made a good buy. And they will reap the benefits off our backs. Here is their drug:
"In 2009, OncoImmune’s founders identified a signal transducer molecule, CD24, which suppresses inflammation by binding to a pattern recognition receptor called Siglec10. They further determined that CD24 also binds to several danger-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs), helping reduce the host response to these factors. Preclinical studies demonstrated that CD24Fc reduces GVHD by binding both DAMPs and Siglec10, reducing the overall inflammatory response."
Binds to that specific receptor. Great. And it lowers inflammation. Double great. We all know that Rantes (CCR5) is the quarterback. I'm not a scientist (and ohm20, others, chime in) but this drug will help very specific people. I didn't go into the ph3 enrollment requirements (yet) but I bet they were selective.
Either way, their quantity of the drugs (even fully ramped up) will pale in comparison to the ease of distribution and use of LL. There is plenty of room for many therapeutics, ESPECIALLY easier ones to outpatient.
GLTU/A.
ONE last thing to mention about the MRK drug and that I want to point out.
IT'S STILL ADMINISTERED VIA INTRAVENOUSLY.
https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20201223005040/en/Merck-Announces-Supply-Agreement-with-U.S.-Government-for-Initial-Doses-of-Investigational-Biological-Therapy-for-the-Treatment-of-Patients-with-Severe-and-Critical-COVID-19#.X-MwbPf0ArY.twitter
"Participants were randomly assigned into two arms receiving either standard of care plus a single dose of MK-7110 via an intravenous infusion on Day 1 or standard of care plus placebo on Day 1. "
WE ALL KNOW HOW COLDING, HOLDING and SENDING IV's to offices aren't the 'easiest' way to treat patients.
I've said before and WILL always say this. IV has NOTHING on SUBQ.
administration of LL (and it's safety/efficacy) > all IV solutions.
GLTU/A.
Thanks for sharing this Amatuer17. It is interesting. There is plenty of room for all treatments for Covid19.
GLTU/A.
Nice find Dieselpro.
GLTU/A.
C-20 - thoughts and prayers. I think it's definitely worth a shot especially now that EIND is available, IMHO.
GLTU/A.
Everybody needs to eat. Even people who are short.
GLTU/A.
Philippines approval very soon? https://www.philstar.com/business/2020/12/22/2065616/delays-avoided-duterte-sign-2021-budget-dec-28
English must not be primary language for the fellow that wrote the comic.
S'ok. Land of the people from all walks of life. Mr. comic just needs a lesson or two if he wants to be stringent on his verbage.
Whats more sad was that I was waiting for the morning comics, IN THE MORNING with my cup of joe.
GLTU/A.
Damn right on cue. Thanks for the read j.
GLTU/A.
Agree with you. You can always make lemonade with lemons.
